1 ׃9 ואלישע הנביא קרא לאחד מבני הנביאים ויאמר לו חגר מתניך וקח פך השמן הזה בידך ולך רמת גלעד
- Élisée, le prophète, appela l'un des fils des prophètes, et lui dit: Ceins tes reins, prends avec toi cette fiole d'huile, et va à Ramoth en Galaad. (Ⅱ) - And Elisha the prophet called one of the children of the prophets, and said unto him, Gird up thy loins, and take this box of oil in thine hand, and go to Ramothgilead: (Ⅲ) - καὶ Ελισαιε ὁ προφήτης ἐκάλεσεν ἕνα τω̃ν υἱω̃ν τω̃ν προφητω̃ν καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτω̨̃ ζω̃σαι τὴν ὀσφύν σου καὶ λαβὲ τὸν φακὸν του̃ ἐλαίου τούτου ἐν τη̨̃ χειρί σου καὶ δευ̃ρο εἰς Ρεμμωθ Γαλααδ (Ⅳ) - Eliseus autem prophetes vocavit unum de filiis prophetarum, et ait illi : Accinge lumbos tuos, et tolle lenticulam olei hanc in manu tua, et vade in Ramoth Galaad. (Ⅴ)

2 ׃9 ובאת שמה וראה שם יהוא בן יהושפט בן נמשי ובאת והקמתו מתוך[1] אחיו והביאת אתו חדר בחדר
- Quand tu y seras arrivé, vois Jéhu, fils de Josaphat, fils de Nimschi. Tu iras le faire lever du milieu de ses frères, et tu le conduiras dans une chambre retirée. (Ⅱ) - And when thou comest thither, look out there Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and make him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner chamber; (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰσελεύση̨ ἐκει̃ καὶ ὄψη̨ ἐκει̃ Ιου υἱὸν Ιωσαφατ υἱου̃ Ναμεσσι καὶ εἰσελεύση̨ καὶ ἀναστήσεις αὐτὸν ἐκ μέσου τω̃ν ἀδελφω̃ν αὐτου̃ καὶ εἰσάξεις αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ ταμίειον ἐν τω̨̃ ταμιείω̨ (Ⅳ) - Cumque veneris illuc, videbis Jehu filium Josaphat filii Namsi : et ingressus suscitabis eum de medio fratrum suorum, et introduces in interius cubiculum. (Ⅴ)

3 ׃9 ולקחת פך השמן ויצקת על ראשו ואמרת כה אמר יהוה משחתיך למלך אל ישראל ופתחת הדלת ונסתה ולא תחכה
- Tu prendras la fiole d'huile, que tu répandras sur sa tête, et tu diras: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Je t'oins roi d'Israël! Puis tu ouvriras la porte, et tu t'enfuiras sans t'arrêter. (Ⅱ) - Then take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and tarry not. (Ⅲ) - καὶ λήμψη̨ τὸν φακὸν του̃ ἐλαίου καὶ ἐπιχεει̃ς ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτου̃ καὶ εἰπόν τάδε λέγει κύριος κέχρικά σε εἰς βασιλέα ἐπὶ Ισραηλ καὶ ἀνοίξεις τὴν θύραν καὶ φεύξη̨ καὶ οὐ μενει̃ς (Ⅳ) - Tenensque lenticulam olei, fundes super caput ejus, et dices : Hæc dicit Dominus : Unxi te regem super Israël. Aperiesque ostium, et fugies, et non ibi subsistes. (Ⅴ)

4 ׃9 וילך הנער הנער הנביא רמת גלעד
- Le jeune homme, serviteur du prophète, partit pour Ramoth en Galaad. (Ⅱ) - So the young man, even the young man the prophet, went to Ramothgilead. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπορεύθη τὸ παιδάριον ὁ προφήτης εἰς Ρεμμωθ Γαλααδ (Ⅳ) - Abiit ergo adolescens puer prophetæ in Ramoth Galaad, (Ⅴ)

5 ׃9 ויבא והנה שרי החיל ישבים ויאמר דבר לי אליך השר ויאמר יהוא אל מי מכלנו ויאמר אליך השר
- Quand il arriva, voici, les chefs de l'armée étaient assis. Il dit: Chef, j'ai un mot à te dire. Et Jéhu dit: Auquel de nous tous? Il répondit: A toi, chef. (Ⅱ) - And when he came, behold, the captains of the host were sitting; and he said, I have an errand to thee, O captain. And Jehu said, Unto which of all us? And he said, To thee, O captain. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰση̃λθεν καὶ ἰδοὺ οἱ ἄρχοντες τη̃ς δυνάμεως ἐκάθηντο καὶ εἰ̃πεν λόγος μοι πρὸς σέ ὁ ἄρχων καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου πρὸς τίνα ἐκ πάντων ἡμω̃ν καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρὸς σέ ὁ ἄρχων (Ⅳ) - et ingressus est illuc : ecce autem principes exercitus sedebant : et ait : Verbum mihi ad te, o princeps. Dixitque Jehu : Ad quem ex omnibus nobis ? At ille dixit : Ad te, o princeps. (Ⅴ)

