24. 1  
Καὶ ἐξελθὼν ὁ Ἰησοῦς ⸂ἀπὸ τοῦ ἱεροῦ ἐπορεύετο⸃, καὶ προσῆλθον οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ ἐπιδεῖξαι αὐτῷ τὰς οἰκοδομὰς τοῦ ἱεροῦ·
- Comme Jésus s'en allait, au sortir du temple, ses disciples s'approchèrent pour lui en faire remarquer les constructions. (Ⅱ)
- And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. (Ⅲ)
- Et egressus Jesus de templo, ibat. Et accesserunt discipuli ejus, ut ostenderent ei ædificationes templi. (Ⅳ)
24. 2  
ὁ δὲ ⸀ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Οὐ βλέπετε ⸂ταῦτα πάντα⸃; ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, οὐ μὴ ἀφεθῇ ὧδε λίθος ἐπὶ λίθον ὃς οὐ καταλυθήσεται.
- Mais il leur dit: Voyez-vous tout cela? Je vous le dis en vérité, il ne restera pas ici pierre sur pierre qui ne soit renversée. (Ⅱ)
- And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. (Ⅲ)
- Ipse autem respondens dixit illis : Videtis hæc omnia ? amen dico vobis, non relinquetur hic lapis super lapidem, qui non destruatur.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 3  
Καθημένου δὲ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τοῦ Ὄρους τῶν Ἐλαιῶν προσῆλθον αὐτῷ οἱ μαθηταὶ κατ’ ἰδίαν λέγοντες· Εἰπὸν ἡμῖν πότε ταῦτα ἔσται, καὶ τί τὸ σημεῖον τῆς σῆς παρουσίας ⸀καὶ συντελείας τοῦ αἰῶνος.
- Il s'assit sur la montagne des oliviers. Et les disciples vinrent en particulier lui faire cette question: Dis-nous, quand cela arrivera-t-il, et quel sera le signe de ton avènement et de la fin du monde? (Ⅱ)
- And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? (Ⅲ)
- Sedente autem eo super montem Oliveti, accesserunt ad eum discipuli secreto, dicentes : Dic nobis, quando hæc erunt ? et quod signum adventus tui, et consummationis sæculi ? (Ⅳ)
24. 4  
καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Βλέπετε μή τις ὑμᾶς πλανήσῃ·
- Jésus leur répondit: Prenez garde que personne ne vous séduise. (Ⅱ)
- And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. (Ⅲ)
- Et respondens Jesus, dixit eis : Videte ne quis vos seducat : (Ⅳ)
24. 5  
πολλοὶ γὰρ ἐλεύσονται ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί μου λέγοντες· Ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ χριστός, καὶ πολλοὺς πλανήσουσιν.
- Car plusieurs viendront sous mon nom, disant: C'est moi qui suis le Christ. Et ils séduiront beaucoup de gens. (Ⅱ)
- For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. (Ⅲ)
- multi enim venient in nomine meo, dicentes : Ego sum Christus : et multos seducent. (Ⅳ)
24. 6  
μελλήσετε δὲ ἀκούειν πολέμους καὶ ἀκοὰς πολέμων· ὁρᾶτε, μὴ θροεῖσθε· δεῖ ⸀γὰρ γενέσθαι, ἀλλ’ οὔπω ἐστὶν τὸ τέλος.
- Vous entendrez parler de guerres et de bruits de guerres: gardez-vous d'être troublés, car il faut que ces choses arrivent. Mais ce ne sera pas encore la fin. (Ⅱ)
- And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. (Ⅲ)
- Audituri enim estis prælia, et opiniones præliorum. Videte ne turbemini : oportet enim hæc fieri, sed nondum est finis : (Ⅳ)
24. 7  
ἐγερθήσεται γὰρ ἔθνος ἐπὶ ἔθνος καὶ βασιλεία ἐπὶ βασιλείαν, καὶ ἔσονται ⸀λιμοὶ καὶ σεισμοὶ κατὰ τόπους·
- Une nation s'élèvera contre une nation, et un royaume contre un royaume, et il y aura, en divers lieux, des famines et des tremblements de terre. (Ⅱ)
- For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. (Ⅲ)
- consurget enim gens in gentem, et regnum in regnum, et erunt pestilentiæ, et fames, et terræmotus per loca : (Ⅳ)
24. 8  
πάντα δὲ ταῦτα ἀρχὴ ὠδίνων.
