21. 1

Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of Nun, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;

- Les chefs de famille des Lévites s'approchèrent du sacrificateur Éléazar, de Josué, fils de Nun, et des chefs de famille des tribus des enfants d'Israël. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσήλθοσαν οἱ ἀρχιπατριω̃ται τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Λευι πρὸς Ελεαζαρ τὸν ἱερέα καὶ πρὸς 'Ιησου̃ν τὸν του̃ Ναυη καὶ πρὸς τοὺς ἀρχιφύλους πατριω̃ν ἐκ τω̃ν φυλω̃ν Ισραηλ (Ⅲ)

- Accesseruntque principes familiarum Levi ad Eleazarum sacerdotem, et Josue filium Nun, et ad duces cognationum per singulas tribus filiorum Israël : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 1 ׃21 ויגשו ראשי אבות הלוים אל אלעזר הכהן ואל יהושע בן נון ואל ראשי אבות המטות לבני ישראל ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 2

And they spake unto them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with the suburbs thereof for our cattle.

- Ils leur parlèrent à Silo, dans le pays de Canaan, et dirent: L'Éternel a ordonné par Moïse qu'on nous donnât des villes pour habitation, et leurs banlieues pour notre bétail. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰ̃πον πρὸς αὐτοὺς ἐν Σηλω ἐν γη̨̃ Χανααν λέγοντες ἐνετείλατο κύριος ἐν χειρὶ Μωυση̃ δου̃ναι ἡμι̃ν πόλεις κατοικει̃ν καὶ τὰ περισπόρια τοι̃ς κτήνεσιν ἡμω̃ν (Ⅲ)

- locutique sunt ad eos in Silo terræ Chanaan, atque dixerunt : Dominus præcepit per manum Moysi, ut darentur nobis urbes ad habitandum, et suburbana earum ad alenda jumenta. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 2 ׃21 וידברו אליהם בשלה בארץ כנען לאמר יהוה צוה ביד משה לתת לנו ערים לשבת ומגרשיהן לבהמתנו ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 3

And the children of Israel gave unto the Levites out of their inheritance, at the commandment of the LORD, these cities and their suburbs.

- Les enfants d'Israël donnèrent alors aux Lévites, sur leur héritage, les villes suivantes et leurs banlieues, d'après l'ordre de l'Éternel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τοι̃ς Λευίταις ἐν τω̨̃ κατακληρονομει̃ν διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου τὰς πόλεις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ)

- Dederuntque filii Israël de possessionibus suis juxta imperium Domini, civitates et suburbana earum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 3 ׃21 ויתנו בני ישראל ללוים מנחלתם אל פי יהוה את הערים האלה ואת מגרשיהן ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 4

And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, which were of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.

- On tira le sort pour les familles des Kehathites; et les Lévites, fils du sacrificateur Aaron, eurent par le sort treize villes de la tribu de Juda, de la tribu de Siméon et de la tribu de Benjamin; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξη̃λθεν ὁ κλη̃ρος τω̨̃ δήμω̨ Κααθ καὶ ἐγένετο τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ααρων τοι̃ς ἱερευ̃σιν τοι̃ς Λευίταις ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Ιουδα καὶ ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Συμεων καὶ ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Βενιαμιν κληρωτὶ πόλεις δέκα τρει̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Egressaque est sors in familiam Caath filiorum Aaron sacerdotis, de tribubus Juda, et Simeon, et Benjamin, civitates tredecim : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 4 ׃21 ויצא הגורל למשפחת הקהתי ויהי לבני אהרן הכהן מן הלוים ממטה יהודה וממטה השמעני וממטה בנימן בגורל ערים שלש עשרה ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 5

And the rest of the children of Kohath had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, and out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the half tribe of Manasseh, ten cities.

