Now those that sealed were, Nehemiah, the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,

10. 28  
And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding;
- Le reste du peuple, les sacrificateurs, les Lévites, les portiers, les chantres, les Néthiniens, et tous ceux qui s'étaient séparés des peuples étrangers pour suivre la loi de Dieu, leurs femmes, leurs fils et leurs filles, tous ceux qui étaient capables de connaissance et d'intelligence, (Ⅱ)
- Et reliqui de populo, sacerdotes, Levitæ, janitores, et cantores, Nathinæi, et omnes qui se separaverunt de populis terrarum ad legem Dei, uxores eorum, filii eorum, et filiæ eorum, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 28 ׃10  מלוך חרם בענה ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 29  
They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;
- se joignirent à leurs frères les plus considérables d'entre eux. Ils promirent avec serment et jurèrent de marcher dans la loi de Dieu donnée par Moïse, serviteur de Dieu, d'observer et de mettre en pratique tous les commandements de l'Éternel, notre Seigneur, ses ordonnances et ses lois. (Ⅱ)
- omnes qui poterant sapere spondentes pro fratribus suis, optimates eorum, et qui veniebant ad pollicendum et jurandum ut ambularent in lege Dei, quam dederat in manu Moysi servi Dei : ut facerent et custodirent universa mandata Domini Dei nostri, et judicia ejus et cæremonias ejus : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 29 ׃10  ושאר העם הכהנים הלוים השוערים המשררים הנתינים וכל הנבדל מעמי הארצות אל תורת האלהים נשיהם בניהם ובנתיהם כל יודע מבין ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 30  
And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, not take their daughters for our sons:
- Nous promîmes de ne pas donner nos filles aux peuples du pays et de ne pas prendre leurs filles pour nos fils; (Ⅱ)
- et ut non daremus filias nostras populo terræ, et filias eorum non acciperemus filiis nostris. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 30 ׃10  מחזיקים על אחיהם אדיריהם ובאים באלה ובשבועה ללכת בתורת האלהים אשר נתנה ביד משה עבד האלהים ולשמור ולעשות את כל מצות יהוה אדנינו ומשפטיו וחקיו ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 31  
And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.
- de ne rien acheter, le jour du sabbat et les jours de fête, des peuples du pays qui apporteraient à vendre, le jour du sabbat, des marchandises ou denrées quelconques; et de faire relâche la septième année, en n'exigeant le paiement d'aucune dette. (Ⅱ)
- Populi quoque terræ, qui important venalia, et omnia ad usum, per diem sabbati ut vendant, non accipiemus ab eis in sabbato et in die sanctificato. Et dimittemus annum septimum, et exactionem universæ manus. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 31 ׃10  ואשר לא נתן בנתינו לעמי הארץ ואת בנתיהם לא נקח לבנינו ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 32  
Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;
- Nous nous imposâmes aussi des ordonnances qui nous obligeaient à donner un tiers de sicle par année pour le service de la maison de notre Dieu, (Ⅱ)
- Et statuemus super nos præcepta, ut demus tertiam partem sicli per annum ad opus domus Dei nostri, (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 32 ׃10  ועמי הארץ המביאים את המקחות וכל שבר ביום השבת למכור לא נקח מהם בשבת וביום קדש ונטש את השנה השביעית ומשא כל יד ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 33  
For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.
