Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and pourtray upon it the city, even Jerusalem:
- Et toi, fils de l'homme, prends une brique, place-la devant toi, et tu y traceras une ville, Jérusalem. (Ⅱ) - καὶ σύ υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου λαβὲ σεαυτω̨̃ πλίνθον καὶ θήσεις αὐτὴν πρὸ προσώπου σου καὶ διαγράψεις ἐπ' αὐτὴν πόλιν τὴν Ιερουσαλημ (Ⅲ) - Et tu, fili hominis, sume tibi laterem, et pones eum coram te, et describes in eo civitatem Jerusalem. (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃4 ואתה בן אדם קח לך לבנה ונתתה אותה לפניך וחקות עליה עיר את ירושלם (Ⅴ)

And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round about.
- Représente-la en état de siège, forme des retranchements, élève contre elle des terrasses, environne-la d'un camp, dresse contre elle des béliers tout autour. (Ⅱ) - καὶ δώσεις ἐπ' αὐτὴν περιοχὴν καὶ οἰκοδομήσεις ἐπ' αὐτὴν προμαχω̃νας καὶ περιβαλει̃ς ἐπ' αὐτὴν χάρακα καὶ δώσεις ἐπ' αὐτὴν παρεμβολὰς καὶ τάξεις τὰς βελοστάσεις κύκλω̨ (Ⅲ) - Et ordinabis adversus eam obsidionem, et ædificabis munitiones, et comportabis aggerem, et dabis contra eam castra, et pones arietes in gyro. (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃4 ונתתה עליה מצור ובנית עליה דיק ושפכת עליה סללה ונתתה עליה מחנות ושים עליה כרים סביב (Ⅴ)

Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.
- Prends une poêle de fer, et mets-la comme un mur de fer entre toi et la ville; dirige ta face contre elle, et elle sera assiégée, et tu l'assiégeras. Que ce soit là un signe pour la maison d'Israël! (Ⅱ) - καὶ σὺ λαβὲ σεαυτω̨̃ τήγανον σιδηρου̃ν καὶ θήσεις αὐτὸ τοι̃χον σιδηρου̃ν ἀνὰ μέσον σου̃ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τη̃ς πόλεως καὶ ἑτοιμάσεις τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπ' αὐτήν καὶ ἔσται ἐν συγκλεισμω̨̃ καὶ συγκλείσεις αὐτήν σημει̃όν ἐστιν του̃το τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ισραηλ (Ⅲ) - Et tu sume tibi sartaginem ferream, et pones eam in murum ferreum inter te et inter civitatem : et obfirmabis faciem tuam ad eam, et erit in obsidionem, et circumdabis eam : signum est domui Israël.\ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃4 ואתה קח לך מחבת ברזל ונתתה אותה קיר ברזל בינך ובין העיר והכינתה את פניך אליה והיתה במצור וצרת עליה אות היא לבית ישראל ס (Ⅴ)

Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.
- Puis couche-toi sur le côté gauche, mets-y l'iniquité de la maison d'Israël, et tu porteras leur iniquité autant de jours que tu seras couché sur ce côté. (Ⅱ) - καὶ σὺ κοιμηθήση̨ ἐπὶ τὸ πλευρόν σου τὸ ἀριστερὸν καὶ θήσεις τὰς ἀδικίας του̃ οἴκου Ισραηλ ἐπ' αὐτου̃ κατὰ ἀριθμὸν τω̃ν ἡμερω̃ν πεντήκοντα καὶ ἑκατόν ἃς κοιμηθήση̨ ἐπ' αὐτου̃ καὶ λήμψη̨ τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - Et tu dormies super latus tuum sinistrum, et pones iniquitates domus Israël super eo, numero dierum quibus dormies super illud : et assumes iniquitatem eorum. (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃4 ואתה שכב על צדך השמאלי ושמת את עון בית ישראל עליו מספר הימים אשר תשכב עליו תשא את עונם (Ⅴ)

For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
- Je te compterai un nombre de jours égal à celui des années de leur iniquité, trois cent quatre-vingt-dix jours; tu porteras ainsi l'iniquité de la maison d'Israël. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγὼ δέδωκά σοι τὰς δύο ἀδικίας αὐτω̃ν εἰς ἀριθμὸν ἡμερω̃ν ἐνενήκοντα καὶ ἑκατὸν ἡμέρας καὶ λήμψη̨ τὰς ἀδικίας του̃ οἴκου Ισραηλ (Ⅲ) - Ego autem dedi tibi annos iniquitatis eorum, numero dierum trecentos et nonaginta dies : et portabis iniquitatem domus Israël. (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃4 ואני נתתי לך את שני עונם למספר ימים שלש מאות ותשעים יום ונשאת עון בית ישראל (Ⅴ)

