La sixième année, le cinquième jour du sixième mois, comme j'étais assis dans ma maison, et que les anciens de Juda étaient assis devant moi, la main du Seigneur, de l'Éternel, tomba sur moi.
- And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τω̨̃ ἕκτω̨ ἔτει ἐν τω̨̃ πέμπτω̨ μηνὶ πέμπτη̨ του̃ μηνὸς ἐγὼ ἐκαθήμην ἐν τω̨̃ οἴκω̨ καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι Ιουδα ἐκάθηντο ἐνώπιόν μου καὶ ἐγένετο ἐπ' ἐμὲ χεὶρ κυρίου (Ⅲ) - Et factum est in anno sexto, in sexto mense, in quinta mensis, ego sedebam in domo mea, et senes Juda sedebant coram me, et cecidit ibi super me manus Domini Dei. (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃8 ויהי בשנה הששית בששי בחמשה לחדש אני יושב בביתי וזקני יהודה יושבים לפני ותפל עלי שם יד אדני יהוה (Ⅴ)

Je regardai, et voici, c'était une figure ayant l'aspect d'un homme; depuis ses reins en bas, c'était du feu, et depuis ses reins en haut, c'était quelque chose d'éclatant, comme de l'airain poli.
- Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃δον καὶ ἰδοὺ ὁμοίωμα ἀνδρός ἀπὸ τη̃ς ὀσφύος αὐτου̃ καὶ ἕως κάτω πυ̃ρ καὶ ἀπὸ τη̃ς ὀσφύος αὐτου̃ ὑπεράνω ὡς ὅρασις ἠλέκτρου (Ⅲ) - Et vidi : et ecce similitudo quasi aspectus ignis : ab aspectu lumborum ejus et deorsum, ignis : et a lumbis ejus et sursum, quasi aspectus splendoris, ut visio electri. (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃8 ואראה והנה דמות כמראה אש ממראה מתניו ולמטה אש וממתניו ולמעלה כמראה זהר כעין החשמלה (Ⅴ)

Il étendit une forme de main, et me saisit par les cheveux de la tête. L'esprit m'enleva entre la terre et le ciel, et me transporta, dans des visions divines, à Jérusalem, à l'entrée de la porte intérieure, du côté du septentrion, où était l'idole de la jalousie, qui excite la jalousie de l'Éternel.
- And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐξέτεινεν ὁμοίωμα χειρὸς καὶ ἀνέλαβέν με τη̃ς κορυφη̃ς μου καὶ ἀνέλαβέν με πνευ̃μα ἀνὰ μέσον τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον του̃ οὐρανου̃ καὶ ἤγαγέν με εἰς Ιερουσαλημ ἐν ὁράσει θεου̃ ἐπὶ τὰ πρόθυρα τη̃ς πύλης τη̃ς ἐσωτέρας τη̃ς βλεπούσης πρὸς βορρα̃ν οὑ̃ ἠ̃ν ἡ στήλη του̃ κτωμένου (Ⅲ) - Et emissa similitudo manus apprehendit me in cincinno capitis mei, et elevavit me spiritus inter terram et cælum : et adduxit me in Jerusalem, in visione Dei, juxta ostium interius quod respiciebat ad aquilonem, ubi erat statutum idolum zeli ad provocandam æmulationem. (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃8 וישלח תבנית יד ויקחני בציצת ראשי ותשא אתי רוח בין הארץ ובין השמים ותבא אתי ירושלמה במראות אלהים אל פתח שער הפנימית הפונה צפונה אשר שם מושב סמל הקנאה המקנה (Ⅴ)

Et voici, la gloire du Dieu d'Israël était là, telle que je l'avais vue en vision dans la vallée.
- And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐκει̃ ἠ̃ν δόξα κυρίου θεου̃ Ισραηλ κατὰ τὴν ὅρασιν ἣν εἰ̃δον ἐν τω̨̃ πεδίω̨ (Ⅲ) - Et ecce ibi gloria Dei Israël, secundum visionem quam videram in campo. (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃8 והנה שם כבוד אלהי ישראל כמראה אשר ראיתי בבקעה (Ⅴ)

