50. 1  
And Joseph fell upon his father's face, and wept upon him, and kissed him.
- Joseph se jeta sur le visage de son père, pleura sur lui, et le baisa. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐπιπεσὼν Ιωσηφ ἐπὶ τὸ πρόσωπον του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ ἔκλαυσεν ἐπ' αὐτὸν καὶ ἐφίλησεν αὐτόν (Ⅲ)
- Quod cernens Joseph, ruit super faciem patris, flens et deosculans eum. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 1  ׃50  ויפל יוסף על פני אביו ויבך עליו וישק לו ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 2  
And Joseph commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father: and the physicians embalmed Israel.
- Il ordonna aux médecins à son service d'embaumer son père, et les médecins embaumèrent Israël. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ προσέταξεν Ιωσηφ τοι̃ς παισὶν αὐτου̃ τοι̃ς ἐνταφιασται̃ς ἐνταφιάσαι τὸν πατέρα αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐνεταφίασαν οἱ ἐνταφιασταὶ τὸν Ισραηλ (Ⅲ)
- Præcepitque servis suis medicis ut aromatibus condirent patrem. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 2  ׃50  ויצו יוסף את עבדיו את הרפאים לחנט את אביו ויחנטו הרפאים את ישראל ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 3  
And forty days were fulfilled for him; for so are fulfilled the days of those which are embalmed: and the Egyptians mourned for him threescore and ten days.
- Quarante jours s'écoulèrent ainsi, et furent employés à l'embaumer. Et les Égyptiens le pleurèrent soixante-dix jours. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐπλήρωσαν αὐτου̃ τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας οὕτως γὰρ καταριθμου̃νται αἱ ἡμέραι τη̃ς ταφη̃ς καὶ ἐπένθησεν αὐτὸν Αἴγυπτος ἑβδομήκοντα ἡμέρας (Ⅲ)
- Quibus jussa explentibus, transierunt quadraginta dies : iste quippe mos erat cadaverum conditorum : flevitque eum Ægyptus septuaginta diebus. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 3  ׃50  וימלאו לו ארבעים יום כי כן ימלאו ימי החנטים ויבכו אתו מצרים שבעים יום ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 4  
And when the days of his mourning were past, Joseph spake unto the house of Pharaoh, saying, If now I have found grace in your eyes, speak, I pray you, in the ears of Pharaoh, saying,
- Quand les jours du deuil furent passés, Joseph s'adressa aux gens de la maison de Pharaon, et leur dit: Si j'ai trouvé grâce à vos yeux, rapportez, je vous prie, à Pharaon ce que je vous dis. (Ⅱ)
- ἐπειδὴ δὲ παρη̃λθον αἱ ἡμέραι του̃ πένθους ἐλάλησεν Ιωσηφ πρὸς τοὺς δυνάστας Φαραω λέγων εἰ εὑ̃ρον χάριν ἐναντίον ὑμω̃ν λαλήσατε περὶ ἐμου̃ εἰς τὰ ὠ̃τα Φαραω λέγοντες (Ⅲ)
- Et expleto planctus tempore, locutus est Joseph ad familiam Pharaonis : Si inveni gratiam in conspectu vestro, loquimini in auribus Pharaonis : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 4  ׃50  ויעברו ימי בכיתו וידבר יוסף אל בית פרעה לאמר אם נא מצאתי חן בעיניכם דברו נא באזני פרעה לאמר ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 5  
My father made me swear, saying, Lo, I die: in my grave which I have digged for me in the land of Canaan, there shalt thou bury me. Now therefore let me go up, I pray thee, and bury my father, and I will come again.
- Mon père m'a fait jurer, en disant: Voici, je vais mourir! Tu m'enterreras dans le sépulcre que je me suis acheté au pays de Canaan. Je voudrais donc y monter, pour enterrer mon père; et je reviendrai. (Ⅱ)
- ὁ πατήρ μου ὥρκισέν με λέγων ἐν τω̨̃ μνημείω̨ ὡ̨̃ ὤρυξα ἐμαυτω̨̃ ἐν γη̨̃ Χανααν ἐκει̃ με θάψεις νυ̃ν οὐ̃ν ἀναβὰς θάψω τὸν πατέρα μου καὶ ἐπανελεύσομαι (Ⅲ)
- eo quod pater meus adjuraverit me dicens : En morior : in sepulchro meo, quod fodi mihi in terra Chanaan, sepelies me. Ascendam igitur, et sepeliam patrem meum, ac revertar. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 5  ׃50  אבי השביעני לאמר הנה אנכי מת בקברי אשר כריתי לי בארץ כנען שמה תקברני ועתה אעלה נא ואקברה את אבי ואשובה ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 6  
And Pharaoh said, Go up, and bury thy father, according as he made thee swear.