6 ׃9 ויקם ויבא הביתה ויצק השמן אל ראשו ויאמר לו כה אמר יהוה אלהי ישראל משחתיך למלך אל עם יהוה אל ישראל
- Jéhu se leva et entra dans la maison, et le jeune homme répandit l'huile sur sa tête, en lui disant: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Je t'oins roi d'Israël, du peuple de l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - And he arose, and went into the house; and he poured the oil on his head, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I have anointed thee king over the people of the LORD, even over Israel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀνέστη καὶ εἰση̃λθεν εἰς τὸν οἰ̃κον καὶ ἐπέχεεν τὸ ἔλαιον ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτου̃ καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτω̨̃ τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ κέχρικά σε εἰς βασιλέα ἐπὶ λαὸν κυρίου ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - Et surrexit, et ingressus est cubiculum : at ille fudit oleum super caput ejus, et ait : Hæc dicit Dominus Deus Israël : Unxi te regem super populum Domini Israël, (Ⅴ)

7 ׃9 והכיתה את בית אחאב אדניך ונקמתי דמי עבדי הנביאים ודמי כל עבדי יהוה מיד איזבל
- Tu frapperas la maison d'Achab, ton maître, et je vengerai sur Jézabel le sang de mes serviteurs les prophètes et le sang de tous les serviteurs de l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - And thou shalt smite the house of Ahab thy master, that I may avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the LORD, at the hand of Jezebel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσεις τὸν οἰ̃κον Αχααβ του̃ κυρίου σου ἐκ προσώπου μου καὶ ἐκδικήσεις τὰ αἵματα τω̃ν δούλων μου τω̃ν προφητω̃ν καὶ τὰ αἵματα πάντων τω̃ν δούλων κυρίου ἐκ χειρὸς Ιεζαβελ (Ⅳ) - et percuties domum Achab domini tui, et ulciscar sanguinem servorum meorum prophetarum, et sanguinem omnium servorum Domini de manu Jezabel. (Ⅴ)

8 ׃9 ואבד כל בית אחאב והכרתי לאחאב משתין בקיר ועצור ועזוב בישראל
- Toute la maison d'Achab périra; j'exterminerai quiconque appartient à Achab, celui qui est esclave et celui qui est libre en Israël, (Ⅱ) - For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐκ χειρὸς ὅλου του̃ οἴκου Αχααβ καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσεις τω̨̃ οἴκω̨ Αχααβ οὐρου̃ντα πρὸς τοι̃χον καὶ συνεχόμενον καὶ ἐγκαταλελειμμένον ἐν Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - Perdamque omnem domum Achab : et interficiam de Achab mingentem ad parietem, et clausum et novissimum in Israël. (Ⅴ)

9 ׃9 ונתתי את בית אחאב כבית ירבעם בן נבט וכבית בעשא בן אחיה
- et je rendrai la maison d'Achab semblable à la maison de Jéroboam, fils de Nebath, et à la maison de Baescha, fils d'Achija. (Ⅱ) - And I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah: (Ⅲ) - καὶ δώσω τὸν οἰ̃κον Αχααβ ὡς τὸν οἰ̃κον Ιεροβοαμ υἱου̃ Ναβατ καὶ ὡς τὸν οἰ̃κον Βαασα υἱου̃ Αχια (Ⅳ) - Et dabo domum Achab sicut domum Jeroboam filii Nabat, et sicut domum Baasa filii Ahia. (Ⅴ)

10 ׃9 ואת איזבל יאכלו הכלבים בחלק יזרעאל ואין קבר ויפתח הדלת וינס
- Les chiens mangeront Jézabel dans le champ de Jizreel, et il n'y aura personne pour l'enterrer. Puis le jeune homme ouvrit la porte, et s'enfuit. (Ⅱ) - And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and there shall be none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled. (Ⅲ) - καὶ τὴν Ιεζαβελ καταφάγονται οἱ κύνες ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι Ιεζραελ καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν ὁ θάπτων καὶ ἤνοιξεν τὴν θύραν καὶ ἔφυγεν (Ⅳ) - Jezabel quoque comedent canes in agro Jezrahel, nec erit qui sepeliat eam. Aperuitque ostium, et fugit. (Ⅴ)

