<Aleph>Quomodo obtexit caligine in furore suo/ Dominus filiam Sion ;/ projecit de cælo in terram/ inclytam Israël,/ et non est recordatus scabelli pedum suorum/ in die furoris sui !/
- Eh quoi! le Seigneur, dans sa colère, a couvert de nuages la fille de Sion! Il a précipité du ciel sur la terre la magnificence d'Israël! Il ne s'est pas souvenu de son marchepied, Au jour de sa colère! (Ⅱ) - How hath the LORD covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud in his anger, and cast down from heaven unto the earth the beauty of Israel, and remembered not his footstool in the day of his anger! (Ⅲ) - πω̃ς ἐγνόφωσεν ἐν ὀργη̨̃ αὐτου̃ κύριος τὴν θυγατέρα Σιων κατέρριψεν ἐξ οὐρανου̃ εἰς γη̃ν δόξασμα Ισραηλ καὶ οὐκ ἐμνήσθη ὑποποδίου ποδω̃ν αὐτου̃ ἐν ἡμέρα̨ ὀργη̃ς αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃2 איכה יעיב באפו אדני את בת ציון השליך משמים ארץ תפארת ישראל ולא זכר הדם רגליו ביום אפו ס (Ⅴ)

Præcipitavit Dominus, nec pepercit/ omnia speciosa Jacob :/ destruxit in furore suo/ munitiones virginis Juda,/ et dejecit in terram ;/ polluit regnum et principes ejus./
- Le Seigneur a détruit sans pitié toutes les demeures de Jacob; Il a, dans sa fureur, renversé les forteresses de la fille de Juda, Il les a fait rouler à terre; Il a profané le royaume et ses chefs. (Ⅱ) - The LORD hath swallowed up all the habitations of Jacob, and hath not pitied: he hath thrown down in his wrath the strong holds of the daughter of Judah; he hath brought them down to the ground: he hath polluted the kingdom and the princes thereof. (Ⅲ) - κατεπόντισεν κύριος οὐ φεισάμενος πάντα τὰ ὡραι̃α Ιακωβ καθει̃λεν ἐν θυμω̨̃ αὐτου̃ τὰ ὀχυρώματα τη̃ς θυγατρὸς Ιουδα ἐκόλλησεν εἰς τὴν γη̃ν ἐβεβήλωσεν βασιλέα αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἄρχοντας αὐτη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃2 בלע אדני *לא **ולא חמל את כל נאות יעקב הרס בעברתו מבצרי בת יהודה הגיע לארץ חלל ממלכה ושריה ס (Ⅴ)

Confregit in ira furoris sui/ omne cornu Israël ;/ avertit retrorsum dexteram suam/ a facie inimici,/ et succendit in Jacob quasi ignem/ flammæ devorantis in gyro./
- Il a, dans son ardente colère, abattu toute la force d'Israël; Il a retiré sa droite en présence de l'ennemi; Il a allumé dans Jacob des flammes de feu, Qui dévorent de tous côtés. (Ⅱ) - He hath cut off in his fierce anger all the horn of Israel: he hath drawn back his right hand from before the enemy, and he burned against Jacob like a flaming fire, which devoureth round about. (Ⅲ) - συνέκλασεν ἐν ὀργη̨̃ θυμου̃ αὐτου̃ πα̃ν κέρας Ισραηλ ἀπέστρεψεν ὀπίσω δεξιὰν αὐτου̃ ἀπὸ προσώπου ἐχθρου̃ καὶ ἀνη̃ψεν ἐν Ιακωβ ὡς πυ̃ρ φλόγα καὶ κατέφαγεν πάντα τὰ κύκλω̨ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃2 גדע בחרי[Q][n][p] אף כל קרן ישראל השיב אחור ימינו מפני אויב ויבער ביעקב כאש להבה אכלה סביב ס (Ⅴ)

