35. 1  
And God said unto Jacob, Arise, go up to Bethel, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto God, that appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esau thy brother.
- Dieu dit à Jacob: Lève-toi, monte à Béthel, et demeures-y; là, tu dresseras un autel au Dieu qui t'apparut, lorsque tu fuyais Ésaü, ton frère. (Ⅱ)
- εἰ̃πεν δὲ ὁ θεὸς πρὸς Ιακωβ ἀναστὰς ἀνάβηθι εἰς τὸν τόπον Βαιθηλ καὶ οἴκει ἐκει̃ καὶ ποίησον ἐκει̃ θυσιαστήριον τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ τω̨̃ ὀφθέντι σοι ἐν τω̨̃ ἀποδιδράσκειν σε ἀπὸ προσώπου Ησαυ του̃ ἀδελφου̃ σου (Ⅲ)
- Interea locutus est Deus ad Jacob : Surge, et ascende Bethel, et habita ibi, facque altare Deo qui apparuit tibi quando fugiebas Esau fratrem tuum. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 1  ׃35  ויאמר אלהים אל יעקב קום עלה בית אל ושב שם ועשה שם מזבח לאל הנראה אליך בברחך‪[1]‬ מפני עשו אחיך ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 2  
Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments:
- Jacob dit à sa maison et à tous ceux qui étaient avec lui: Otez les dieux étrangers qui sont au milieu de vous, purifiez-vous, et changez de vêtements. (Ⅱ)
- εἰ̃πεν δὲ Ιακωβ τω̨̃ οἴκω̨ αὐτου̃ καὶ πα̃σιν τοι̃ς μετ' αὐτου̃ ἄρατε τοὺς θεοὺς τοὺς ἀλλοτρίους τοὺς μεθ' ὑμω̃ν ἐκ μέσου ὑμω̃ν καὶ καθαρίσασθε καὶ ἀλλάξατε τὰς στολὰς ὑμω̃ν (Ⅲ)
- Jacob vero convocata omni domo sua, ait : Abjicite deos alienos qui in medio vestri sunt, et mundamini, ac mutate vestimenta vestra. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 2  ׃35  ויאמר יעקב אל ביתו ואל כל אשר עמו הסרו את אלהי הנכר אשר בתככם והטהרו והחליפו שמלתיכם ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 3  
And let us arise, and go up to Bethel; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went.
- Nous nous lèverons, et nous monterons à Béthel; là, je dresserai un autel au Dieu qui m'a exaucé dans le jour de ma détresse, et qui a été avec moi pendant le voyage que j'ai fait. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἀναστάντες ἀναβω̃μεν εἰς Βαιθηλ καὶ ποιήσωμεν ἐκει̃ θυσιαστήριον τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ τω̨̃ ἐπακούσαντί μοι ἐν ἡμέρα̨ θλίψεως ὃς ἠ̃ν μετ' ἐμου̃ καὶ διέσωσέν με ἐν τη̨̃ ὁδω̨̃ ἡ̨̃ ἐπορεύθην (Ⅲ)
- Surgite, et ascendamus in Bethel, ut faciamus ibi altare Deo : qui exaudivit me in die tribulationis meæ, et socius fuit itineris mei. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 3  ׃35  ונקומה ונעלה בית אל ואעשה שם מזבח לאל הענה אתי ביום צרתי ויהי עמדי בדרך אשר הלכתי ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 4  
And they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods which were in their hand, and all their earrings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem.