11 ׃9 ויהוא יצא אל עבדי אדניו ויאמר לו השלום מדוע בא המשגע הזה אליך ויאמר אליהם אתם ידעתם את האיש ואת שיחו
- Lorsque Jéhu sortit pour rejoindre les serviteurs de son maître, on lui dit: Tout va-t-il bien? Pourquoi ce fou est-il venu vers toi? Jéhu leur répondit: Vous connaissez bien l'homme et ce qu'il peut dire. (Ⅱ) - Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord: and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to thee? And he said unto them, Ye know the man, and his communication. (Ⅲ) - καὶ Ιου ἐξη̃λθεν πρὸς τοὺς παι̃δας του̃ κυρίου αὐτου̃ καὶ εἰ̃πον αὐτω̨̃ εἰ εἰρήνη τί ὅτι εἰση̃λθεν ὁ ἐπίλημπτος οὑ̃τος πρὸς σέ καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτοι̃ς ὑμει̃ς οἴδατε τὸν ἄνδρα καὶ τὴν ἀδολεσχίαν αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - Jehu autem egressus est ad servos domini sui : qui dixerunt ei : Rectene sunt omnia ? quid venit insanus iste ad te ? Qui ait eis : Nostis hominem, et quid locutus sit. (Ⅴ)

12 ׃9 ויאמרו שקר הגד נא לנו ויאמר כזאת וכזאת אמר אלי לאמר כה אמר יהוה משחתיך למלך אל ישראל
- Mais ils répliquèrent: Mensonge! Réponds-nous donc! Et il dit: Il m'a parlé de telle et telle manière, disant: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Je t'oins roi d'Israël. (Ⅱ) - And they said, It is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spake he to me, saying, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πον ἄδικον ἀπάγγειλον δὴ ἡμι̃ν καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου πρὸς αὐτούς οὕτως καὶ οὕτως ἐλάλησεν πρός με λέγων τάδε λέγει κύριος κέχρικά σε εἰς βασιλέα ἐπὶ Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - At ille responderunt : Falsum est, sed magis narra nobis. Qui ait eis : Hæc et hæc locutus est mihi, et ait : Hæc dicit Dominus : Unxi te regem super Israël. (Ⅴ)

13 ׃9 וימהרו ויקחו איש בגדו וישימו תחתיו אל גרם המעלות ויתקעו בשופר ויאמרו מלך יהוא
- Aussitôt ils prirent chacun leurs vêtements, qu'ils mirent sous Jéhu au haut des degrés; ils sonnèrent de la trompette, et dirent: Jéhu est roi! (Ⅱ) - Then they hasted, and took every man his garment, and put it under him on the top of the stairs, and blew with trumpets, saying, Jehu is king. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀκούσαντες ἔσπευσαν καὶ ἔλαβον ἕκαστος τὸ ἱμάτιον αὐτου̃ καὶ ἔθηκαν ὑποκάτω αὐτου̃ ἐπὶ γαρεμ τω̃ν ἀναβαθμω̃ν καὶ ἐσάλπισαν ἐν κερατίνη̨ καὶ εἰ̃πον ἐβασίλευσεν Ιου (Ⅳ) - Festinaverunt itaque, et unusquisque tollens pallium suum posuerunt sub pedibus ejus in similitudinem tribunalis, et cecinerunt tuba, atque dixerunt : Regnavit Jehu.\ (Ⅴ)

14 ׃9 ויתקשר יהוא בן יהושפט בן נמשי אל יורם ויורם היה שמר ברמת גלעד הוא וכל ישראל מפני חזאל מלך ארם
- Ainsi Jéhu, fils de Josaphat, fils de Nimschi, forma une conspiration contre Joram. -Or Joram et tout Israël défendaient Ramoth en Galaad contre Hazaël, roi de Syrie; (Ⅱ) - So Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi conspired against Joram. (Now Joram had kept Ramothgilead, he and all Israel, because of Hazael king of Syria. (Ⅲ) - καὶ συνεστράφη Ιου υἱὸς Ιωσαφατ υἱου̃ Ναμεσσι πρὸς Ιωραμ καὶ Ιωραμ αὐτὸς ἐφύλασσεν ἐν Ρεμμωθ Γαλααδ αὐτὸς καὶ πα̃ς Ισραηλ ἀπὸ προσώπου Αζαηλ βασιλέως Συρίας (Ⅳ) - Conjuravit ergo Jehu filius Josaphat filii Namsi contra Joram : porro Joram obsederat Ramoth Galaad, ipse et omnis Israël contra Hazaël regem Syriæ : (Ⅴ)