- les autres fils de Kehath eurent par le sort dix villes des familles de la tribu d'Éphraïm, de la tribu de Dan et de la demi-tribu de Manassé. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Κααθ τοι̃ς καταλελειμμένοις ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Εφραιμ καὶ ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Δαν καὶ ἀπὸ του̃ ἡμίσους φυλη̃ς Μανασση κληρωτὶ πόλεις δέκα (Ⅲ)

- et reliquis filiorum Caath, id est Levitis, qui superfuerant, de tribubus Ephraim, et Dan, et dimidia tribu Manasse, civitates decem. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 5 ׃21 ולבני קהת הנותרים ממשפחת מטה אפרים וממטה דן ומחצי מטה מנשה בגורל ערים עשר ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 6

And the children of Gershon had by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the half tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

- Les fils de Guerschon eurent par le sort treize villes des familles de la tribu d'Issacar, de la tribu d'Aser, de la tribu de Nephthali et de la demi-tribu de Manassé en Basan. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Γεδσων ἀπὸ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Ισσαχαρ καὶ ἀπὸ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Ασηρ καὶ ἀπὸ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Νεφθαλι καὶ ἀπὸ του̃ ἡμίσους φυλη̃ς Μανασση ἐν τω̨̃ Βασαν πόλεις δέκα τρει̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Porro filii Gerson egressa est sors, ut acciperent de tribubus Issachar et Aser et Nephthali, dimidiaque tribu Manasse in Basan, civitates numero tredecim. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 6 ׃21 ולבני גרשון ממשפחות מטה יששכר וממטה אשר וממטה נפתלי ומחצי מטה מנשה בבשן בגורל ערים שלש עשרה ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 7

The children of Merari by their families had out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

- Les fils de Merari, selon leurs familles, eurent douze villes de la tribu de Ruben, de la tribu de Gad et de la tribu de Zabulon. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Μεραρι κατὰ δήμους αὐτω̃ν ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Ρουβην καὶ ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Γαδ καὶ ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Ζαβουλων κληρωτὶ πόλεις δώδεκα (Ⅲ)

- Et filiis Merari per cognationes suas de tribubus Ruben et Gad et Zabulon urbes duodecim. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 7 ׃21 לבני מררי למשפחתם ממטה ראובן וממטה גד וממטה זבולן ערים שתים עשרה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 8

And the children of Israel gave by lot unto the Levites these cities with their suburbs, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.

- Les enfants d'Israël donnèrent aux Lévites, par le sort, ces villes et leurs banlieues, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné par Moïse. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τοι̃ς Λευίταις τὰς πόλεις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτω̃ν ὃν τρόπον ἐνετείλατο κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ κληρωτί (Ⅲ)

- Dederuntque filii Israël Levitis civitates et suburbana earum, sicut præcepit Dominus per manum Moysi, singulis sorte tribuentes. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 8 ׃21 ויתנו בני ישראל ללוים את הערים האלה ואת מגרשיהן כאשר צוה יהוה ביד משה בגורל פ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 9

And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are here mentioned by name.

- Ils donnèrent de la tribu des fils de Juda et de la tribu des fils de Siméon les villes qui vont être nominativement désignées, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔδωκεν ἡ φυλὴ υἱω̃ν Ιουδα καὶ ἡ φυλὴ υἱω̃ν Συμεων καὶ ἀπὸ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς υἱω̃ν Βενιαμιν τὰς πόλεις καὶ ἐπεκλήθησαν (Ⅲ)

- De tribubus filiorum Juda et Simeon dedit Josue civitates, quarum ista sunt nomina, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 9 ׃21 ויתנו ממטה בני יהודה וממטה בני שמעון את הערים האלה אשר יקרא אתהן בשם ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 10

Which the children of Aaron, being of the families of the Kohathites, who were of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.

- et qui furent pour les fils d'Aaron d'entre les familles des Kehathites et des fils de Lévi, car le sort les avait indiqués les premiers. (Ⅱ)

- τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ααρων ἀπὸ του̃ δήμου του̃ Κααθ τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Λευι ὅτι τούτοις ἐγενήθη ὁ κλη̃ρος (Ⅲ)

- filiis Aaron per familias Caath Levitici generis (prima enim sors illis egressa est), (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 10 ׃21 ויהי לבני אהרן ממשפחות הקהתי מבני לוי כי להם היה הגורל ריאשנה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 11

And they gave them the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron, in the hill country of Judah, with the suburbs thereof round about it.