Tetendit arcum suum quasi inimicus,/ firmavit dexteram suam quasi hostis,/ et occidit omne quod pulchrum erat visu/ in tabernaculo filiæ Sion ;/ effudit quasi ignem/ indignationem suam./
- Il a tendu son arc comme un ennemi; Sa droite s'est dressée comme celle d'un assaillant; Il a fait périr tout ce qui plaisait aux regards; Il a répandu sa fureur comme un feu sur la tente de la fille de Sion. (Ⅱ) - He hath bent his bow like an enemy: he stood with his right hand as an adversary, and slew all that were pleasant to the eye in the tabernacle of the daughter of Zion: he poured out his fury like fire. (Ⅲ) - ἐνέτεινεν τόξον αὐτου̃ ὡς ἐχθρός ἐστερέωσεν δεξιὰν αὐτου̃ ὡς ὑπεναντίος καὶ ἀπέκτεινεν πάντα τὰ ἐπιθυμήματα ὀφθαλμω̃ν μου ἐν σκηνη̨̃ θυγατρὸς Σιων ἐξέχεεν ὡς πυ̃ρ τὸν θυμὸν αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃2 דרך קשתו כאויב נצב ימינו כצר ויהרג כל מחמדי עין באהל בת ציון שפך כאש חמתו ס (Ⅴ)

Factus est Dominus velut inimicus,/ præcipitavit Israël :/ præcipitavit omnia mœnia ejus,/ dissipavit munitiones ejus,/ et replevit in filia Juda/ humiliatum et humiliatam./
- Le Seigneur a été comme un ennemi; Il a dévoré Israël, il a dévoré tous ses palais, Il a détruit ses forteresses; Il a rempli la fille de Juda de plaintes et de gémissements. (Ⅱ) - The LORD was as an enemy: he hath swallowed up Israel, he hath swallowed up all her palaces: he hath destroyed his strong holds, and hath increased in the daughter of Judah mourning and lamentation. (Ⅲ) - ἐγενήθη κύριος ὡς ἐχθρός κατεπόντισεν Ισραηλ κατεπόντισεν πάσας τὰς βάρεις αὐτη̃ς διέφθειρεν τὰ ὀχυρώματα αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐπλήθυνεν τη̨̃ θυγατρὶ Ιουδα ταπεινουμένην καὶ τεταπεινωμένην (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃2 היה אדני כאויב בלע ישראל בלע כל ארמנותיה שחת מבצריו וירב בבת יהודה תאניה ואניה ס (Ⅴ)

Et dissipavit quasi hortum tentorium suum ;/ demolitus est tabernaculum suum./ Oblivioni tradidit Dominus in Sion/ festivitatem et sabbatum ;/ et in opprobrium, et in indignationem furoris sui,/ regem et sacerdotem./
- Il a dévasté sa tente comme un jardin, Il a détruit le lieu de son assemblée; L'Éternel a fait oublier en Sion les fêtes et le sabbat, Et, dans sa violente colère, il a rejeté le roi et le sacrificateur. (Ⅱ) - And he hath violently taken away his tabernacle, as if it were of a garden: he hath destroyed his places of the assembly: the LORD hath caused the solemn feasts and sabbaths to be forgotten in Zion, and hath despised in the indignation of his anger the king and the priest. (Ⅲ) - καὶ διεπέτασεν ὡς ἄμπελον τὸ σκήνωμα αὐτου̃ διέφθειρεν ἑορτὴν αὐτου̃ ἐπελάθετο κύριος ὃ ἐποίησεν ἐν Σιων ἑορτη̃ς καὶ σαββάτου καὶ παρώξυνεν ἐμβριμήματι ὀργη̃ς αὐτου̃ βασιλέα καὶ ἱερέα καὶ ἄρχοντα (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃2 ויחמס כגן שכו שחת מועדו שכח יהוה בציון מועד ושבת וינאץ בזעם אפו מלך וכהן ס (Ⅴ)

Repulit Dominus altare suum ;/ maledixit sanctificationi suæ :/ tradidit in manu inimici/ muros turrium ejus./ Vocem dederunt in domo Domini/ sicut in die solemni./
- Le Seigneur a dédaigné son autel, repoussé son sanctuaire; Il a livré entre les mains de l'ennemi les murs des palais de Sion; Les cris ont retenti dans la maison de l'Éternel, Comme en un jour de fête. (Ⅱ) - The LORD hath cast off his altar, he hath abhorred his sanctuary, he hath given up into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have made a noise in the house of the LORD, as in the day of a solemn feast. (Ⅲ) - ἀπώσατο κύριος θυσιαστήριον αὐτου̃ ἀπετίναξεν ἁγίασμα αὐτου̃ συνέτριψεν ἐν χειρὶ ἐχθρου̃ τει̃χος βάρεων αὐτη̃ς φωνὴν ἔδωκαν ἐν οἴκω̨ κυρίου ὡς ἐν ἡμέρα̨ ἑορτη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃2 זנח אדני מזבחו נאר מקדשו הסגיר ביד אויב חומת ארמנותיה קול נתנו בבית יהוה כיום מועד ס (Ⅴ)

