εἰς κόλπον αὐτω̃ν ὡς γη̃ ὡς ἀετὸς ἐπ' οἰ̃κον κυρίου ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν παρέβησαν τὴν διαθήκην μου καὶ κατὰ του̃ νόμου μου ἠσέβησαν
- Embouche la trompette! L'ennemi fond comme un aigle sur la maison de l'Éternel, Parce qu'ils ont violé mon alliance, Et transgressé ma loi. (Ⅱ) - Set the trumpet to thy mouth. He shall come as an eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have transgressed my covenant, and trespassed against my law. (Ⅲ) - In gutture tuo sit tuba/ quasi aquila super domum Domini,/ pro eo quod transgressi sunt fœdus meum,/ et legem meam prævaricati sunt./ (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃8 אל חכך שפר כנשר על בית יהוה יען עברו בריתי ועל תורתי פשעו (Ⅴ)

ἐμὲ κεκράξονται ὁ θεός ἐγνώκαμέν σε
- Ils crieront vers moi: Mon Dieu, nous te connaissons, nous Israël! (Ⅱ) - Israel shall cry unto me, My God, we know thee. (Ⅲ) - Me invocabunt : Deus meus,/ cognovimus te Israël./ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃8 לי יזעקו אלהי ידענוך ישראל (Ⅴ)

ὅτι Ισραηλ ἀπεστρέψατο ἀγαθά ἐχθρὸν κατεδίωξαν
- Israël a rejeté le bien; L'ennemi le poursuivra. (Ⅱ) - Israel hath cast off the thing that is good: the enemy shall pursue him. (Ⅲ) - Projecit Israël bonum :/ inimicus persequetur eum./ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃8 זנח ישראל טוב אויב ירדפו[U] (Ⅴ)

ἑαυτοι̃ς ἐβασίλευσαν καὶ οὐ δι' ἐμου̃ ἠ̃ρξαν καὶ οὐκ ἐγνώρισάν μοι τὸ ἀργύριον αὐτω̃ν καὶ τὸ χρυσίον αὐτω̃ν ἐποίησαν ἑαυτοι̃ς εἴδωλα ὅπως ἐξολεθρευθω̃σιν
- Ils ont établi des rois sans mon ordre, Et des chefs à mon insu; Ils ont fait des idoles avec leur argent et leur or; C'est pourquoi ils seront anéantis. (Ⅱ) - They have set up kings, but not by me: they have made princes, and I knew it not: of their silver and their gold have they made them idols, that they may be cut off. (Ⅲ) - Ipsi regnaverunt, et non ex me ;/ principes exstiterunt, et non cognovi :/ argentum suum et aurum suum fecerunt sibi idola,/ ut interirent./ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃8 הם המליכו ולא ממני השירו ולא ידעתי כספם וזהבם עשו להם עצבים למען יכרת (Ⅴ)

ἀπότριψαι τὸν μόσχον σου Σαμάρεια παρωξύνθη ὁ θυμός μου ἐπ' αὐτούς ἕως τίνος οὐ μὴ δύνωνται καθαρισθη̃ναι
- L'Éternel a rejeté ton veau, Samarie! Ma colère s'est enflammée contre eux. Jusques à quand refuseront-ils de se purifier? (Ⅱ) - Thy calf, O Samaria, hath cast thee off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long will it be ere they attain to innocency? (Ⅲ) - Projectus est vitulus tuus, Samaria ;/ iratus est furor meus in eos./ Usquequo non poterunt emundari ?/ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃8 זנח עגלך שמרון חרה אפי בם עד מתי לא יוכלו נקין (Ⅴ)

ἐν τω̨̃ Ισραηλ καὶ αὐτὸ τέκτων ἐποίησεν καὶ οὐ θεός ἐστιν διότι πλανω̃ν ἠ̃ν ὁ μόσχος σου Σαμάρεια
- Il vient d'Israël, un ouvrier l'a fabriqué, Et ce n'est pas Dieu; C'est pourquoi le veau de Samarie sera mis en pièces. (Ⅱ) - For from Israel was it also: the workman made it; therefore it is not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces. (Ⅲ) - Quia ex Israël et ipse est :/ artifex fecit illum, et non est deus ;/ quoniam in aranearum telas erit vitulus Samariæ./ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃8 כי מישראל והוא חרש עשהו ולא אלהים הוא כי שבבים יהיה עגל שמרון (Ⅴ)

ὅτι ἀνεμόφθορα ἔσπειραν καὶ ἡ καταστροφὴ αὐτω̃ν ἐκδέξεται αὐτά δράγμα οὐκ ἔχον ἰσχὺν του̃ ποιη̃σαι ἄλευρον ἐὰν δὲ καὶ ποιήση̨ ἀλλότριοι καταφάγονται αὐτό
- Puisqu'ils ont semé du vent, ils moissonneront la tempête; Ils n'auront pas un épi de blé; Ce qui poussera ne donnera point de farine, Et s'il y en avait, des étrangers la dévoreraient. (Ⅱ) - For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up. (Ⅲ) - Quia ventum seminabunt,/ et turbinem metent :/ culmus stans non est in eo ;/ germen non faciet farinam :/ quod etsi fecerit, alieni comedent eam./ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃8 כי רוח יזרעו וסופתה יקצרו קמה אין לו צמח בלי יעשה קמח אולי יעשה זרים יבלעהו (Ⅴ)

