ἐγκαινίζεσθε πρός με νη̃σοι οἱ γὰρ ἄρχοντες ἀλλάξουσιν ἰσχύν ἐγγισάτωσαν καὶ λαλησάτωσαν ἅμα τότε κρίσιν ἀναγγειλάτωσαν
- Iles, faites silence pour m'écouter! Que les peuples raniment leur force, Qu'ils avancent, et qu'ils parlent! Approchons pour plaider ensemble. (Ⅱ) - Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment. τίς ἐξήγειρεν ἀπὸ ἀνατολω̃ν δικαιοσύνην ἐκάλεσεν αὐτὴν κατὰ πόδας αὐτου̃ καὶ πορεύσεται δώσει ἐναντίον ἐθνω̃ν καὶ βασιλει̃ς ἐκστήσει καὶ δώσει εἰς γη̃ν τὰς μαχαίρας αὐτω̃ν καὶ ὡς φρύγανα ἐξωσμένα τὰ τόξα αὐτω̃ν
- Qui a suscité de l'orient Celui que le salut appelle à sa suite? Qui lui a livré les nations et assujetti des rois? Qui a réduit leur glaive en poussière, Et leur arc en un chaume qui s'envole? (Ⅱ) - Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow. καὶ διώξεται αὐτοὺς καὶ διελεύσεται ἐν εἰρήνη̨ ἡ ὁδὸς τω̃ν ποδω̃ν αὐτου̃
- Il s'est mis à leur poursuite, il a parcouru avec bonheur Un chemin que son pied n'avait jamais foulé. (Ⅱ) - He pursued them, and passed safely; even by the way that he had not gone with his feet. τίς ἐνήργησεν καὶ ἐποίησεν ταυ̃τα ἐκάλεσεν αὐτὴν ὁ καλω̃ν αὐτὴν ἀπὸ γενεω̃ν ἀρχη̃ς ἐγὼ θεὸς πρω̃τος καὶ εἰς τὰ ἐπερχόμενα ἐγώ εἰμι
- Qui a fait et exécuté ces choses? C'est celui qui a appelé les générations dès le commencement, Moi, l'Éternel, le premier Et le même jusqu'aux derniers âges. (Ⅱ) - Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he. - Les îles le voient, et sont dans la crainte, Les extrémités de la terre tremblent: Ils s'approchent, ils viennent. (Ⅱ) - The isles saw it, and feared; the ends of the earth were afraid, drew near, and came. ἴσχυσεν ἀνὴρ τέκτων καὶ χαλκεὺς τύπτων σφύρη̨ ἅμα ἐλαύνων ποτὲ μὲν ἐρει̃ σύμβλημα καλόν ἐστιν ἰσχύρωσαν αὐτὰ ἐν ἥλοις θήσουσιν αὐτὰ καὶ οὐ κινηθήσονται
- Le sculpteur encourage le fondeur; Celui qui polit au marteau encourage celui qui frappe sur l'enclume; Il dit de la soudure: Elle est bonne! Et il fixe l'idole avec des clous, pour qu'elle ne branle pas. (Ⅱ) - So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved. - Mais toi, Israël, mon serviteur, Jacob, que j'ai choisi, Race d'Abraham que j'ai aimé! (Ⅱ) - But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. - Toi, que j'ai pris aux extrémités de la terre, Et que j'ai appelé d'une contrée lointaine, A qui j'ai dit: Tu es mon serviteur, Je te choisis, et ne te rejette point! (Ⅱ) - Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. μὴ φοβου̃ μετὰ σου̃ γάρ εἰμι μὴ πλανω̃ ἐγὼ γάρ εἰμι ὁ θεός σου ὁ ἐνισχύσας σε καὶ ἐβοήθησά σοι καὶ ἠσφαλισάμην σε τη̨̃ δεξια̨̃ τη̨̃ δικαία̨ μου
- Ne crains rien, car je suis avec toi; Ne promène pas des regards inquiets, car je suis ton Dieu; Je te fortifie, je viens à ton secours, Je te soutiens de ma droite triomphante. (Ⅱ) - Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. ἰδοὺ αἰσχυνθήσονται καὶ ἐντραπήσονται πάντες οἱ ἀντικείμενοί σοι ἔσονται γὰρ ὡς οὐκ ὄντες καὶ ἀπολου̃νται πάντες οἱ ἀντίδικοί σου
- Voici, ils seront confondus, ils seront couverts de honte, Tous ceux qui sont irrités contre toi; Ils seront réduits à rien, ils périront, Ceux qui disputent contre toi. (Ⅱ) - Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. (Ⅲ) - Ecce confundentur et erubescent/ omnes qui pugnant adversum te ;/ erunt quasi non sint, et peribunt/ viri qui contradicunt tibi./ (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃41 הן יבשו ויכלמו כל הנחרים בך יהיו כאין ויאבדו אנשי ריבך (Ⅴ)

