Tu autem, fili hominis, propheta super montes Israël, et dices : [Montes Israël, audite verbum Domini./
- Et toi, fils de l'homme, prophétise sur les montagnes d'Israël! Tu diras: Montagnes d'Israël, écoutez la parole de l'Éternel! (Ⅱ) - Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD: (Ⅲ) - καὶ σύ υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου προφήτευσον ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη Ισραηλ καὶ εἰπὸν τοι̃ς ὄρεσιν του̃ Ισραηλ ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃36 ואתה בן אדם הנבא אל הרי ישראל ואמרת הרי ישראל שמעו דבר יהוה (Ⅴ)

Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Eo quod dixerit inimicus de vobis : Euge,/ altitudines sempiternæ in hæreditatem datæ sunt nobis :/
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce que l'ennemi a dit sur vous: Ah! ah! Ces hauteurs éternelles sont devenues notre propriété! (Ⅱ) - Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession: (Ⅲ) - τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν εἰ̃πεν ὁ ἐχθρὸς ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς εὐ̃γε ἔρημα αἰώνια εἰς κατάσχεσιν ἡμι̃ν ἐγενήθη (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃36 כה אמר אדני יהוה יען אמר האויב עליכם האח ובמות עולם למורשה היתה לנו (Ⅴ)

propterea vaticinare, et dic :/ Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod desolati estis, et conculcati per circuitum,/ et facti in hæreditatem reliquis gentibus,/ et ascendistis super labium linguæ et opprobrium populi,/
- Prophétise et dis: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Oui, parce qu'on a voulu de toutes parts vous dévaster et vous engloutir, Pour que vous soyez la propriété des autres nations, Parce que vous avez été l'objet des discours et des propos des peuples, (Ⅱ) - Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and are an infamy of the people: (Ⅲ) - διὰ του̃το προφήτευσον καὶ εἰπόν τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος ἀντὶ του̃ ἀτιμασθη̃ναι ὑμα̃ς καὶ μισηθη̃ναι ὑμα̃ς ὑπὸ τω̃ν κύκλω̨ ὑμω̃ν του̃ εἰ̃ναι ὑμα̃ς εἰς κατάσχεσιν τοι̃ς καταλοίποις ἔθνεσιν καὶ ἀνέβητε λάλημα γλώσση̨ καὶ εἰς ὀνείδισμα ἔθνεσιν (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃36 לכן הנבא ואמרת כה אמר אדני יהוה יען ביען שמות ושאף אתכם מסביב להיותכם מורשה לשארית הגוים ותעלו על שפת לשון ודבת עם (Ⅴ)

propterea, montes Israël, audite verbum Domini Dei./ Hæc dicit Dominus Deus montibus et collibus,/ torrentibus, vallibusque et desertis,/ parietinis et urbibus derelictis,/ quæ depopulatæ sunt et subsannatæ a reliquis gentibus per circuitum./
- Montagnes d'Israël, écoutez la parole du Seigneur, de l'Éternel! Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel, Aux montagnes et aux collines, Aux ruisseaux et aux vallées, Aux ruines désertes et aux villes abandonnées, Qui ont servi de proie et de risée Aux autres nations d'alentour; (Ⅱ) - Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen that are round about; (Ⅲ) - διὰ του̃το ὄρη Ισραηλ ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου τάδε λέγει κύριος τοι̃ς ὄρεσιν καὶ τοι̃ς βουνοι̃ς καὶ ται̃ς φάραγξιν καὶ τοι̃ς χειμάρροις καὶ τοι̃ς ἐξηρημωμένοις καὶ ἠφανισμένοις καὶ ται̃ς πόλεσιν ται̃ς ἐγκαταλελειμμέναις αἳ ἐγένοντο εἰς προνομὴν καὶ εἰς καταπάτημα τοι̃ς καταλειφθει̃σιν ἔθνεσιν περικύκλω̨ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃36 לכן הרי ישראל שמעו דבר אדני יהוה כה אמר אדני יהוה להרים ולגבעות לאפיקים ולגאיות ולחרבות השממות ולערים הנעזבות אשר היו לבז וללעג לשארית הגוים אשר מסביב ס (Ⅴ)