- Ils leur donnèrent Kirjath Arba, qui est Hébron, dans la montagne de Juda, et la banlieue qui l'entoure: Arba était le père d'Anak. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοι̃ς τὴν Καριαθαρβοκ μητρόπολιν τω̃ν Ενακ αὕτη ἐστὶν Χεβρων ἐν τω̨̃ ὄρει Ιουδα τὰ δὲ περισπόρια κύκλω̨ αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Cariatharbe patris Enac, quæ vocatur Hebron, in monte Juda, et suburbana ejus per circuitum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 11 ׃21 ויתנו להם את קרית ארבע אבי הענוק היא חברון בהר יהודה ואת מגרשה סביבתיה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 12

But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.

- Le territoire de la ville et ses villages furent accordés à Caleb, fils de Jephunné, pour sa possession. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοὺς ἀγροὺς τη̃ς πόλεως καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτη̃ς ἔδωκεν 'Ιησου̃ς τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Χαλεβ υἱου̃ Ιεφοννη ἐν κατασχέσει (Ⅲ)

- Agros vero et villas ejus dederat Caleb filio Jephone ad possidendum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 12 ׃21 ואת שדה העיר ואת חצריה נתנו לכלב בן יפנה באחזתו ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 13

Thus they gave to the children of Aaron the priest Hebron with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Libnah with her suburbs,

- Ils donnèrent donc aux fils du sacrificateur Aaron la ville de refuge pour les meurtriers, Hébron et sa banlieue, Libna et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ααρων τὴν πόλιν φυγαδευτήριον τω̨̃ φονεύσαντι τὴν Χεβρων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ σὺν αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Λεμνα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ πρὸς αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Dedit ergo filiis Aaron sacerdotis Hebron confugii civitatem, ac suburbana ejus : et Lobnam cum suburbanis suis : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 13 ׃21 ולבני אהרן הכהן נתנו את עיר מקלט הרצח את חברון ואת מגרשה ואת לבנה ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 14

And Jattir with her suburbs, and Eshtemoa with her suburbs,

- Jatthir et sa banlieue, Eschthlemoa et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὴν Αιλωμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Τεμα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- et Jether, et Esthemo, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 14 ׃21 ואת יתר ואת מגרשה ואת אשתמע ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 15

And Holon with her suburbs, and Debir with her suburbs,

- Holon et sa banlieue, Debir et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὴν Γελλα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Δαβιρ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- et Holon, et Dabir, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 15 ׃21 ואת חלן ואת מגרשה ואת דבר ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 16

And Ain with her suburbs, and Juttah with her suburbs, and Bethshemesh with her suburbs; nine cities out of those two tribes.

- Aïn et sa banlieue, Jutta et sa banlieue, et Beth Schémesch et sa banlieue, neuf villes de ces deux tribus; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ Ασα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Τανυ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Βαιθσαμυς καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις ἐννέα παρὰ τω̃ν δύο φυλω̃ν τούτων (Ⅲ)

- et Ain, et Jeta, et Bethsames, cum suburbanis suis : civitates novem de tribubus, ut dictum est, duabus. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 16 ׃21 ואת עין ואת מגרשה ואת יטה ואת מגרשה את בית שמש ואת מגרשה ערים תשע מאת שני השבטים האלה פ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 17

And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with her suburbs, Geba with her suburbs,

- et de la tribu de Benjamin, Gabaon et sa banlieue, Guéba et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ παρὰ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Βενιαμιν τὴν Γαβαων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Γαθεθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- De tribu autem filiorum Benjamin, Gabaon, et Gabæ, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 17 ׃21 וממטה בנימן את גבעון ואת מגרשה את גבע ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 18

Anathoth with her suburbs, and Almon with her suburbs; four cities.

- Anathoth et sa banlieue, et Almon et sa banlieue, quatre villes. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ Αναθωθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Γαμαλα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- et Anathoth et Almon, cum suburbanis suis : civitates quatuor. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 18 ׃21 את ענתות ואת מגרשה ואת עלמון ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 19

All the cities of the children of Aaron, the priests, were thirteen cities with their suburbs.

