Dixit autem Dominus ad Moysen : Ingredere ad Pharaonem, et loquere ad eum : Hæc dicit Dominus Deus Hebræorum : Dimitte populum meum ut sacrificet mihi.
- L'Éternel dit à Moïse: Va vers Pharaon, et tu lui diras: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu des Hébreux: Laisse aller mon peuple, afin qu'il me serve. (Ⅱ) - Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. (Ⅲ) - εἰ̃πεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν εἴσελθε πρὸς Φαραω καὶ ἐρει̃ς αὐτω̨̃ τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τω̃ν Εβραίων ἐξαπόστειλον τὸν λαόν μου ἵνα μοι λατρεύσωσιν (Ⅳ) - 1 ׃9 ויאמר יהוה אל משה בא אל פרעה ודברת אליו כה אמר יהוה אלהי העברים שלח את עמי ויעבדני (Ⅴ)

Quod si adhuc renuis, et retines eos,
- Si tu refuses de le laisser aller, et si tu le retiens encore, (Ⅱ) - For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still, (Ⅲ) - εἰ μὲν οὐ̃ν μὴ βούλει ἐξαποστει̃λαι τὸν λαόν μου ἀλλ' ἔτι ἐγκρατει̃ς αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃9 כי אם מאן אתה לשלח ועודך מחזיק בם (Ⅴ)

ecce manus mea erit super agros tuos, et super equos, et asinos, et camelos, et boves, et oves, pestis valde gravis.
- voici, la main de l'Éternel sera sur tes troupeaux qui sont dans les champs, sur les chevaux, sur les ânes, sur les chameaux, sur les boeufs et sur les brebis; il y aura une mortalité très grande. (Ⅱ) - Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain. (Ⅲ) - ἰδοὺ χεὶρ κυρίου ἐπέσται ἐν τοι̃ς κτήνεσίν σου τοι̃ς ἐν τοι̃ς πεδίοις ἔν τε τοι̃ς ἵπποις καὶ ἐν τοι̃ς ὑποζυγίοις καὶ ται̃ς καμήλοις καὶ βουσὶν καὶ προβάτοις θάνατος μέγας σφόδρα (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃9 הנה יד יהוה הויה במקנך אשר בשדה בסוסים בחמרים בגמלים בבקר ובצאן דבר כבד מאד (Ⅴ)

Et faciet Dominus mirabile inter possessiones Israël et possessiones Ægyptiorum, ut nihil omnino pereat ex eis quæ pertinent ad filios Israël.
- L'Éternel distinguera entre les troupeaux d'Israël et les troupeaux des Égyptiens, et il ne périra rien de tout ce qui est aux enfants d'Israël. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ παραδοξάσω ἐγὼ ἐν τω̨̃ καιρω̨̃ ἐκείνω̨ ἀνὰ μέσον τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν Αἰγυπτίων καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ οὐ τελευτήσει ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν του̃ Ισραηλ υἱω̃ν ῥητόν (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃9 והפלה יהוה בין מקנה ישראל ובין מקנה מצרים ולא ימות מכל לבני ישראל דבר (Ⅴ)

Constituitque Dominus tempus, dicens : Cras faciet Dominus verbum istud in terra.
- L'Éternel fixa le temps, et dit: Demain, l'Éternel fera cela dans le pays. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD appointed a set time, saying, To morrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔδωκεν ὁ θεὸς ὅρον λέγων ἐν τη̨̃ αὔριον ποιήσει κύριος τὸ ῥη̃μα του̃το ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃9 וישם יהוה מועד לאמר מחר יעשה יהוה הדבר הזה בארץ (Ⅴ)

Fecit ergo Dominus verbum hoc altera die : mortuaque sunt omnia animantia Ægyptiorum ; de animalibus vero filiorum Israël, nihil omnino periit.
- Et l'Éternel fit ainsi, dès le lendemain. Tous les troupeaux des Égyptiens périrent, et il ne périt pas une bête des troupeaux des enfants d'Israël. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐποίησεν κύριος τὸ ῥη̃μα του̃το τη̨̃ ἐπαύριον καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν πάντα τὰ κτήνη τω̃ν Αἰγυπτίων ἀπὸ δὲ τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ οὐκ ἐτελεύτησεν οὐδέν (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃9 ויעש יהוה את הדבר הזה ממחרת וימת כל מקנה מצרים וממקנה בני ישראל לא מת אחד (Ⅴ)