Propterea hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Quoniam in igne zeli mei locutus sum de reliquis gentibus,/ et de Idumæa universa,/ quæ dederunt terram meam sibi in hæreditatem cum gaudio,/ et toto corde et ex animo,/ et ejecerunt eam ut vastarent :/
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Oui, dans le feu de ma jalousie, Je parle contre les autres nations et contre Édom tout entier, Qui se sont donné mon pays en propriété, Avec toute la joie de leur coeur et le mépris de leur âme, Afin d'en piller les produits. (Ⅱ) - Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey. (Ⅲ) - διὰ του̃το τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος εἰ μὴν ἐν πυρὶ θυμου̃ μου ἐλάλησα ἐπὶ τὰ λοιπὰ ἔθνη καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν πα̃σαν ὅτι ἔδωκαν τὴν γη̃ν μου ἑαυτοι̃ς εἰς κατάσχεσιν μετ' εὐφροσύνης ἀτιμάσαντες ψυχὰς του̃ ἀφανίσαι ἐν προνομη̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃36 לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה אם לא באש קנאתי דברתי על שארית הגוים ועל אדום כלא אשר נתנו את ארצי להם למורשה בשמחת כל לבב בשאט נפש למען מגרשה לבז (Ⅴ)

idcirco vaticinare super humum Israël,/ et dices montibus et collibus, jugis et vallibus :/ Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Ecce ego in zelo meo et in furore meo locutus sum,/ eo quod confusionem gentium sustinueritis./
- C'est pourquoi prophétise sur le pays d'Israël, Dis aux montagnes et aux collines, Aux ruisseaux et aux vallées: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Voici, je parle dans ma jalousie et dans ma fureur, Parce que vous portez l'ignominie des nations. (Ⅱ) - Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the shame of the heathen: (Ⅲ) - διὰ του̃το προφήτευσον ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν του̃ Ισραηλ καὶ εἰπὸν τοι̃ς ὄρεσιν καὶ τοι̃ς βουνοι̃ς καὶ ται̃ς φάραγξιν καὶ ται̃ς νάπαις τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐν τω̨̃ ζήλω̨ μου καὶ ἐν τω̨̃ θυμω̨̃ μου ἐλάλησα ἀντὶ του̃ ὀνειδισμοὺς ἐθνω̃ν ἐνέγκαι ὑμα̃ς (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃36 לכן הנבא על אדמת ישראל ואמרת להרים ולגבעות לאפיקים ולגאיות כה אמר אדני יהוה הנני בקנאתי ובחמתי דברתי יען כלמת גוים נשאתם (Ⅴ)

Idcirco hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Ego levavi manum meam,/ ut gentes quæ in circuitu vestro sunt,/ ipsæ confusionem suam portent./
- C'est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Je lève ma main! Ce sont les nations qui vous entourent Qui porteront elles-mêmes leur ignominie. (Ⅱ) - Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I have lifted up mine hand, Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame. (Ⅲ) - διὰ του̃το ἐγὼ ἀρω̃ τὴν χει̃ρά μου ἐπὶ τὰ ἔθνη τὰ περικύκλω̨ ὑμω̃ν οὑ̃τοι τὴν ἀτιμίαν αὐτω̃ν λήμψονται (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃36 לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה אני נשאתי את ידי אם לא הגוים אשר לכם מסביב המה כלמתם[c] ישאו (Ⅴ)

Vos autem, montes Israël, ramos vestros germinetis,/ et fructum vestrum afferatis populo meo Israël :/ prope enim est ut veniat./
- Et vous, montagnes d'Israël, vous pousserez vos rameaux, Et vous porterez vos fruits pour mon peuple d'Israël; Car ces choses sont près d'arriver. (Ⅱ) - But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come. (Ⅲ) - ὑμω̃ν δέ ὄρη Ισραηλ τὴν σταφυλὴν καὶ τὸν καρπὸν ὑμω̃ν καταφάγεται ὁ λαός μου ὅτι ἐγγίζουσιν του̃ ἐλθει̃ν (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃36 ואתם הרי ישראל ענפכם תתנו ופריכם תשאו לעמי ישראל כי קרבו לבוא (Ⅴ)