- Pharaon répondit: Monte, et enterre ton père, comme il te l'a fait jurer. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃πεν Φαραω ἀνάβηθι θάψον τὸν πατέρα σου καθάπερ ὥρκισέν σε (Ⅲ)
- Dixitque ei Pharao : Ascende, et sepeli patrem tuum sicut adjuratus es. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 6  ׃50  ויאמר פרעה עלה וקבר את אביך כאשר השביעך ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 7  
And Joseph went up to bury his father: and with him went up all the servants of Pharaoh, the elders of his house, and all the elders of the land of Egypt,
- Joseph monta, pour enterrer son père. Avec lui montèrent tous les serviteurs de Pharaon, anciens de sa maison, tous les anciens du pays d'Égypte, (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἀνέβη Ιωσηφ θάψαι τὸν πατέρα αὐτου̃ καὶ συνανέβησαν μετ' αὐτου̃ πάντες οἱ παι̃δες Φαραω καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι του̃ οἴκου αὐτου̃ καὶ πάντες οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τη̃ς γη̃ς Αἰγύπτου (Ⅲ)
- Quo ascendente, ierunt cum eo omnes senes domus Pharaonis, cunctique majores natu terræ Ægypti : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 7  ׃50  ויעל יוסף לקבר את אביו ויעלו אתו כל עבדי פרעה זקני ביתו וכל זקני ארץ מצרים ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 8  
And all the house of Joseph, and his brethren, and his father's house: only their little ones, and their flocks, and their herds, they left in the land of Goshen.
- toute la maison de Joseph, ses frères, et la maison de son père: on ne laissa dans le pays de Gosen que les enfants, les brebis et les boeufs. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ πα̃σα ἡ πανοικία Ιωσηφ καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ πα̃σα ἡ οἰκία ἡ πατρικὴ αὐτου̃ καὶ τὴν συγγένειαν καὶ τὰ πρόβατα καὶ τοὺς βόας ὑπελίποντο ἐν γη̨̃ Γεσεμ (Ⅲ)
- domus Joseph cum fratribus suis, absque parvulis, et gregibus atque armentis, quæ dereliquerant in terra Gessen. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 8  ׃50  וכל בית יוסף ואחיו ובית אביו רק טפם וצאנם ובקרם עזבו בארץ גשן ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 9  
And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen: and it was a very great company.
- Il y avait encore avec Joseph des chars et des cavaliers, en sorte que le cortège était très nombreux. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ συνανέβησαν μετ' αὐτου̃ καὶ ἅρματα καὶ ἱππει̃ς καὶ ἐγένετο ἡ παρεμβολὴ μεγάλη σφόδρα (Ⅲ)
- Habuit quoque in comitatu currus et equites : et facta est turba non modica. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 9  ׃50  ויעל עמו גם רכב גם פרשים ויהי המחנה כבד מאד ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 10  
And they came to the threshingfloor of Atad, which is beyond Jordan, and there they mourned with a great and very sore lamentation: and he made a mourning for his father seven days.
- Arrivés à l'aire d'Athad, qui est au delà du Jourdain, ils firent entendre de grandes et profondes lamentations; et Joseph fit en l'honneur de son père un deuil de sept jours. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ παρεγένοντο ἐφ' ἅλωνα Αταδ ὅ ἐστιν πέραν του̃ Ιορδάνου καὶ ἐκόψαντο αὐτὸν κοπετὸν μέγαν καὶ ἰσχυρὸν σφόδρα καὶ ἐποίησεν τὸ πένθος τω̨̃ πατρὶ αὐτου̃ ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας (Ⅲ)
- Veneruntque ad Aream Atad, quæ sita est trans Jordanem : ubi celebrantes exequias planctu magno atque vehementi impleverunt septem dies. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 10 ׃50  ויבאו עד גרן האטד אשר בעבר הירדן ויספדו שם מספד גדול וכבד מאד ויעש לאביו אבל שבעת ימים ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 11  
And when the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, saw the mourning in the floor of Atad, they said, This is a grievous mourning to the Egyptians: wherefore the name of it was called Abelmizraim, which is beyond Jordan.