Cogitavit Dominus dissipare/ murum filiæ Sion ;/ tetendit funiculum suum,/ et non avertit manum suam a perditione :/ luxitque antemurale,/ et murus pariter dissipatus est./
- L'Éternel avait résolu de détruire les murs de la fille de Sion; Il a tendu le cordeau, il n'a pas retiré sa main sans les avoir anéantis; Il a plongé dans le deuil rempart et murailles, Qui n'offrent plus ensemble qu'une triste ruine. (Ⅱ) - The LORD hath purposed to destroy the wall of the daughter of Zion: he hath stretched out a line, he hath not withdrawn his hand from destroying: therefore he made the rampart and the wall to lament; they languished together. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν κύριος του̃ διαφθει̃ραι τει̃χος θυγατρὸς Σιων ἐξέτεινεν μέτρον οὐκ ἀπέστρεψεν χει̃ρα αὐτου̃ ἀπὸ καταπατήματος καὶ ἐπένθησεν τὸ προτείχισμα καὶ τει̃χος ὁμοθυμαδὸν ἠσθένησεν (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃2 חשב יהוה להשחית חומת בת ציון נטה קו לא השיב ידו מבלע ויאבל חל וחומה יחדו אמללו ס (Ⅴ)

Defixæ sunt in terra portæ ejus,/ perdidit et contrivit vectes ejus ;/ regem ejus et principes ejus in gentibus :/ non est lex,/ et prophetæ ejus non invenerunt/ visionem a Domino./
- Ses portes sont enfoncées dans la terre; Il en a détruit, rompu les barres. Son roi et ses chefs sont parmi les nations; il n'y a plus de loi. Même les prophètes ne reçoivent aucune vision de l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - Her gates are sunk into the ground; he hath destroyed and broken her bars: her king and her princes are among the Gentiles: the law is no more; her prophets also find no vision from the LORD. (Ⅲ) - ἐνεπάγησαν εἰς γη̃ν πύλαι αὐτη̃ς ἀπώλεσεν καὶ συνέτριψεν μοχλοὺς αὐτη̃ς βασιλέα αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἄρχοντας αὐτη̃ς ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν οὐκ ἔστιν νόμος καί γε προφη̃ται αὐτη̃ς οὐκ εἰ̃δον ὅρασιν παρὰ κυρίου (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃2 טבעו בארץ שעריה אבד ושבר בריחיה מלכה ושריה בגוים אין תורה גם נביאיה לא מצאו חזון מיהוה ס (Ⅴ)

Sederunt in terra, conticuerunt/ senes filiæ Sion ;/ consperserunt cinere capita sua,/ accincti sunt ciliciis :/ abjecerunt in terram capita sua/ virgines Jerusalem./
- Les anciens de la fille de Sion sont assis à terre, ils sont muets; Ils ont couvert leur tête de poussière, Ils se sont revêtus de sacs; Les vierges de Jérusalem laissent retomber leur tête vers la terre. (Ⅱ) - The elders of the daughter of Zion sit upon the ground, and keep silence: they have cast up dust upon their heads; they have girded themselves with sackcloth: the virgins of Jerusalem hang down their heads to the ground. (Ⅲ) - ἐκάθισαν εἰς τὴν γη̃ν ἐσιώπησαν πρεσβύτεροι θυγατρὸς Σιων ἀνεβίβασαν χου̃ν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτω̃ν περιεζώσαντο σάκκους κατήγαγον εἰς γη̃ν ἀρχηγοὺς παρθένους ἐν Ιερουσαλημ (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃2 ישבו לארץ ידמו זקני בת ציון העלו עפר על ראשם חגרו שקים הורידו לארץ ראשן בתולת ירושלם ס (Ⅴ)

Defecerunt præ lacrimis oculi mei,/ conturbata sunt viscera mea ;/ effusum est in terra jecur meum/ super contritione filiæ populi mei,/ cum deficeret parvulus et lactens/ in plateis oppidi./
- Mes yeux se consument dans les larmes, mes entrailles bouillonnent, Ma bile se répand sur la terre, A cause du désastre de la file de mon peuple, Des enfants et des nourrissons en défaillance dans les rues de la ville. (Ⅱ) - Mine eyes do fail with tears, my bowels are troubled, my liver is poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my people; because the children and the sucklings swoon in the streets of the city. (Ⅲ) - ἐξέλιπον ἐν δάκρυσιν οἱ ὀφθαλμοί μου ἐταράχθη ἡ καρδία μου ἐξεχύθη εἰς γη̃ν ἡ δόξα μου ἐπὶ τὸ σύντριμμα τη̃ς θυγατρὸς του̃ λαου̃ μου ἐν τω̨̃ ἐκλιπει̃ν νήπιον καὶ θηλάζοντα ἐν πλατείαις πόλεως (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃2 כלו בדמעות עיני חמרמרו מעי נשפך לארץ כבדי על שבר בת עמי בעטף עולל ויונק ברחבות קריה ס (Ⅴ)