Quia ecce ego ad vos, et convertar ad vos :/ et arabimini, et accipietis sementem./
- Voici, je vous serai favorable, Je me tournerai vers vous, Et vous serez cultivées et ensemencées. (Ⅱ) - For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown: (Ⅲ) - ὅτι ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς καὶ ἐπιβλέψω ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς καὶ κατεργασθήσεσθε καὶ σπαρήσεσθε (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃36 כי הנני אליכם ופניתי אליכם ונעבדתם ונזרעתם (Ⅴ)

Et multiplicabo in vobis homines, omnemque domum Israël :/ et habitabuntur civitates, et ruinosa instaurabuntur./
- Je mettrai sur vous des hommes en grand nombre, La maison d'Israël tout entière; Les villes seront habitées, Et l'on rebâtira sur les ruines. (Ⅱ) - And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded: (Ⅲ) - καὶ πληθυνω̃ ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς ἀνθρώπους πα̃ν οἰ̃κον Ισραηλ εἰς τέλος καὶ κατοικηθήσονται αἱ πόλεις καὶ ἡ ἠρημωμένη οἰκοδομηθήσεται (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃36 והרביתי עליכם אדם כל בית ישראל כלה ונשבו הערים והחרבות תבנינה (Ⅴ)

Et replebo vos hominibus et jumentis,/ et multiplicabuntur, et crescent :/ et habitare vos faciam sicut a principio,/ bonisque donabo majoribus quam habuistis ab initio :/ et scietis quia ego Dominus./
- Je multiplierai sur vous les hommes et les animaux; Ils multiplieront et seront féconds; Je veux que vous soyez habitées comme auparavant, Et je vous ferai plus de bien qu'autrefois; Et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. (Ⅲ) - καὶ πληθυνω̃ ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς ἀνθρώπους καὶ κτήνη καὶ κατοικιω̃ ὑμα̃ς ὡς τὸ ἐν ἀρχη̨̃ ὑμω̃ν καὶ εὐ̃ ποιήσω ὑμα̃ς ὥσπερ τὰ ἔμπροσθεν ὑμω̃ν καὶ γνώσεσθε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃36 והרביתי עליכם אדם ובהמה ורבו ופרו והושבתי אתכם כקדמותיכם והטבתי מראשתיכם וידעתם כי אני יהוה (Ⅴ)

Et adducam super vos homines, populum meum Israël,/ et hæreditate possidebunt te :/ et eris eis in hæreditatem,/ et non addes ultra ut absque eis sis./
- Je ferai marcher sur vous des hommes, mon peuple d'Israël, Et ils te posséderont; Tu seras leur héritage, Et tu ne les détruiras plus. (Ⅱ) - Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men. (Ⅲ) - καὶ γεννήσω ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς ἀνθρώπους τὸν λαόν μου Ισραηλ καὶ κληρονομήσουσιν ὑμα̃ς καὶ ἔσεσθε αὐτοι̃ς εἰς κατάσχεσιν καὶ οὐ μὴ προστεθη̃τε ἔτι ἀτεκνωθη̃ναι ἀπ' αὐτω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃36 והולכתי עליכם אדם את עמי ישראל וירשוך והיית להם לנחלה ולא תוסף עוד לשכלם ס (Ⅴ)

Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Pro eo quod dicunt de vobis :/ Devoratrix hominum es, et suffocans gentem tuam :/
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce qu'on vous dit: Tu as dévoré des hommes, Tu as détruit ta propre nation, (Ⅱ) - Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because they say unto you, Thou land devourest up men, and hast bereaved thy nations: (Ⅲ) - τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν εἰ̃πάν σοι κατέσθουσα ἀνθρώπους εἰ̃ καὶ ἠτεκνωμένη ὑπὸ του̃ ἔθνους σου ἐγένου (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃36 כה אמר אדני יהוה יען אמרים לכם אכלת אדם *אתי **את ומשכלת *גויך **גוייך היית (Ⅴ)