15 ׃9 וישב יהורם המלך להתרפא ביזרעאל מן המכים אשר יכהו ארמים בהלחמו את חזאל מלך ארם ויאמר יהוא אם יש נפשכם אל יצא פליט מן העיר ללכת *לגיד **להגיד ביזרעאל
- mais le roi Joram s'en était retourné pour se faire guérir à Jizreel des blessures que les Syriens lui avaient faites, lorsqu'il se battait contre Hazaël, roi de Syrie. -Jéhu dit: Si c'est votre volonté, personne ne s'échappera de la ville pour aller porter la nouvelle à Jizreel. (Ⅱ) - But king Joram was returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) And Jehu said, If it be your minds, then let none go forth nor escape out of the city to go to tell it in Jezreel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπέστρεψεν Ιωραμ ὁ βασιλεὺς ἰατρευθη̃ναι ἐν Ιεζραελ ἀπὸ τω̃ν πληγω̃ν ὡ̃ν ἔπαισαν αὐτὸν οἱ Σύροι ἐν τω̨̃ πολεμει̃ν αὐτὸν μετὰ Αζαηλ βασιλέως Συρίας καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου εἰ ἔστιν ἡ ψυχὴ ὑμω̃ν μετ' ἐμου̃ μὴ ἐξελθέτω ἐκ τη̃ς πόλεως διαπεφευγὼς του̃ πορευθη̃ναι καὶ ἀπαγγει̃λαι ἐν Ιεζραελ (Ⅳ) - et reversus fuerat ut curaretur in Jezrahel propter vulnera, quia percusserant eum Syri præliantem contra Hazaël regem Syriæ. Dixitque Jehu : Si placet vobis, nemo egrediatur profugus de civitate, ne vadat, et nuntiet in Jezrahel. (Ⅴ)

16 ׃9 וירכב יהוא וילך יזרעאלה כי יורם שכב שמה ואחזיה מלך יהודה ירד לראות את יורם
- Et Jéhu monta sur son char et partit pour Jizreel, car Joram y était alité, et Achazia, roi de Juda, était descendu pour le visiter. (Ⅱ) - So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went to Jezreel; for Joram lay there. And Ahaziah king of Judah was come down to see Joram. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἵππευσεν καὶ ἐπορεύθη Ιου καὶ κατέβη εἰς Ιεζραελ ὅτι Ιωραμ βασιλεὺς Ισραηλ ἐθεραπεύετο ἐν Ιεζραελ ἀπὸ τω̃ν τοξευμάτων ὡ̃ν κατετόξευσαν αὐτὸν οἱ Αραμιν ἐν τη̨̃ Ραμμαθ ἐν τω̨̃ πολέμω̨ μετὰ Αζαηλ βασιλέως Συρίας ὅτι αὐτὸς δυνατὸς καὶ ἀνὴρ δυνάμεως καὶ Οχοζιας βασιλεὺς Ιουδα κατέβη ἰδει̃ν τὸν Ιωραμ (Ⅳ) - Et ascendit, et profectus est in Jezrahel : Joram enim ægrotabat ibi, et Ochozias rex Juda descenderat ad visitandum Joram. (Ⅴ)

17 ׃9 והצפה עמד על המגדל ביזרעאל וירא את שפעת יהוא בבאו ויאמר שפעת אני ראה ויאמר יהורם קח רכב ושלח לקראתם ויאמר השלום
- La sentinelle placée sur la tour de Jizreel vit venir la troupe de Jéhu, et dit: Je vois une troupe. Joram dit: Prends un cavalier, et envoie-le au-devant d'eux pour demander si c'est la paix. (Ⅱ) - And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace? (Ⅲ) - καὶ ὁ σκοπὸς ἀνέβη ἐπὶ τὸν πύργον ἐν Ιεζραελ καὶ εἰ̃δεν τὸν κονιορτὸν Ιου ἐν τω̨̃ παραγίνεσθαι αὐτὸν καὶ εἰ̃πεν Κονιορτὸν ἐγὼ βλέπω καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιωραμ λαβὲ ἐπιβάτην καὶ ἀπόστειλον ἔμπροσθεν αὐτω̃ν καὶ εἰπάτω εἰ εἰρήνη (Ⅳ) - Igitur speculator qui stabat super turrim Jezrahel, vidit globum Jehu venientis, et ait : Video ego globum. Dixitque Joram : Tolle currum, et mitte in occursum eorum, et dicat vadens : Rectene sunt omnia ? (Ⅴ)

18 ׃9 וילך רכב הסוס לקראתו ויאמר כה אמר המלך השלום ויאמר יהוא מה לך ולשלום סב אל אחרי ויגד הצפה לאמר בא המלאך עד הם ולא שב
- Le cavalier alla au-devant de Jéhu, et dit: Ainsi parle le roi: Est-ce la paix? Et Jéhu répondit: Que t'importe la paix? Passe derrière moi. La sentinelle en donna avis, et dit: Le messager est allé jusqu'à eux, et il ne revient pas. (Ⅱ) - So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he cometh not again. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπορεύθη ἐπιβάτης ἵππου εἰς ἀπαντὴν αὐτω̃ν καὶ εἰ̃πεν τάδε λέγει ὁ βασιλεύς εἰ εἰρήνη καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου τί σοι καὶ εἰρήνη̨ ἐπίστρεφε εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω μου καὶ ἀπήγγειλεν ὁ σκοπὸς λέγων ἠ̃λθεν ὁ ἄγγελος ἕως αὐτω̃ν καὶ οὐκ ἀνέστρεψεν (Ⅳ) - Abiit ergo qui ascenderat currum, in occursum ejus, et ait : Hæc dicit rex : Pacatane sunt omnia ? Dixitque Jehu : Quid tibi et paci ? transi, et sequere me. Nuntiavit quoque speculator, dicens : Venit nuntius ad eos, et non revertitur. (Ⅴ)

