του̃ Δαυιδ πρὸ του̃ χρισθη̃ναι κύριος φωτισμός μου καὶ σωτήρ μου τίνα φοβηθήσομαι κύριος ὑπερασπιστὴς τη̃ς ζωη̃ς μου ἀπὸ τίνος δειλιάσω
- De David. L'Éternel est ma lumière et mon salut: De qui aurais-je crainte? L'Éternel est le soutien de ma vie: De qui aurais-je peur? (Ⅱ) - The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (Ⅲ) - Psalmus David, priusquam liniretur. [Dominus illuminatio mea et salus mea : quem timebo ?/ Dominus protector vitæ meæ :/ a quo trepidabo ?/ (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃27 לדוד יהוה אורי וישעי ממי אירא יהוה מעוז חיי ממי אפחד (Ⅴ)

ἐν τω̨̃ ἐγγίζειν ἐπ' ἐμὲ κακου̃ντας του̃ φαγει̃ν τὰς σάρκας μου οἱ θλίβοντές με καὶ οἱ ἐχθροί μου αὐτοὶ ἠσθένησαν καὶ ἔπεσαν
- Quand des méchants s'avancent contre moi, Pour dévorer ma chair, Ce sont mes persécuteurs et mes ennemis Qui chancellent et tombent. (Ⅱ) - When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. (Ⅲ) - Dum appropiant super me nocentes ut edant carnes meas,/ qui tribulant me inimici mei,/ ipsi infirmati sunt et ceciderunt./ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃27 בקרב עלי מרעים לאכל את בשרי צרי ואיבי לי המה כשלו ונפלו (Ⅴ)

ἐὰν παρατάξηται ἐπ' ἐμὲ παρεμβολή οὐ φοβηθήσεται ἡ καρδία μου ἐὰν ἐπαναστη̨̃ ἐπ' ἐμὲ πόλεμος ἐν ταύτη̨ ἐγὼ ἐλπίζω
- Si une armée se campait contre moi, Mon coeur n'aurait aucune crainte; Si une guerre s'élevait contre moi, Je serais malgré cela plein de confiance. (Ⅱ) - Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. (Ⅲ) - Si consistant adversum me castra, non timebit cor meum ;/ si exsurgat adversum me prælium, in hoc ego sperabo./ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃27 אם תחנה עלי מחנה לא יירא לבי אם תקום עלי מלחמה בזאת אני בוטח (Ⅴ)

μίαν ἠ̨τησάμην παρὰ κυρίου ταύτην ἐκζητήσω του̃ κατοικει̃ν με ἐν οἴκω̨ κυρίου πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας τη̃ς ζωη̃ς μου του̃ θεωρει̃ν με τὴν τερπνότητα του̃ κυρίου καὶ ἐπισκέπτεσθαι τὸν ναὸν αὐτου̃
- Je demande à l'Éternel une chose, que je désire ardemment: Je voudrais habiter toute ma vie dans la maison de l'Éternel, Pour contempler la magnificence de l'Éternel Et pour admirer son temple. (Ⅱ) - One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. (Ⅲ) - Unam petii a Domino, hanc requiram,/ ut inhabitem in domo Domini omnibus diebus vitæ meæ ;/ ut videam voluptatem Domini, et visitem templum ejus./ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃27 אחת שאלתי מאת יהוה אותה אבקש שבתי בבית יהוה כל ימי חיי לחזות בנעם יהוה ולבקר בהיכלו (Ⅴ)

ὅτι ἔκρυψέν με ἐν σκηνη̨̃ ἐν ἡμέρα̨ κακω̃ν μου ἐσκέπασέν με ἐν ἀποκρύφω̨ τη̃ς σκηνη̃ς αὐτου̃ ἐν πέτρα̨ ὕψωσέν με
- Car il me protégera dans son tabernacle au jour du malheur, Il me cachera sous l'abri de sa tente; Il m'élèvera sur un rocher. (Ⅱ) - For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. (Ⅲ) - Quoniam abscondit me in tabernaculo suo ;/ in die malorum protexit me in abscondito tabernaculi sui./ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃27 כי יצפנני בסכה ביום רעה יסתרני בסתר אהלו בצור ירוממני (Ⅴ)

καὶ νυ̃ν ἰδοὺ ὕψωσεν τὴν κεφαλήν μου ἐπ' ἐχθρούς μου ἐκύκλωσα καὶ ἔθυσα ἐν τη̨̃ σκηνη̨̃ αὐτου̃ θυσίαν ἀλαλαγμου̃ ἄ̨σομαι καὶ ψαλω̃ τω̨̃ κυρίω̨
- Et déjà ma tête s'élève sur mes ennemis qui m'entourent; J'offrirai des sacrifices dans sa tente, au son de la trompette; Je chanterai, je célébrerai l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. (Ⅲ) - In petra exaltavit me,/ et nunc exaltavit caput meum super inimicos meos./ Circuivi, et immolavi in tabernaculo ejus hostiam vociferationis ;/ cantabo, et psalmum dicam Domino./ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃27 ועתה ירום ראשי על איבי סביבותי ואזבחה באהלו זבחי תרועה אשירה ואזמרה ליהוה (Ⅴ)