- Tout cela ne sera que le commencement des douleurs. (Ⅱ)
- All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Ⅲ)
- hæc autem omnia initia sunt dolorum.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 9  
Τότε παραδώσουσιν ὑμᾶς εἰς θλῖψιν καὶ ἀποκτενοῦσιν ὑμᾶς, καὶ ἔσεσθε μισούμενοι ὑπὸ πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν διὰ τὸ ὄνομά μου.
- Alors on vous livrera aux tourments, et l'on vous fera mourir; et vous serez haïs de toutes les nations, à cause de mon nom. (Ⅱ)
- Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. (Ⅲ)
- Tunc tradent vos in tribulationem, et occident vos : et eritis odio omnibus gentibus propter nomen meum. (Ⅳ)
24. 10  
καὶ τότε σκανδαλισθήσονται πολλοὶ καὶ ἀλλήλους παραδώσουσιν καὶ μισήσουσιν ἀλλήλους·
- Alors aussi plusieurs succomberont, et ils se trahiront, se haïront les uns les autres. (Ⅱ)
- And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. (Ⅲ)
- Et tunc scandalizabuntur multi, et invicem tradent, et odio habebunt invicem. (Ⅳ)
24. 11  
καὶ πολλοὶ ψευδοπροφῆται ἐγερθήσονται καὶ πλανήσουσιν πολλούς·
- Plusieurs faux prophètes s'élèveront, et ils séduiront beaucoup de gens. (Ⅱ)
- And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (Ⅲ)
- Et multi pseudoprophetæ surgent, et seducent multos. (Ⅳ)
24. 12  
καὶ διὰ τὸ πληθυνθῆναι τὴν ἀνομίαν ψυγήσεται ἡ ἀγάπη τῶν πολλῶν.
- Et, parce que l'iniquité se sera accrue, la charité du plus grand nombre se refroidira. (Ⅱ)
- And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. (Ⅲ)
- Et quoniam abundavit iniquitas, refrigescet caritas multorum : (Ⅳ)
24. 13  
ὁ δὲ ὑπομείνας εἰς τέλος οὗτος σωθήσεται.
- Mais celui qui persévérera jusqu'à la fin sera sauvé. (Ⅱ)
- But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (Ⅲ)
- qui autem perseveraverit usque in finem, hic salvus erit. (Ⅳ)
24. 14  
καὶ κηρυχθήσεται τοῦτο τὸ εὐαγγέλιον τῆς βασιλείας ἐν ὅλῃ τῇ οἰκουμένῃ εἰς μαρτύριον πᾶσιν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν, καὶ τότε ἥξει τὸ τέλος.
- Cette bonne nouvelle du royaume sera prêchée dans le monde entier, pour servir de témoignage à toutes les nations. Alors viendra la fin. (Ⅱ)
- And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. (Ⅲ)
- Et prædicabitur hoc Evangelium regni in universo orbe, in testimonium omnibus gentibus : et tunc veniet consummatio.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 15  
Ὅταν οὖν ἴδητε τὸ βδέλυγμα τῆς ἐρημώσεως τὸ ῥηθὲν διὰ Δανιὴλ τοῦ προφήτου ⸀ἑστὸς ἐν τόπῳ ἁγίῳ, ὁ ἀναγινώσκων νοείτω,
- C'est pourquoi, lorsque vous verrez l'abomination de la désolation, dont a parlé le prophète Daniel, établie en lieu saint, -que celui qui lit fasse attention! - (Ⅱ)
- When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) (Ⅲ)
- Cum ergo videritis abominationem desolationis, quæ dicta est a Daniele propheta, stantem in loco sancto, qui legit, intelligat : (Ⅳ)
24. 16  
τότε οἱ ἐν τῇ Ἰουδαίᾳ φευγέτωσαν ⸀ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη,
- alors, que ceux qui seront en Judée fuient dans les montagnes; (Ⅱ)
- Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: (Ⅲ)
- tunc qui in Judæa sunt, fugiant ad montes : (Ⅳ)
24. 17  
ὁ ἐπὶ τοῦ δώματος μὴ ⸀καταβάτω ἆραι τὰ ἐκ τῆς οἰκίας αὐτοῦ,
- que celui qui sera sur le toit ne descende pas pour prendre ce qui est dans sa maison; (Ⅱ)
- Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: (Ⅲ)
- et qui in tecto, non descendat tollere aliquid de domo sua : (Ⅳ)
24. 18  
καὶ ὁ ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ μὴ ἐπιστρεψάτω ὀπίσω ἆραι ⸂τὸ ἱμάτιον⸃ αὐτοῦ.