Et misit Pharao ad videndum : nec erat quidquam mortuum de his quæ possidebat Israël. Ingravatumque est cor Pharaonis, et non dimisit populum.\
- Pharaon s'informa de ce qui était arrivé; et voici, pas une bête des troupeaux d'Israël n'avait péri. Mais le coeur de Pharaon s'endurcit, et il ne laissa point aller le peuple. (Ⅱ) - And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go. (Ⅲ) - ἰδὼν δὲ Φαραω ὅτι οὐκ ἐτελεύτησεν ἀπὸ πάντων τω̃ν κτηνω̃ν τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ οὐδέν ἐβαρύνθη ἡ καρδία Φαραω καὶ οὐκ ἐξαπέστειλεν τὸν λαόν (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃9 וישלח פרעה והנה לא מת ממקנה ישראל עד אחד ויכבד לב פרעה ולא שלח את העם פ (Ⅴ)

Et dixit Dominus ad Moysen et Aaron : Tollite plenas manus cineris de camino, et spargat illum Moyses in cælum coram Pharaone.
- L'Éternel dit à Moïse et à Aaron: Remplissez vos mains de cendre de fournaise, et que Moïse la jette vers le ciel, sous les yeux de Pharaon. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh. (Ⅲ) - εἰ̃πεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν καὶ Ααρων λέγων λάβετε ὑμει̃ς πλήρεις τὰς χει̃ρας αἰθάλης καμιναίας καὶ πασάτω Μωυση̃ς εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἐναντίον τω̃ν θεραπόντων αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃9 ויאמר יהוה אל משה ואל אהרן קחו לכם מלא חפניכם פיח כבשן וזרקו משה השמימה לעיני פרעה (Ⅴ)

Sitque pulvis super omnem terram Ægypti : erunt enim in hominibus et jumentis ulcera, et vesicæ turgentes in universa terra Ægypti.
- Elle deviendra une poussière qui couvrira tout le pays d'Égypte; et elle produira, dans tout le pays d'Égypte, sur les hommes et sur les animaux, des ulcères formés par une éruption de pustules. (Ⅱ) - And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt. (Ⅲ) - καὶ γενηθήτω κονιορτὸς ἐπὶ πα̃σαν τὴν γη̃ν Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἔσται ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀνθρώπους καὶ ἐπὶ τὰ τετράποδα ἕλκη φλυκτίδες ἀναζέουσαι ἔν τε τοι̃ς ἀνθρώποις καὶ ἐν τοι̃ς τετράποσιν καὶ ἐν πάση̨ γη̨̃ Αἰγύπτου (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃9 והיה לאבק על כל ארץ מצרים והיה על האדם ועל הבהמה לשחין פרח אבעבעת בכל ארץ מצרים (Ⅴ)

Tuleruntque cinerem de camino, et steterunt coram Pharaone, et sparsit illum Moyses in cælum : factaque sunt ulcera vesicarum turgentium in hominibus et jumentis :
- Ils prirent de la cendre de fournaise, et se présentèrent devant Pharaon; Moïse la jeta vers le ciel, et elle produisit sur les hommes et sur les animaux des ulcères formés par une éruption de pustules. (Ⅱ) - And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν αἰθάλην τη̃ς καμιναίας ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἔπασεν αὐτὴν Μωυση̃ς εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν καὶ ἐγένετο ἕλκη φλυκτίδες ἀναζέουσαι ἐν τοι̃ς ἀνθρώποις καὶ ἐν τοι̃ς τετράποσιν (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃9 ויקחו את פיח הכבשן ויעמדו לפני פרעה ויזרק אתו משה השמימה ויהי שחין אבעבעת פרח באדם ובבהמה (Ⅴ)