propterea homines non comedes amplius,/ et gentem tuam non necabis ultra,/ ait Dominus Deus./
- A cause de cela tu ne dévoreras plus d'hommes, Tu ne détruiras plus ta nation, Dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - Therefore thou shalt devour men no more, neither bereave thy nations any more, saith the Lord GOD. (Ⅲ) - διὰ του̃το ἀνθρώπους οὐκέτι φάγεσαι καὶ τὸ ἔθνος σου οὐκ ἀτεκνώσεις ἔτι λέγει κύριος κύριος (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃36 לכן אדם לא תאכלי עוד *וגויך **וגוייך לא *תכשלי **תשכלי עוד נאם אדני יהוה (Ⅴ)

Nec auditam faciam in te amplius confusionem gentium,/ et opprobrium populorum nequaquam portabis :/ et gentem tuam non amittes amplius,/ ait Dominus Deus.]\
- Je ne te ferai plus entendre les outrages des nations, Et tu ne porteras plus l'opprobre des peuples; Tu ne détruiras plus ta nation, Dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - Neither will I cause men to hear in thee the shame of the heathen any more, neither shalt thou bear the reproach of the people any more, neither shalt thou cause thy nations to fall any more, saith the Lord GOD. (Ⅲ) - καὶ οὐκ ἀκουσθήσεται οὐκέτι ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς ἀτιμία ἐθνω̃ν καὶ ὀνειδισμοὺς λαω̃ν οὐ μὴ ἀνενέγκητε λέγει κύριος κύριος (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃36 ולא אשמיע אליך עוד כלמת הגוים וחרפת עמים לא תשאי עוד *וגויך **וגוייך לא תכשלי עוד נאם אדני יהוה ס (Ⅴ)

Et factum est verbum Domini ad me, dicens :
- La parole de l'Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots: (Ⅱ) - Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃36 ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר (Ⅴ)

Fili hominis, domus Israël habitaverunt in humo sua,/ et polluerunt eam in viis suis et in studiis suis :/ juxta immunditiam menstruatæ facta est via eorum coram me./
- Fils de l'homme, ceux de la maison d'Israël, quand ils habitaient leur pays, l'ont souillé par leur conduite et par leurs oeuvres; leur conduite a été devant moi comme la souillure d'une femme pendant son impureté. (Ⅱ) - Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman. (Ⅲ) - υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου οἰ̃κος Ισραηλ κατώ̨κησεν ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐμίαναν αὐτὴν ἐν τη̨̃ ὁδω̨̃ αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐν τοι̃ς εἰδώλοις αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐν ται̃ς ἀκαθαρσίαις αὐτω̃ν κατὰ τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν τη̃ς ἀποκαθημένης ἐγενήθη ἡ ὁδὸς αὐτω̃ν πρὸ προσώπου μου (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃36 בן אדם בית ישראל ישבים על אדמתם ויטמאו אותה בדרכם ובעלילותם כטמאת הנדה היתה דרכם לפני (Ⅴ)

Et effudi indignationem meam super eos/ pro sanguine quem fuderunt super terram,/ et in idolis suis polluerunt eam./
- Alors j'ai répandu ma fureur sur eux, à cause du sang qu'ils avaient versé dans le pays, et des idoles dont ils l'avaient souillé. (Ⅱ) - Wherefore I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐξέχεα τὸν θυμόν μου ἐπ' αὐτοὺς (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃36 ואשפך חמתי עליהם על הדם אשר שפכו על הארץ ובגלוליהם טמאוה (Ⅴ)

Et dispersi eos in gentes,/ et ventilati sunt in terras :/ juxta vias eorum et adinventiones eorum judicavi eos./
- Je les ai dispersés parmi les nations, et ils ont été répandus en divers pays; je les ai jugés selon leur conduite et selon leurs oeuvres. (Ⅱ) - And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them. (Ⅲ) - καὶ διέσπειρα αὐτοὺς εἰς τὰ ἔθνη καὶ ἐλίκμησα αὐτοὺς εἰς τὰς χώρας κατὰ τὴν ὁδὸν αὐτω̃ν καὶ κατὰ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν αὐτω̃ν ἔκρινα αὐτούς (Ⅳ) - 19 ׃36 ואפיץ אתם בגוים ויזרו בארצות כדרכם וכעלילותם שפטתים (Ⅴ)