- et que celui qui sera dans les champs ne retourne pas en arrière pour prendre son manteau. (Ⅱ)
- Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. (Ⅲ)
- et qui in agro, non revertatur tollere tunicam suam. (Ⅳ)
24. 19  
οὐαὶ δὲ ταῖς ἐν γαστρὶ ἐχούσαις καὶ ταῖς θηλαζούσαις ἐν ἐκείναις ταῖς ἡμέραις.
- Malheur aux femmes qui seront enceintes et à celles qui allaiteront en ces jours-là! (Ⅱ)
- And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! (Ⅲ)
- Væ autem prægnantibus et nutrientibus in illis diebus !\ (Ⅳ)
24. 20  
προσεύχεσθε δὲ ἵνα μὴ γένηται ἡ φυγὴ ὑμῶν χειμῶνος μηδὲ σαββάτῳ·
- Priez pour que votre fuite n'arrive pas en hiver, ni un jour de sabbat. (Ⅱ)
- But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: (Ⅲ)
- Orate autem ut non fiat fuga vestra in hieme, vel sabbato : (Ⅳ)
24. 21  
ἔσται γὰρ τότε θλῖψις μεγάλη οἵα οὐ γέγονεν ἀπ’ ἀρχῆς κόσμου ἕως τοῦ νῦν οὐδ’ οὐ μὴ γένηται.
- Car alors, la détresse sera si grande qu'il n'y en a point eu de pareille depuis le commencement du monde jusqu'à présent, et qu'il n'y en aura jamais. (Ⅱ)
- For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Ⅲ)
- erit enim tunc tribulatio magna, qualis non fuit ab initio mundi usque modo, neque fiet. (Ⅳ)
24. 22  
καὶ εἰ μὴ ἐκολοβώθησαν αἱ ἡμέραι ἐκεῖναι, οὐκ ἂν ἐσώθη πᾶσα σάρξ· διὰ δὲ τοὺς ἐκλεκτοὺς κολοβωθήσονται αἱ ἡμέραι ἐκεῖναι.
- Et, si ces jours n'étaient abrégés, personne ne serait sauvé; mais, à cause des élus, ces jours seront abrégés. (Ⅱ)
- And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. (Ⅲ)
- Et nisi breviati fuissent dies illi, non fieret salva omnis caro : sed propter electos breviabuntur dies illi. (Ⅳ)
24. 23  
τότε ἐάν τις ὑμῖν εἴπῃ· Ἰδοὺ ὧδε ὁ χριστός, ἤ· Ὧδε, μὴ πιστεύσητε·
- Si quelqu'un vous dit alors: Le Christ est ici, ou: Il est là, ne le croyez pas. (Ⅱ)
- Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. (Ⅲ)
- Tunc si quis vobis dixerit : Ecce hic est Christus, aut illic : nolite credere. (Ⅳ)
24. 24  
ἐγερθήσονται γὰρ ψευδόχριστοι καὶ ψευδοπροφῆται, καὶ δώσουσιν σημεῖα μεγάλα καὶ τέρατα ὥστε ⸀πλανῆσαι εἰ δυνατὸν καὶ τοὺς ἐκλεκτούς·
- Car il s'élèvera de faux Christs et de faux prophètes; ils feront de grands prodiges et des miracles, au point de séduire, s'il était possible, même les élus. (Ⅱ)
- For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (Ⅲ)
- Surgent enim pseudochristi, et pseudoprophetæ : et dabunt signa magna, et prodigia, ita ut in errorem inducantur (si fieri potest) etiam electi. (Ⅳ)
24. 25  
ἰδοὺ προείρηκα ὑμῖν.
- Voici, je vous l'ai annoncé d'avance. (Ⅱ)
- Behold, I have told you before. (Ⅲ)
- Ecce prædixi vobis. (Ⅳ)
24. 26  
ἐὰν οὖν εἴπωσιν ὑμῖν· Ἰδοὺ ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ ἐστίν, μὴ ἐξέλθητε· Ἰδοὺ ἐν τοῖς ταμείοις, μὴ πιστεύσητε·
- Si donc on vous dit: Voici, il est dans le désert, n'y allez pas; voici, il est dans les chambres, ne le croyez pas. (Ⅱ)
- Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. (Ⅲ)
- Si ergo dixerint vobis : Ecce in deserto est, nolite exire ; Ecce in penetralibus, nolite credere. (Ⅳ)
24. 27  
ὥσπερ γὰρ ἡ ἀστραπὴ ἐξέρχεται ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν καὶ φαίνεται ἕως δυσμῶν, οὕτως ⸀ἔσται ἡ παρουσία τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου·
- Car, comme l'éclair part de l'orient et se montre jusqu'en occident, ainsi sera l'avènement du Fils de l'homme. (Ⅱ)
- For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Ⅲ)
- Sicut enim fulgur exit ab oriente, et paret usque in occidentem : ita erit et adventus Filii hominis. (Ⅳ)
24. 28  
⸀ὅπου ἐὰν ᾖ τὸ πτῶμα, ἐκεῖ συναχθήσονται οἱ ἀετοί.