- Les habitants du pays, les Cananéens, furent témoins de ce deuil dans l'aire d'Athad, et ils dirent: Voilà un grand deuil parmi les Égyptiens! C'est pourquoi l'on a donné le nom d'Abel Mitsraïm à cette aire qui est au delà du Jourdain. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃δον οἱ κάτοικοι τη̃ς γη̃ς Χανααν τὸ πένθος ἐν ἅλωνι Αταδ καὶ εἰ̃παν πένθος μέγα του̃τό ἐστιν τοι̃ς Αἰγυπτίοις διὰ του̃το ἐκάλεσεν τὸ ὄνομα αὐτου̃ Πένθος Αἰγύπτου ὅ ἐστιν πέραν του̃ Ιορδάνου (Ⅲ)
- Quod cum vidissent habitatores terræ Chanaan, dixerunt : Planctus magnus est iste Ægyptiis. Et idcirco vocatum est nomen loci illius, Planctus Ægypti. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 11 ׃50  וירא יושב הארץ הכנעני את האבל בגרן האטד ויאמרו אבל כבד זה למצרים על כן קרא שמה אבל מצרים אשר בעבר הירדן ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 12  
And his sons did unto him according as he commanded them:
- C'est ainsi que les fils de Jacob exécutèrent les ordres de leur père. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐποίησαν αὐτω̨̃ οὕτως οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν ἐκει̃ (Ⅲ)
- Fecerunt ergo filii Jacob sicut præceperat eis : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 12 ׃50  ויעשו בניו לו כן כאשר צום ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 13  
For his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field for a possession of a buryingplace of Ephron the Hittite, before Mamre.
- Ils le transportèrent au pays de Canaan, et l'enterrèrent dans la caverne du champ de Macpéla, qu'Abraham avait achetée d'Éphron, le Héthien, comme propriété sépulcrale, et qui est vis-à-vis de Mamré. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἀνέλαβον αὐτὸν οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτου̃ εἰς γη̃ν Χανααν καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ σπήλαιον τὸ διπλου̃ν ὃ ἐκτήσατο Αβρααμ τὸ σπήλαιον ἐν κτήσει μνημείου παρὰ Εφρων του̃ Χετταίου κατέναντι Μαμβρη (Ⅲ)
- et portantes eum in terram Chanaan, sepelierunt eum in spelunca duplici, quam emerat Abraham cum agro in possessionem sepulchri ab Ephron Hethæo, contra faciem Mambre. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 13 ׃50  וישאו אתו בניו ארצה כנען ויקברו אתו במערת שדה המכפלה אשר קנה אברהם את השדה לאחזת קבר מאת עפרן החתי על פני ממרא ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 14  
And Joseph returned into Egypt, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he had buried his father.
- Joseph, après avoir enterré son père, retourna en Égypte, avec ses frères et tous ceux qui étaient montés avec lui pour enterrer son père. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἀπέστρεψεν Ιωσηφ εἰς Αἴγυπτον αὐτὸς καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ οἱ συναναβάντες θάψαι τὸν πατέρα αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)
- Reversusque est Joseph in Ægyptum cum fratribus suis, et omni comitatu, sepulto patre.\ (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 14 ׃50  וישב יוסף מצרימה הוא ואחיו וכל העלים אתו לקבר את אביו אחרי קברו את אביו ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 15  
And when Joseph's brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him.
- Quand les frères de Joseph virent que leur père était mort, ils dirent: Si Joseph nous prenait en haine, et nous rendait tout le mal que nous lui avons fait! (Ⅱ)
- ἰδόντες δὲ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ Ιωσηφ ὅτι τέθνηκεν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτω̃ν εἰ̃παν μήποτε μνησικακήση̨ ἡμι̃ν Ιωσηφ καὶ ἀνταπόδομα ἀνταποδω̨̃ ἡμι̃ν πάντα τὰ κακά ἃ ἐνεδειξάμεθα αὐτω̨̃ (Ⅲ)
- Quo mortuo, timentes fratres ejus, et mutuo colloquentes : Ne forte memor sit injuriæ quam passus est, et reddat nobis omne malum quod fecimus, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 15 ׃50  ויראו אחי יוסף כי מת אביהם ויאמרו לו ישטמנו יוסף והשב ישיב לנו את כל הרעה אשר גמלנו אתו ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 16  
And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying,
- Et ils firent dire à Joseph: Ton père a donné cet ordre avant de mourir: (Ⅱ)
- καὶ παρεγένοντο πρὸς Ιωσηφ λέγοντες ὁ πατήρ σου ὥρκισεν πρὸ του̃ τελευτη̃σαι αὐτὸν λέγων (Ⅲ)
- mandaverunt ei dicentes : Pater tuus præcepit nobis antequam moreretur, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 16 ׃50  ויצוו אל יוסף לאמר אביך צוה לפני מותו לאמר ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 17  
So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.