Il me dit: Fils de l'homme, lève les yeux du côté du septentrion! Je levai les yeux du côté du septentrion; et voici, cette idole de la jalousie était au septentrion de la porte de l'autel, à l'entrée.
- Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ἀνάβλεψον τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς σου πρὸς βορρα̃ν καὶ ἀνέβλεψα τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς μου πρὸς βορρα̃ν καὶ ἰδοὺ ἀπὸ βορρα̃ ἐπὶ τὴν πύλην τὴν πρὸς ἀνατολάς (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Fili hominis, leva oculos tuos ad viam aquilonis. Et levavi oculos meos ad viam aquilonis, et ecce ab aquilone portæ altaris idolum zeli in ipso introitu. (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃8 ויאמר אלי בן אדם שא נא עיניך דרך צפונה ואשא עיני דרך צפונה והנה מצפון לשער המזבח סמל הקנאה הזה בבאה (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Fils de l'homme, vois-tu ce qu'ils font, les grandes abominations que commet ici la maison d'Israël, pour que je m'éloigne de mon sanctuaire? Mais tu verras encore d'autres grandes abominations.
- He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ἑώρακας τί οὑ̃τοι ποιου̃σιν ἀνομίας μεγάλας ποιου̃σιν ὡ̃δε του̃ ἀπέχεσθαι ἀπὸ τω̃ν ἁγίων μου καὶ ἔτι ὄψει ἀνομίας μείζονας (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Fili hominis, putasne vides tu quid isti faciunt, abominationes magnas quas domus Israël facit hic, ut procul recedam a sanctuario meo ? et adhuc conversus videbis abominationes majores. (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃8 ויאמר אלי בן אדם הראה אתה *מהם **מה **הם עשים תועבות גדלות אשר בית ישראל עשים פה לרחקה מעל מקדשי ועוד תשוב תראה תועבות גדלות ס (Ⅴ)

Alors il me conduisit à l'entrée du parvis. Je regardai, et voici, il y avait un trou dans le mur.
- And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰσήγαγέν με ἐπὶ τὰ πρόθυρα τη̃ς αὐλη̃ς (Ⅲ) - Et introduxit me ad ostium atrii, et vidi, et ecce foramen unum in pariete. (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃8 ויבא אתי אל פתח החצר ואראה והנה חר אחד בקיר (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Fils de l'homme, perce la muraille! Je perçai la muraille, et voici, il y avait une porte.
- Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ὄρυξον καὶ ὤρυξα καὶ ἰδοὺ θύρα μία (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Fili hominis, fode parietem. Et cum fodissem parietem, apparuit ostium unum. (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃8 ויאמר אלי בן אדם חתר נא בקיר ואחתר בקיר והנה פתח אחד (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Entre, et vois les méchantes abominations qu'ils commettent ici!
- And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με εἴσελθε καὶ ἰδὲ τὰς ἀνομίας ἃς οὑ̃τοι ποιου̃σιν ὡ̃δε (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Ingredere, et vide abominationes pessimas quas isti faciunt hic. (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃8 ויאמר אלי בא וראה את התועבות הרעות אשר הם עשים פה (Ⅴ)

J'entrai, et je regardai; et voici, il y avait toutes sortes de figures de reptiles et de bêtes abominables, et toutes les idoles de la maison d'Israël, peintes sur la muraille tout autour.
- So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰση̃λθον καὶ εἰ̃δον καὶ ἰδοὺ μάταια βδελύγματα καὶ πάντα τὰ εἴδωλα οἴκου Ισραηλ διαγεγραμμένα ἐπ' αὐτου̃ κύκλω̨ (Ⅲ) - Et ingressus vidi, et ecce omnis similitudo reptilium et animalium, abominatio, et universa idola domus Israël, depicta erant in pariete in circuitu per totum : (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃8 ואבוא ואראה והנה כל תבנית רמש ובהמה שקץ וכל גלולי בית ישראל מחקה על הקיר סביב סביב (Ⅴ)

