And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day.
- Moïse et les anciens d'Israël donnèrent cet ordre au peuple: Observez tous les commandements que je vous prescris aujourd'hui. (Ⅱ) - καὶ προσέταξεν Μωυση̃ς καὶ ἡ γερουσία Ισραηλ λέγων φυλάσσεσθε πάσας τὰς ἐντολὰς ταύτας ὅσας ἐγὼ ἐντέλλομαι ὑμι̃ν σήμερον (Ⅲ) - Præcepit autem Moyses et seniores Israël populo, dicentes : Custodite omne mandatum quod præcipio vobis hodie. (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃27 ויצו משה וזקני ישראל את העם לאמר שמר את כל המצוה אשר אנכי מצוה אתכם היום (Ⅴ)

And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over Jordan unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaster them with plaster:
- Lorsque vous aurez passé le Jourdain, pour entrer dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, tu dresseras de grandes pierres, et tu les enduiras de chaux. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔσται ἡ̨̃ ἂν ἡμέρα̨ διαβη̃τε τὸν Ιορδάνην εἰς τὴν γη̃ν ἣν κύριος ὁ θεός σου δίδωσίν σοι καὶ στήσεις σεαυτω̨̃ λίθους μεγάλους καὶ κονιάσεις αὐτοὺς κονία̨ (Ⅲ) - Cumque transieritis Jordanem in terram, quam Dominus Deus tuus dabit tibi, eriges ingentes lapides, et calce lævigabis eos, (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃27 והיה ביום אשר תעברו את הירדן אל הארץ אשר יהוה אלהיך נתן לך והקמת לך אבנים גדלות ושדת אתם בשיד (Ⅴ)

And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee.
- Tu écriras sur ces pierres toutes les paroles de cette loi, lorsque tu auras passé le Jourdain, pour entrer dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, pays où coulent le lait et le miel, comme te l'a dit l'Éternel, le Dieu de tes pères. (Ⅱ) - καὶ γράψεις ἐπὶ τω̃ν λίθων πάντας τοὺς λόγους του̃ νόμου τούτου ὡς ἂν διαβη̃τε τὸν Ιορδάνην ἡνίκα ἐὰν εἰσέλθητε εἰς τὴν γη̃ν ἣν κύριος ὁ θεὸς τω̃ν πατέρων σου δίδωσίν σοι γη̃ν ῥέουσαν γάλα καὶ μέλι ὃν τρόπον εἰ̃πεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς τω̃ν πατέρων σού σοι (Ⅲ) - ut possis in eis scribere omnia verba legis hujus, Jordane transmisso : ut introëas terram, quam Dominus Deus tuus dabit tibi, terram lacte et melle manantem, sicut juravit patribus tuis. (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃27 וכתבת עליהן את כל דברי התורה הזאת בעברך למען אשר תבא אל הארץ אשר יהוה אלהיך נתן לך ארץ זבת חלב ודבש כאשר דבר יהוה אלהי אבתיך לך (Ⅴ)

Therefore it shall be when ye be gone over Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, in mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster.
- Lorsque vous aurez passé le Jourdain, vous dresserez sur le mont Ébal ces pierres que je vous ordonne aujourd'hui de dresser, et tu les enduiras de chaux. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔσται ὡς ἂν διαβη̃τε τὸν Ιορδάνην στήσετε τοὺς λίθους τούτους οὓς ἐγὼ ἐντέλλομαί σοι σήμερον ἐν ὄρει Γαιβαλ καὶ κονιάσεις αὐτοὺς κονία̨ (Ⅲ) - Quando ergo transieritis Jordanem, erigite lapides, quos ego hodie præcipio vobis in monte Hebal, et lævigabis eos calce : (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃27 והיה בעברכם את הירדן תקימו את האבנים האלה אשר אנכי מצוה אתכם היום בהר עיבל ושדת אותם בשיד (Ⅴ)

And there shalt thou build an altar unto the LORD thy God, an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them.
- Là, tu bâtiras un autel à l'Éternel, ton Dieu, un autel de pierres, sur lesquelles tu ne porteras point le fer; (Ⅱ) - καὶ οἰκοδομήσεις ἐκει̃ θυσιαστήριον κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ σου θυσιαστήριον ἐκ λίθων οὐκ ἐπιβαλει̃ς ἐπ' αὐτοὺς σίδηρον (Ⅲ) - et ædificabis ibi altare Domino Deo tuo de lapidibus, quos ferrum non tetigit, (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃27 ובנית שם מזבח ליהוה אלהיך מזבח אבנים לא תניף עליהם ברזל (Ⅴ)

Thou shalt build the altar of the LORD thy God of whole stones: and thou shalt offer burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD thy God:
- tu bâtiras en pierres brutes l'autel de l'Éternel, ton Dieu. Tu offriras sur cet autel des holocaustes à l'Éternel, ton Dieu; (Ⅱ) - λίθους ὁλοκλήρους οἰκοδομήσεις θυσιαστήριον κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ σου καὶ ἀνοίσεις ἐπ' αὐτὸ ὁλοκαυτώματα κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ σου (Ⅲ) - et de saxis informibus et impolitis : et offeres super eo holocausta Domino Deo tuo, (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃27 אבנים שלמות תבנה את מזבח יהוה אלהיך והעלית עליו עולת ליהוה אלהיך (Ⅴ)

