The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
- La parole de l'Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots: (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων (Ⅲ) - Et factus est sermo Domini ad me, dicens : (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃25 ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר (Ⅴ)

Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;
- Fils de l'homme, tourne ta face vers les enfants d'Ammon, Et prophétise contre eux! (Ⅱ) - υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου στήρισον τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων καὶ προφήτευσον ἐπ' αὐτοὺς (Ⅲ) - Fili hominis, pone faciem tuam contra filios Ammon, et prophetabis de eis. (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃25 בן אדם שים פניך אל בני עמון והנבא עליהם (Ⅴ)

And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;
- Tu diras aux enfants d'Ammon: Écoutez la parole du Seigneur, de l'Éternel! Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce que tu as dit: Ah! ah! Sur mon sanctuaire qui était profané, Sur la terre d'Israël qui était dévastée, Et sur la maison de Juda qui allait en captivité, (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐρει̃ς τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Αμμων ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν ἐπεχάρητε ἐπὶ τὰ ἅγιά μου ὅτι ἐβεβηλώθη καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν του̃ Ισραηλ ὅτι ἠφανίσθη καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἰ̃κον του̃ Ιουδα ὅτι ἐπορεύθησαν ἐν αἰχμαλωσία̨ (Ⅲ) - Et dices filiis Ammon : [Audite verbum Domini Dei./ Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod dixisti : Euge, euge,/ super sanctuarium meum, quia pollutum est ;/ et super terram Israël, quoniam desolata est ;/ et super domum Juda, quoniam ducti sunt in captivitatem :/ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃25 ואמרת לבני עמון שמעו דבר אדני יהוה כה אמר אדני יהוה יען אמרך האח אל מקדשי כי נחל ואל אדמת ישראל כי נשמה ואל בית יהודה כי הלכו בגולה (Ⅴ)

Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.
- Voici, je te donne en possession aux fils de l'Orient; Ils établiront au milieu de toi leurs enclos, Et ils y placeront leurs demeures; Ils mangeront tes fruits, Ils boiront ton lait. (Ⅱ) - διὰ του̃το ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραδίδωμι ὑμα̃ς τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Κεδεμ εἰς κληρονομίαν καὶ κατασκηνώσουσιν ἐν τη̨̃ ἀπαρτία̨ αὐτω̃ν ἐν σοὶ καὶ δώσουσιν ἐν σοὶ τὰ σκηνώματα αὐτω̃ν αὐτοὶ φάγονται τοὺς καρπούς σου καὶ αὐτοὶ πίονται τὴν πιότητά σου (Ⅲ) - idcirco ego tradam te filiis orientalibus in hæreditatem :/ et collocabunt caulas suas in te,/ et ponent in te tentoria sua :/ ipsi comedent fruges tuas,/ et ipsi bibent lac tuum./ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃25 לכן הנני נתנך לבני קדם למורשה וישבו טירותיהם בך ונתנו בך משכניהם המה יאכלו פריך והמה ישתו חלבך (Ⅴ)

And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
- Je ferai de Rabba un parc pour les chameaux, Et du pays des enfants d'Ammon un bercail pour les brebis. Et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - καὶ δώσω τὴν πόλιν του̃ Αμμων εἰς νομὰς καμήλων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων εἰς νομὴν προβάτων καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος (Ⅲ) - Daboque Rabbath in habitaculum camelorum,/ et filios Ammon in cubile pecorum :/ et scietis quia ego Dominus./ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃25 ונתתי את רבה לנוה גמלים ואת בני עמון למרבץ צאן וידעתם כי אני יהוה ס (Ⅴ)

For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel;
- Car ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce que tu as battu des mains Et frappé du pied, Parce que tu t'es réjoui dédaigneusement et du fond de l'âme Au sujet de la terre d'Israël, (Ⅱ) - διότι τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν ἐκρότησας τὴν χει̃ρά σου καὶ ἐπεψόφησας τω̨̃ ποδί σου καὶ ἐπέχαρας ἐκ ψυχη̃ς σου ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν του̃ Ισραηλ (Ⅲ) - Quia hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod plausisti manu et percussisti pede,/ et gavisa es ex toto affectu super terram Israël,/ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃25 כי כה אמר אדני יהוה יען מחאך יד ורקעך ברגל ותשמח בכל שאטך בנפש אל אדמת ישראל (Ⅴ)

Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.
- Voici, j'étends ma main sur toi, Et je te livre en proie aux nations; Je t'extermine du milieu des peuples, Je te retranche du nombre des pays, Je te détruis. Et tu sauras que je suis l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - διὰ του̃το ἐκτενω̃ τὴν χει̃ρά μου ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ δώσω σε εἰς διαρπαγὴν ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω σε ἐκ τω̃ν λαω̃ν καὶ ἀπολω̃ σε ἐκ τω̃ν χωρω̃ν ἀπωλεία̨ καὶ ἐπιγνώση̨ διότι ἐγὼ κύριος (Ⅲ) - idcirco ecce ego extendam manum meam super te,/ et tradam te in direptionem gentium,/ et interficiam te de populis,/ et perdam de terris, et conteram :/ et scies quia ego Dominus.]\ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃25 לכן הנני נטיתי את ידי עליך ונתתיך *לבג[1] **לבז לגוים והכרתיך מן העמים והאבדתיך מן הארצות אשמידך וידעת כי אני יהוה ס (Ⅴ)

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen;
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce que Moab et Séir ont dit: Voici, la maison de Juda est comme toutes les nations! (Ⅱ) - τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν εἰ̃πεν Μωαβ ἰδοὺ ὃν τρόπον πάντα τὰ ἔθνη οἰ̃κος Ισραηλ καὶ Ιουδα (Ⅲ) - Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod dixerunt Moab et Seir :/ Ecce sicut omnes gentes, domus Juda :/ (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃25 כה אמר אדני יהוה יען אמר מואב ושעיר הנה ככל הגוים בית יהודה (Ⅴ)

Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Bethjeshimoth, Baalmeon, and Kiriathaim,
- A cause de cela, voici, j'ouvre le territoire de Moab Du côté des villes, de ses villes frontières, L'ornement du pays, Beth Jeschimoth, Baal Meon et Kirjathaïm, (Ⅱ) - διὰ του̃το ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραλύω τὸν ὠ̃μον Μωαβ ἀπὸ πόλεων ἀκρωτηρίων αὐτου̃ ἐκλεκτὴν γη̃ν οἰ̃κον Ασιμουθ ἐπάνω πηγη̃ς πόλεως παραθαλασσίας (Ⅲ) - idcirco ecce ego aperiam humerum Moab de civitatibus,/ de civitatibus, inquam, ejus, et de finibus ejus,/ inclytas terræ Bethiesimoth, et Beelmeon, et Cariathaim,/ (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃25 לכן הנני פתח את כתף מואב מהערים מעריו מקצהו צבי ארץ בית הישימת בעל מעון *וקריתמה **וקריתימה (Ⅴ)

Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.
- Je l'ouvre aux fils de l'orient Qui marchent contre les enfants d'Ammon, Et je le leur donne en possession, Afin que les enfants d'Ammon ne soient plus comptés parmi les nations. (Ⅱ) - τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Κεδεμ ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων δέδωκα αὐτοὺς εἰς κληρονομίαν ὅπως μὴ μνεία γένηται τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Αμμων (Ⅲ) - filiis orientis cum filiis Ammon,/ et dabo eam in hæreditatem,/ ut non sit ultra memoria filiorum Ammon in gentibus./ (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃25 לבני קדם על בני עמון ונתתיה למורשה למען לא תזכר בני עמון בגוים (Ⅴ)

And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
- J'exercerai mes jugements contre Moab. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰς Μωαβ ποιήσω ἐκδίκησιν καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ κύριος (Ⅲ) - Et in Moab faciam judicia,/ et scient quia ego Dominus.]\ (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃25 ובמואב אעשה שפטים וידעו כי אני יהוה ס (Ⅴ)

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce qu'Édom s'est livré à la vengeance Envers la maison de Juda, Parce qu'il s'est rendu coupable Et s'est vengé d'elle, (Ⅱ) - τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν ἐποίησεν ἡ Ιδουμαία ἐν τω̨̃ ἐκδικη̃σαι αὐτοὺς ἐκδίκησιν εἰς τὸν οἰ̃κον Ιουδα καὶ ἐμνησικάκησαν καὶ ἐξεδίκησαν δίκην (Ⅲ) - Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod fecit Idumæa ultionem ut se vindicaret de filiis Juda,/ peccavitque delinquens,/ et vindictam expetivit de eis :/ (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃25 כה אמר אדני יהוה יען עשות אדום בנקם נקם לבית יהודה ויאשמו אשום ונקמו בהם (Ⅴ)