- Ils donnèrent à Jacob tous les dieux étrangers qui étaient entre leurs mains, et les anneaux qui étaient à leurs oreilles. Jacob les enfouit sous le térébinthe qui est près de Sichem. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἔδωκαν τω̨̃ Ιακωβ τοὺς θεοὺς τοὺς ἀλλοτρίους οἳ ἠ̃σαν ἐν ται̃ς χερσὶν αὐτω̃ν καὶ τὰ ἐνώτια τὰ ἐν τοι̃ς ὠσὶν αὐτω̃ν καὶ κατέκρυψεν αὐτὰ Ιακωβ ὑπὸ τὴν τερέμινθον τὴν ἐν Σικιμοις καὶ ἀπώλεσεν αὐτὰ ἕως τη̃ς σήμερον ἡμέρας (Ⅲ)
- Dederunt ergo ei omnes deos alienos quos habebant, et inaures quæ erant in auribus eorum : at ille infodit ea subter terebinthum, quæ est post urbem Sichem. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 4  ׃35  ויתנו אל יעקב את כל אלהי הנכר אשר בידם ואת הנזמים אשר באזניהם ויטמן אתם יעקב תחת האלה אשר עם שכם ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 5  
And they journeyed: and the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob.
- Ensuite ils partirent. La terreur de Dieu se répandit sur les villes qui les entouraient, et l'on ne poursuivit point les fils de Jacob. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐξη̃ρεν Ισραηλ ἐκ Σικιμων καὶ ἐγένετο φόβος θεου̃ ἐπὶ τὰς πόλεις τὰς κύκλω̨ αὐτω̃ν καὶ οὐ κατεδίωξαν ὀπίσω τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ (Ⅲ)
- Cumque profecti essent, terror Dei invasit omnes per circuitum civitates, et non sunt ausi persequi recedentes. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 5  ׃35  ויסעו ויהי חתת אלהים על הערים אשר סביבתיהם ולא רדפו אחרי בני יעקב ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 6  
So Jacob came to Luz, which is in the land of Canaan, that is, Bethel, he and all the people that were with him.
- Jacob arriva, lui et tous ceux qui étaient avec lui, à Luz, qui est Béthel, dans le pays de Canaan. (Ⅱ)
- ἠ̃λθεν δὲ Ιακωβ εἰς Λουζα ἥ ἐστιν ἐν γη̨̃ Χανααν ἥ ἐστιν Βαιθηλ αὐτὸς καὶ πα̃ς ὁ λαός ὃς ἠ̃ν μετ' αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)
- Venit igitur Jacob Luzam, quæ est in terra Chanaan, cognomento Bethel : ipse et omnis populus cum eo. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 6  ׃35  ויבא יעקב לוזה אשר בארץ כנען הוא בית אל הוא וכל העם אשר עמו ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 7  
And he built there an altar, and called the place Elbethel: because there God appeared unto him, when he fled from the face of his brother.
- Il bâtit là un autel, et il appela ce lieu El Béthel; car c'est là que Dieu s'était révélé à lui lorsqu'il fuyait son frère. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ὠ̨κοδόμησεν ἐκει̃ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἐκάλεσεν τὸ ὄνομα του̃ τόπου Βαιθηλ ἐκει̃ γὰρ ἐπεφάνη αὐτω̨̃ ὁ θεὸς ἐν τω̨̃ ἀποδιδράσκειν αὐτὸν ἀπὸ προσώπου Ησαυ του̃ ἀδελφου̃ αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)
- Ædificavitque ibi altare, et appellavit nomen loci illius, Domus Dei : ibi enim apparuit ei Deus cum fugeret fratrem suum. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 7  ׃35  ויבן שם מזבח ויקרא למקום אל בית אל כי שם נגלו אליו האלהים בברחו מפני אחיו ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 8  
But Deborah Rebekah's nurse died, and she was buried beneath Bethel under an oak: and the name of it was called Allonbachuth.
- Débora, nourrice de Rebecca, mourut; et elle fut enterrée au-dessous de Béthel, sous le chêne auquel on a donné le nom de chêne des pleurs. (Ⅱ)
- ἀπέθανεν δὲ Δεββωρα ἡ τροφὸς Ρεβεκκας κατώτερον Βαιθηλ ὑπὸ τὴν βάλανον καὶ ἐκάλεσεν Ιακωβ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτη̃ς Βάλανος πένθους (Ⅲ)
- Eodem tempore mortua est Debora nutrix Rebeccæ, et sepulta est ad radices Bethel subter quercum : vocatumque est nomen loci illius, Quercus fletus. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 8  ׃35  ותמת דברה מינקת רבקה ותקבר מתחת לבית אל תחת האלון ויקרא שמו אלון בכות פ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 9  
And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padanaram, and blessed him.