nec poterant malefici stare coram Moyse propter ulcera quæ in illis erant, et in omni terra Ægypti.
- Les magiciens ne purent paraître devant Moïse, à cause des ulcères; car les ulcères étaient sur les magiciens, comme sur tous les Égyptiens. (Ⅱ) - And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians. (Ⅲ) - καὶ οὐκ ἠδύναντο οἱ φαρμακοὶ στη̃ναι ἐναντίον Μωυση̃ διὰ τὰ ἕλκη ἐγένετο γὰρ τὰ ἔλκη ἐν τοι̃ς φαρμακοι̃ς καὶ ἐν πάση̨ γη̨̃ Αἰγύπτου (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃9 ולא יכלו החרטמים לעמד לפני משה מפני השחין כי היה השחין בחרטמם ובכל מצרים (Ⅴ)

Induravitque Dominus cor Pharaonis, et non audivit eos, sicut locutus est Dominus ad Moysen.\
- L'Éternel endurcit le coeur de Pharaon, et Pharaon n'écouta point Moïse et Aaron, selon ce que l'Éternel avait dit à Moïse. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had spoken unto Moses. (Ⅲ) - ἐσκλήρυνεν δὲ κύριος τὴν καρδίαν Φαραω καὶ οὐκ εἰσήκουσεν αὐτω̃ν καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃9 ויחזק יהוה את לב פרעה ולא שמע אלהם כאשר דבר יהוה אל משה ס (Ⅴ)

Dixitque Dominus ad Moysen : Mane consurge, et sta coram Pharaone, et dices ad eum : Hæc dicit Dominus Deus Hebræorum : Dimitte populum meum ut sacrificet mihi.
- L'Éternel dit à Moïse: Lève-toi de bon matin, et présente-toi devant Pharaon. Tu lui diras: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu des Hébreux: Laisse aller mon peuple, afin qu'il me serve. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. (Ⅲ) - εἰ̃πεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν ὄρθρισον τὸ πρωὶ καὶ στη̃θι ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἐρει̃ς πρὸς αὐτόν τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τω̃ν Εβραίων ἐξαπόστειλον τὸν λαόν μου ἵνα λατρεύσωσίν μοι (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃9 ויאמר יהוה אל משה השכם בבקר והתיצב לפני פרעה ואמרת אליו כה אמר יהוה אלהי העברים שלח את עמי ויעבדני (Ⅴ)

Quia in hac vice mittam omnes plagas meas super cor tuum, et super servos tuos, et super populum tuum : ut scias quod non sit similis mei in omni terra.
- Car, cette fois, je vais envoyer toutes mes plaies contre ton coeur, contre tes serviteurs et contre ton peuple, afin que tu saches que nul n'est semblable à moi sur toute la terre. (Ⅱ) - For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. (Ⅲ) - ἐν τω̨̃ γὰρ νυ̃ν καιρω̨̃ ἐγὼ ἐξαποστέλλω πάντα τὰ συναντήματά μου εἰς τὴν καρδίαν σου καὶ τω̃ν θεραπόντων σου καὶ του̃ λαου̃ σου ἵν' εἰδη̨̃ς ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν ὡς ἐγὼ ἄλλος ἐν πάση̨ τη̨̃ γη̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃9 כי בפעם הזאת אני שלח את כל מגפתי אל לבך ובעבדיך ובעמך בעבור תדע כי אין כמני בכל הארץ (Ⅴ)

Nunc enim extendens manum percutiam te, et populum tuum peste, peribisque de terra.
- Si j'avais étendu ma main, et que je t'eusse frappé par la mortalité, toi et ton peuple, tu aurais disparu de la terre. (Ⅱ) - For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth. (Ⅲ) - νυ̃ν γὰρ ἀποστείλας τὴν χει̃ρα πατάξω σε καὶ τὸν λαόν σου θανάτω̨ καὶ ἐκτριβήση̨ ἀπὸ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 15 ׃9 כי עתה שלחתי את ידי ואך אותך ואת עמך בדבר ותכחד מן הארץ (Ⅴ)