- Vous parlerez ainsi à Joseph: Oh! pardonne le crime de tes frères et leur péché, car ils t'ont fait du mal! Pardonne maintenant le péché des serviteurs du Dieu de ton père! Joseph pleura, en entendant ces paroles. (Ⅱ)
- οὕτως εἴπατε Ιωσηφ ἄφες αὐτοι̃ς τὴν ἀδικίαν καὶ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν αὐτω̃ν ὅτι πονηρά σοι ἐνεδείξαντο καὶ νυ̃ν δέξαι τὴν ἀδικίαν τω̃ν θεραπόντων του̃ θεου̃ του̃ πατρός σου καὶ ἔκλαυσεν Ιωσηφ λαλούντων αὐτω̃ν πρὸς αὐτόν (Ⅲ)
- ut hæc tibi verbis illius diceremus : Obsecro ut obliviscaris sceleris fratrum tuorum, et peccati atque malitiæ quam exercuerunt in te : nos quoque oramus ut servis Dei patris tui dimittas iniquitatem hanc. Quibus auditis flevit Joseph. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 17 ׃50  כה תאמרו ליוסף אנא שא נא פשע אחיך וחטאתם כי רעה גמלוך ועתה שא נא לפשע עבדי אלהי אביך ויבך יוסף בדברם אליו ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 18  
And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants.
- Ses frères vinrent eux-mêmes se prosterner devant lui, et ils dirent: Nous sommes tes serviteurs. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐλθόντες πρὸς αὐτὸν εἰ̃παν οἵδε ἡμει̃ς σοι οἰκέται (Ⅲ)
- Veneruntque ad eum fratres sui : et proni adorantes in terram, dixerunt : Servi tui sumus. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 18 ׃50  וילכו גם אחיו ויפלו לפניו ויאמרו הננו לך לעבדים ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 19  
And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?
- Joseph leur dit: Soyez sans crainte; car suis-je à la place de Dieu? (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτοι̃ς Ιωσηφ μὴ φοβει̃σθε του̃ γὰρ θεου̃ εἰμι ἐγώ (Ⅲ)
- Quibus ille respondit : Nolite timere : num Dei possumus resistere voluntati ? (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 19 ׃50  ויאמר אלהם יוסף אל תיראו כי התחת אלהים אני ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 20  
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
- Vous aviez médité de me faire du mal: Dieu l'a changé en bien, pour accomplir ce qui arrive aujourd'hui, pour sauver la vie à un peuple nombreux. (Ⅱ)
- ὑμει̃ς ἐβουλεύσασθε κατ' ἐμου̃ εἰς πονηρά ὁ δὲ θεὸς ἐβουλεύσατο περὶ ἐμου̃ εἰς ἀγαθά ὅπως ἂν γενηθη̨̃ ὡς σήμερον ἵνα διατραφη̨̃ λαὸς πολύς (Ⅲ)
- Vos cogitastis de me malum : sed Deus vertit illud in bonum, ut exaltaret me, sicut in præsentiarum cernitis, et salvos faceret multos populos. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 20 ׃50  ואתם חשבתם עלי רעה אלהים חשבה לטבה למען עשה כיום הזה להחית עם רב ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 21  
Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.
- Soyez donc sans crainte; je vous entretiendrai, vous et vos enfants. Et il les consola, en parlant à leur coeur. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτοι̃ς μὴ φοβει̃σθε ἐγὼ διαθρέψω ὑμα̃ς καὶ τὰς οἰκίας ὑμω̃ν καὶ παρεκάλεσεν αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐλάλησεν αὐτω̃ν εἰς τὴν καρδίαν (Ⅲ)
- Nolite timere : ego pascam vos et parvulos vestros : consolatusque est eos, et blande ac leniter est locutus. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 21 ׃50  ועתה אל תיראו אנכי אכלכל אתכם ואת טפכם וינחם אותם וידבר על לבם ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 22  
And Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he, and his father's house: and Joseph lived an hundred and ten years.