ζητήσεις αὐτοὺς καὶ οὐ μὴ εὕρη̨ς τοὺς ἀνθρώπους οἳ παροινήσουσιν εἰς σέ ἔσονται γὰρ ὡς οὐκ ὄντες καὶ οὐκ ἔσονται οἱ ἀντιπολεμου̃ντές σε
- Tu les chercheras, et ne les trouveras plus, Ceux qui te suscitaient querelle; Ils seront réduits à rien, réduits au néant, Ceux qui te faisaient la guerre. (Ⅱ) - Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. (Ⅲ) - Quæres eos, et non invenies,/ viros rebelles tuos ;/ erunt quasi non sint, et veluti consumptio/ homines bellantes adversum te./ (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃41 תבקשם ולא תמצאם אנשי מצתך יהיו כאין וכאפס אנשי מלחמתך (Ⅴ)

- Car je suis l'Éternel, ton Dieu, Qui fortifie ta droite, Qui te dis: Ne crains rien, Je viens à ton secours. (Ⅱ) - For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. - Ne crains rien, vermisseau de Jacob, Faible reste d'Israël; Je viens à ton secours, dit l'Éternel, Et le Saint d'Israël est ton sauveur. (Ⅱ) - Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. (Ⅲ) - Noli timere, vermis Jacob,/ qui mortui estis ex Israël :/ ego auxiliatus sum tibi, dicit Dominus,/ et redemptor tuus Sanctus Israël./ (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃41 אל תיראי תולעת יעקב מתי ישראל אני עזרתיך נאם יהוה וגאלך קדוש ישראל (Ⅴ)

ἰδοὺ ἐποίησά σε ὡς τροχοὺς ἁμάξης ἀλοω̃ντας καινοὺς πριστηροειδει̃ς καὶ ἀλοήσεις ὄρη καὶ λεπτυνει̃ς βουνοὺς καὶ ὡς χνου̃ν θήσεις
- Voici, je fais de toi un traîneau aigu, tout neuf, Garni de pointes; Tu écraseras, tu broieras les montagnes, Et tu rendras les collines semblables à de la balle. (Ⅱ) - Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff. (Ⅲ) - Ego posui te quasi plaustrum triturans novum,/ habens rostra serrantia ;/ triturabis montes, et comminues,/ et colles quasi pulverem pones./ (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃41 הנה שמתיך למורג חרוץ חדש בעל פיפיות תדוש הרים ותדק וגבעות כמץ תשים (Ⅴ)

καὶ λικμήσεις καὶ ἄνεμος λήμψεται αὐτούς καὶ καταιγὶς διασπερει̃ αὐτούς σὺ δὲ εὐφρανθήση̨ ἐν τοι̃ς ἁγίοις Ισραηλ καὶ ἀγαλλιάσονται
- Tu les vanneras, et le vent les emportera, Et un tourbillon les dispersera. Mais toi, tu te réjouiras en l'Éternel, Tu mettras ta gloire dans le Saint d'Israël. (Ⅱ) - Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel. οἱ πτωχοὶ καὶ οἱ ἐνδεει̃ς ζητήσουσιν γὰρ ὕδωρ καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἡ γλω̃σσα αὐτω̃ν ἀπὸ τη̃ς δίψης ἐξηράνθη ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεός ἐγὼ ἐπακούσομαι ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ καὶ οὐκ ἐγκαταλείψω αὐτούς
- Les malheureux et les indigents cherchent de l'eau, et il n'y en a point; Leur langue est desséchée par la soif. Moi, l'Éternel, je les exaucerai; Moi, le Dieu d'Israël, je ne les abandonnerai pas. (Ⅱ) - When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. ἀλλὰ ἀνοίξω ἐπὶ τω̃ν ὀρέων ποταμοὺς καὶ ἐν μέσω̨ πεδίων πηγάς ποιήσω τὴν ἔρημον εἰς ἕλη καὶ τὴν διψω̃σαν γη̃ν ἐν ὑδραγωγοι̃ς
- Je ferai jaillir des fleuves sur les collines, Et des sources au milieu des vallées; Je changerai le désert en étang, Et la terre aride en courants d'eau; (Ⅱ) - I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. (Ⅲ) - Aperiam in supinis collibus flumina,/ et in medio camporum fontes :/ ponam desertum in stagna aquarum,/ et terram inviam in rivos aquarum./ (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃41 אפתח על שפיים נהרות ובתוך בקעות מעינות אשים מדבר לאגם מים וארץ ציה למוצאי מים (Ⅴ)