- Total des villes des sacrificateurs, fils d'Aaron: treize villes, et leurs banlieues. (Ⅱ)

- πα̃σαι αἱ πόλεις υἱω̃ν Ααρων τω̃ν ἱερέων δέκα τρει̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Omnes simul civitates filiorum Aaron sacerdotis, tredecim, cum suburbanis suis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 19 ׃21 כל ערי בני אהרן הכהנים שלש עשרה ערים ומגרשיהן ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 20

And the families of the children of Kohath, the Levites which remained of the children of Kohath, even they had the cities of their lot out of the tribe of Ephraim.

- Les Lévites appartenant aux familles des autres fils de Kehath eurent par le sort des villes de la tribu d'Éphraïm. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοι̃ς δήμοις υἱοι̃ς Κααθ τοι̃ς Λευίταις τοι̃ς καταλελειμμένοις ἀπὸ τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Κααθ καὶ ἐγενήθη πόλις τω̃ν ὁρίων αὐτω̃ν ἀπὸ φυλη̃ς Εφραιμ (Ⅲ)

- Reliquis vero per familias filiorum Caath Levitici generis, hæc est data possessio. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 20 ׃21 ולמשפחות בני קהת הלוים הנותרים מבני קהת ויהי ערי גורלם ממטה אפרים ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 21

For they gave them Shechem with her suburbs in mount Ephraim, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Gezer with her suburbs,

- On leur donna la ville de refuge pour les meurtriers, Sichem et sa banlieue, dans la montagne d'Éphraïm, Guézer et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔδωκαν αὐτοι̃ς τὴν πόλιν του̃ φυγαδευτηρίου τὴν του̃ φονεύσαντος τὴν Συχεμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Γαζαρα καὶ τὰ πρὸς αὐτὴν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- De tribu Ephraim urbes confugii, Sichem cum suburbanis suis in monte Ephraim, et Gazer (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 21 ׃21 ויתנו להם את עיר מקלט הרצח את שכם ואת מגרשה בהר אפרים ואת גזר ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 22

And Kibzaim with her suburbs, and Bethhoron with her suburbs; four cities.

- Kibtsaïm et sa banlieue, et Beth Horon et sa banlieue, quatre villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὴν Καβσαϊμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ πρὸς αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν ἄνω Βαιθωρων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- et Cibsaim et Beth-horon, cum suburbanis suis, civitates quatuor. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 22 ׃21 ואת קבצים ואת מגרשה ואת בית חורן ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 23

And out of the tribe of Dan, Eltekeh with her suburbs, Gibbethon with her suburbs,

- de la tribu de Dan, Eltheké et sa banlieue, Guibbethon et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Δαν τὴν Ελκωθαιμ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Γεθεδαν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- De tribu quoque Dan, Eltheco et Gabathon, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 23 ׃21 וממטה דן את אלתקא ואת מגרשה את גבתון ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 24

Aijalon with her suburbs, Gathrimmon with her suburbs; four cities.

- Ajalon et sa banlieue, et Gath Rimmon et sa banlieue, quatre villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ Αιλων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Γεθερεμμων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- et Ajalon et Gethremmon, cum suburbanis suis, civitates quatuor. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 24 ׃21 את אילון ואת מגרשה את גת רמון ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 25

And out of the half tribe of Manasseh, Tanach with her suburbs, and Gathrimmon with her suburbs; two cities.

- et de la demi-tribu de Manassé, Thaanac et sa banlieue, et Gath Rimmon et sa banlieue, deux villes. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπὸ του̃ ἡμίσους φυλη̃ς Μανασση τὴν Ταναχ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Ιεβαθα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις δύο (Ⅲ)

- Porro de dimidia tribu Manasse, Thanach et Gethremmon, cum suburbanis suis, civitates duæ. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 25 ׃21 וממחצית מטה מנשה את תענך ואת מגרשה ואת גת רמון ואת מגרשה ערים שתים ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 26

All the cities were ten with their suburbs for the families of the children of Kohath that remained.