- Dieu apparut encore à Jacob, après son retour de Paddan Aram, et il le bénit. (Ⅱ)
- ὤφθη δὲ ὁ θεὸς Ιακωβ ἔτι ἐν Λουζα ὅτε παρεγένετο ἐκ Μεσοποταμίας τη̃ς Συρίας καὶ ηὐλόγησεν αὐτὸν ὁ θεός (Ⅲ)
- Apparuit autem iterum Deus Jacob postquam reversus est de Mesopotamia Syriæ, benedixitque ei (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 9  ׃35  וירא אלהים אל יעקב עוד בבאו מפדן ארם ויברך אתו ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 10  
And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
- Dieu lui dit: Ton nom est Jacob; tu ne seras plus appelé Jacob, mais ton nom sera Israël. Et il lui donna le nom d'Israël. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτω̨̃ ὁ θεός τὸ ὄνομά σου Ιακωβ οὐ κληθήσεται ἔτι Ιακωβ ἀλλ' Ισραηλ ἔσται τὸ ὄνομά σου (Ⅲ)
- dicens : Non vocaberis ultra Jacob, sed Israël erit nomen tuum. Et appellavit eum Israël, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 10 ׃35  ויאמר לו אלהים שמך יעקב לא יקרא שמך‪[c]‬ עוד יעקב כי אם ישראל יהיה שמך ויקרא את שמו ישראל ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 11  
And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;
- Dieu lui dit: Je suis le Dieu tout puissant. Sois fécond, et multiplie: une nation et une multitude de nations naîtront de toi, et des rois sortiront de tes reins. (Ⅱ)
- εἰ̃πεν δὲ αὐτω̨̃ ὁ θεός ἐγὼ ὁ θεός σου αὐξάνου καὶ πληθύνου ἔθνη καὶ συναγωγαὶ ἐθνω̃ν ἔσονται ἐκ σου̃ καὶ βασιλει̃ς ἐκ τη̃ς ὀσφύος σου ἐξελεύσονται (Ⅲ)
- dixitque ei : Ego Deus omnipotens : cresce, et multiplicare : gentes et populi nationum ex te erunt, reges de lumbis tuis egredientur, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 11 ׃35  ויאמר לו אלהים אני אל שדי פרה ורבה גוי וקהל גוים יהיה ממך ומלכים מחלציך יצאו ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 12  
And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.
- Je te donnerai le pays que j'ai donné à Abraham et à Isaac, et je donnerai ce pays à ta postérité après toi. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ τὴν γη̃ν ἣν δέδωκα Αβρααμ καὶ Ισαακ σοὶ δέδωκα αὐτήν σοὶ ἔσται καὶ τω̨̃ σπέρματί σου μετὰ σὲ δώσω τὴν γη̃ν ταύτην (Ⅲ)
- terramque quam dedi Abraham et Isaac, dabo tibi et semini tuo post te. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 12 ׃35  ואת הארץ אשר נתתי לאברהם וליצחק לך אתננה ולזרעך אחריך אתן את הארץ ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 13  
And God went up from him in the place where he talked with him.
- Dieu s'éleva au-dessus de lui, dans le lieu où il lui avait parlé. (Ⅱ)
- ἀνέβη δὲ ὁ θεὸς ἀπ' αὐτου̃ ἐκ του̃ τόπου οὑ̃ ἐλάλησεν μετ' αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)
- Et recessit ab eo. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 13 ׃35  ויעל מעליו אלהים במקום אשר דבר אתו ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 14  
And Jacob set up a pillar in the place where he talked with him, even a pillar of stone: and he poured a drink offering thereon, and he poured oil thereon.
