In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
- L'année de la mort du roi Ozias, je vis le Seigneur assis sur un trône très élevé, et les pans de sa robe remplissaient le temple. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγένετο του̃ ἐνιαυτου̃ οὑ̃ ἀπέθανεν Οζιας ὁ βασιλεύς εἰ̃δον τὸν κύριον καθήμενον ἐπὶ θρόνου ὑψηλου̃ καὶ ἐπηρμένου καὶ πλήρης ὁ οἰ̃κος τη̃ς δόξης αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - In anno quo mortuus est rex Ozias, vidi Dominum sedentem super solium excelsum et elevatum ; et ea quæ sub ipso erant replebant templum. (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃6 בשנת מות המלך עזיהו ואראה את אדני ישב על כסא רם ונשא ושוליו מלאים את ההיכל (Ⅴ)

Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
- Des séraphins se tenaient au-dessus de lui; ils avaient chacun six ailes; deux dont ils se couvraient la face, deux dont ils se couvraient les pieds, et deux dont ils se servaient pour voler. (Ⅱ) - καὶ σεραφιν εἱστήκεισαν κύκλω̨ αὐτου̃ ἓξ πτέρυγες τω̨̃ ἑνὶ καὶ ἓξ πτέρυγες τω̨̃ ἑνί καὶ ται̃ς μὲν δυσὶν κατεκάλυπτον τὸ πρόσωπον καὶ ται̃ς δυσὶν κατεκάλυπτον τοὺς πόδας καὶ ται̃ς δυσὶν ἐπέταντο (Ⅲ) - Seraphim stabant super illud : sex alæ uni, et sex alæ alteri ; duabus velabant faciem ejus, et duabus velabant pedes ejus, et duabus volabant. (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃6 שרפים עמדים ממעל לו שש כנפים שש כנפים לאחד בשתים יכסה פניו ובשתים יכסה רגליו ובשתים יעופף (Ⅴ)

And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
- Ils criaient l'un à l'autre, et disaient: Saint, saint, saint est l'Éternel des armées! toute la terre est pleine de sa gloire! (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐκέκραγον ἕτερος πρὸς τὸν ἕτερον καὶ ἔλεγον ἅγιος ἅγιος ἅγιος κύριος σαβαωθ πλήρης πα̃σα ἡ γη̃ τη̃ς δόξης αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - Et clamabant alter ad alterum, et dicebant : [Sanctus, sanctus, sanctus Dominus, Deus exercituum ;/ plena est omnis terra gloria ejus.] (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃6 וקרא זה אל זה ואמר קדוש קדוש קדוש יהוה צבאות מלא כל הארץ כבודו (Ⅴ)

And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
- Les portes furent ébranlées dans leurs fondements par la voix qui retentissait, et la maison se remplit de fumée. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐπήρθη τὸ ὑπέρθυρον ἀπὸ τη̃ς φωνη̃ς ἡ̃ς ἐκέκραγον καὶ ὁ οἰ̃κος ἐπλήσθη καπνου̃ (Ⅲ) - Et commota sunt superliminaria cardinum a voce clamantis, et domus repleta est fumo. (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃6 וינעו אמות הספים מקול הקורא והבית ימלא עשן (Ⅴ)

Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.
- Alors je dis: Malheur à moi! je suis perdu, car je suis un homme dont les lèvres sont impures, j'habite au milieu d'un peuple dont les lèvres sont impures, et mes yeux ont vu le Roi, l'Éternel des armées. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πα ὠ̃ τάλας ἐγώ ὅτι κατανένυγμαι ὅτι ἄνθρωπος ὢν καὶ ἀκάθαρτα χείλη ἔχων ἐν μέσω̨ λαου̃ ἀκάθαρτα χείλη ἔχοντος ἐγὼ οἰκω̃ καὶ τὸν βασιλέα κύριον σαβαωθ εἰ̃δον τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς μου (Ⅲ) - Et dixi : [Væ mihi, quia tacui,/ quia vir pollutus labiis ego sum,/ et in medio populi polluta labia habentis ego habito,/ et regem Dominum exercituum vidi oculis meis.] (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃6 ואמר אוי לי כי נדמיתי כי איש טמא שפתים אנכי ובתוך עם טמא שפתים אנכי יושב כי את המלך יהוה צבאות ראו עיני (Ⅴ)

Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
- Mais l'un des séraphins vola vers moi, tenant à la main une pierre ardente, qu'il avait prise sur l'autel avec des pincettes. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἀπεστάλη πρός με ἓν τω̃ν σεραφιν καὶ ἐν τη̨̃ χειρὶ εἰ̃χεν ἄνθρακα ὃν τη̨̃ λαβίδι ἔλαβεν ἀπὸ του̃ θυσιαστηρίου (Ⅲ) - Et volavit ad me unus de seraphim, et in manu ejus calculus, quem forcipe tulerat de altari, (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃6 ויעף אלי אחד מן השרפים ובידו רצפה במלקחים לקח מעל המזבח (Ⅴ)

And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
- Il en toucha ma bouche, et dit: Ceci a touché tes lèvres; ton iniquité est enlevée, et ton péché est expié. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἥψατο του̃ στόματός μου καὶ εἰ̃πεν ἰδοὺ ἥψατο του̃το τω̃ν χειλέων σου καὶ ἀφελει̃ τὰς ἀνομίας σου καὶ τὰς ἁμαρτίας σου περικαθαριει̃ (Ⅲ) - et tetigit os meum, et dixit : [Ecce tetigit hoc labia tua,/ et auferetur iniquitas tua, et peccatum tuum mundabitur.] (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃6 ויגע על פי ויאמר הנה נגע זה על שפתיך וסר עונך וחטאתך תכפר (Ⅴ)

