I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.

I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
- Je prendrai garde à la voie droite. Quand viendras-tu à moi? Je marcherai dans l'intégrité de mon coeur, Au milieu de ma maison. (Ⅱ) - ψαλω̃ καὶ συνήσω ἐν ὁδω̨̃ ἀμώμω̨ πότε ἥξεις πρός με διεπορευόμην ἐν ἀκακία̨ καρδίας μου ἐν μέσω̨ του̃ οἴκου μου (Ⅲ) - et intelligam in via immaculata : quando venies ad me ?/ Perambulabam in innocentia cordis mei, in medio domus meæ./ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃101 אשכילה בדרך תמים מתי תבוא אלי אתהלך בתם לבבי בקרב ביתי (Ⅴ)

I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
- Je ne mettrai rien de mauvais devant mes yeux; Je hais la conduite des pécheurs; Elle ne s'attachera point à moi. (Ⅱ) - οὐ προεθέμην πρὸ ὀφθαλμω̃ν μου πρα̃γμα παράνομον ποιου̃ντας παραβάσεις ἐμίσησα (Ⅲ) - Non proponebam ante oculos meos rem injustam ;/ facientes prævaricationes odivi ;/ non adhæsit mihi (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃101 לא אשית לנגד עיני דבר בליעל עשה סטים שנאתי לא ידבק בי (Ⅴ)

A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.
- Le coeur pervers s'éloignera de moi; Je ne veux pas connaître le méchant. (Ⅱ) - οὐκ ἐκολλήθη μοι καρδία σκαμβή ἐκκλίνοντος ἀπ' ἐμου̃ του̃ πονηρου̃ οὐκ ἐγίνωσκον (Ⅲ) - cor pravum ;/ declinantem a me malignum non cognoscebam./ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃101 לבב עקש יסור ממני רע לא אדע (Ⅴ)

Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
- Celui qui calomnie en secret son prochain, je l'anéantirai; Celui qui a des regards hautains et un coeur enflé, je ne le supporterai pas. (Ⅱ) - τὸν καταλαλου̃ντα λάθρα̨ του̃ πλησίον αὐτου̃ του̃τον ἐξεδίωκον ὑπερηφάνω̨ ὀφθαλμω̨̃ καὶ ἀπλήστω̨ καρδία̨ τούτω̨ οὐ συνήσθιον (Ⅲ) - Detrahentem secreto proximo suo, hunc persequebar :/ superbo oculo, et insatiabili corde, cum hoc non edebam./ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃101 *מלושני **מלשני בסתר רעהו אותו אצמית גבה עינים ורחב לבב אתו לא אוכל (Ⅴ)

Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
- J'aurai les yeux sur les fidèles du pays, Pour qu'ils demeurent auprès de moi; Celui qui marche dans une voie intègre sera mon serviteur. (Ⅱ) - οἱ ὀφθαλμοί μου ἐπὶ τοὺς πιστοὺς τη̃ς γη̃ς του̃ συγκαθη̃σθαι αὐτοὺς μετ' ἐμου̃ πορευόμενος ἐν ὁδω̨̃ ἀμώμω̨ οὑ̃τός μοι ἐλειτούργει (Ⅲ) - Oculi mei ad fideles terræ, ut sedeant mecum ;/ ambulans in via immaculata, hic mihi ministrabat./ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃101 עיני בנאמני ארץ לשבת עמדי הלך בדרך תמים הוא ישרתני (Ⅴ)

He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
- Celui qui se livre à la fraude n'habitera pas dans ma maison; Celui qui dit des mensonges ne subsistera pas en ma présence. (Ⅱ) - οὐ κατώ̨κει ἐν μέσω̨ τη̃ς οἰκίας μου ποιω̃ν ὑπερηφανίαν λαλω̃ν ἄδικα οὐ κατεύθυνεν ἐναντίον τω̃ν ὀφθαλμω̃ν μου (Ⅲ) - Non habitabit in medio domus meæ qui facit superbiam ;/ qui loquitur iniqua non direxit in conspectu oculorum meorum./ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃101 לא ישב בקרב ביתי עשה רמיה דבר שקרים לא יכון לנגד עיני (Ⅴ)

I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.
- Chaque matin j'anéantirai tous les méchants du pays, Afin d'exterminer de la ville de l'Éternel Tous ceux qui commettent l'iniquité. (Ⅱ) - εἰς τὰς πρωίας ἀπέκτεννον πάντας τοὺς ἁμαρτωλοὺς τη̃ς γη̃ς του̃ ἐξολεθρευ̃σαι ἐκ πόλεως κυρίου πάντας τοὺς ἐργαζομένους τὴν ἀνομίαν (Ⅲ) - In matutino interficiebam omnes peccatores terræ,/ ut disperderem de civitate Domini omnes operantes iniquitatem.] (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃101 לבקרים אצמית כל רשעי ארץ להכרית מעיר יהוה כל פעלי און (Ⅴ)