εἰσάκουσον κύριε τη̃ς φωνη̃ς μου ἡ̃ς ἐκέκραξα ἐλέησόν με καὶ εἰσάκουσόν μου
- Éternel! écoute ma voix, je t'invoque: Aie pitié de moi et exauce-moi! (Ⅱ) - Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. (Ⅲ) - Exaudi, Domine, vocem meam, qua clamavi ad te ;/ miserere mei, et exaudi me./ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃27 שמע יהוה קולי אקרא וחנני וענני (Ⅴ)

σοὶ εἰ̃πεν ἡ καρδία μου ἐζήτησεν τὸ πρόσωπόν μου τὸ πρόσωπόν σου κύριε ζητήσω
- Mon coeur dit de ta part: Cherchez ma face! Je cherche ta face, ô Éternel! (Ⅱ) - When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. (Ⅲ) - Tibi dixit cor meum : Exquisivit te facies mea ;/ faciem tuam, Domine, requiram./ (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃27 לך אמר לבי בקשו פני את פניך יהוה אבקש (Ⅴ)

μὴ ἀποστρέψη̨ς τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἀπ' ἐμου̃ μὴ ἐκκλίνη̨ς ἐν ὀργη̨̃ ἀπὸ του̃ δούλου σου βοηθός μου γενου̃ μὴ ἀποσκορακίση̨ς με καὶ μὴ ἐγκαταλίπη̨ς με ὁ θεὸς ὁ σωτήρ μου
- Ne me cache point ta face, Ne repousse pas avec colère ton serviteur! Tu es mon secours, ne me laisse pas, ne m'abandonne pas, Dieu de mon salut! (Ⅱ) - Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. (Ⅲ) - Ne avertas faciem tuam a me ;/ ne declines in ira a servo tuo./ Adjutor meus esto ; ne derelinquas me,/ neque despicias me, Deus salutaris meus./ (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃27 אל תסתר פניך ממני אל תט באף עבדך עזרתי היית אל תטשני ואל תעזבני אלהי ישעי (Ⅴ)

ὅτι ὁ πατήρ μου καὶ ἡ μήτηρ μου ἐγκατέλιπόν με ὁ δὲ κύριος προσελάβετό με
- Car mon père et ma mère m'abandonnent, Mais l'Éternel me recueillera. (Ⅱ) - When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. (Ⅲ) - Quoniam pater meus et mater mea dereliquerunt me ;/ Dominus autem assumpsit me./ (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃27 כי אבי ואמי עזבוני ויהוה יאספני (Ⅴ)

νομοθέτησόν με κύριε τη̨̃ ὁδω̨̃ σου καὶ ὁδήγησόν με ἐν τρίβω̨ εὐθεία̨ ἕνεκα τω̃ν ἐχθρω̃ν μου
- Éternel! enseigne-moi ta voie, Conduis-moi dans le sentier de la droiture, A cause de mes ennemis. (Ⅱ) - Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. (Ⅲ) - Legem pone mihi, Domine, in via tua,/ et dirige me in semitam rectam, propter inimicos meos./ (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃27 הורני יהוה דרכך ונחני בארח מישור למען שוררי (Ⅴ)

μὴ παραδω̨̃ς με εἰς ψυχὰς θλιβόντων με ὅτι ἐπανέστησάν μοι μάρτυρες ἄδικοι καὶ ἐψεύσατο ἡ ἀδικία ἑαυτη̨̃
- Ne me livre pas au bon plaisir de mes adversaires, Car il s'élève contre moi de faux témoins Et des gens qui ne respirent que la violence. (Ⅱ) - Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. (Ⅲ) - Ne tradideris me in animas tribulantium me,/ quoniam insurrexerunt in me testes iniqui,/ et mentita est iniquitas sibi./ (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃27 אל תתנני בנפש צרי כי קמו בי עדי שקר ויפח חמס (Ⅴ)

πιστεύω του̃ ἰδει̃ν τὰ ἀγαθὰ κυρίου ἐν γη̨̃ ζώντων
- Oh! si je n'étais pas sûr de voir la bonté de l'Éternel Sur la terre des vivants!... (Ⅱ) - I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. (Ⅲ) - Credo videre bona Domini in terra viventium./ (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃27 לולא[4] האמנתי לראות בטוב יהוה בארץ חיים (Ⅴ)

ὑπόμεινον τὸν κύριον ἀνδρίζου καὶ κραταιούσθω ἡ καρδία σου καὶ ὑπόμεινον τὸν κύριον
- Espère en l'Éternel! Fortifie-toi et que ton coeur s'affermisse! Espère en l'Éternel! (Ⅱ) - Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. (Ⅲ) - Expecta Dominum, viriliter age :/ et confortetur cor tuum, et sustine Dominum.] (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃27 קוה אל יהוה חזק ויאמץ לבך וקוה אל יהוה (Ⅴ)