Et ingressi sunt ad gentes ad quas introierunt :/ et polluerunt nomen sanctum meum,/ cum diceretur de eis : Populus Domini iste est,/ et de terra ejus egressi sunt./
- Ils sont arrivés chez les nations où ils allaient, et ils ont profané mon saint nom, en sorte qu'on disait d'eux: C'est le peuple de l'Éternel, c'est de son pays qu'ils sont sortis. (Ⅱ) - And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰσήλθοσαν εἰς τὰ ἔθνη οὑ̃ εἰσήλθοσαν ἐκει̃ καὶ ἐβεβήλωσαν τὸ ὄνομά μου τὸ ἅγιον ἐν τω̨̃ λέγεσθαι αὐτούς λαὸς κυρίου οὑ̃τοι καὶ ἐκ τη̃ς γη̃ς αὐτου̃ ἐξεληλύθασιν (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃36 ויבוא אל הגוים אשר באו שם ויחללו את שם קדשי באמר להם עם יהוה אלה ומארצו יצאו (Ⅴ)

Et peperci nomini sancto meo,/ quod polluerat domus Israël in gentibus ad quas ingressi sunt./
- Et j'ai voulu sauver l'honneur de mon saint nom, que profanait la maison d'Israël parmi les nations où elle est allée. (Ⅱ) - But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐφεισάμην αὐτω̃ν διὰ τὸ ὄνομά μου τὸ ἅγιον ὃ ἐβεβήλωσαν οἰ̃κος Ισραηλ ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν οὑ̃ εἰσήλθοσαν ἐκει̃ (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃36 ואחמל על שם קדשי אשר חללוהו בית ישראל בגוים אשר באו שמה ס (Ⅴ)

Idcirco dices domui Israël :/ Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Non propter vos ego faciam, domus Israël,/ sed propter nomen sanctum meum,/ quod polluistis in gentibus ad quas intrastis./
- C'est pourquoi dis à la maison d'Israël: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Ce n'est pas à cause de vous que j'agis de la sorte, maison d'Israël; c'est à cause de mon saint nom, que vous avez profané parmi les nations où vous êtes allés. (Ⅱ) - Therefore say unto the house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went. Et sanctificabo nomen meum magnum/ quod pollutum est inter gentes,/ quod polluistis in medio earum :/ ut sciant gentes quia ego Dominus,/ ait Dominus exercituum,/ cum sanctificatus fuero in vobis coram eis./
- Je sanctifierai mon grand nom, qui a été profané parmi les nations, que vous avez profané au milieu d'elles. Et les nations sauront que je suis l'Éternel, dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel, quand je serai sanctifié par vous sous leurs yeux. (Ⅱ) - And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἁγιάσω τὸ ὄνομά μου τὸ μέγα τὸ βεβηλωθὲν ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν ὃ ἐβεβηλώσατε ἐν μέσω̨ αὐτω̃ν καὶ γνώσονται τὰ ἔθνη ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ἐν τω̨̃ ἁγιασθη̃ναί με ἐν ὑμι̃ν κατ' ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃36 וקדשתי את שמי הגדול המחלל בגוים אשר חללתם בתוכם וידעו הגוים כי אני יהוה נאם אדני יהוה בהקדשי בכם לעיניהם (Ⅴ)

Tollam quippe vos de gentibus,/ et congregabo vos de universis terris,/ et adducam vos in terram vestram./
- Je vous retirerai d'entre les nations, je vous rassemblerai de tous les pays, et je vous ramènerai dans votre pays. (Ⅱ) - For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. (Ⅲ) - καὶ λήμψομαι ὑμα̃ς ἐκ τω̃ν ἐθνω̃ν καὶ ἀθροίσω ὑμα̃ς ἐκ πασω̃ν τω̃ν γαιω̃ν καὶ εἰσάξω ὑμα̃ς εἰς τὴν γη̃ν ὑμω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 24 ׃36 ולקחתי אתכם מן הגוים וקבצתי אתכם מכל הארצות והבאתי אתכם אל אדמתכם (Ⅴ)