- Total des villes: dix, et leurs banlieues, pour les familles des autres fils de Kehath. (Ⅱ)

- πα̃σαι πόλεις δέκα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα τὰ πρὸς αὐται̃ς τοι̃ς δήμοις υἱω̃ν Κααθ τοι̃ς ὑπολελειμμένοις (Ⅲ)

- Omnes civitates decem, et suburbana earum, datæ sunt filiis Caath inferioris gradus. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 26 ׃21 כל ערים עשר ומגרשיהן למשפחות בני קהת הנותרים ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 27

And unto the children of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the other half tribe of Manasseh they gave Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Beeshterah with her suburbs; two cities.

- On donna aux fils de Guerschon, d'entre les familles des Lévites: de la demi-tribu de Manassé, la ville de refuge pour les meurtriers, Golan en Basan et sa banlieue, et Beeschthra et sa banlieue, deux villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Γεδσων τοι̃ς Λευίταις ἐκ του̃ ἡμίσους φυλη̃ς Μανασση τὰς πόλεις τὰς ἀφωρισμένας τοι̃ς φονεύσασι τὴν Γαυλων ἐν τη̨̃ Βασανίτιδι καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Βοσοραν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις δύο (Ⅲ)

And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with her suburbs, Dabareh with her suburbs,

- καὶ ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Ισσαχαρ τὴν Κισων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Δεββα καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Porro de tribu Issachar, Cesion, et Dabereth, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 28 ׃21 וממטה יששכר את קשיון ואת מגרשה את דברת ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 29

Jarmuth with her suburbs, Engannim with her suburbs; four cities.

- Jarmuth et sa banlieue, et En Gannim et sa banlieue, quatre villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὴν Ρεμμαθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Πηγὴν γραμμάτων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- et Jaramoth, et Engannim, cum suburbanis suis, civitates quatuor. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 29 ׃21 את ירמות ואת מגרשה את עין גנים ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 30

And out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal with her suburbs, Abdon with her suburbs,

- de la tribu d'Aser, Mischeal et sa banlieue, Abdon et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Ασηρ τὴν Βασελλαν καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Δαββων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- De tribu autem Aser, Masal et Abdon, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 30 ׃21 וממטה אשר את משאל ואת מגרשה את עבדון ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 31

Helkath with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs; four cities.

- Helkath et sa banlieue, et Rehob et sa banlieue, quatre villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ Χελκατ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Ρααβ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- et Helcath, et Rohob, cum suburbanis suis, civitates quatuor. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 31 ׃21 את חלקת ואת מגרשה ואת רחב ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 32

And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Hammothdor with her suburbs, and Kartan with her suburbs; three cities.

- et de la tribu de Nephthali, la ville de refuge pour les meurtriers, Kédesch en Galilée et sa banlieue, Hammoth Dor et sa banlieue, et Karthan et sa banlieue, trois villes. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Νεφθαλι τὴν πόλιν τὴν ἀφωρισμένην τω̨̃ φονεύσαντι τὴν Καδες ἐν τη̨̃ Γαλιλαία̨ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ τὴν Εμμαθ καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ καὶ Θεμμων καὶ τὰ ἀφωρισμένα αὐτη̨̃ πόλεις τρει̃ς (Ⅲ)

- De tribu quoque Nephthali civitates confugii, Cedes in Galilæa, et Hammoth Dor, et Carthan, cum suburbanis suis, civitates tres. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 32 ׃21 וממטה נפתלי את עיר מקלט הרצח את קדש בגליל ואת מגרשה ואת חמת דאר ואת מגרשה ואת קרתן ואת מגרשה ערים שלש ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 33

All the cities of the Gershonites according to their families were thirteen cities with their suburbs.