Soixante-dix hommes des anciens de la maison d'Israël, au milieu desquels était Jaazania, fils de Schaphan, se tenaient devant ces idoles, chacun l'encensoir à la main, et il s'élevait une épaisse nuée d'encens.
- And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἑβδομήκοντα ἄνδρες ἐκ τω̃ν πρεσβυτέρων οἴκου Ισραηλ καὶ Ιεζονιας ὁ του̃ Σαφαν ἐν μέσω̨ αὐτω̃ν εἱστήκει πρὸ προσώπου αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἕκαστος θυμιατήριον αὐτου̃ εἰ̃χεν ἐν τη̨̃ χειρί καὶ ἡ ἀτμὶς του̃ θυμιάματος ἀνέβαινεν (Ⅲ) - et septuaginta viri de senioribus domus Israël : et Jezonias filius Saphan stabat in medio eorum stantium ante picturas : et unusquisque habebat thuribulum in manu sua, et vapor nebulæ de thure consurgebat. (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃8 ושבעים איש מזקני בית ישראל ויאזניהו בן שפן עמד בתוכם עמדים לפניהם ואיש מקטרתו בידו ועתר ענן הקטרת עלה (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Fils de l'homme, vois-tu ce que font dans les ténèbres les anciens de la maison d'Israël, chacun dans sa chambre pleine de figures? Car ils disent: L'Éternel ne nous voit pas, l'Éternel a abandonné le pays.
- Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, the LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ἑώρακας ἃ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι του̃ οἴκου Ισραηλ ποιου̃σιν ἕκαστος αὐτω̃ν ἐν τω̨̃ κοιτω̃νι τω̨̃ κρυπτω̨̃ αὐτω̃ν διότι εἰ̃παν οὐχ ὁρα̨̃ ὁ κύριος ἐγκαταλέλοιπεν κύριος τὴν γη̃ν (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Certe vides, fili hominis, quæ seniores domus Israël faciunt in tenebris, unusquisque in abscondito cubiculi sui : dicunt enim : Non videt Dominus nos ; dereliquit Dominus terram. (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃8 ויאמר אלי הראית בן אדם אשר זקני בית ישראל עשים בחשך איש בחדרי משכיתו כי אמרים אין יהוה ראה אתנו עזב יהוה את הארץ (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Tu verras encore d'autres grandes abominations qu'ils commettent.
- He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με ἔτι ὄψει ἀνομίας μείζονας ἃς οὑ̃τοι ποιου̃σιν (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Adhuc conversus videbis abominationes majores, quas isti faciunt. (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃8 ויאמר אלי עוד תשוב תראה תועבות גדלות אשר המה עשים (Ⅴ)

Et il me conduisit à l'entrée de la porte de la maison de l'Éternel, du côté du septentrion. Et voici, il y avait là des femmes assises, qui pleuraient Thammuz.
- Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰσήγαγέν με ἐπὶ τὰ πρόθυρα τη̃ς πύλης οἴκου κυρίου τη̃ς βλεπούσης πρὸς βορρα̃ν καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐκει̃ γυναι̃κες καθήμεναι θρηνου̃σαι τὸν Θαμμουζ (Ⅲ) - Et introduxit me per ostium portæ domus Domini quod respiciebat ad aquilonem, et ecce ibi mulieres sedebant plangentes Adonidem. (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃8 ויבא אתי אל פתח שער בית יהוה אשר אל הצפונה והנה שם הנשים ישבות מבכות את התמוז ס (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Vois-tu, fils de l'homme? Tu verras encore d'autres abominations plus grandes que celles-là.
- Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου ἑώρακας καὶ ἔτι ὄψει ἐπιτηδεύματα μείζονα τούτων (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Certe vidisti, fili hominis : adhuc conversus videbis abominationes majores his. (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃8 ויאמר אלי הראית בן אדם עוד תשוב תראה תועבות גדלות מאלה (Ⅴ)