And thou shalt offer peace offerings, and shalt eat there, and rejoice before the LORD thy God.
- tu offriras des sacrifices d'actions de grâces, et tu mangeras là et te réjouiras devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu. (Ⅱ) - καὶ θύσεις ἐκει̃ θυσίαν σωτηρίου κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ σου καὶ φάγη̨ καὶ ἐμπλησθήση̨ καὶ εὐφρανθήση̨ ἐναντίον κυρίου του̃ θεου̃ σου (Ⅲ) - et immolabis hostias pacificas, comedesque ibi, et epulaberis coram Domino Deo tuo. (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃27 וזבחת שלמים ואכלת שם ושמחת לפני יהוה אלהיך (Ⅴ)

And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly.
- Tu écriras sur ces pierres toutes les paroles de cette loi, en les gravant bien nettement. (Ⅱ) - καὶ γράψεις ἐπὶ τω̃ν λίθων πάντα τὸν νόμον του̃τον σαφω̃ς σφόδρα (Ⅲ) - Et scribes super lapides omnia verba legis hujus plane et lucide. (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃27 וכתבת על האבנים את כל דברי התורה הזאת באר היטב ס (Ⅴ)

And Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Israel; this day thou art become the people of the LORD thy God.
- Moïse et les sacrificateurs, les Lévites, parlèrent à tout Israël, et dirent: Israël, sois attentif et écoute! Aujourd'hui, tu es devenu le peuple de l'Éternel, ton Dieu. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωυση̃ς καὶ οἱ ἱερει̃ς οἱ Λευι̃ται παντὶ Ισραηλ λέγοντες σιώπα καὶ ἄκουε Ισραηλ ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ταύτη̨ γέγονας εἰς λαὸν κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ σου (Ⅲ) - Dixeruntque Moyses et sacerdotes Levitici generis ad omnem Israëlem : Attende, et audi, Israël : hodie factus es populus Domini Dei tui : (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃27 וידבר משה והכהנים הלוים אל כל ישראל לאמר הסכת ושמע ישראל היום הזה נהיית לעם ליהוה אלהיך (Ⅴ)

Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of the LORD thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.
- Tu obéiras à la voix de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et tu mettras en pratique ses commandements et ses lois que je le prescris aujourd'hui. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰσακούση̨ τη̃ς φωνη̃ς κυρίου του̃ θεου̃ σου καὶ ποιήσεις πάσας τὰς ἐντολὰς αὐτου̃ καὶ τὰ δικαιώματα αὐτου̃ ὅσα ἐγὼ ἐντέλλομαί σοι σήμερον (Ⅲ) - audies vocem ejus, et facies mandata atque justitias, quas ego præcipio tibi.\ (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃27 ושמעת בקול יהוה אלהיך ועשית את מצותו[Q][q] ואת חקיו אשר אנכי מצוך היום ס (Ⅴ)

And Moses charged the people the same day, saying,
- Le même jour, Moïse donna cet ordre au peuple: (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐνετείλατο Μωυση̃ς τω̨̃ λαω̨̃ ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ λέγων (Ⅲ) - Præcepitque Moyses populo in die illo, dicens : (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃27 ויצו משה את העם ביום ההוא לאמר (Ⅴ)

These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when ye are come over Jordan; Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin:
- Lorsque vous aurez passé le Jourdain, Siméon, Lévi, Juda, Issacar, Joseph et Benjamin, se tiendront sur le mont Garizim, pour bénir le peuple; (Ⅱ) - οὑ̃τοι στήσονται εὐλογει̃ν τὸν λαὸν ἐν ὄρει Γαριζιν διαβάντες τὸν Ιορδάνην Συμεων Λευι Ιουδας Ισσαχαρ Ιωσηφ καὶ Βενιαμιν (Ⅲ) - Hi stabunt ad benedicendum populo super montem Garizim, Jordane transmisso : Simeon, Levi, Judas, Issachar, Joseph, et Benjamin. (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃27 אלה יעמדו לברך את העם על הר גרזים בעברכם את הירדן שמעון ולוי ויהודה ויששכר ויוסף ובנימן (Ⅴ)

And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse; Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
- et Ruben, Gad, Aser, Zabulon, Dan et Nephthali, se tiendront sur le mont Ébal, pour prononcer la malédiction. (Ⅱ) - καὶ οὑ̃τοι στήσονται ἐπὶ τη̃ς κατάρας ἐν ὄρει Γαιβαλ Ρουβην Γαδ καὶ Ασηρ Ζαβουλων Δαν καὶ Νεφθαλι (Ⅲ) - Et e regione isti stabunt ad maledicendum in monte Hebal : Ruben, Gad, et Aser, et Zabulon, Dan, et Nephthali. (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃27 ואלה יעמדו על הקללה בהר עיבל ראובן גד ואשר וזבולן דן ונפתלי (Ⅴ)