- Et Jacob dressa un monument dans le lieu où Dieu lui avait parlé, un monument de pierres, sur lequel il fit une libation et versa de l'huile. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἔστησεν Ιακωβ στήλην ἐν τω̨̃ τόπω̨ ὡ̨̃ ἐλάλησεν μετ' αὐτου̃ στήλην λιθίνην καὶ ἔσπεισεν ἐπ' αὐτὴν σπονδὴν καὶ ἐπέχεεν ἐπ' αὐτὴν ἔλαιον (Ⅲ)
- Ille vero erexit titulum lapideum in loco quo locutus fuerat ei Deus : libans super eum libamina, et effundens oleum : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 14 ׃35  ויצב יעקב מצבה במקום אשר דבר אתו מצבת אבן ויסך עליה נסך ויצק עליה שמן ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 15  
And Jacob called the name of the place where God spake with him, Bethel.
- Jacob donna le nom de Béthel au lieu où Dieu lui avait parlé. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐκάλεσεν Ιακωβ τὸ ὄνομα του̃ τόπου ἐν ὡ̨̃ ἐλάλησεν μετ' αὐτου̃ ἐκει̃ ὁ θεός Βαιθηλ (Ⅲ)
- vocansque nomen loci illius Bethel.\ (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 15 ׃35  ויקרא יעקב את שם המקום אשר דבר אתו שם אלהים בית אל ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 16  
And they journeyed from Bethel; and there was but a little way to come to Ephrath: and Rachel travailed, and she had hard labor.
- Ils partirent de Béthel; et il y avait encore une certaine distance jusqu'à Éphrata, lorsque Rachel accoucha. Elle eut un accouchement pénible; (Ⅱ)
- ἀπάρας δὲ Ιακωβ ἐκ Βαιθηλ ἔπηξεν τὴν σκηνὴν αὐτου̃ ἐπέκεινα του̃ πύργου Γαδερ ἐγένετο δὲ ἡνίκα ἤγγισεν Χαβραθα εἰς γη̃ν ἐλθει̃ν Εφραθα ἔτεκεν Ραχηλ καὶ ἐδυστόκησεν ἐν τω̨̃ τοκετω̨̃ (Ⅲ)
- Egressus autem inde, venit verno tempore ad terram quæ ducit Ephratam : in qua cum parturiret Rachel, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 16 ׃35  ויסעו מבית אל ויהי עוד כברת הארץ לבוא אפרתה ותלד רחל ותקש בלדתה ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 17  
And it came to pass, when she was in hard labor, that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also.
- et pendant les douleurs de l'enfantement, la sage-femme lui dit: Ne crains point, car tu as encore un fils! (Ⅱ)
- ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τω̨̃ σκληρω̃ς αὐτὴν τίκτειν εἰ̃πεν αὐτη̨̃ ἡ μαι̃α θάρσει καὶ γὰρ οὑ̃τός σοί ἐστιν υἱός (Ⅲ)
- ob difficultatem partus periclitari cœpit. Dixitque ei obstetrix : Noli timere, quia et hunc habebis filium. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 17 ׃35  ויהי בהקשתה בלדתה ותאמר לה המילדת אל תיראי כי גם זה לך בן ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 18  
And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin.
- Et comme elle allait rendre l'âme, car elle était mourante, elle lui donna le nom de Ben Oni; mais le père l'appela Benjamin. (Ⅱ)
- ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τω̨̃ ἀφιέναι αὐτὴν τὴν ψυχήν ἀπέθνη̨σκεν γάρ ἐκάλεσεν τὸ ὄνομα αὐτου̃ Υἱὸς ὀδύνης μου ὁ δὲ πατὴρ ἐκάλεσεν αὐτὸν Βενιαμιν (Ⅲ)
- Egrediente autem anima præ dolore, et imminente jam morte, vocavit nomen filii sui Benomi, id est, Filius doloris mei : pater vero appellavit eum Benjamin, id est, Filius dextræ. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 18 ׃35  ויהי בצאת נפשה כי מתה ותקרא שמו בן אוני ואביו קרא לו בנימין ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 19  
And Rachel died, and was buried in the way to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem.