- Total des villes des Guerschonites, selon leurs familles: treize villes et leurs banlieues. (Ⅱ)

- πα̃σαι αἱ πόλεις του̃ Γεδσων κατὰ δήμους αὐτω̃ν πόλεις δέκα τρει̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Omnes urbes familiarum Gerson, tredecim, cum suburbanis suis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 33 ׃21 כל ערי הגרשני למשפחתם שלש עשרה עיר ומגרשיהן ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 34

And unto the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with her suburbs, and Kartah with her suburbs,

- On donna au reste des Lévites, qui appartenaient aux familles des fils de Merari: de la tribu de Zabulon, Jokneam et sa banlieue, Kartha et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τω̨̃ δήμω̨ υἱω̃ν Μεραρι τοι̃ς Λευίταις τοι̃ς λοιποι̃ς ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς υἱω̃ν Ζαβουλων τὴν Μααν καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὴν Καδης καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Filiis autem Merari Levitis inferioris gradus per familias suas data est de tribu Zabulon, Jecnam, et Cartha (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 34 ׃21 ולמשפחות בני מררי הלוים הנותרים מאת מטה זבולן את יקנעם ואת מגרשה את קרתה ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 35

Dimnah with her suburbs, Nahalal with her suburbs; four cities.

- Dimna et sa banlieue, et Nahalal et sa banlieue, quatre villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ Δεμνα καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς καὶ Σελλα καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- et Damna et Naalol, civitates quatuor cum suburbanis suis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 35 ׃21 את דמנה ואת מגרשה את נהלל ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 36

And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with her suburbs, and Jahazah with her suburbs,

- de la tribu de Ruben, Betser et sa banlieue, Jahtsa et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ πέραν του̃ Ιορδάνου του̃ κατὰ Ιεριχω ἐκ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Ρουβην τὴν πόλιν τὸ φυγαδευτήριον του̃ φονεύσαντος τὴν Βοσορ ἐν τη̨̃ ἐρήμω̨ τη̨̃ Μισωρ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὴν Ιαζηρ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ)

- De tribu Ruben ultra Jordanem contra Jericho civitates refugii, Bosor in solitudine, Misor et Jaser et Jethson et Mephaath, civitates quatuor cum suburbanis suis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 36 ׃21 וממטה ראובן את בצר ואת מגרשה ואת יהצה ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 37

Kedemoth with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs; four cities.

- Kedémoth et sa banlieue, et Méphaath et sa banlieue, quatre villes; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὴν Δεκμων καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὴν Μαφα καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- De tribu Gad civitates confugii, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 37 ׃21 את קדמות ואת מגרשה ואת מיפעת ואת מגרשה ערים ארבע ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 38

And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Mahanaim with her suburbs,

- et de la tribu de Gad, la ville de refuge pour les meurtriers, Ramoth en Galaad et sa banlieue, Mahanaïm et sa banlieue, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπὸ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Γαδ τὴν πόλιν τὸ φυγαδευτήριον του̃ φονεύσαντος τὴν Ραμωθ ἐν τη̨̃ Γαλααδ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὴν Καμιν καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ)

- Ramoth in Galaad, et Manaim et (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 38 ׃21 וממטה גד את עיר מקלט הרצח את רמת בגלעד ואת מגרשה ואת מחנים ואת מגרשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 39

Heshbon with her suburbs, Jazer with her suburbs; four cities in all.

- Hesbon et sa banlieue, et Jaezer et sa banlieue, en tout quatre villes. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὴν Εσεβων καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὴν Ιαζηρ καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτη̃ς αἱ πα̃σαι πόλεις τέσσαρες (Ⅲ)

- Hesebon et Jazer, civitates quatuor cum suburbanis suis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 39 ׃21 את חשבון ואת מגרשה את יעזר ואת מגרשה כל ערים ארבע ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 40

So all the cities for the children of Merari by their families, which were remaining of the families of the Levites, were by their lot twelve cities.

- Total des villes qui échurent par le sort aux fils de Merari, selon leurs familles, formant le reste des familles des Lévites: douze villes. (Ⅱ)

- πα̃σαι πόλεις τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Μεραρι κατὰ δήμους αὐτω̃ν τω̃ν καταλελειμμένων ἀπὸ τη̃ς φυλη̃ς Λευι καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια πόλεις δέκα δύο (Ⅲ)

- Omnes urbes filiorum Merari per familias et cognationes suas, duodecim. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 40 ׃21 כל הערים לבני מררי למשפחתם הנותרים ממשפחות הלוים ויהי גורלם ערים שתים עשרה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 41

All the cities of the Levites within the possession of the children of Israel were forty and eight cities with their suburbs.