- pour les pains de proposition, pour l'offrande perpétuelle, pour l'holocauste perpétuel des sabbats, des nouvelles lunes et des fêtes, pour les choses consacrées, pour les sacrifices d'expiation en faveur d'Israël, et pour tout ce qui se fait dans la maison de notre Dieu. (Ⅱ)
- ad panes propositionis, et ad sacrificium sempiternum, et in holocaustum sempiternum in sabbatis, in calendis, in solemnitatibus, et in sanctificatis, et pro peccato : ut exoretur pro Israël, et in omnem usum domus Dei nostri. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 33 ׃10  והעמדנו עלינו מצות לתת עלינו שלשית השקל בשנה לעבדת בית אלהינו ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 34  
And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law:
- Nous tirâmes au sort, sacrificateurs, Lévites et peuple, au sujet du bois qu'on devait chaque année apporter en offrande à la maison de notre Dieu, selon nos maisons paternelles, à des époques fixes, pour qu'il fût brûlé sur l'autel de l'Éternel, notre Dieu, comme il est écrit dans la loi. (Ⅱ)
- Sortes ergo misimus super oblationem lignorum inter sacerdotes, et Levitas, et populum, ut inferrentur in domum Dei nostri per domos patrum nostrorum, per tempora, a temporibus anni usque ad annum : ut arderent super altare Domini Dei nostri, sicut scriptum est in lege Moysi : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 34 ׃10  ללחם המערכת ומנחת התמיד ולעולת התמיד השבתות החדשים למועדים ולקדשים ולחטאות לכפר על ישראל וכל מלאכת בית אלהינו ס‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 35  
And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD:
- Nous résolûmes d'apporter chaque année à la maison de l'Éternel les prémices de notre sol et les prémices de tous les fruits de tous les arbres; (Ⅱ)
- et ut afferremus primogenita terræ nostræ, et primitiva universi fructus omnis ligni, ab anno in annum, in domo Domini : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 35 ׃10  והגורלות הפלנו על קרבן העצים הכהנים הלוים והעם להביא לבית אלהינו לבית אבתינו לעתים מזמנים שנה בשנה לבער על מזבח יהוה אלהינו ככתוב בתורה ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 36  
Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God:
- d'amener à la maison de notre Dieu, aux sacrificateurs qui font le service dans la maison de notre Dieu, les premiers-nés de nos fils et de notre bétail, comme il est écrit dans la loi, les premiers-nés de nos boeufs et de nos brebis; (Ⅱ)
- et primitiva filiorum nostrorum et pecorum nostrorum, sicut scriptum est in lege, et primitiva boum nostrorum et ovium nostrarum, ut offerrentur in domo Dei nostri, sacerdotibus qui ministrant in domo Dei nostri : (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 36 ׃10  ולהביא את בכורי אדמתנו ובכורי כל פרי כל עץ שנה בשנה לבית יהוה ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 37  
And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.
- d'apporter aux sacrificateurs, dans les chambres de la maison de notre Dieu, les prémices de notre pâte et nos offrandes, des fruits de tous les arbres, du moût et de l'huile; et de livrer la dîme de notre sol aux Lévites qui doivent la prendre eux-mêmes dans toutes les villes situées sur les terres que nous cultivons. (Ⅱ)
- et primitias ciborum nostrorum, et libaminum nostrorum, et poma omnis ligni, vindemiæ quoque et olei, afferemus sacerdotibus ad gazophylacium Dei nostri, et decimam partem terræ nostræ Levitis. Ipsi Levitæ decimas accipient ex omnibus civitatibus operum nostrorum. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 37 ׃10  ואת בכרות בנינו ובהמתינו ככתוב בתורה ואת בכורי בקרינו וצאנינו להביא לבית אלהינו לכהנים המשרתים בבית אלהינו ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 38  
And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.
- Le sacrificateur, fils d'Aaron, sera avec les Lévites quand ils lèveront la dîme; et les Lévites apporteront la dîme de la dîme à la maison de notre Dieu, dans les chambres de la maison du trésor. (Ⅱ)
- Erit autem sacerdos filius Aaron cum Levitis in decimis Levitarum, et Levitæ offerent decimam partem decimæ suæ in domo Dei nostri ad gazophylacium in domum thesauri. (Ⅳ)
- ‫ 38 ׃10  ואת ראשית עריסתינו ותרומתינו ופרי כל עץ תירוש ויצהר נביא לכהנים אל לשכות בית אלהינו ומעשר אדמתנו ללוים והם הלוים המעשרים בכל ערי עבדתנו ‬ (Ⅴ)
10. 39  
For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.
- Car les enfants d'Israël et les fils de Lévi apporteront dans ces chambres les offrandes de blé, du moût et d'huile; là sont les ustensiles du sanctuaire, et se tiennent les sacrificateurs qui font le service, les portiers et les chantres. C'est ainsi que nous résolûmes de ne pas abandonner la maison de notre Dieu. (Ⅱ)
- Ad gazophylacium enim deportabunt filii Israël, et filii Levi, primitias frumenti, vini, et olei : et ibi erunt vasa sanctificata, et sacerdotes, et cantores, et janitores, et ministri : et non dimittemus domum Dei nostri. (Ⅳ)
- ‫‫ 39 ׃10  והיה הכהן בן אהרן עם הלוים בעשר הלוים והלוים יעלו את מעשר המעשר לבית אלהינו אל הלשכות לבית האוצר ‬
‫ 40 ׃10  כי אל הלשכות יביאו בני ישראל ובני הלוי את תרומת הדגן התירוש והיצהר ושם כלי המקדש והכהנים המשרתים והשוערים והמשררים ולא נעזב את בית אלהינו ‬ (Ⅴ)