And the Levites shall speak, and say unto all the men of Israel with a loud voice,
- Et les lévites prendront la parole, et diront d'une voix haute à tout Israël: (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἀποκριθέντες οἱ Λευι̃ται ἐρου̃σιν παντὶ Ισραηλ φωνη̨̃ μεγάλη̨ (Ⅲ) - Et pronuntiabunt Levitæ, dicentque ad omnes viros Israël excelsa voce : (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃27 וענו הלוים ואמרו אל כל איש ישראל קול רם ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.
- Maudit soit l'homme qui fait une image taillée ou une image en fonte, abomination de l'Éternel, oeuvre des mains d'un artisan, et qui la place dans un lieu secret! Et tout le peuple répondra, et dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ἄνθρωπος ὅστις ποιήσει γλυπτὸν καὶ χωνευτόν βδέλυγμα κυρίω̨ ἔργον χειρω̃ν τεχνίτου καὶ θήσει αὐτὸ ἐν ἀποκρύφω̨ καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς πα̃ς ὁ λαὸς ἐρου̃σιν γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus homo qui facit sculptile et conflatile, abominationem Domini, opus manuum artificum, ponetque illud in abscondito : et respondebit omnis populus, et dicet : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃27 ארור האיש אשר יעשה פסל ומסכה תועבת יהוה מעשה ידי חרש ושם בסתר וענו כל העם ואמרו אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that setteth light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui méprise son père et sa mère! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ ἀτιμάζων πατέρα αὐτου̃ ἢ μητέρα αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui non honorat patrem suum, et matrem : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃27 ארור מקלה אביו ואמו ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that removeth his neighbor's landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui déplace les bornes de son prochain! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ μετατιθεὶς ὅρια του̃ πλησίον καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui transfert terminos proximi sui : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃27 ארור מסיג גבול רעהו ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui fait égarer un aveugle dans le chemin! Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ πλανω̃ν τυφλὸν ἐν ὁδω̨̃ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui errare facit cæcum in itinere : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃27 ארור משגה עור בדרך ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui porte atteinte au droit de l'étranger, de l'orphelin et de la veuve! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὃς ἂν ἐκκλίνη̨ κρίσιν προσηλύτου καὶ ὀρφανου̃ καὶ χήρας καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui pervertit judicium advenæ, pupilli et viduæ : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 19 ׃27 ארור מטה משפט גר יתום ואלמנה ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; because he uncovereth his father's skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui couche avec la femme de son père, car il soulève la couverture de son père! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ κοιμώμενος μετὰ γυναικὸς του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ ὅτι ἀπεκάλυψεν συγκάλυμμα του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui dormit cum uxore patris sui, et revelat operimentum lectuli ejus : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃27 ארור שכב עם אשת אביו כי גלה כנף אביו ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui couche avec une bête quelconque! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ κοιμώμενος μετὰ παντὸς κτήνους καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui dormit cum omni jumento : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃27 ארור שכב עם כל בהמה ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui couche avec sa soeur, fille de son père ou fille de sa mère! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ κοιμώμενος μετὰ ἀδελφη̃ς ἐκ πατρὸς ἢ ἐκ μητρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui dormit cum sorore sua, filia patris sui, vel matris suæ : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃27 ארור שכב עם אחתו בת אביו או בת אמו ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that lieth with his mother in law. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui couche avec sa belle-mère! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ κοιμώμενος μετὰ πενθερα̃ς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο ἐπικατάρατος ὁ κοιμώμενος μετὰ ἀδελφη̃ς γυναικὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui dormit cum socru sua : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃27 ארור שכב עם חתנתו ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbor secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui frappe son prochain en secret! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὁ τύπτων τὸν πλησίον αὐτου̃ δόλω̨ καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui clam percusserit proximum suum : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 24 ׃27 ארור מכה רעהו בסתר ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui reçoit un présent pour répandre le sang de l'innocent! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος ὃς ἂν λάβη̨ δω̃ρα πατάξαι ψυχὴν αἵματος ἀθώ̨ου καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui accipit munera, ut percutiat animam sanguinis innocentis : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 25 ׃27 ארור לקח שחד להכות נפש דם נקי ואמר כל העם אמן ס (Ⅴ)

Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.
- Maudit soit celui qui n'accomplit point les paroles de cette loi, et qui ne les met point en pratique! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen! (Ⅱ) - ἐπικατάρατος πα̃ς ἄνθρωπος ὃς οὐκ ἐμμενει̃ ἐν πα̃σιν τοι̃ς λόγοις του̃ νόμου τούτου του̃ ποιη̃σαι αὐτούς καὶ ἐρου̃σιν πα̃ς ὁ λαός γένοιτο (Ⅲ) - Maledictus qui non permanet in sermonibus legis hujus, nec eos opere perficit : et dicet omnis populus : Amen. (Ⅳ) - 26 ׃27 ארור אשר לא יקים את דברי התורה הזאת לעשות אותם ואמר כל העם אמן פ (Ⅴ)