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
- J'entendis la voix du Seigneur, disant: Qui enverrai-je, et qui marchera pour nous? Je répondis: Me voici, envoie-moi. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἤκουσα τη̃ς φωνη̃ς κυρίου λέγοντος τίνα ἀποστείλω καὶ τίς πορεύσεται πρὸς τὸν λαὸν του̃τον καὶ εἰ̃πα ἰδού εἰμι ἐγώ ἀπόστειλόν με (Ⅲ) - Et audivi vocem Domini dicentis : [Quem mittam ?/ et quis ibit nobis ?] Et dixi : [Ecce ego, mitte me.] (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃6 ואשמע את קול אדני אמר את מי אשלח ומי ילך לנו ואמר הנני שלחני (Ⅴ)

And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
- Il dit alors: Va, et dis à ce peuple: Vous entendrez, et vous ne comprendrez point; Vous verrez, et vous ne saisirez point. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πορεύθητι καὶ εἰπὸν τω̨̃ λαω̨̃ τούτω̨ ἀκοη̨̃ ἀκούσετε καὶ οὐ μὴ συνη̃τε καὶ βλέποντες βλέψετε καὶ οὐ μὴ ἴδητε (Ⅲ) - Et dixit : [Vade, et dices populo huic :/ Audite audientes, et nolite intelligere ;/ et videte visionem, et nolite cognoscere./ (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃6 ויאמר לך ואמרת לעם הזה שמעו שמוע ואל תבינו וראו ראו ואל תדעו (Ⅴ)

Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
- Rends insensible le coeur de ce peuple, Endurcis ses oreilles, et bouche-lui les yeux, Pour qu'il ne voie point de ses yeux, n'entende point de ses oreilles, Ne comprenne point de son coeur, Ne se convertisse point et ne soit point guéri. (Ⅱ) - ἐπαχύνθη γὰρ ἡ καρδία του̃ λαου̃ τούτου καὶ τοι̃ς ὠσὶν αὐτω̃ν βαρέως ἤκουσαν καὶ τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτω̃ν ἐκάμμυσαν μήποτε ἴδωσιν τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς καὶ τοι̃ς ὠσὶν ἀκούσωσιν καὶ τη̨̃ καρδία̨ συνω̃σιν καὶ ἐπιστρέψωσιν καὶ ἰάσομαι αὐτούς (Ⅲ) - Excæca cor populi hujus,/ et aures ejus aggrava,/ et oculos ejus claude :/ ne forte videat oculis suis,/ et auribus suis audiat,/ et corde suo intelligat,/ et convertatur, et sanem eum.] (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃6 השמן לב העם הזה ואזניו הכבד ועיניו השע פן יראה בעיניו ובאזניו ישמע ולבבו יבין ושב ורפא לו (Ⅴ)

Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,
- Je dis: Jusqu'à quand, Seigneur? Et il répondit: Jusqu'à ce que les villes soient dévastées Et privées d'habitants; Jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait personne dans les maisons, Et que le pays soit ravagé par la solitude; (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πα ἕως πότε κύριε καὶ εἰ̃πεν ἕως ἂν ἐρημωθω̃σιν πόλεις παρὰ τὸ μὴ κατοικει̃σθαι καὶ οἰ̃κοι παρὰ τὸ μὴ εἰ̃ναι ἀνθρώπους καὶ ἡ γη̃ καταλειφθήσεται ἔρημος (Ⅲ) - Et dixi : [Usquequo, Domine ?] Et dixit : [Donec desolentur civitates absque habitatore,/ et domus sine homine,/ et terra relinquetur deserta./ (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃6 ואמר עד מתי אדני ויאמר עד אשר אם שאו ערים מאין יושב ובתים מאין אדם והאדמה תשאה שממה (Ⅴ)

And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.
- Jusqu'à ce que l'Éternel ait éloigné les hommes, Et que le pays devienne un immense désert, (Ⅱ) - καὶ μετὰ ταυ̃τα μακρυνει̃ ὁ θεὸς τοὺς ἀνθρώπους καὶ οἱ καταλειφθέντες πληθυνθήσονται ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅲ) - Et longe faciet Dominus homines,/ et multiplicabitur quæ derelicta fuerat in medio terræ./ (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃6 ורחק יהוה את האדם ורבה העזובה בקרב הארץ (Ⅴ)

But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
- Et s'il y reste encore un dixième des habitants, Ils seront à leur tour anéantis. Mais, comme le térébinthe et le chêne Conservent leur tronc quand ils sont abattus, Une sainte postérité renaîtra de ce peuple. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔτι ἐπ' αὐτη̃ς ἔστιν τὸ ἐπιδέκατον καὶ πάλιν ἔσται εἰς προνομὴν ὡς τερέβινθος καὶ ὡς βάλανος ὅταν ἐκπέση̨ ἀπὸ τη̃ς θήκης αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ) - Et adhuc in ea decimatio,/ et convertetur, et erit in ostensionem/ sicut terebinthus, et sicut quercus quæ expandit ramos suos ;/ semen sanctum erit id quod steterit in ea.] (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃6 ועוד בה עשריה ושבה והיתה לבער כאלה וכאלון אשר בשלכת מצבת בם זרע קדש מצבתה פ (Ⅴ)