θήσω εἰς τὴν ἄνυδρον γη̃ν κέδρον καὶ πύξον καὶ μυρσίνην καὶ κυπάρισσον καὶ λεύκην
- Je mettrai dans le désert le cèdre, l'acacia, Le myrte et l'olivier; Je mettrai dans les lieux stériles Le cyprès, l'orme et le buis, tous ensemble; (Ⅱ) - I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together: (Ⅲ) - Dabo in solitudinem cedrum,/ et spinam, et myrtum, et lignum olivæ ;/ ponam in deserto abietem,/ ulmum, et buxum simul :/ (Ⅳ) - 19 ׃41 אתן במדבר ארז שטה והדס ועץ שמן אשים בערבה ברוש תדהר ותאשור יחדו (Ⅴ)

ἵνα ἴδωσιν καὶ γνω̃σιν καὶ ἐννοηθω̃σιν καὶ ἐπιστω̃νται ἅμα ὅτι χεὶρ κυρίου ἐποίησεν ταυ̃τα πάντα καὶ ὁ ἅγιος του̃ Ισραηλ κατέδειξεν
- Afin qu'ils voient, qu'ils sachent, Qu'ils observent et considèrent Que la main de l'Éternel a fait ces choses, Que le Saint d'Israël en est l'auteur. (Ⅱ) - That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it. (Ⅲ) - ut videant, et sciant,/ et recogitent, et intelligant pariter,/ quia manus Domini fecit hoc,/ et Sanctus Israël creavit illud./ (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃41 למען יראו וידעו וישימו וישכילו יחדו כי יד יהוה עשתה זאת וקדוש ישראל בראה פ (Ⅴ)

ἐγγίζει ἡ κρίσις ὑμω̃ν λέγει κύριος ὁ θεός ἤγγισαν αἱ βουλαὶ ὑμω̃ν λέγει ὁ βασιλεὺς Ιακωβ
- Plaidez votre cause, Dit l'Éternel; Produisez vos moyens de défense, Dit le roi de Jacob. (Ⅱ) - Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob. (Ⅲ) - Prope facite judicium vestrum,/ dicit Dominus ;/ Afferte, si quid forte habetis,/ dicit rex Jacob./ (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃41 קרבו ריבכם יאמר יהוה הגישו עצמותיכם יאמר מלך יעקב (Ⅴ)

ἐγγισάτωσαν καὶ ἀναγγειλάτωσαν ὑμι̃ν ἃ συμβήσεται ἢ τὰ πρότερα τίνα ἠ̃ν εἴπατε καὶ ἐπιστήσομεν τὸν νου̃ν καὶ γνωσόμεθα τί τὰ ἔσχατα καὶ τὰ ἐπερχόμενα εἴπατε ἡμι̃ν
- Qu'ils les produisent, et qu'ils nous déclarent Ce qui doit arriver. Quelles sont les prédictions que jadis vous avez faites? Dites-le, pour que nous y prenions garde, Et que nous en reconnaissions l'accomplissement; Ou bien, annoncez-nous l'avenir. (Ⅱ) - Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come. (Ⅲ) - Accedant, et nuntient nobis/ quæcumque ventura sunt ;/ priora quæ fuerunt, nuntiate,/ et ponemus cor nostrum,/ et sciemus novissima eorum ;/ et quæ ventura sunt, indicate nobis./ (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃41 יגישו ויגידו לנו את אשר תקרינה הראשנות מה הנה הגידו ונשימה לבנו ונדעה אחריתן או הבאות השמיענו (Ⅴ)

ἀναγγείλατε ἡμι̃ν τὰ ἐπερχόμενα ἐπ' ἐσχάτου καὶ γνωσόμεθα ὅτι θεοί ἐστε εὐ̃ ποιήσατε καὶ κακώσατε καὶ θαυμασόμεθα καὶ ὀψόμεθα ἅμα
- Dites ce qui arrivera plus tard, Pour que nous sachions si vous êtes des dieux; Faites seulement quelque chose de bien ou de mal, Pour que nous le voyions et le regardions ensemble. (Ⅱ) - Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together. (Ⅲ) - Annuntiate quæ ventura sunt in futurum,/ et sciemus quia dii estis vos ;/ bene quoque aut male, si potestis, facite,/ et loquamur et videamus simul./ (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃41 הגידו האתיות לאחור ונדעה כי אלהים אתם אף תיטיבו ותרעו ונשתעה *ונרא **ונראה יחדו (Ⅴ)