- Rachel mourut, et elle fut enterrée sur le chemin d'Éphrata, qui est Bethléhem. (Ⅱ)
- ἀπέθανεν δὲ Ραχηλ καὶ ἐτάφη ἐν τη̨̃ ὁδω̨̃ Εφραθα αὕτη ἐστὶν Βηθλεεμ (Ⅲ)
- Mortua est ergo Rachel, et sepulta est in via quæ ducit Ephratam, hæc est Bethlehem. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 19 ׃35  ותמת רחל ותקבר בדרך אפרתה הוא בית לחם ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 20  
And Jacob set a pillar upon her grave: that is the pillar of Rachel's grave unto this day.
- Jacob éleva un monument sur son sépulcre; c'est le monument du sépulcre de Rachel, qui existe encore aujourd'hui. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἔστησεν Ιακωβ στήλην ἐπὶ του̃ μνημείου αὐτη̃ς αὕτη ἐστὶν στήλη μνημείου Ραχηλ ἕως τη̃ς σήμερον ἡμέρας (Ⅲ)
- Erexitque Jacob titulum super sepulchrum ejus : hic est titulus monumenti Rachel, usque in præsentem diem. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 20 ׃35  ויצב יעקב מצבה על קברתה הוא מצבת קברת רחל עד היום ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 21  
And Israel journeyed, and spread his tent beyond the tower of Edar.
- Israël partit; et il dressa sa tente au delà de Migdal Éder. (Ⅱ)
- ἐγένετο δὲ ἡνίκα κατώ̨κησεν (Ⅲ)
- Egressus inde, fixit tabernaculum trans Turrem gregis. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 21 ׃35  ויסע ישראל ויט אהלה‪[q]‬ מהלאה למגדל עדר ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 22  
And it came to pass, when Israel dwelt in that land, that Reuben went and lay with Bilhah his father's concubine: and Israel heard it. Now the sons of Jacob were twelve:
- Pendant qu'Israël habitait cette contrée, Ruben alla coucher avec Bilha, concubine de son père. Et Israël l'apprit. Les fils de Jacob étaient au nombre de douze. (Ⅱ)
- Ισραηλ ἐν τη̨̃ γη̨̃ ἐκείνη̨ ἐπορεύθη Ρουβην καὶ ἐκοιμήθη μετὰ Βαλλας τη̃ς παλλακη̃ς του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἤκουσεν Ισραηλ καὶ πονηρὸν ἐφάνη ἐναντίον αὐτου̃ ἠ̃σαν δὲ οἱ υἱοὶ Ιακωβ δώδεκα (Ⅲ)
- Cumque habitaret in illa regione, abiit Ruben, et dormivit cum Bala concubina patris sui : quod illum minime latuit. Erant autem filii Jacob duodecim. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 22 ׃35  ויהי בשכן ישראל בארץ ההוא וילך ראובן וישכב את בלהה פילגש אביו וישמע ישראל פויהיו בני יעקב שנים עשר ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 23  
The sons of Leah; Reuben, Jacob's firstborn, and Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Zebulun:
- Fils de Léa: Ruben, premier-né de Jacob, Siméon, Lévi, Juda, Issacar et Zabulon. (Ⅱ)
- υἱοὶ Λειας πρωτότοκος Ιακωβ Ρουβην Συμεων Λευι Ιουδας Ισσαχαρ Ζαβουλων (Ⅲ)
- Filii Liæ : primogenitus Ruben, et Simeon, et Levi, et Judas, et Issachar, et Zabulon. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 23 ׃35  בני לאה בכור יעקב ראובן ושמעון ולוי ויהודה ויששכר וזבולן ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 24  
The sons of Rachel; Joseph, and Benjamin:
- Fils de Rachel: Joseph et Benjamin. (Ⅱ)
- υἱοὶ δὲ Ραχηλ Ιωσηφ καὶ Βενιαμιν (Ⅲ)
- Filii Rachel : Joseph et Benjamin. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 24 ׃35  בני רחל יוסף ובנימן ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 25  
And the sons of Bilhah, Rachel's handmaid; Dan, and Naphtali:
- Fils de Bilha, servante de Rachel: Dan et Nephthali. (Ⅱ)
- υἱοὶ δὲ Βαλλας παιδίσκης Ραχηλ Δαν καὶ Νεφθαλι (Ⅲ)
- Filii Balæ ancillæ Rachelis : Dan et Nephthali. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 25 ׃35  ובני בלהה שפחת רחל דן ונפתלי ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 26  
And the sons of Zilpah, Leah's handmaid: Gad, and Asher: these are the sons of Jacob, which were born to him in Padanaram.