19 ׃9 וישלח רכב סוס שני ויבא אלהם ויאמר כה אמר המלך שלום ויאמר יהוא מה לך ולשלום סב אל אחרי
- Joram envoya un second cavalier, qui arriva vers eux et dit: Ainsi parle le roi: Est-ce la paix? Et Jéhu répondit: Que t'importe la paix? Passe derrière moi. (Ⅱ) - Then he sent out a second on horseback, which came to them, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπέστειλεν ἐπιβάτην ἵππου δεύτερον καὶ ἠ̃λθεν πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ εἰ̃πεν τάδε λέγει ὁ βασιλεύς εἰ εἰρήνη καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου τί σοι καὶ εἰρήνη̨ ἐπιστρέφου εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω μου (Ⅳ) - Misit etiam currum equorum secundum : venitque ad eos, et ait : Hæc dicit rex : Numquid pax est ? Et ait Jehu : Quid tibi et paci ? transi, et sequere me. (Ⅴ)

20 ׃9 ויגד הצפה לאמר בא עד אליהם ולא שב והמנהג כמנהג יהוא בן נמשי כי בשגעון ינהג
- La sentinelle en donna avis, et dit: Il est allé jusqu'à eux, et il ne revient pas. Et le train est comme celui de Jéhu, fils de Nimschi, car il conduit d'une manière insensée. (Ⅱ) - And the watchman told, saying, He came even unto them, and cometh not again: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he driveth furiously. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἀπήγγειλεν ὁ σκοπὸς λέγων ἠ̃λθεν ἕως αὐτω̃ν καὶ οὐκ ἀνέστρεψεν καὶ ὁ ἄγων ἠ̃γεν τὸν Ιου υἱὸν Ναμεσσιου ὅτι ἐν παραλλαγη̨̃ ἐγένετο (Ⅳ) - Nuntiavit autem speculator, dicens : Venit usque ad eos, et non revertitur : est autem incessus quasi incessus Jehu filii Namsi, præceps enim graditur. (Ⅴ)

21 ׃9 ויאמר יהורם אסר ויאסר רכבו ויצא יהורם מלך ישראל ואחזיהו מלך יהודה איש ברכבו ויצאו לקראת יהוא וימצאהו בחלקת נבות היזרעאלי
- Alors Joram dit: Attelle! Et on attela son char. Joram, roi d'Israël, et Achazia, roi de Juda, sortirent chacun dans son char pour aller au-devant de Jéhu, et ils le rencontrèrent dans le champ de Naboth de Jizreel. (Ⅱ) - And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιωραμ ζευ̃ξον καὶ ἔζευξεν ἅρμα καὶ ἐξη̃λθεν Ιωραμ βασιλεὺς Ισραηλ καὶ Οχοζιας βασιλεὺς Ιουδα ἀνὴρ ἐν τω̨̃ ἅρματι αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐξη̃λθον εἰς ἀπαντὴν Ιου καὶ εὑ̃ρον αὐτὸν ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι Ναβουθαι του̃ Ιεζραηλίτου (Ⅳ) - Et ait Joram : Junge currum. Junxeruntque currum ejus, et egressus est Joram rex Israël, et Ochozias rex Juda, singuli in curribus suis, egressique sunt in occursum Jehu, et invenerunt eum in agro Naboth Jezrahelitæ. (Ⅴ)

22 ׃9 ויהי כראות יהורם את יהוא ויאמר השלום יהוא ויאמר מה השלום עד זנוני איזבל אמך וכשפיה הרבים
- Dès que Joram vit Jéhu, il dit: Est-ce la paix, Jéhu? Jéhu répondit: Quoi, la paix! tant que durent les prostitutions de Jézabel, ta mère, et la multitude de ses sortilèges! (Ⅱ) - And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many? (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐγένετο ὡς εἰ̃δεν Ιωραμ τὸν Ιου καὶ εἰ̃πεν εἰ εἰρήνη Ιου καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου τί εἰρήνη ἔτι αἱ πορνει̃αι Ιεζαβελ τη̃ς μητρός σου καὶ τὰ φάρμακα αὐτη̃ς τὰ πολλά (Ⅳ) - Cumque vidisset Joram Jehu, dixit : Pax est, Jehu ? At ille respondit : Quæ pax ? adhuc fornicationes Jezabel matris tuæ, et veneficia ejus multa, vigent. (Ⅴ)