ὅτι πόθεν ἐστὲ ὑμει̃ς καὶ πόθεν ἡ ἐργασία ὑμω̃ν ἐκ γη̃ς βδέλυγμα ἐξελέξαντο ὑμα̃ς
- Voici, vous n'êtes rien, Et votre oeuvre est le néant; C'est une abomination que de se complaire en vous. (Ⅱ) - Behold, ye are of nothing, and your work of nought: an abomination is he that chooseth you. (Ⅲ) - Ecce vos estis ex nihilo,/ et opus vestrum ex eo quod non est :/ abominatio est qui elegit vos./ (Ⅳ) - 24 ׃41 הן אתם מאין ופעלכם מאפע תועבה יבחר בכם (Ⅴ)

ἐγὼ δὲ ἤγειρα τὸν ἀπὸ βορρα̃ καὶ τὸν ἀφ' ἡλίου ἀνατολω̃ν κληθήσονται τω̨̃ ὀνόματί μου ἐρχέσθωσαν ἄρχοντες καὶ ὡς πηλὸς κεραμέως καὶ ὡς κεραμεὺς καταπατω̃ν τὸν πηλόν οὕτως καταπατηθήσεσθε
- Je l'ai suscité du septentrion, et il est venu; De l'orient, il invoque mon nom; Il foule les puissants comme de la boue, Comme de l'argile que foule un potier. (Ⅱ) - I have raised up one from the north, and he shall come: from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay. (Ⅲ) - Suscitavi ab aquilone, et veniet ab ortu solis :/ vocabit nomen meum,/ et adducet magistratus quasi lutum,/ et velut plastes conculcans humum./ (Ⅳ) - 25 ׃41 העירותי מצפון ויאת ממזרח שמש יקרא בשמי ויבא סגנים כמו חמר וכמו יוצר ירמס טיט (Ⅴ)

τίς γὰρ ἀναγγελει̃ τὰ ἐξ ἀρχη̃ς ἵνα γνω̃μεν καὶ τὰ ἔμπροσθεν καὶ ἐρου̃μεν ὅτι ἀληθη̃ ἐστιν οὐκ ἔστιν ὁ προλέγων οὐδὲ ὁ ἀκούων ὑμω̃ν τοὺς λόγους
- Qui l'a annoncé dès le commencement, pour que nous le sachions, Et longtemps d'avance, pour que nous disions: C'est vrai? Nul ne l'a annoncé, nul ne l'a prédit, Et personne n'a entendu vos paroles. (Ⅱ) - Who hath declared from the beginning, that we may know? and beforetime, that we may say, He is righteous? yea, there is none that sheweth, yea, there is none that declareth, yea, there is none that heareth your words. ἀρχὴν Σιων δώσω καὶ Ιερουσαλημ παρακαλέσω εἰς ὁδόν
- C'est moi le premier qui ai dit à Sion: Les voici, les voici! Et à Jérusalem: J'envoie un messager de bonnes nouvelles! (Ⅱ) - The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings. (Ⅲ) - Primus ad Sion dicet : Ecce adsunt,/ et Jerusalem evangelistam dabo./ (Ⅳ) - 27 ׃41 ראשון לציון הנה הנם ולירושלם מבשר אתן (Ⅴ)

ἀπὸ γὰρ τω̃ν ἐθνω̃ν ἰδοὺ οὐδείς καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν εἰδώλων αὐτω̃ν οὐκ ἠ̃ν ὁ ἀναγγέλλων καὶ ἐὰν ἐρωτήσω αὐτούς πόθεν ἐστέ οὐ μὴ ἀποκριθω̃σίν μοι
- Je regarde, et il n'y a personne, Personne parmi eux qui prophétise, Et qui puisse répondre, si je l'interroge. (Ⅱ) - For I beheld, and there was no man; even among them, and there was no counsellor, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word. (Ⅲ) - Et vidi,/ et non erat neque ex istis quisquam/ qui iniret consilium,/ et interrogatus responderet verbum./ (Ⅳ) - 28 ׃41 וארא ואין איש ומאלה ואין יועץ ואשאלם וישיבו דבר (Ⅴ)

εἰσὶν γὰρ οἱ ποιου̃ντες ὑμα̃ς καὶ μάτην οἱ πλανω̃ντες ὑμα̃ς
- Voici, ils ne sont tous que vanité, Leurs oeuvres ne sont que néant, Leurs idoles ne sont qu'un vain souffle. (Ⅱ) - Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion. (Ⅲ) - Ecce omnes injusti,/ et vana opera eorum ;/ ventus et inane simulacra eorum.] (Ⅳ) - 29 ׃41 הן כלם און אפס מעשיהם רוח ותהו נסכיהם פ (Ⅴ)