Idcirco autem posui te, ut ostendam in te fortitudinem meam, et narretur nomen meum in omni terra.
- Mais, je t'ai laissé subsister, afin que tu voies ma puissance, et que l'on publie mon nom par toute la terre. (Ⅱ) - And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to show in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἕνεκεν τούτου διετηρήθης ἵνα ἐνδείξωμαι ἐν σοὶ τὴν ἰσχύν μου καὶ ὅπως διαγγελη̨̃ τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐν πάση̨ τη̨̃ γη̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 16 ׃9 ואולם בעבור זאת העמדתיך בעבור הראתך את כחי ולמען ספר שמי בכל הארץ (Ⅴ)

Adhuc retines populum meum, et non vis dimittere eum ?
- Si tu t'élèves encore contre mon peuple, et si tu ne le laisses point aller, (Ⅱ) - As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go? (Ⅲ) - ἔτι οὐ̃ν σὺ ἐμποιη̨̃ του̃ λαου̃ μου του̃ μὴ ἐξαποστει̃λαι αὐτούς (Ⅳ) - 17 ׃9 עודך מסתולל בעמי לבלתי שלחם (Ⅴ)

En pluam cras hac ipsa hora grandinem multam nimis, qualis non fuit in Ægypto a die qua fundata est, usque in præsens tempus.
- voici, je ferai pleuvoir demain, à cette heure, une grêle tellement forte, qu'il n'y en a point eu de semblable en Égypte depuis le jour où elle a été fondée jusqu'à présent. (Ⅱ) - Behold, to morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof even until now. (Ⅲ) - ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ὕω ταύτην τὴν ὥραν αὔριον χάλαζαν πολλὴν σφόδρα ἥτις τοιαύτη οὐ γέγονεν ἐν Αἰγύπτω̨ ἀφ' ἡ̃ς ἡμέρας ἕκτισται ἕως τη̃ς ἡμέρας ταύτης (Ⅳ) - 18 ׃9 הנני ממטיר כעת מחר ברד כבד מאד אשר לא היה כמהו במצרים למן היום הוסדה ועד עתה (Ⅴ)

Mitte ergo jam nunc, et congrega jumenta tua, et omnia quæ habes in agro : homines enim, et jumenta, et universa quæ inventa fuerint foris, nec congregata de agris, cecideritque super ea grando, morientur.
- Fais donc mettre en sûreté tes troupeaux et tout ce qui est à toi dans les champs. La grêle tombera sur tous les hommes et sur tous les animaux qui se trouveront dans les champs et qui n'auront pas été recueillis dans les maisons, et ils périront. (Ⅱ) - Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle, and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die. (Ⅲ) - νυ̃ν οὐ̃ν κατάσπευσον συναγαγει̃ν τὰ κτήνη σου καὶ ὅσα σοί ἐστιν ἐν τω̨̃ πεδίω̨ πάντες γὰρ οἱ ἄνθρωποι καὶ τὰ κτήνη ὅσα ἂν εὑρεθη̨̃ ἐν τω̨̃ πεδίω̨ καὶ μὴ εἰσέλθη̨ εἰς οἰκίαν πέση̨ δὲ ἐπ' αὐτὰ ἡ χάλαζα τελευτήσει (Ⅳ) - 19 ׃9 ועתה שלח העז את מקנך ואת כל אשר לך בשדה כל האדם והבהמה אשר ימצא בשדה ולא יאסף הביתה וירד עלהם הברד ומתו (Ⅴ)

Qui timuit verbum Domini de servis Pharaonis, facit confugere servos suos et jumenta in domos :
- Ceux des serviteurs de Pharaon qui craignirent la parole de l'Éternel firent retirer dans les maisons leurs serviteurs et leurs troupeaux. (Ⅱ) - He that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses: (Ⅲ) - ὁ φοβούμενος τὸ ῥη̃μα κυρίου τω̃ν θεραπόντων Φαραω συνήγαγεν τὰ κτήνη αὐτου̃ εἰς τοὺς οἴκους (Ⅳ) - 20 ׃9 הירא את דבר יהוה מעבדי פרעה הניס את עבדיו ואת מקנהו אל הבתים (Ⅴ)