23 ׃9 ויהפך יהורם ידיו וינס ויאמר אל אחזיהו מרמה אחזיה
- Joram tourna bride et s'enfuit, et il dit à Achazia: Trahison, Achazia! (Ⅱ) - And Joram turned his hands, and fled, and said to Ahaziah, There is treachery, O Ahaziah. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν Ιωραμ τὰς χει̃ρας αὐτου̃ του̃ φυγει̃ν καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρὸς Οχοζιαν δόλος Οχοζια (Ⅳ) - Convertit autem Joram manum suam, et fugiens ait ad Ochoziam : Insidiæ, Ochozia. (Ⅴ)

24 ׃9 ויהוא מלא ידו בקשת ויך את יהורם בין זרעיו ויצא החצי מלבו ויכרע ברכבו
- Mais Jéhu saisit son arc, et il frappa Joram entre les épaules: la flèche sortit par le coeur, et Joram s'affaissa dans son char. (Ⅱ) - And Jehu drew a bow with his full strength, and smote Jehoram between his arms, and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔπλησεν Ιου τὴν χει̃ρα αὐτου̃ ἐν τω̨̃ τόξω̨ καὶ ἐπάταξεν τὸν Ιωραμ ἀνὰ μέσον τω̃ν βραχιόνων αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐξη̃λθεν τὸ βέλος διὰ τη̃ς καρδίας αὐτου̃ καὶ ἔκαμψεν ἐπὶ τὰ γόνατα αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - Porro Jehu tetendit arcum manu, et percussit Joram inter scapulas : et egressa est sagitta per cor ejus, statimque corruit in curru suo. (Ⅴ)

25 ׃9 ויאמר אל בדקר *שלשה **שלשו שא השלכהו בחלקת שדה נבות היזרעאלי כי זכר אני ואתה את רכבים צמדים אחרי אחאב אביו ויהוה נשא עליו את המשא הזה
- Jéhu dit à son officier Bidkar: Prends-le, et jette-le dans le champ de Naboth de Jizreel; car souviens-t'en, lorsque moi et toi, nous étions ensemble à cheval derrière Achab, son père, l'Éternel prononça contre lui cette sentence: (Ⅱ) - Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I and thou rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid this burden upon him; (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν Ιου πρὸς Βαδεκαρ τὸν τριστάτην αὐτου̃ ῥι̃ψον αὐτὸν ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι ἀγρου̃ Ναβουθαι του̃ Ιεζραηλίτου ὅτι μνημονεύω ἐγὼ καὶ σὺ ἐπιβεβηκότες ἐπὶ ζεύγη ὀπίσω Αχααβ του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ κύριος ἔλαβεν ἐπ' αὐτὸν τὸ λη̃μμα του̃το λέγων (Ⅳ) - Dixitque Jehu ad Badacer ducem : Tolle, projice eum in agro Naboth Jezrahelitæ : memini enim quando ego et tu sedentes in curru sequebamur Achab patrem hujus, quod Dominus onus hoc levaverit super eum, dicens : (Ⅴ)

26 ׃9 אם לא את דמי נבות ואת דמי בניו ראיתי אמש נאם יהוה ושלמתי לך בחלקה הזאת נאם יהוה ועתה שא השלכהו בחלקה כדבר יהוה
- J'ai vu hier le sang de Naboth et le sang de ses fils, dit l'Éternel, et je te rendrai la pareille dans ce champ même, dit l'Éternel! Prends-le donc, et jette-le dans le champ, selon la parole de l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - Surely I have seen yesterday the blood of Naboth, and the blood of his sons, saith the LORD; and I will requite thee in this plat, saith the LORD. Now therefore take and cast him into the plat of ground, according to the word of the LORD. (Ⅲ) - εἰ μὴ μετὰ τω̃ν αἱμάτων Ναβουθαι καὶ τὰ αἵματα τω̃ν υἱω̃ν αὐτου̃ εἰ̃δον ἐχθές φησὶν κύριος καὶ ἀνταποδώσω αὐτω̨̃ ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι ταύτη̨ φησὶν κύριος καὶ νυ̃ν ἄρας δὴ ῥι̃ψον αὐτὸν ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι κατὰ τὸ ῥη̃μα κυρίου (Ⅳ) - Si non pro sanguine Naboth, et pro sanguine filiorum ejus, quem vidi heri, ait Dominus, reddam tibi in agro isto, dicit Dominus. Nunc ergo tolle, et projice eum in agrum juxta verbum Domini.\ (Ⅴ)