- Joseph demeura en Égypte, lui et la maison de son père. Il vécut cent dix ans. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ κατώ̨κησεν Ιωσηφ ἐν Αἰγύπτω̨ αὐτὸς καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ πα̃σα ἡ πανοικία του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἔζησεν Ιωσηφ ἔτη ἑκατὸν δέκα (Ⅲ)
- Et habitavit in Ægypto cum omni domo patris sui : vixitque centum decem annis. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 22 ׃50  וישב יוסף במצרים הוא ובית אביו ויחי יוסף מאה ועשר שנים ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 23  
And Joseph saw Ephraim's children of the third generation: the children also of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon Joseph's knees.
- Joseph vit les fils d'Éphraïm jusqu'à la troisième génération; et les fils de Makir, fils de Manassé, naquirent sur ses genoux. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃δεν Ιωσηφ Εφραιμ παιδία ἕως τρίτης γενεα̃ς καὶ υἱοὶ Μαχιρ του̃ υἱου̃ Μανασση ἐτέχθησαν ἐπὶ μηρω̃ν Ιωσηφ (Ⅲ)
- Et vidit Ephraim filios usque ad tertiam generationem. Filii quoque Machir filii Manasse nati sunt in genibus Joseph. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 23 ׃50  וירא יוסף לאפרים בני שלשים גם בני מכיר בן מנשה ילדו על ברכי יוסף ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 24  
And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
- Joseph dit à ses frères: Je vais mourir! Mais Dieu vous visitera, et il vous fera remonter de ce pays-ci dans le pays qu'il a juré de donner à Abraham, à Isaac et à Jacob. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιωσηφ τοι̃ς ἀδελφοι̃ς αὐτου̃ λέγων ἐγὼ ἀποθνή̨σκω ἐπισκοπη̨̃ δὲ ἐπισκέψεται ὑμα̃ς ὁ θεὸς καὶ ἀνάξει ὑμα̃ς ἐκ τη̃ς γη̃ς ταύτης εἰς τὴν γη̃ν ἣν ὤμοσεν ὁ θεὸς τοι̃ς πατράσιν ἡμω̃ν Αβρααμ καὶ Ισαακ καὶ Ιακωβ (Ⅲ)
- Quibus transactis, locutus est fratribus suis : Post mortem meam Deus visitabit vos, et ascendere vos faciet de terra ista ad terram quam juravit Abraham, Isaac et Jacob. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 24 ׃50  ויאמר יוסף אל אחיו אנכי מת ואלהים פקד יפקד אתכם והעלה אתכם מן הארץ הזאת אל הארץ אשר נשבע לאברהם ליצחק וליעקב ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 25  
And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
- Joseph fit jurer les fils d'Israël, en disant: Dieu vous visitera; et vous ferez remonter mes os loin d'ici. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ὥρκισεν Ιωσηφ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ λέγων ἐν τη̨̃ ἐπισκοπη̨̃ ἡ̨̃ ἐπισκέψεται ὑμα̃ς ὁ θεός καὶ συνανοίσετε τὰ ὀστα̃ μου ἐντευ̃θεν μεθ' ὑμω̃ν (Ⅲ)
- Cumque adjurasset eos atque dixisset : Deus visitabit vos, asportate ossa mea vobiscum de loco isto : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 25 ׃50  וישבע יוסף את בני ישראל לאמר פקד יפקד אלהים אתכם והעלתם את עצמתי מזה ‬ (Ⅴ)
50. 26  
So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.
- Joseph mourut, âgé de cent dix ans. On l'embauma, et on le mit dans un cercueil en Égypte. (Ⅱ)
- καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν Ιωσηφ ἐτω̃ν ἑκατὸν δέκα καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν καὶ ἔθηκαν ἐν τη̨̃ σορω̨̃ ἐν Αἰγύπτω̨ (Ⅲ)
- mortuus est, expletis centum decem vitæ suæ annis. Et conditus aromatibus, repositus est in loculo in Ægypto. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 26 ׃50  וימת יוסף בן מאה ועשר שנים ויחנטו אתו ויישם בארון במצרים ‬ (Ⅴ)