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: J'étends ma main sur Édom, J'en extermine les hommes et les bêtes, J'en fais un désert, de Théman à Dedan; Ils tomberont par l'épée. (Ⅱ) - διὰ του̃το τάδε λέγει κύριος καὶ ἐκτενω̃ τὴν χει̃ρά μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω ἐξ αὐτη̃ς ἄνθρωπον καὶ κτη̃νος καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὴν ἔρημον καὶ ἐκ Θαιμαν διωκόμενοι ἐν ῥομφαία̨ πεσου̃νται (Ⅲ) - idcirco hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Extendam manum meam super Idumæam,/ et auferam de ea hominem et jumentum,/ et faciam eam desertam ab austro :/ et qui sunt in Dedan, gladio cadent./ (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃25 לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה ונטתי ידי על אדום והכרתי ממנה אדם ובהמה ונתתיה חרבה מתימן ודדנה בחרב יפלו (Ⅴ)

And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.
- J'exercerai ma vengeance sur Édom Par la main de mon peuple d'Israël; Il traitera Édom selon ma colère et ma fureur; Et ils reconnaîtront ma vengeance, Dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - καὶ δώσω ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν ἐν χειρὶ λαου̃ μου Ισραηλ καὶ ποιήσουσιν ἐν τη̨̃ Ιδουμαία̨ κατὰ τὴν ὀργήν μου καὶ κατὰ τὸν θυμόν μου καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου λέγει κύριος (Ⅲ) - Et dabo ultionem meam super Idumæam/ per manum populi mei Israël :/ et facient in Edom juxta iram meam et furorem meum,/ et scient vindictam meam,/ dicit Dominus Deus.]\ (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃25 ונתתי את נקמתי באדום ביד עמי ישראל ועשו באדום כאפי וכחמתי וידעו את נקמתי נאם אדני יהוה פ (Ⅴ)

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce que les Philistins se sont livrés à la vengeance, Parce qu'ils se sont vengés dédaigneusement et du fond de l'âme, Voulant tout détruire, dans leur haine éternelle, (Ⅱ) - διὰ του̃το τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν ἐποίησαν οἱ ἀλλόφυλοι ἐν ἐκδικήσει καὶ ἐξανέστησαν ἐκδίκησιν ἐπιχαίροντες ἐκ ψυχη̃ς του̃ ἐξαλει̃ψαι ἕως αἰω̃νος (Ⅲ) - Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod fecerunt Palæstini vindictam,/ et ulti se sunt toto animo,/ interficientes, et implentes inimicitias veteres,/ (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃25 כה אמר אדני יהוה יען עשות פלשתים בנקמה וינקמו נקם בשאט בנפש למשחית איבת עולם (Ⅴ)

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Voici, j'étends ma main sur les Philistins, J'extermine les Kéréthiens, Et je détruis ce qui reste sur la côte de la mer. (Ⅱ) - διὰ του̃το τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκτενω̃ τὴν χει̃ρά μου ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω Κρη̃τας καὶ ἀπολω̃ τοὺς καταλοίπους τοὺς κατοικου̃ντας τὴν παραλίαν (Ⅲ) - propterea hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Ecce ego extendam manum meam super Palæstinos,/ et interficiam interfectores,/ et perdam reliquias maritimæ regionis,/ (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃25 לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה הנני נוטה ידי על פלשתים והכרתי את כרתים והאבדתי את שארית חוף הים (Ⅴ)

And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.
- J'exercerai sur eux de grandes vengeances, En les châtiant avec fureur. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel, Quand j'exercerai sur eux ma vengeance. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ποιήσω ἐν αὐτοι̃ς ἐκδικήσεις μεγάλας καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ κύριος ἐν τω̨̃ δου̃ναι τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπ' αὐτούς (Ⅲ) - faciamque in eis ultiones magnas,/ arguens in furore :/ et scient quia ego Dominus,/ cum dedero vindictam meam super eos.] (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃25 ועשיתי בם נקמות גדלות בתוכחות חמה וידעו כי אני יהוה בתתי את נקמתי בם ס (Ⅴ)