qui autem neglexit sermonem Domini, dimisit servos suos et jumenta in agris.
- Mais ceux qui ne prirent point à coeur la parole de l'Éternel laissèrent leurs serviteurs et leurs troupeaux dans les champs. (Ⅱ) - And he that regarded not the word of the LORD left his servants and his cattle in the field. (Ⅲ) - ὃς δὲ μὴ προσέσχεν τη̨̃ διανοία̨ εἰς τὸ ῥη̃μα κυρίου ἀφη̃κεν τὰ κτήνη ἐν τοι̃ς πεδίοις (Ⅳ) - 21 ׃9 ואשר לא שם לבו אל דבר יהוה ויעזב את עבדיו ואת מקנהו בשדה פ (Ⅴ)

Et dixit Dominus ad Moysen : Extende manum tuam in cælum, ut fiat grando in universa terra Ægypti super homines, et super jumenta, et super omnem herbam agri in terra Ægypti.
- L'Éternel dit à Moïse: Étends ta main vers le ciel; et qu'il tombe de la grêle dans tout le pays d'Égypte sur les hommes, sur les animaux, et sur toutes les herbes des champs, dans le pays d'Égypte. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. (Ⅲ) - εἰ̃πεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν ἕκτεινον τὴν χει̃ρά σου εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν καὶ ἔσται χάλαζα ἐπὶ πα̃σαν γη̃ν Αἰγύπτου ἐπί τε τοὺς ἀνθρώπους καὶ τὰ κτήνη καὶ ἐπὶ πα̃σαν βοτάνην τὴν ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - 22 ׃9 ויאמר יהוה אל משה נטה את ידך על השמים ויהי ברד בכל ארץ מצרים על האדם ועל הבהמה ועל כל עשב השדה בארץ מצרים (Ⅴ)

Extenditque Moyses virgam in cælum, et Dominus dedit tonitrua, et grandinem, ac discurrentia fulgura super terram : pluitque Dominus grandinem super terram Ægypti.
- Moïse étendit sa verge vers le ciel; et l'Éternel envoya des tonnerres et de la grêle, et le feu se promenait sur la terre. L'Éternel fit pleuvoir de la grêle sur le pays d'Égypte. (Ⅱ) - And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt. (Ⅲ) - ἐξέτεινεν δὲ Μωυση̃ς τὴν χει̃ρα εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν καὶ κύριος ἔδωκεν φωνὰς καὶ χάλαζαν καὶ διέτρεχεν τὸ πυ̃ρ ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς καὶ ἔβρεξεν κύριος χάλαζαν ἐπὶ πα̃σαν γη̃ν Αἰγύπτου (Ⅳ) - 23 ׃9 ויט משה את מטהו על השמים ויהוה נתן קלת וברד ותהלך אש ארצה וימטר יהוה ברד על ארץ מצרים (Ⅴ)

Et grando et ignis mista pariter ferebantur : tantæque fuit magnitudinis, quanta ante numquam apparuit in universa terra Ægypti ex quo gens illa condita est.
- Il tomba de la grêle, et le feu se mêlait avec la grêle; elle était tellement forte qu'il n'y en avait point eu de semblable dans tout le pays d'Égypte depuis qu'il existe comme nation. (Ⅱ) - So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. Et percussit grando in omni terra Ægypti cuncta quæ fuerunt in agris, ab homine usque ad jumentum : cunctamque herbam agri percussit grando, et omne lignum regionis confregit.
- La grêle frappa, dans tout le pays d'Égypte, tout ce qui était dans les champs, depuis les hommes jusqu'aux animaux; la grêle frappa aussi toutes les herbes des champs, et brisa tous les arbres des champs. (Ⅱ) - And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field. (Ⅲ) - ἐπάταξεν δὲ ἡ χάλαζα ἐν πάση̨ γη̨̃ Αἰγύπτου ἀπὸ ἀνθρώπου ἕως κτήνους καὶ πα̃σαν βοτάνην τὴν ἐν τω̨̃ πεδίω̨ ἐπάταξεν ἡ χάλαζα καὶ πάντα τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐν τοι̃ς πεδίοις συνέτριψεν ἡ χάλαζα (Ⅳ) - 25 ׃9 ויך הברד בכל ארץ מצרים את כל אשר בשדה מאדם ועד בהמה ואת כל עשב השדה הכה הברד ואת כל עץ השדה שבר (Ⅴ)