27 ׃9 ואחזיה מלך יהודה ראה וינס דרך בית הגן וירדף אחריו יהוא ויאמר גם אתו הכהו אל המרכבה במעלה גור אשר את יבלעם וינס מגדו וימת שם
- Achazia, roi de Juda, ayant vu cela, s'enfuit par le chemin de la maison du jardin. Jéhu le poursuivit, et dit: Lui aussi, frappez-le sur le char! Et on le frappa à la montée de Gur, près de Jibleam. Il se réfugia à Meguiddo, et il y mourut. (Ⅱ) - But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Smite him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there. (Ⅲ) - καὶ Οχοζιας βασιλεὺς Ιουδα εἰ̃δεν καὶ ἔφυγεν ὁδὸν Βαιθαγγαν καὶ ἐδίωξεν ὀπίσω αὐτου̃ Ιου καὶ εἰ̃πεν καί γε αὐτόν καὶ ἐπάταξεν αὐτὸν ἐν τω̨̃ ἅρματι ἐν τω̨̃ ἀναβαίνειν Γαι ἥ ἐστιν Ιεβλααμ καὶ ἔφυγεν εἰς Μαγεδδων καὶ ἀπέθανεν ἐκει̃ (Ⅳ) - Ochozias autem rex Juda videns hoc, fugit per viam domus horti : persecutusque est eum Jehu, et ait : Etiam hunc percutite in curru suo. Et percusserunt eum in ascensu Gaver, qui est juxta Jeblaam : qui fugit in Mageddo, et mortuus est ibi. (Ⅴ)

28 ׃9 וירכבו אתו עבדיו ירושלמה ויקברו אתו בקברתו עם אבתיו בעיר דוד פ
- Ses serviteurs le transportèrent sur un char à Jérusalem, et ils l'enterrèrent dans son sépulcre avec ses pères, dans la ville de David. (Ⅱ) - And his servants carried him in a chariot to Jerusalem, and buried him in his sepulchre with his fathers in the city of David. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπεβίβασαν αὐτὸν οἱ παι̃δες αὐτου̃ ἐπὶ τὸ ἅρμα καὶ ἤγαγον αὐτὸν εἰς Ιερουσαλημ καὶ ἔθαψαν αὐτὸν ἐν τω̨̃ τάφω̨ αὐτου̃ ἐν πόλει Δαυιδ (Ⅳ) - Et imposuerunt eum servi ejus super currum suum, et tulerunt in Jerusalem : sepelieruntque eum in sepulchro cum patribus suis in civitate David.\ (Ⅴ)

29 ׃9 ובשנת אחת עשרה שנה ליורם בן אחאב מלך אחזיה על יהודה
- Achazia était devenu roi de Juda la onzième année de Joram, fils d'Achab. (Ⅱ) - And in the eleventh year of Joram the son of Ahab began Ahaziah to reign over Judah. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐν ἔτει ἑνδεκάτω̨ Ιωραμ βασιλέως Ισραηλ ἐβασίλευσεν Οχοζιας ἐπὶ Ιουδαν (Ⅳ) - Anno undecimo Joram filii Achab, regnavit Ochozias super Judam, (Ⅴ)

30 ׃9 ויבוא יהוא יזרעאלה ואיזבל שמעה ותשם בפוך עיניה ותיטב את ראשה ותשקף בעד החלון
- Jéhu entra dans Jizreel. Jézabel, l'ayant appris, mit du fard à ses yeux, se para la tête, et regarda par la fenêtre. (Ⅱ) - And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἠ̃λθεν Ιου εἰς Ιεζραελ καὶ Ιεζαβελ ἤκουσεν καὶ ἐστιμίσατο τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἠγάθυνεν τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτη̃ς καὶ διέκυψεν διὰ τη̃ς θυρίδος (Ⅳ) - venitque Jehu in Jezrahel. Porro Jezabel, introitu ejus audito, depinxit oculos suos stibio, et ornavit caput suum, et respexit per fenestram (Ⅴ)

31 ׃9 ויהוא בא בשער ותאמר השלום זמרי הרג אדניו
- Comme Jéhu franchissait la porte, elle dit: Est-ce la paix, nouveau Zimri, assassin de son maître? (Ⅱ) - And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, Had Zimri peace, who slew his master? (Ⅲ) - καὶ Ιου εἰσεπορεύετο ἐν τη̨̃ πόλει καὶ εἰ̃πεν εἰ εἰρήνη Ζαμβρι ὁ φονευτὴς του̃ κυρίου αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - ingredientem Jehu per portam, et ait : Numquid pax potest esse Zambri, qui interfecit dominum suum ? (Ⅴ)