And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.
- Quand tu auras achevé ces jours, couche-toi sur le côté droit, et tu porteras l'iniquité de la maison de Juda pendant quarante jours; je t'impose un jour pour chaque année. (Ⅱ) - καὶ συντελέσεις ταυ̃τα πάντα καὶ κοιμηθήση̨ ἐπὶ τὸ πλευρόν σου τὸ δεξιὸν καὶ λήμψη̨ τὰς ἀδικίας του̃ οἴκου Ιουδα τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας ἡμέραν εἰς ἐνιαυτὸν τέθεικά σοι (Ⅲ) - Et cum compleveris hæc, dormies super latus tuum dexterum secundo, et assumes iniquitatem domus Juda quadraginta diebus : diem pro anno, diem, inquam, pro anno, dedi tibi. (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃4 וכלית את אלה ושכבת על צדך *הימוני **הימני שנית ונשאת את עון בית יהודה ארבעים יום יום לשנה יום לשנה נתתיו לך (Ⅴ)

Therefore thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and thine arm shall be uncovered, and thou shalt prophesy against it.
- Tu tourneras ta face et ton bras nu vers Jérusalem assiégée, et tu prophétiseras contre elle. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰς τὸν συγκλεισμὸν Ιερουσαλημ ἑτοιμάσεις τὸ πρόσωπόν σου καὶ τὸν βραχίονά σου στερεώσεις καὶ προφητεύσεις ἐπ' αὐτήν (Ⅲ) - Et ad obsidionem Jerusalem convertes faciem tuam, et brachium tuum erit extentum : et prophetabis adversus eam. (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃4 ואל מצור ירושלם תכין פניך וזרעך חשופה ונבאת עליה (Ⅴ)

And, behold, I will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy siege.
- Et voici, je mettrai des cordes sur toi, afin que tu ne puisses pas te tourner d'un côté sur l'autre, jusqu'à ce que tu aies accompli les jours de ton siège. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγὼ ἰδοὺ δέδωκα ἐπὶ σὲ δεσμούς καὶ μὴ στραφη̨̃ς ἀπὸ του̃ πλευρου̃ σου ἐπὶ τὸ πλευρόν σου ἕως οὑ̃ συντελεσθω̃σιν αἱ ἡμέραι του̃ συγκλεισμου̃ σου (Ⅲ) - Ecce circumdedi te vinculis : et non te convertes a latere tuo in latus aliud, donec compleas dies obsidionis tuæ. (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃4 והנה נתתי עליך עבותים ולא תהפך מצדך אל צדך עד כלותך ימי מצורך (Ⅴ)

Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
- Prends du froment, de l'orge, des fèves, des lentilles, du millet et de l'épeautre, mets-les dans un vase, et fais-en du pain autant de jours que tu seras couché sur le côté; tu en mangeras pendant trois cent quatre-vingt-dix jours. (Ⅱ) - καὶ σὺ λαβὲ σεαυτω̨̃ πυροὺς καὶ κριθὰς καὶ κύαμον καὶ φακὸν καὶ κέγχρον καὶ ὄλυραν καὶ ἐμβαλει̃ς αὐτὰ εἰς ἄγγος ἓν ὀστράκινον καὶ ποιήσεις αὐτὰ σαυτω̨̃ εἰς ἄρτους καὶ κατ' ἀριθμὸν τω̃ν ἡμερω̃ν ἃς σὺ καθεύδεις ἐπὶ του̃ πλευρου̃ σου ἐνενήκοντα καὶ ἑκατὸν ἡμέρας φάγεσαι αὐτά (Ⅲ) - Et tu, sume tibi frumentum, et hordeum, et fabam, et lentem, et milium, et viciam : et mittes ea in vas unum, et facies tibi panes numero dierum quibus dormies super latus tuum : trecentis et nonaginta diebus comedes illud. (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃4 ואתה קח לך חטין ושערים ופול ועדשים ודחן וכסמים ונתתה אותם בכלי אחד ועשית אותם לך ללחם מספר הימים אשר אתה שוכב על צדך שלש מאות ותשעים יום תאכלנו (Ⅴ)

And thy meat which thou shalt eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
- La nourriture que tu mangeras sera du poids de vingt sicles par jour; tu en mangeras de temps à autre. (Ⅱ) - καὶ τὸ βρω̃μά σου ὃ φάγεσαι ἐν σταθμω̨̃ εἴκοσι σίκλους τὴν ἡμέραν ἀπὸ καιρου̃ ἕως καιρου̃ φάγεσαι αὐτά (Ⅲ) - Cibus autem tuus, quo vesceris, erit in pondere viginti stateres in die : a tempore usque ad tempus comedes illud. (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃4 ומאכלך אשר תאכלנו במשקול עשרים שקל ליום מעת עד עת תאכלנו (Ⅴ)

Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink.
- L'eau que tu boiras aura la mesure d'un sixième de hin; tu boiras de temps à autre. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ὕδωρ ἐν μέτρω̨ πίεσαι τὸ ἕκτον του̃ ιν ἀπὸ καιρου̃ ἕως καιρου̃ πίεσαι (Ⅲ) - Et aquam in mensura bibes, sextam partem hin : a tempore usque ad tempus bibes illud. (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃4 ומים במשורה תשתה ששית ההין מעת עד עת תשתה (Ⅴ)