Et il me conduisit dans le parvis intérieur de la maison de l'Éternel. Et voici, à l'entrée du temple de l'Éternel, entre le portique et l'autel, il y avait environ vingt-cinq hommes, tournant le dos au temple de l'Éternel et le visage vers l'orient; et ils se prosternaient à l'orient devant le soleil.
- And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰσήγαγέν με εἰς τὴν αὐλὴν οἴκου κυρίου τὴν ἐσωτέραν καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐπὶ τω̃ν προθύρων του̃ ναου̃ κυρίου ἀνὰ μέσον τω̃ν αιλαμ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον του̃ θυσιαστηρίου ὡς εἴκοσι ἄνδρες τὰ ὀπίσθια αὐτω̃ν πρὸς τὸν ναὸν του̃ κυρίου καὶ τὰ πρόσωπα αὐτω̃ν ἀπέναντι καὶ οὑ̃τοι προσκυνου̃σιν τω̨̃ ἡλίω̨ (Ⅲ) - Et introduxit me in atrium domus Domini interius, et ecce in ostio templi Domini, inter vestibulum et altare, quasi viginti quinque viri dorsa habentes contra templum Domini, et facies ad orientem : et adorabant ad ortum solis. (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃8 ויבא אתי אל חצר בית יהוה הפנימית והנה פתח היכל יהוה בין האולם ובין המזבח כעשרים וחמשה איש אחריהם אל היכל יהוה ופניהם קדמה והמה משתחויתם קדמה לשמש (Ⅴ)

Et il me dit: Vois-tu, fils de l'homme? Est-ce trop peu pour la maison de Juda de commettre les abominations qu'ils commettent ici? Faut-il encore qu'ils remplissent le pays de violence, et qu'ils ne cessent de m'irriter? Voici, ils approchent le rameau de leur nez.
- Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρός με ἑώρακας υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου μὴ μικρὰ τω̨̃ οἴκω̨ Ιουδα του̃ ποιει̃ν τὰς ἀνομίας ἃς πεποιήκασιν ὡ̃δε διότι ἔπλησαν τὴν γη̃ν ἀνομίας καὶ ἰδοὺ αὐτοὶ ὡς μυκτηρίζοντες (Ⅲ) - Et dixit ad me : Certe vidisti, fili hominis : numquid leve est hoc domui Juda, ut facerent abominationes istas quas fecerunt hic, quia replentes terram iniquitate, conversi sunt ad irritandum me ? et ecce applicant ramum ad nares suas. (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃8 ויאמר אלי הראית בן אדם הנקל לבית יהודה מעשות את התועבות אשר עשו פה כי מלאו את הארץ חמס וישבו להכעיסני והנם שלחים את הזמורה אל אפם (Ⅴ)

Moi aussi, j'agirai avec fureur; mon oeil sera sans pitié, et je n'aurai point de miséricorde; quand ils crieront à haute voix à mes oreilles, je ne les écouterai pas.
- Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐγὼ ποιήσω αὐτοι̃ς μετὰ θυμου̃ οὐ φείσεται ὁ ὀφθαλμός μου οὐδὲ μὴ ἐλεήσω (Ⅲ) - Ergo et ego faciam in furore : non parcet oculus meus, nec miserebor : et cum clamaverint ad aures meas voce magna, non exaudiam eos. (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃8 וגם אני אעשה בחמה לא תחוס עיני ולא אחמל וקראו באזני קול גדול ולא אשמע אותם (Ⅴ)