Matribus suis dixerunt :/ Ubi est triticum et vinum ?/ cum deficerent quasi vulnerati/ in plateis civitatis,/ cum exhalarent animas suas/ in sinu matrum suarum./
- Ils disaient à leurs mères: Où y a-t-il du blé et du vin? Et ils tombaient comme des blessés dans les rues de la ville, Ils rendaient l'âme sur le sein de leurs mères. (Ⅱ) - They say to their mothers, Where is corn and wine? when they swooned as the wounded in the streets of the city, when their soul was poured out into their mothers' bosom. (Ⅲ) - ται̃ς μητράσιν αὐτω̃ν εἰ̃παν που̃ σι̃τος καὶ οἰ̃νος ἐν τω̨̃ ἐκλύεσθαι αὐτοὺς ὡς τραυματίας ἐν πλατείαις πόλεως ἐν τω̨̃ ἐκχει̃σθαι ψυχὰς αὐτω̃ν εἰς κόλπον μητέρων αὐτω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃2 לאמתם יאמרו איה דגן ויין בהתעטפם כחלל ברחבות עיר בהשתפך נפשם אל חיק אמתם ס (Ⅴ)

Cui comparabo te, vel cui assimilabo te,/ filia Jerusalem ?/ cui exæquabo te, et consolabor te,/ virgo, filia Sion ?/ magna est enim velut mare contritio tua :/ quis medebitur tui ?/
- Que dois-je te dire? à quoi te comparer, fille de Jérusalem? Qui trouver de semblable à toi, et quelle consolation te donner, Vierge, fille de Sion? Car ta plaie est grande comme la mer: qui pourra te guérir? (Ⅱ) - What thing shall I take to witness for thee? what thing shall I liken to thee, O daughter of Jerusalem? what shall I equal to thee, that I may comfort thee, O virgin daughter of Zion? for thy breach is great like the sea: who can heal thee? (Ⅲ) - τί μαρτυρήσω σοι ἢ τί ὁμοιώσω σοι θύγατερ Ιερουσαλημ τίς σώσει σε καὶ παρακαλέσει σε παρθένος θύγατερ Σιων ὅτι ἐμεγαλύνθη ποτήριον συντριβη̃ς σου τίς ἰάσεταί σε (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃2 מה אעידך מה אדמה לך הבת ירושלם מה אשוה לך ואנחמך בתולת בת ציון כי גדול כים שברך מי ירפא לך ס (Ⅴ)

Prophetæ tui viderunt tibi/ falsa et stulta ;/ nec aperiebant iniquitatem tuam,/ ut te ad pœnitentiam provocarent ;/ viderunt autem tibi assumptiones falsas,/ et ejectiones./
- Tes prophètes ont eu pour toi des visions vaines et fausses; Ils n'ont pas mis à nu ton iniquité, Afin de détourner de toi la captivité; Ils t'ont donné des oracles mensongers et trompeurs. (Ⅱ) - Thy prophets have seen vain and foolish things for thee: and they have not discovered thine iniquity, to turn away thy captivity; but have seen for thee false burdens and causes of banishment. (Ⅲ) - προφη̃ταί σου εἴδοσάν σοι μάταια καὶ ἀφροσύνην καὶ οὐκ ἀπεκάλυψαν ἐπὶ τὴν ἀδικίαν σου του̃ ἐπιστρέψαι αἰχμαλωσίαν σου καὶ εἴδοσάν σοι λήμματα μάταια καὶ ἐξώσματα (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃2 נביאיך חזו לך שוא ותפל ולא גלו על עונך להשיב *שביתך **שבותך ויחזו לך משאות שוא ומדוחים ס (Ⅴ)