- En quelque lieu que soit le cadavre, là s'assembleront les aigles. (Ⅱ)
- For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. (Ⅲ)
- Ubicumque fuerit corpus, illic congregabuntur et aquilæ.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 29  
Εὐθέως δὲ μετὰ τὴν θλῖψιν τῶν ἡμερῶν ἐκείνων ὁ ἥλιος σκοτισθήσεται, καὶ ἡ σελήνη οὐ δώσει τὸ φέγγος αὐτῆς, καὶ οἱ ἀστέρες πεσοῦνται ἀπὸ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ, καὶ αἱ δυνάμεις τῶν οὐρανῶν σαλευθήσονται.
- Aussitôt après ces jours de détresse, le soleil s'obscurcira, la lune ne donnera plus sa lumière, les étoiles tomberont du ciel, et les puissances des cieux seront ébranlées. (Ⅱ)
- Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: (Ⅲ)
- Statim autem post tribulationem dierum illorum sol obscurabitur, et luna non dabit lumen suum, et stellæ cadent de cælo, et virtutes cælorum commovebuntur : (Ⅳ)
24. 30  
καὶ τότε φανήσεται τὸ σημεῖον τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἐν ⸀τῷ οὐρανῷ, καὶ τότε κόψονται πᾶσαι αἱ φυλαὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ὄψονται τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἐρχόμενον ἐπὶ τῶν νεφελῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ μετὰ δυνάμεως καὶ δόξης πολλῆς·
- Alors le signe du Fils de l'homme paraîtra dans le ciel, toutes les tribus de la terre se lamenteront, et elles verront le Fils de l'homme venant sur les nuées du ciel avec puissance et une grande gloire. (Ⅱ)
- And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. (Ⅲ)
- et tunc parebit signum Filii hominis in cælo : et tunc plangent omnes tribus terræ : et videbunt Filium hominis venientem in nubibus cæli cum virtute multa et majestate. (Ⅳ)
24. 31  
καὶ ἀποστελεῖ τοὺς ἀγγέλους αὐτοῦ μετὰ ⸀σάλπιγγος μεγάλης, καὶ ἐπισυνάξουσιν τοὺς ἐκλεκτοὺς αὐτοῦ ἐκ τῶν τεσσάρων ἀνέμων ἀπ’ ἄκρων οὐρανῶν ἕως ⸀τῶν ἄκρων αὐτῶν.
- Il enverra ses anges avec la trompette retentissante, et ils rassembleront ses élus des quatre vents, depuis une extrémité des cieux jusqu'à l'autre. (Ⅱ)
- And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Ⅲ)
- Et mittet angelos suos cum tuba, et voce magna : et congregabunt electos ejus a quatuor ventis, a summis cælorum usque ad terminos eorum.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 32  
Ἀπὸ δὲ τῆς συκῆς μάθετε τὴν παραβολήν· ὅταν ἤδη ὁ κλάδος αὐτῆς γένηται ἁπαλὸς καὶ τὰ φύλλα ἐκφύῃ, γινώσκετε ὅτι ἐγγὺς τὸ θέρος·
- Instruisez-vous par une comparaison tirée du figuier. Dès que ses branches deviennent tendres, et que les feuilles poussent, vous connaissez que l'été est proche. (Ⅱ)
- Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: (Ⅲ)
- Ab arbore autem fici discite parabolam : cum jam ramus ejus tener fuerit, et folia nata, scitis quia prope est æstas : (Ⅳ)
24. 33  
οὕτως καὶ ὑμεῖς, ὅταν ἴδητε ⸂πάντα ταῦτα⸃, γινώσκετε ὅτι ἐγγύς ἐστιν ἐπὶ θύραις.