32 ׃9 וישא פניו אל החלון ויאמר מי אתי מי וישקיפו אליו שנים שלשה סריסים
- Il leva le visage vers la fenêtre, et dit: Qui est pour moi? qui? Et deux ou trois eunuques le regardèrent en s'approchant de la fenêtre. (Ⅱ) - And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπη̃ρεν τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτου̃ εἰς τὴν θυρίδα καὶ εἰ̃δεν αὐτὴν καὶ εἰ̃πεν τίς εἰ̃ σύ κατάβηθι μετ' ἐμου̃ καὶ κατέκυψαν πρὸς αὐτὸν δύο εὐνου̃χοι (Ⅳ) - Levavitque Jehu faciem suam ad fenestram, et ait : Quæ est ista ? et inclinaverunt se ad eum duo vel tres eunuchi. (Ⅴ)

33 ׃9 ויאמר *שמטהו **שמטוה וישמטוה ויז מדמה אל הקיר ואל הסוסים וירמסנה
- Il dit: Jetez-la en bas! Ils la jetèrent, et il rejaillit de son sang sur la muraille et sur les chevaux. Jéhu la foula aux pieds; (Ⅱ) - And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν κυλίσατε αὐτήν καὶ ἐκύλισαν αὐτήν καὶ ἐρραντίσθη του̃ αἵματος αὐτη̃ς πρὸς τὸν τοι̃χον καὶ πρὸς τοὺς ἵππους καὶ συνεπάτησαν αὐτήν (Ⅳ) - At ille dixit eis : Præcipitate eam deorsum : et præcipitaverunt eam, aspersusque est sanguine paries, et equorum ungulæ conculcaverunt eam. (Ⅴ)

34 ׃9 ויבא ויאכל וישת ויאמר פקדו נא את הארורה הזאת וקברוה כי בת מלך היא
- puis il entra, mangea et but, et il dit: Allez voir cette maudite, et enterrez-la, car elle est fille de roi. (Ⅱ) - And when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king's daughter. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰση̃λθεν Ιου καὶ ἔφαγεν καὶ ἔπιεν καὶ εἰ̃πεν ἐπισκέψασθε δὴ τὴν κατηραμένην ταύτην καὶ θάψατε αὐτήν ὅτι θυγάτηρ βασιλέως ἐστίν (Ⅳ) - Cumque introgressus esset ut comederet biberetque, ait : Ite, et videte maledictam illam, et sepelite eam : quia filia regis est. (Ⅴ)

35 ׃9 וילכו לקברה ולא מצאו בה כי אם הגלגלת והרגלים וכפות הידים
- Ils allèrent pour l'enterrer; mais ils ne trouvèrent d'elle que le crâne, les pieds et les paumes des mains. (Ⅱ) - And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν θάψαι αὐτὴν καὶ οὐχ εὑ̃ρον ἐν αὐτη̨̃ ἄλλο τι ἢ τὸ κρανίον καὶ οἱ πόδες καὶ τὰ ἴχνη τω̃ν χειρω̃ν (Ⅳ) - Cumque issent ut sepelirent eam, non invenerunt nisi calvariam, et pedes, et summas manus. (Ⅴ)

36 ׃9 וישבו ויגידו לו ויאמר דבר יהוה הוא אשר דבר ביד עבדו אליהו התשבי לאמר בחלק יזרעאל יאכלו הכלבים את בשר איזבל
- Ils retournèrent l'annoncer à Jéhu, qui dit: C'est ce qu'avait déclaré l'Éternel par son serviteur Élie, le Thischbite, en disant: Les chiens mangeront la chair de Jézabel dans le camp de Jizreel; (Ⅱ) - Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐπέστρεψαν καὶ ἀνήγγειλαν αὐτω̨̃ καὶ εἰ̃πεν λόγος κυρίου ὃν ἐλάλησεν ἐν χειρὶ δούλου αὐτου̃ Ηλιου του̃ Θεσβίτου λέγων ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι Ιεζραελ καταφάγονται οἱ κύνες τὰς σάρκας Ιεζαβελ (Ⅳ) - Reversique nuntiaverunt ei. Et ait Jehu : Sermo Domini est, quem locutus est per servum suum Eliam Thesbiten, dicens : In agro Jezrahel comedent canes carnes Jezabel, (Ⅴ)

37 ׃9 *והית **והיתה נבלת איזבל כדמן על פני השדה בחלק יזרעאל אשר לא יאמרו זאת איזבל פ
- et le cadavre de Jézabel sera comme du fumier sur la face des champs, dans le champ de Jizreel, de sorte qu'on ne pourra dire: C'est Jézabel. (Ⅱ) - And the carcass of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔσται τὸ θνησιμαι̃ον Ιεζαβελ ὡς κοπρία ἐπὶ προσώπου του̃ ἀγρου̃ ἐν τη̨̃ μερίδι Ιεζραελ ὥστε μὴ εἰπει̃ν αὐτούς Ιεζαβελ (Ⅳ) - et erunt carnes Jezabel sicut stercus super faciem terræ in agro Jezrahel, ita ut prætereuntes dicant : Hæccine est illa Jezabel ? (Ⅴ)