And thou shalt eat it as barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.
- Tu mangeras des gâteaux d'orge, que tu feras cuire en leur présence avec des excréments humains. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγκρυφίαν κρίθινον φάγεσαι αὐτά ἐν βολβίτοις κόπρου ἀνθρωπίνης ἐγκρύψεις αὐτὰ κατ' ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - Et quasi subcinericium hordeaceum comedes illud, et stercore quod egreditur de homine operies illud in oculis eorum. (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃4 ועגת שערים תאכלנה והיא בגללי צאת האדם תעגנה לעיניהם ס (Ⅴ)

And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I will drive them.
- Et l'Éternel dit: C'est ainsi que les enfants d'Israël mangeront leur pain souillé, parmi les nations vers lesquelles je les chasserai. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐρει̃ς τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς του̃ Ισραηλ οὕτως φάγονται οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἀκάθαρτα ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν (Ⅲ) - Et dixit Dominus : Sic comedent filii Israël panem suum pollutum inter gentes ad quas ejiciam eos. Et dixi : (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃4 ויאמר יהוה ככה יאכלו בני ישראל את לחמם טמא בגוים אשר אדיחם שם (Ⅴ)

Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn in pieces; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.
- Je dis: Ah! Seigneur Éternel, voici, mon âme n'a point été souillée; depuis ma jeunesse jusqu'à présent, je n'ai pas mangé d'une bête morte ou déchirée, et aucune chair impure n'est entrée dans ma bouche. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πα μηδαμω̃ς κύριε θεὲ του̃ Ισραηλ ἰδοὺ ἡ ψυχή μου οὐ μεμίανται ἐν ἀκαθαρσία̨ καὶ θνησιμαι̃ον καὶ θηριάλωτον οὐ βέβρωκα ἀπὸ γενέσεώς μου ἕως του̃ νυ̃ν οὐδὲ εἰσελήλυθεν εἰς τὸ στόμα μου πα̃ν κρέας ἕωλον (Ⅲ) - A, a, a, Domine Deus, ecce anima mea non est polluta : et morticinum, et laceratum a bestiis non comedi ab infantia mea usque nunc, et non est ingressa in os meum omnis caro immunda. (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃4 ואמר אהה אדני יהוה הנה נפשי לא מטמאה ונבלה וטרפה לא אכלתי מנעורי ועד עתה ולא בא בפי בשר פגול ס (Ⅴ)

Then he said unto me, Lo, I have given thee cow's dung for man's dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread therewith.
- Il me répondit: Voici, je te donne des excréments de boeuf au lieu d'excréments humains, et tu feras ton pain dessus. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με ἰδοὺ δέδωκά σοι βόλβιτα βοω̃ν ἀντὶ τω̃ν βολβίτων τω̃ν ἀνθρωπίνων καὶ ποιήσεις τοὺς ἄρτους σου ἐπ' αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Ecce dedi tibi fimum boum pro stercoribus humanis, et facies panem tuum in eo. (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃4 ויאמר אלי ראה נתתי לך את *צפועי **צפיעי הבקר תחת גללי האדם ועשית את לחמך עליהם ס (Ⅴ)

Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
- Il me dit encore: Fils de l'homme, je vais briser le bâton du pain à Jérusalem; ils mangeront du pain au poids et avec angoisse, et ils boiront de l'eau à la mesure et avec épouvante. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ συντρίβω στήριγμα ἄρτου ἐν Ιερουσαλημ καὶ φάγονται ἄρτον ἐν σταθμω̨̃ καὶ ἐν ἐνδεία̨ καὶ ὕδωρ ἐν μέτρω̨ καὶ ἐν ἀφανισμω̨̃ πίονται (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Fili hominis, ecce ego conteram baculum panis in Jerusalem, et comedent panem in pondere et in sollicitudine, et aquam in mensura et in angustia bibent, (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃4 ויאמר אלי בן אדם הנני שבר מטה לחם בירושלם ואכלו לחם במשקל ובדאגה ומים במשורה ובשממון ישתו (Ⅴ)

That they may want bread and water, and be astonied one with another, and consume away for their iniquity.
- Ils manqueront de pain et d'eau, ils seront stupéfaits les uns et les autres, et frappés de langueur pour leur iniquité. (Ⅱ) - ὅπως ἐνδεει̃ς γένωνται ἄρτου καὶ ὕδατος καὶ ἀφανισθήσεται ἄνθρωπος καὶ ἀδελφὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ τακήσονται ἐν ται̃ς ἀδικίαις αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - ut deficientibus pane et aqua, corruat unusquisque ad fratrem suum, et contabescant in iniquitatibus suis. (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃4 למען יחסרו לחם ומים ונשמו איש ואחיו ונמקו בעונם פ (Ⅴ)