- De même, quand vous verrez toutes ces choses, sachez que le Fils de l'homme est proche, à la porte. (Ⅱ)
- So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. (Ⅲ)
- ita et vos cum videritis hæc omnia, scitote quia prope est, in januis. (Ⅳ)
24. 34  
ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ⸀ὅτι οὐ μὴ παρέλθῃ ἡ γενεὰ αὕτη ἕως ἂν πάντα ταῦτα γένηται.
- Je vous le dis en vérité, cette génération ne passera point, que tout cela n'arrive. (Ⅱ)
- Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. (Ⅲ)
- Amen dico vobis, quia non præteribit generatio hæc, donec omnia hæc fiant. (Ⅳ)
24. 35  
ὁ οὐρανὸς καὶ ἡ γῆ ⸀παρελεύσεται, οἱ δὲ λόγοι μου οὐ μὴ παρέλθωσιν.
- Le ciel et la terre passeront, mais mes paroles ne passeront point. (Ⅱ)
- Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. (Ⅲ)
- Cælum et terra transibunt, verba autem mea non præteribunt.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 36  
Περὶ δὲ τῆς ἡμέρας ἐκείνης καὶ ὥρας οὐδεὶς οἶδεν, οὐδὲ οἱ ἄγγελοι τῶν οὐρανῶν ⸂οὐδὲ ὁ υἱός⸃, εἰ μὴ ὁ ⸀πατὴρ μόνος.
- Pour ce qui est du jour et de l'heure, personne ne le sait, ni les anges des cieux, ni le Fils, mais le Père seul. (Ⅱ)
- But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Ⅲ)
- De die autem illa et hora nemo scit, neque angeli cælorum, nisi solus Pater. (Ⅳ)
24. 37  
ὥσπερ ⸀γὰρ αἱ ἡμέραι τοῦ Νῶε, οὕτως ⸀ἔσται ἡ παρουσία τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου·
- Ce qui arriva du temps de Noé arrivera de même à l'avènement du Fils de l'homme. (Ⅱ)
- But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Ⅲ)
- Sicut autem in diebus Noë, ita erit et adventus Filii hominis : (Ⅳ)
24. 38  
⸀ὡς γὰρ ἦσαν ἐν ταῖς ⸀ἡμέραις ταῖς πρὸ τοῦ κατακλυσμοῦ τρώγοντες καὶ πίνοντες, γαμοῦντες καὶ ⸀γαμίζοντες, ἄχρι ἧς ἡμέρας εἰσῆλθεν Νῶε εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν,
- Car, dans les jours qui précédèrent le déluge, les hommes mangeaient et buvaient, se mariaient et mariaient leurs enfants, jusqu'au jour où Noé entra dans l'arche; (Ⅱ)
- For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, (Ⅲ)
- sicut enim erant in diebus ante diluvium comedentes et bibentes, nubentes et nuptum tradentes, usque ad eum diem, quo intravit Noë in arcam, (Ⅳ)
24. 39  
καὶ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν ἕως ἦλθεν ὁ κατακλυσμὸς καὶ ἦρεν ἅπαντας, οὕτως ἔσται ⸀καὶ ἡ παρουσία τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου.
- et ils ne se doutèrent de rien, jusqu'à ce que le déluge vînt et les emportât tous: il en sera de même à l'avènement du Fils de l'homme. (Ⅱ)
- And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Ⅲ)
- et non cognoverunt donec venit diluvium, et tulit omnes : ita erit et adventus Filii hominis. (Ⅳ)
24. 40  
τότε ⸂δύο ἔσονται⸃ ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ, ⸀εἷς παραλαμβάνεται καὶ ⸁εἷς ἀφίεται·
- Alors, de deux hommes qui seront dans un champ, l'un sera pris et l'autre laissé; (Ⅱ)
- Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. (Ⅲ)
- Tunc duo erunt in agro : unus assumetur, et unus relinquetur. (Ⅳ)
24. 41  
δύο ἀλήθουσαι ἐν τῷ ⸀μύλῳ, μία παραλαμβάνεται καὶ μία ἀφίεται.
- de deux femmes qui moudront à la meule, l'une sera prise et l'autre laissée. (Ⅱ)
- Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. (Ⅲ)
- Duæ molentes in mola : una assumetur, et una relinquetur.\ (Ⅳ)
24. 42  
γρηγορεῖτε οὖν, ὅτι οὐκ οἴδατε ποίᾳ ⸀ἡμέρᾳ ὁ κύριος ὑμῶν ἔρχεται.