Tantum in terra Gessen, ubi erant filii Israël, grando non cecidit.
- Ce fut seulement dans le pays de Gosen, où étaient les enfants d'Israël, qu'il n'y eut point de grêle. (Ⅱ) - Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail. (Ⅲ) - πλὴν ἐν γη̨̃ Γεσεμ οὑ̃ ἠ̃σαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ οὐκ ἐγένετο ἡ χάλαζα (Ⅳ) - 26 ׃9 רק בארץ גשן אשר שם בני ישראל לא היה ברד (Ⅴ)

Misitque Pharao, et vocavit Moysen et Aaron, dicens ad eos : Peccavi etiam nunc : Dominus justus ; ego et populus meus, impii.
- Pharaon fit appeler Moïse et Aaron, et leur dit: Cette fois, j'ai péché; c'est l'Éternel qui est le juste, et moi et mon peuple nous sommes les coupables. (Ⅱ) - And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked. (Ⅲ) - ἀποστείλας δὲ Φαραω ἐκάλεσεν Μωυση̃ν καὶ Ααρων καὶ εἰ̃πεν αὐτοι̃ς ἡμάρτηκα τὸ νυ̃ν ὁ κύριος δίκαιος ἐγὼ δὲ καὶ ὁ λαός μου ἀσεβει̃ς (Ⅳ) - 27 ׃9 וישלח פרעה ויקרא למשה ולאהרן ויאמר אלהם חטאתי הפעם יהוה הצדיק ואני ועמי הרשעים (Ⅴ)

Orate Dominum ut desinant tonitrua Dei, et grando : ut dimittam vos, et nequaquam hic ultra maneatis.
- Priez l'Éternel, pour qu'il n'y ait plus de tonnerres ni de grêle; et je vous laisserai aller, et l'on ne vous retiendra plus. (Ⅱ) - Entreat the LORD (for it is enough) that there be no more mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer. (Ⅲ) - εὔξασθε οὐ̃ν περὶ ἐμου̃ πρὸς κύριον καὶ παυσάσθω του̃ γενηθη̃ναι φωνὰς θεου̃ καὶ χάλαζαν καὶ πυ̃ρ καὶ ἐξαποστελω̃ ὑμα̃ς καὶ οὐκέτι προσθήσεσθε μένειν (Ⅳ) - 28 ׃9 העתירו אל יהוה ורב מהית קלת אלהים וברד ואשלחה אתכם ולא תספון לעמד (Ⅴ)

Ait Moyses : Cum egressus fuero de urbe, extendam palmas meas ad Dominum, et cessabunt tonitrua, et grando non erit, ut scias quia Domini est terra :
- Moïse lui dit: Quand je sortirai de la ville, je lèverai mes mains vers l'Éternel, les tonnerres cesseront et il n'y aura plus de grêle, afin que tu saches que la terre est à l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the LORD's. (Ⅲ) - εἰ̃πεν δὲ αὐτω̨̃ Μωυση̃ς ὡς ἂν ἐξέλθω τὴν πόλιν ἐκπετάσω τὰς χει̃ράς μου πρὸς κύριον καὶ αἱ φωναὶ παύσονται καὶ ἡ χάλαζα καὶ ὁ ὑετὸς οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι ἵνα γνω̨̃ς ὅτι του̃ κυρίου ἡ γη̃ (Ⅳ) - 29 ׃9 ויאמר אליו משה כצאתי את העיר אפרש את כפי אל יהוה הקלות יחדלון והברד לא יהיה עוד למען תדע כי ליהוה הארץ (Ⅴ)

novi autem quod et tu et servi tui necdum timeatis Dominum Deum.
- Mais je sais que toi et tes serviteurs, vous ne craindrez pas encore l'Éternel Dieu. (Ⅱ) - But as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear the LORD God. (Ⅲ) - καὶ σὺ καὶ οἱ θεράποντές σου ἐπίσταμαι ὅτι οὐδέπω πεφόβησθε τὸν κύριον (Ⅳ) - 30 ׃9 ואתה ועבדיך ידעתי כי טרם תיראון מפני יהוה אלהים (Ⅴ)