Et effundam super vos aquam mundam,/ et mundabimini ab omnibus inquinamentis vestris,/ et ab universis idolis vestris mundabo vos./
- Je répandrai sur vous une eau pure, et vous serez purifiés; je vous purifierai de toutes vos souillures et de toutes vos idoles. (Ⅱ) - Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ῥανω̃ ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς ὕδωρ καθαρόν καὶ καθαρισθήσεσθε ἀπὸ πασω̃ν τω̃ν ἀκαθαρσιω̃ν ὑμω̃ν καὶ ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν εἰδώλων ὑμω̃ν καὶ καθαριω̃ ὑμα̃ς (Ⅳ) - 25 ׃36 וזרקתי עליכם מים טהורים וטהרתם מכל טמאותיכם ומכל גלוליכם אטהר אתכם (Ⅴ)

Et dabo vobis cor novum,/ et spiritum novum ponam in medio vestri :/ et auferam cor lapideum de carne vestra,/ et dabo vobis cor carneum./
- Je vous donnerai un coeur nouveau, et je mettrai en vous un esprit nouveau; j'ôterai de votre corps le coeur de pierre, et je vous donnerai un coeur de chair. (Ⅱ) - A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. (Ⅲ) - καὶ δώσω ὑμι̃ν καρδίαν καινὴν καὶ πνευ̃μα καινὸν δώσω ἐν ὑμι̃ν καὶ ἀφελω̃ τὴν καρδίαν τὴν λιθίνην ἐκ τη̃ς σαρκὸς ὑμω̃ν καὶ δώσω ὑμι̃ν καρδίαν σαρκίνην (Ⅳ) - 26 ׃36 ונתתי לכם לב חדש ורוח חדשה אתן בקרבכם והסרתי את לב האבן מבשרכם ונתתי לכם לב בשר (Ⅴ)

Et spiritum meum ponam in medio vestri :/ et faciam ut in præceptis meis ambuletis,/ et judicia mea custodiatis et operemini./
- Je mettrai mon esprit en vous, et je ferai en sorte que vous suiviez mes ordonnances, et que vous observiez et pratiquiez mes lois. (Ⅱ) - And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. (Ⅲ) - καὶ τὸ πνευ̃μά μου δώσω ἐν ὑμι̃ν καὶ ποιήσω ἵνα ἐν τοι̃ς δικαιώμασίν μου πορεύησθε καὶ τὰ κρίματά μου φυλάξησθε καὶ ποιήσητε (Ⅳ) - 27 ׃36 ואת רוחי אתן בקרבכם ועשיתי את אשר בחקי תלכו ומשפטי תשמרו ועשיתם (Ⅴ)

Et habitabitis in terra quam dedi patribus vestris :/ et eritis mihi in populum,/ et ego ero vobis in Deum./
- Vous habiterez le pays que j'ai donné à vos pères; vous serez mon peuple, et je serai votre Dieu. (Ⅱ) - And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. (Ⅲ) - καὶ κατοικήσετε ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς ἡ̃ς ἔδωκα τοι̃ς πατράσιν ὑμω̃ν καὶ ἔσεσθέ μοι εἰς λαόν κἀγὼ ἔσομαι ὑμι̃ν εἰς θεόν (Ⅳ) - 28 ׃36 וישבתם בארץ אשר נתתי לאבתיכם והייתם לי לעם ואנכי אהיה לכם לאלהים (Ⅴ)

Et salvabo vos ex universis inquinamentis vestris :/ et vocabo frumentum et multiplicabo illud,/ et non imponam vobis famem./
- Je vous délivrerai de toutes vos souillures. J'appellerai le blé, et je le multiplierai; je ne vous enverrai plus la famine. (Ⅱ) - I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. (Ⅲ) - καὶ σώσω ὑμα̃ς ἐκ πασω̃ν τω̃ν ἀκαθαρσιω̃ν ὑμω̃ν καὶ καλέσω τὸν σι̃τον καὶ πληθυνω̃ αὐτὸν καὶ οὐ δώσω ἐφ' ὑμα̃ς λιμόν (Ⅳ) - 29 ׃36 והושעתי אתכם מכל טמאותיכם וקראתי אל הדגן והרביתי אתו ולא אתן עליכם רעב (Ⅴ)