- Total des villes des Lévites au milieu des propriétés des enfants d'Israël: quarante-huit villes, et leurs banlieues. (Ⅱ)

- πα̃σαι αἱ πόλεις τω̃ν Λευιτω̃ν ἐν μέσω̨ κατασχέσεως υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ τεσσαράκοντα ὀκτὼ πόλεις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ)

- Itaque civitates universæ Levitarum in medio possessionis filiorum Israël fuerunt quadraginta octo (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 41 ׃21 כל ערי הלוים בתוך אחזת בני ישראל ערים ארבעים ושמנה ומגרשיהן ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 42

These cities were every one with their suburbs round about them: thus were all these cities.

- Chacune de ces villes avait sa banlieue qui l'entourait; il en était de même pour toutes ces villes. (Ⅱ)

- κύκλω̨ τω̃ν πόλεων τούτων πόλις καὶ τὰ περισπόρια κύκλω̨ τη̃ς πόλεως πάσαις ται̃ς πόλεσιν ταύταις (Ⅲ)

- cum suburbanis suis, singulæ per familias distributæ.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 42 ׃21 תהיינה הערים האלה עיר עיר ומגרשיה סביבתיה כן לכל הערים האלה ס‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 43

And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.

- C'est ainsi que l'Éternel donna à Israël tout le pays qu'il avait juré de donner à leurs pères; ils en prirent possession et s'y établirent. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔδωκεν κύριος τω̨̃ Ισραηλ πα̃σαν τὴν γη̃ν ἣν ὤμοσεν δου̃ναι τοι̃ς πατράσιν αὐτω̃ν καὶ κατεκληρονόμησαν αὐτὴν καὶ κατώ̨κησαν ἐν αὐτη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Deditque Dominus Deus Israëli omnem terram, quam traditurum se patribus eorum juraverat : et possederunt illam, atque habitaverunt in ea. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 43 ׃21 ויתן יהוה לישראל את כל הארץ אשר נשבע לתת לאבותם וירשוה וישבו בה ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 44

And the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.

- L'Éternel leur accorda du repos tout alentour, comme il l'avait juré à leurs pères; aucun de leurs ennemis ne put leur résister, et l'Éternel les livra tous entre leurs mains. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ κατέπαυσεν αὐτοὺς κύριος κυκλόθεν καθότι ὤμοσεν τοι̃ς πατράσιν αὐτω̃ν οὐκ ἀνέστη οὐθεὶς κατενώπιον αὐτω̃ν ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν ἐχθρω̃ν αὐτω̃ν πάντας τοὺς ἐχθροὺς αὐτω̃ν παρέδωκεν κύριος εἰς τὰς χει̃ρας αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ)

- Dataque est ab eo pax in omnes per circuitum nationes : nullusque eis hostium resistere ausus est, sed cuncti in eorum ditionem redacti sunt. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 44 ׃21 וינח יהוה להם מסביב ככל אשר נשבע לאבותם ולא עמד איש בפניהם מכל איביהם את כל איביהם נתן יהוה בידם ‬ (Ⅴ)

21. 45

There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.

- De toutes les bonnes paroles que l'Éternel avait dites à la maison d'Israël, aucune ne resta sans effet: toutes s'accomplirent. (Ⅱ)

- οὐ διέπεσεν ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν ῥημάτων τω̃ν καλω̃ν ὡ̃ν ἐλάλησεν κύριος τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ισραηλ πάντα παρεγένετο (Ⅲ)

- Ne unum quidem verbum, quod illis præstiturum se esse promiserat, irritum fuit, sed rebus expleta sunt omnia. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 45 ׃21 לא נפל דבר מכל הדבר הטוב אשר דבר יהוה אל בית ישראל הכל בא פ‬ (Ⅴ)