Linum ergo et hordeum læsum est, eo quod hordeum esset virens, et linum jam folliculos germinaret :
- Le lin et l'orge avaient été frappés, parce que l'orge était en épis et que c'était la floraison du lin; (Ⅱ) - And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was bolled. (Ⅲ) - τὸ δὲ λίνον καὶ ἡ κριθὴ ἐπλήγη ἡ γὰρ κριθὴ παρεστηκυι̃α τὸ δὲ λίνον σπερματίζον (Ⅳ) - 31 ׃9 והפשתה והשערה נכתה כי השערה אביב והפשתה גבעל (Ⅴ)

triticum autem et far non sunt læsa, quia serotina erant.
- le froment et l'épeautre n'avaient point été frappés, parce qu'ils sont tardifs. (Ⅱ) - But the wheat and the rye were not smitten: for they were not grown up. (Ⅲ) - ὁ δὲ πυρὸς καὶ ἡ ὀλύρα οὐκ ἐπλήγη ὄψιμα γὰρ ἠ̃ν (Ⅳ) - 32 ׃9 והחטה והכסמת לא נכו כי אפילת הנה (Ⅴ)

Egressusque Moyses a Pharaone ex urbe, tetendit manus ad Dominum : et cessaverunt tonitrua et grando, nec ultra stillavit pluvia super terram.
- Moïse sortit de chez Pharaon, pour aller hors de la ville; il leva ses mains vers l'Éternel, les tonnerres et la grêle cessèrent, et la pluie ne tomba plus sur la terre. (Ⅱ) - And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth. (Ⅲ) - ἐξη̃λθεν δὲ Μωυση̃ς ἀπὸ Φαραω ἐκτὸς τη̃ς πόλεως καὶ ἐξεπέτασεν τὰς χει̃ρας πρὸς κύριον καὶ αἱ φωναὶ ἐπαύσαντο καὶ ἡ χάλαζα καὶ ὁ ὑετὸς οὐκ ἔσταξεν ἔτι ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν (Ⅳ) - 33 ׃9 ויצא משה מעם פרעה את העיר ויפרש כפיו אל יהוה ויחדלו הקלות והברד ומטר לא נתך ארצה (Ⅴ)

Videns autem Pharao quod cessasset pluvia, et grando, et tonitrua, auxit peccatum :
- Pharaon, voyant que la pluie, la grêle et les tonnerres avaient cessé, continua de pécher, et il endurcit son coeur, lui et ses serviteurs. (Ⅱ) - And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants. (Ⅲ) - ἰδὼν δὲ Φαραω ὅτι πέπαυται ὁ ὑετὸς καὶ ἡ χάλαζα καὶ αἱ φωναί προσέθετο του̃ ἁμαρτάνειν καὶ ἐβάρυνεν αὐτου̃ τὴν καρδίαν καὶ τω̃ν θεραπόντων αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - 34 ׃9 וירא פרעה כי חדל המטר והברד והקלת ויסף לחטא ויכבד לבו הוא ועבדיו (Ⅴ)

et ingravatum est cor ejus, et servorum illius, et induratum nimis : nec dimisit filios Israël, sicut præceperat Dominus per manum Moysi.
- Le coeur de Pharaon s'endurcit, et il ne laissa point aller les enfants d'Israël, selon ce que l'Éternel avait dit par l'intermédiaire de Moïse. (Ⅱ) - And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐσκληρύνθη ἡ καρδία Φαραω καὶ οὐκ ἐξαπέστειλεν τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ καθάπερ ἐλάλησεν κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ (Ⅳ) - 35 ׃9 ויחזק לב פרעה ולא שלח את בני ישראל כאשר דבר יהוה ביד משה פ (Ⅴ)