κατεπόθη Ισραηλ νυ̃ν ἐγένετο ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν ὡς σκευ̃ος ἄχρηστον
- Israël est anéanti! Ils sont maintenant parmi les nations Comme un vase qui n'a pas de prix. (Ⅱ) - Israel is swallowed up: now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure. (Ⅲ) - Devoratus est Israël ;/ nunc factus est in nationibus quasi vas immundum./ (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃8 נבלע ישראל עתה היו בגוים ככלי אין חפץ בו (Ⅴ)

ὅτι αὐτοὶ ἀνέβησαν εἰς 'Ασσυρίους ἀνέθαλεν καθ' ἑαυτὸν Εφραιμ δω̃ρα ἠγάπησαν
- Car ils sont allés en Assyrie, Comme un âne sauvage qui se tient à l'écart; Éphraïm a fait des présents pour avoir des amis. (Ⅱ) - For they are gone up to Assyria, a wild ass alone by himself: Ephraim hath hired lovers. (Ⅲ) - Quia ipsi ascenderunt ad Assur,/ onager solitarius sibi ;/ Ephraim munera dederunt amatoribus./ (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃8 כי המה עלו אשור פרא בודד לו אפרים התנו אהבים[Q][n][p] (Ⅴ)

διὰ του̃το παραδοθήσονται ἐν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν νυ̃ν εἰσδέξομαι αὐτούς καὶ κοπάσουσιν μικρὸν του̃ χρίειν βασιλέα καὶ ἄρχοντας
- Quand même ils font des présents parmi les nations, Je vais maintenant les rassembler, Et bientôt ils souffriront sous le fardeau du roi des princes. (Ⅱ) - Yea, though they have hired among the nations, now will I gather them, and they shall sorrow a little for the burden of the king of princes. (Ⅲ) - Sed et cum mercede conduxerint nationes,/ nunc congregabo eos,/ et quiescent paulisper ab onere regis et principum./ (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃8 גם כי יתנו בגוים עתה אקבצם ויחלו מעט ממשא מלך שרים (Ⅴ)

ὅτι ἐπλήθυνεν Εφραιμ θυσιαστήρια εἰς ἁμαρτίας ἐγένοντο αὐτω̨̃ θυσιαστήρια ἠγαπημένα
- Éphraïm a multiplié les autels pour pécher, Et ces autels l'ont fait tomber dans le péché. (Ⅱ) - Because Ephraim hath made many altars to sin, altars shall be unto him to sin. (Ⅲ) - Quia multiplicavit Ephraim altaria ad peccandum ;/ factæ sunt ei aræ in delictum./ (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃8 כי הרבה אפרים מזבחת לחטא היו לו מזבחות לחטא (Ⅴ)

καταγράψω αὐτω̨̃ πλη̃θος καὶ τὰ νόμιμα αὐτου̃ εἰς ἀλλότρια ἐλογίσθησαν θυσιαστήρια τὰ ἠγαπημένα
- Que j'écrive pour lui toutes les ordonnances de ma loi, Elles sont regardées comme quelque chose d'étranger. (Ⅱ) - I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing. (Ⅲ) - Scribam ei multiplices leges meas,/ quæ velut alienæ computatæ sunt./ (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃8 *אכתוב **אכתב לו *רבו **רבי תורתי כמו זר נחשבו (Ⅴ)

διότι ἐὰν θύσωσιν θυσίαν καὶ φάγωσιν κρέα κύριος οὐ προσδέξεται αὐτά νυ̃ν μνησθήσεται τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐκδικήσει τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτω̃ν αὐτοὶ εἰς Αἴγυπτον ἀπέστρεψαν καὶ ἐν 'Ασσυρίοις ἀκάθαρτα φάγονται
- Ils immolent des victimes qu'ils m'offrent, Et ils en mangent la chair: L'Éternel n'y prend point de plaisir. Maintenant l'Éternel se souvient de leur iniquité, Et il punira leurs péchés: Ils retourneront en Égypte. (Ⅱ) - They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings, and eat it; but the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt. (Ⅲ) - Hostias offerent,/ immolabunt carnes et comedent,/ et Dominus non suscipiet eas :/ nunc recordabitur iniquitatis eorum,/ et visitabit peccata eorum :/ ipsi in Ægyptum convertentur./ (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃8 זבחי הבהבי יזבחו בשר ויאכלו יהוה לא רצם עתה יזכר עונם ויפקד חטאותם המה מצרים ישובו (Ⅴ)

καὶ ἐπελάθετο Ισραηλ του̃ ποιήσαντος αὐτὸν καὶ ὠ̨κοδόμησαν τεμένη καὶ Ιουδας ἐπλήθυνεν πόλεις τετειχισμένας καὶ ἐξαποστελω̃ πυ̃ρ εἰς τὰς πόλεις αὐτου̃ καὶ καταφάγεται τὰ θεμέλια αὐτω̃ν
- Israël a oublié celui qui l'a fait, Et a bâti des palais, Et Juda a multiplié les villes fortes; Mais j'enverrai le feu dans leurs villes, Et il en dévorera les palais. (Ⅱ) - For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and buildeth temples; and Judah hath multiplied fenced cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the palaces thereof. (Ⅲ) - Et oblitus est Israël factoris sui,/ et ædificavit delubra ;/ et Judas multiplicavit urbes munitas ;/ et mittam ignem in civitates ejus,/ et devorabit ædes illius.] (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃8 וישכח ישראל את עשהו ויבן היכלות ויהודה הרבה ערים בצרות ושלחתי אש בעריו ואכלה ארמנתיה ס (Ⅴ)