Plauserunt super te manibus/ omnes transeuntes per viam ;/ sibilaverunt et moverunt caput suum/ super filiam Jerusalem :/ Hæccine est urbs, dicentes, perfecti decoris,/ gaudium universæ terræ ?/
- Tous les passants battent des mains sur toi, Ils sifflent, ils secouent la tête contre la fille de Jérusalem: Est-ce là cette ville qu'on appelait une beauté parfaite, La joie de toute la terre? (Ⅱ) - All that pass by clap their hands at thee; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, Is this the city that men call The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth? (Ⅲ) - ἐκρότησαν ἐπὶ σὲ χει̃ρας πάντες οἱ παραπορευόμενοι ὁδόν ἐσύρισαν καὶ ἐκίνησαν τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτω̃ν ἐπὶ τὴν θυγατέρα Ιερουσαλημ ἠ̃ αὕτη ἡ πόλις ἣν ἐρου̃σιν στέφανος δόξης εὐφροσύνη πάσης τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃2 ספקו עליך כפים כל עברי דרך שרקו וינעו ראשם על בת ירושלם הזאת העיר שיאמרו כלילת יפי משוש לכל הארץ ס (Ⅴ)

Aperuerunt super te os suum/ omnes inimici tui :/ sibilaverunt, et fremuerunt dentibus,/ et dixerunt : Devorabimus :/ en ista est dies quam exspectabamus ;/ invenimus, vidimus./
- Tous tes ennemis ouvrent la bouche contre toi, Ils sifflent, ils grincent des dents, Ils disent: Nous l'avons engloutie! C'est bien le jour que nous attendions, nous l'avons atteint, nous le voyons! (Ⅱ) - All thine enemies have opened their mouth against thee: they hiss and gnash the teeth: they say, We have swallowed her up: certainly this is the day that we looked for; we have found, we have seen it. (Ⅲ) - διήνοιξαν ἐπὶ σὲ στόμα αὐτω̃ν πάντες οἱ ἐχθροί σου ἐσύρισαν καὶ ἔβρυξαν ὀδόντας εἰ̃παν κατεπίομεν αὐτήν πλὴν αὕτη ἡ ἡμέρα ἣν προσεδοκω̃μεν εὕρομεν αὐτήν εἴδομεν (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃2 פצו עליך פיהם כל אויביך שרקו ויחרקו שן אמרו בלענו אך זה היום שקוינהו מצאנו ראינו ס (Ⅴ)

Fecit Dominus quæ cogitavit ;/ complevit sermonem suum,/ quem præceperat a diebus antiquis :/ destruxit, et non pepercit,/ et lætificavit super te inimicum,/ et exaltavit cornu hostium tuorum./
- L'Éternel a exécuté ce qu'il avait résolu, Il a accompli la parole qu'il avait dès longtemps arrêtée, Il a détruit sans pitié; Il a fait de toi la joie de l'ennemi, Il a relevé la force de tes oppresseurs. (Ⅱ) - The LORD hath done that which he had devised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath caused thine enemy to rejoice over thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries. (Ⅲ) - ἐποίησεν κύριος ἃ ἐνεθυμήθη συνετέλεσεν ῥήματα αὐτου̃ ἃ ἐνετείλατο ἐξ ἡμερω̃ν ἀρχαίων καθει̃λεν καὶ οὐκ ἐφείσατο καὶ ηὔφρανεν ἐπὶ σὲ ἐχθρόν ὕψωσεν κέρας θλίβοντός σε (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃2 עשה יהוה אשר זמם בצע אמרתו אשר צוה מימי קדם הרס ולא חמל וישמח עליך אויב הרים קרן צריך ס (Ⅴ)

Clamavit cor eorum ad Dominum/ super muros filiæ Sion :/ Deduc quasi torrentem lacrimas/ per diem et noctem ;/ non des requiem tibi,/ neque taceat pupilla oculi tui./
- Leur coeur crie vers le Seigneur... Mur de la fille de Sion, répands jour et nuit des torrents de larmes! Ne te donne aucun relâche, Et que ton oeil n'ait point de repos! (Ⅱ) - Their heart cried unto the LORD, O wall of the daughter of Zion, let tears run down like a river day and night: give thyself no rest; let not the apple of thine eye cease. (Ⅲ) - ἐβόησεν καρδία αὐτω̃ν πρὸς κύριον τείχη Σιων καταγάγετε ὡς χειμάρρους δάκρυα ἡμέρας καὶ νυκτός μὴ δω̨̃ς ἔκνηψιν σεαυτη̨̃ μὴ σιωπήσαιτο θύγατερ ὁ ὀφθαλμός σου (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃2 צעק לבם אל אדני חומת בת ציון הורידי כנחל דמעה יומם ולילה אל תתני פוגת לך אל תדם בת עינך ס (Ⅴ)