- Fils de Zilpa, servante de Léa: Gad et Aser. Ce sont là les fils de Jacob, qui lui naquirent à Paddan Aram. (Ⅱ)
- υἱοὶ δὲ Ζελφας παιδίσκης Λειας Γαδ καὶ Ασηρ οὑ̃τοι υἱοὶ Ιακωβ οἳ ἐγένοντο αὐτω̨̃ ἐν Μεσοποταμία̨ τη̃ς Συρίας (Ⅲ)
- Filii Zelphæ ancillæ Liæ : Gad et Aser : hi sunt filii Jacob, qui nati sunt ei in Mesopotamia Syriæ.\ (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 26 ׃35  ובני זלפה שפחת לאה גד ואשר אלה בני יעקב אשר ילד לו בפדן ארם ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 27  
And Jacob came unto Isaac his father unto Mamre, unto the city of Arba, which is Hebron, where Abraham and Isaac sojourned.
- Jacob arriva auprès d'Isaac, son père, à Mamré, à Kirjath Arba, qui est Hébron, où avaient séjourné Abraham et Isaac. (Ⅱ)
- ἠ̃λθεν δὲ Ιακωβ πρὸς Ισαακ τὸν πατέρα αὐτου̃ εἰς Μαμβρη εἰς πόλιν του̃ πεδίου αὕτη ἐστὶν Χεβρων ἐν γη̨̃ Χανααν οὑ̃ παρώ̨κησεν Αβρααμ καὶ Ισαακ (Ⅲ)
- Venit etiam ad Isaac patrem suum in Mambre, civitatem Arbee, hæc est Hebron, in qua peregrinatus est Abraham et Isaac. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 27 ׃35  ויבא יעקב אל יצחק אביו ממרא קרית הארבע הוא חברון אשר גר שם אברהם ויצחק ‬ (Ⅴ)

And the days of Isaac were an hundred and fourscore years.
- Les jours d'Isaac furent de cent quatre-vingts ans. (Ⅱ)
- ἐγένοντο δὲ αἱ ἡμέραι Ισαακ ἃς ἔζησεν ἔτη ἑκατὸν ὀγδοήκοντα (Ⅲ)
- Et completi sunt dies Isaac centum octoginta annorum. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 28 ׃35  ויהיו ימי יצחק מאת שנה ושמנים שנה ‬ (Ⅴ)
35. 29  
And Isaac gave up the ghost, and died, and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days: and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.
- Il expira et mourut, et il fut recueilli auprès de son peuple, âgé et rassasié de jours, et Ésaü et Jacob, ses fils, l'enterrèrent. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐκλιπὼν ἀπέθανεν καὶ προσετέθη πρὸς τὸ γένος αὐτου̃ πρεσβύτερος καὶ πλήρης ἡμερω̃ν καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν Ησαυ καὶ Ιακωβ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)
- Consumptusque ætate mortuus est : et appositus est populo suo senex et plenus dierum : et sepelierunt eum Esau et Jacob filii sui. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 29 ׃35  ויגוע יצחק וימת ויאסף אל עמיו זקן ושבע ימים ויקברו אתו עשו ויעקב בניו פ‬ (Ⅴ)