- Veillez donc, puisque vous ne savez pas quel jour votre Seigneur viendra. (Ⅱ)
- Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. (Ⅲ)
- Vigilate ergo, quia nescitis qua hora Dominus vester venturus sit. (Ⅳ)
24. 43  
ἐκεῖνο δὲ γινώσκετε ὅτι εἰ ᾔδει ὁ οἰκοδεσπότης ποίᾳ φυλακῇ ὁ κλέπτης ἔρχεται, ἐγρηγόρησεν ἂν καὶ οὐκ ἂν εἴασεν διορυχθῆναι τὴν οἰκίαν αὐτοῦ.
- Sachez-le bien, si le maître de la maison savait à quelle veille de la nuit le voleur doit venir, il veillerait et ne laisserait pas percer sa maison. (Ⅱ)
- But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. (Ⅲ)
- Illud autem scitote, quoniam si sciret paterfamilias qua hora fur venturus esset, vigilaret utique, et non sineret perfodi domum suam. (Ⅳ)
24. 44  
διὰ τοῦτο καὶ ὑμεῖς γίνεσθε ἕτοιμοι, ὅτι ᾗ ⸂οὐ δοκεῖτε ὥρᾳ⸃ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἔρχεται.
- C'est pourquoi, vous aussi, tenez-vous prêts, car le Fils de l'homme viendra à l'heure où vous n'y penserez pas. (Ⅱ)
- Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. (Ⅲ)
- Ideo et vos estote parati : quia qua nescitis hora Filius hominis venturus est. (Ⅳ)
24. 45  
Τίς ἄρα ἐστὶν ὁ πιστὸς δοῦλος καὶ φρόνιμος ὃν κατέστησεν ὁ ⸀κύριος ἐπὶ τῆς ⸀οἰκετείας αὐτοῦ τοῦ ⸀δοῦναι αὐτοῖς τὴν τροφὴν ἐν καιρῷ;
- Quel est donc le serviteur fidèle et prudent, que son maître a établi sur ses gens, pour leur donner la nourriture au temps convenable? (Ⅱ)
- Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? (Ⅲ)
- Quis, putas, est fidelis servus, et prudens, quem constituit dominus suus super familiam suam ut det illis cibum in tempore ? (Ⅳ)
24. 46  
μακάριος ὁ δοῦλος ἐκεῖνος ὃν ἐλθὼν ὁ κύριος αὐτοῦ εὑρήσει ⸂οὕτως ποιοῦντα⸃·
- Heureux ce serviteur, que son maître, à son arrivée, trouvera faisant ainsi! (Ⅱ)
- Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. (Ⅲ)
- Beatus ille servus, quem cum venerit dominus ejus, invenerit sic facientem. (Ⅳ)
24. 47  
ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι ἐπὶ πᾶσιν τοῖς ὑπάρχουσιν αὐτοῦ καταστήσει αὐτόν.
- Je vous le dis en vérité, il l'établira sur tous ses biens. (Ⅱ)
- Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. (Ⅲ)
- Amen dico vobis, quoniam super omnia bona sua constituet eum. (Ⅳ)
24. 48  
ἐὰν δὲ εἴπῃ ὁ κακὸς δοῦλος ἐκεῖνος ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ· Χρονίζει ⸂μου ὁ κύριος⸃,
- Mais, si c'est un méchant serviteur, qui dise en lui-même: Mon maître tarde à venir, (Ⅱ)
- But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; (Ⅲ)
- Si autem dixerit malus servus ille in corde suo : Moram fecit dominus meus venire : (Ⅳ)
24. 49  
καὶ ἄρξηται τύπτειν τοὺς συνδούλους ⸂αὐτοῦ, ἐσθίῃ δὲ καὶ πίνῃ⸃ μετὰ τῶν μεθυόντων,
- s'il se met à battre ses compagnons, s'il mange et boit avec les ivrognes, (Ⅱ)
- And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; (Ⅲ)
- et cœperit percutere conservos suos, manducet autem et bibat cum ebriosis : (Ⅳ)
24. 50  
ἥξει ὁ κύριος τοῦ δούλου ἐκείνου ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ᾗ οὐ προσδοκᾷ καὶ ἐν ὥρᾳ ᾗ οὐ γινώσκει,
- le maître de ce serviteur viendra le jour où il ne s'y attend pas et à l'heure qu'il ne connaît pas, (Ⅱ)
- The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, (Ⅲ)
- veniet dominus servi illius in die qua non sperat, et hora qua ignorat : (Ⅳ)