Et multiplicabo fructum ligni, et genimina agri,/ ut non portetis ultra opprobrium famis in gentibus./
- Je multiplierai le fruit des arbres et le produit des champs, afin que vous n'ayez plus l'opprobre de la famine parmi les nations. (Ⅱ) - And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen. (Ⅲ) - καὶ πληθυνω̃ τὸν καρπὸν του̃ ξύλου καὶ τὰ γενήματα του̃ ἀγρου̃ ὅπως μὴ λάβητε ὀνειδισμὸν λιμου̃ ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν (Ⅳ) - 30 ׃36 והרביתי את פרי העץ ותנובת השדה למען אשר לא תקחו עוד חרפת רעב בגוים (Ⅴ)

Et recordabimini viarum vestrarum pessimarum,/ studiorumque non bonorum :/ et displicebunt vobis iniquitates vestræ et scelera vestra./
- Alors vous vous souviendrez de votre conduite qui était mauvaise, et de vos actions qui n'étaient pas bonnes; vous vous prendrez vous-mêmes en dégoût, à cause de vos iniquités et de vos abominations. (Ⅱ) - Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations. (Ⅲ) - καὶ μνησθήσεσθε τὰς ὁδοὺς ὑμω̃ν τὰς πονηρὰς καὶ τὰ ἐπιτηδεύματα ὑμω̃ν τὰ μὴ ἀγαθὰ καὶ προσοχθιει̃τε κατὰ πρόσωπον αὐτω̃ν ἐν ται̃ς ἀνομίαις ὑμω̃ν καὶ ἐπὶ τοι̃ς βδελύγμασιν ὑμω̃ν (Ⅳ) - 31 ׃36 וזכרתם את דרכיכם הרעים ומעלליכם אשר לא טובים ונקטתם בפניכם על עונתיכם ועל תועבותיכם (Ⅴ)

Non propter vos ego faciam, ait Dominus Deus, notum sit vobis :/ confundimini, et erubescite super viis vestris, domus Israël.]\
- Ce n'est pas à cause de vous que j'agis de la sorte, dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel, sachez-le! Ayez honte et rougissez de votre conduite, maison d'Israël! (Ⅱ) - Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel. (Ⅲ) - οὐ δι' ὑμα̃ς ἐγὼ ποιω̃ λέγει κύριος κύριος γνωστὸν ἔσται ὑμι̃ν αἰσχύνθητε καὶ ἐντράπητε ἐκ τω̃ν ὁδω̃ν ὑμω̃ν οἰ̃κος Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - 32 ׃36 לא למענכם אני עשה נאם אדני יהוה יודע לכם בושו והכלמו מדרכיכם בית ישראל ס (Ⅴ)

Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ In die qua mundavero vos ex omnibus iniquitatibus vestris,/ et inhabitari fecero urbes,/ et instauravero ruinosa,/
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Le jour où je vous purifierai de toutes vos iniquités, je peuplerai les villes, et les ruines seront relevées; (Ⅱ) - Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded. (Ⅲ) - τάδε λέγει κύριος ἐν ἡμέρα̨ ἡ̨̃ καθαριω̃ ὑμα̃ς ἐκ πασω̃ν τω̃ν ἀνομιω̃ν ὑμω̃ν καὶ κατοικιω̃ τὰς πόλεις καὶ οἰκοδομηθήσονται αἱ ἔρημοι (Ⅳ) - 33 ׃36 כה אמר אדני יהוה ביום טהרי אתכם מכל עונותיכם והושבתי את הערים ונבנו החרבות (Ⅴ)