Consurge, lauda in nocte,/ in principio vigiliarum ;/ effunde sicut aquam cor tuum/ ante conspectum Domini :/ leva ad eum manus tuas/ pro anima parvulorum tuorum,/ qui defecerunt in fame/ in capite omnium compitorum./
- Lève-toi, pousse des gémissements à l'entrée des veilles de la nuit! Répands ton coeur comme de l'eau, en présence du Seigneur! Lève tes mains vers lui pour la vie de tes enfants Qui meurent de faim aux coins de toutes les rues! (Ⅱ) - Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the LORD: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street. Vide, Domine, et considera/ quem vindemiaveris ita./ Ergone comedent mulieres fructum suum,/ parvulos ad mensuram palmæ ?/ si occiditur in sanctuario Domini/ sacerdos et propheta ?/
- Vois, Éternel, regarde qui tu as ainsi traité! Fallait-il que des femmes dévorassent le fruit de leurs entrailles, Les petits enfants objets de leur tendresse? Que sacrificateurs et prophètes fussent massacrés dans le sanctuaire du Seigneur? (Ⅱ) - Behold, O LORD, and consider to whom thou hast done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, and children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord? (Ⅲ) - ἰδέ κύριε καὶ ἐπίβλεψον τίνι ἐπεφύλλισας οὕτως εἰ φάγονται γυναι̃κες καρπὸν κοιλίας αὐτω̃ν ἐπιφυλλίδα ἐποίησεν μάγειρος φονευθήσονται νήπια θηλάζοντα μαστούς ἀποκτενει̃ς ἐν ἁγιάσματι κυρίου ἱερέα καὶ προφήτην (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃2 ראה יהוה והביטה למי עוללת כה אם תאכלנה נשים פרים עללי טפחים אם יהרג במקדש אדני כהן ונביא ס (Ⅴ)

Jacuerunt in terra foris/ puer et senex ;/ virgines meæ et juvenes mei/ ceciderunt in gladio :/ interfecisti in die furoris tui,/ percussisti, nec misertus es./
- Les enfants et les vieillards sont couchés par terre dans les rues; Mes vierges et mes jeunes hommes sont tombés par l'épée; Tu as tué, au jour de ta colère, Tu as égorgé sans pitié. (Ⅱ) - The young and the old lie on the ground in the streets: my virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword; thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou hast killed, and not pitied. (Ⅲ) - ἐκοιμήθησαν εἰς τὴν ἔξοδον παιδάριον καὶ πρεσβύτης παρθένοι μου καὶ νεανίσκοι μου ἐπορεύθησαν ἐν αἰχμαλωσία̨ ἐν ῥομφαία̨ καὶ ἐν λιμω̨̃ ἀπέκτεινας ἐν ἡμέρα̨ ὀργη̃ς σου ἐμαγείρευσας οὐκ ἐφείσω (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃2 שכבו לארץ חוצות נער וזקן בתולתי ובחורי נפלו בחרב הרגת ביום אפך טבחת לא חמלת ס (Ⅴ)

Vocasti quasi ad diem solemnem,/ qui terrerent me de circuitu ;/ et non fuit in die furoris Domini qui effugeret,/ et relinqueretur :/ quos educavi et enutrivi,/ inimicus meus consumpsit eos.]
- Tu as appelé de toutes parts sur moi l'épouvante, comme à un jour de fête. Au jour de la colère de l'Éternel, il n'y a eu ni réchappé ni survivant. Ceux que j'avais soignés et élevés, Mon ennemi les a consumés. (Ⅱ) - Thou hast called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of the LORD's anger none escaped nor remained: those that I have swaddled and brought up hath mine enemy consumed. (Ⅲ) - ἐκάλεσεν ἡμέραν ἑορτη̃ς παροικίας μου κυκλόθεν καὶ οὐκ ἐγένοντο ἐν ἡμέρα̨ ὀργη̃ς κυρίου ἀνασω̨ζόμενος καὶ καταλελειμμένος ὡς ἐπεκράτησα καὶ ἐπλήθυνα ἐχθρούς μου πάντας (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃2 תקרא כיום מועד מגורי מסביב ולא היה ביום אף יהוה פליט ושריד אשר טפחתי ורביתי איבי כלם פ (Ⅴ)