et terra deserta fuerit exculta,/ quæ quondam erat desolata in oculis omnis viatoris,/
- la terre dévastée sera cultivée, tandis qu'elle était déserte aux yeux de tous les passants; (Ⅱ) - And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἡ γη̃ ἡ ἠφανισμένη ἐργασθήσεται ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν ὅτι ἠφανισμένη ἐγενήθη κατ' ὀφθαλμοὺς παντὸς παροδεύοντος (Ⅳ) - 34 ׃36 והארץ הנשמה תעבד תחת אשר היתה שממה לעיני כל עובר (Ⅴ)

dicent : Terra illa inculta facta est ut hortus voluptatis :/ et civitates desertæ, et destitutæ atque suffossæ, munitæ sederunt./
- et l'on dira: Cette terre dévastée est devenue comme un jardin d'Éden; et ces villes ruinées, désertes et abattues, sont fortifiées et habitées. (Ⅱ) - And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐρου̃σιν ἡ γη̃ ἐκείνη ἡ ἠφανισμένη ἐγενήθη ὡς κη̃πος τρυφη̃ς καὶ αἱ πόλεις αἱ ἔρημοι καὶ ἠφανισμέναι καὶ κατεσκαμμέναι ὀχυραὶ ἐκάθισαν (Ⅳ) - 35 ׃36 ואמרו הארץ הלזו הנשמה היתה כגן עדן והערים החרבות והנשמות והנהרסות בצורות ישבו (Ⅴ)

Et scient gentes quæcumque derelictæ fuerint in circuitu vestro,/ quia ego Dominus ædificavi dissipata, plantavique inculta :/ ego Dominus locutus sim, et fecerim./
- Et les nations qui resteront autour de vous sauront que moi, l'Éternel, j'ai rebâti ce qui était abattu, et planté ce qui était dévasté. Moi, l'Éternel, j'ai parlé, et j'agirai. (Ⅱ) - Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it. (Ⅲ) - καὶ γνώσονται τὰ ἔθνη ὅσα ἂν καταλειφθω̃σιν κύκλω̨ ὑμω̃ν ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος ὠ̨κοδόμησα τὰς καθη̨ρημένας καὶ κατεφύτευσα τὰς ἠφανισμένας ἐγὼ κύριος ἐλάλησα καὶ ποιήσω (Ⅳ) - 36 ׃36 וידעו הגוים אשר ישארו סביבותיכם כי אני יהוה בניתי הנהרסות נטעתי הנשמה אני יהוה דברתי ועשיתי ס (Ⅴ)

Hæc dicit Dominus Deus :/ Adhuc in hoc invenient me domus Israël, ut faciam eis :/ multiplicabo eos sicut gregem hominum,/
- Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Voici encore sur quoi je me laisserai fléchir par la maison d'Israël, voici ce que je ferai pour eux; je multiplierai les hommes comme un troupeau. (Ⅱ) - Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock. (Ⅲ) - τάδε λέγει κύριος ἔτι του̃το ζητηθήσομαι τω̨̃ οἴκω̨ Ισραηλ του̃ ποιη̃σαι αὐτοι̃ς πληθυνω̃ αὐτοὺς ὡς πρόβατα ἀνθρώπους (Ⅳ) - 37 ׃36 כה אמר אדני יהוה עוד זאת אדרש לבית ישראל לעשות להם ארבה אתם כצאן אדם (Ⅴ)

ut gregem sanctum,/ ut gregem Jerusalem in solemnitatibus ejus :/ sic erunt civitates desertæ, plenæ gregibus hominum :/ et scient quia ego Dominus.]
- Les villes en ruines seront remplies de troupeaux d'hommes, pareils aux troupeaux consacrés, aux troupeaux qu'on amène à Jérusalem pendant ses fêtes solennelles. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the LORD. (Ⅲ) - ὡς πρόβατα ἅγια ὡς πρόβατα Ιερουσαλημ ἐν ται̃ς ἑορται̃ς αὐτη̃ς οὕτως ἔσονται αἱ πόλεις αἱ ἔρημοι πλήρεις προβάτων ἀνθρώπων καὶ γνώσονται ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος (Ⅳ) - 38 ׃36 כצאן קדשים כצאן ירושלם במועדיה כן תהיינה הערים החרבות מלאות צאן אדם וידעו כי אני יהוה ס (Ⅴ)
