5. 1

καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν λέγων

- L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: (Ⅱ)

- And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, (Ⅲ)

- Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 1 ׃5 וידבר יהוה אל משה לאמר ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 2

πρόσταξον τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐξαποστειλάτωσαν ἐκ τη̃ς παρεμβολη̃ς πάντα λεπρὸν καὶ πάντα γονορρυη̃ καὶ πάντα ἀκάθαρτον ἐπὶ ψυχη̨̃

- Ordonne aux enfants d'Israël de renvoyer du camp tout lépreux, et quiconque a une gonorrhée ou est souillé par un mort. (Ⅱ)

- Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that hath an issue, and whosoever is defiled by the dead: (Ⅲ)

- Præcipe filiis Israël, ut ejiciant de castris omnem leprosum, et qui semine fluit, pollutusque est super mortuo : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 2 ׃5 צו את בני ישראל וישלחו מן המחנה כל צרוע וכל זב וכל טמא לנפש ‬ (Ⅴ)

ἀπὸ ἀρσενικου̃ ἕως θηλυκου̃ ἐξαποστείλατε ἔξω τη̃ς παρεμβολη̃ς καὶ οὐ μὴ μιανου̃σιν τὰς παρεμβολὰς αὐτω̃ν ἐν οἱ̃ς ἐγὼ καταγίνομαι ἐν αὐτοι̃ς

- Hommes ou femmes, vous les renverrez, vous les renverrez hors du camp, afin qu'ils ne souillent pas le camp au milieu duquel j'ai ma demeure. (Ⅱ)

- Both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camps, in the midst whereof I dwell. (Ⅲ)

- tam masculum quam feminam ejicite de castris, ne contaminent ea cum habitaverint vobiscum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 3 ׃5 מזכר עד נקבה תשלחו אל מחוץ למחנה תשלחום ולא יטמאו את מחניהם אשר אני שכן בתוכם ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ ἐποίησαν οὕτως οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ ἐξαπέστειλαν αὐτοὺς ἔξω τη̃ς παρεμβολη̃ς καθὰ ἐλάλησεν κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ οὕτως ἐποίησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ

- Les enfants d'Israël firent ainsi, et ils les renvoyèrent hors du camp; comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse, ainsi firent les enfants d'Israël. (Ⅱ)

- And the children of Israel did so, and put them out without the camp: as the LORD spake unto Moses, so did the children of Israel. (Ⅲ)

- Feceruntque ita filii Israël, et ejecerunt eos extra castra, sicut locutus erat Dominus Moysi. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 4 ׃5 ויעשו כן בני ישראל וישלחו אותם אל מחוץ למחנה כאשר דבר יהוה אל משה כן עשו בני ישראל פ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν λέγων

- L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: (Ⅱ)

- And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, (Ⅲ)

- Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 5 ׃5 וידבר יהוה אל משה לאמר ‬ (Ⅴ)

λάλησον τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ισραηλ λέγων ἀνὴρ ἢ γυνή ὅστις ἐὰν ποιήση̨ ἀπὸ τω̃ν ἁμαρτιω̃ν τω̃ν ἀνθρωπίνων καὶ παριδὼν παρίδη̨ καὶ πλημμελήση̨ ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη

- Parle aux enfants d'Israël: Lorsqu'un homme ou une femme péchera contre son prochain en commettant une infidélité à l'égard de l'Éternel, et qu'il se rendra ainsi coupable, (Ⅱ)

- Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the LORD, and that person be guilty; (Ⅲ)

- Loquere ad filios Israël : Vir, sive mulier, cum fecerint ex omnibus peccatis, quæ solent hominibus accidere, et per negligentiam transgressi fuerint mandatum Domini, atque deliquerint, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 6 ׃5 דבר אל בני ישראל איש או אשה כי יעשו מכל חטאת האדם למעל מעל ביהוה ואשמה הנפש ההוא ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 7

ἐξαγορεύσει τὴν ἁμαρτίαν ἣν ἐποίησεν καὶ ἀποδώσει τὴν πλημμέλειαν τὸ κεφάλαιον καὶ τὸ ἐπίπεμπτον αὐτου̃ προσθήσει ἐπ' αὐτὸ καὶ ἀποδώσει τίνι ἐπλημμέλησεν αὐτω̨̃

- il confessera son péché, et il restituera dans son entier l'objet mal acquis, en y ajoutant un cinquième; il le remettra à celui envers qui il s'est rendu coupable. (Ⅱ)

- Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him against whom he hath trespassed. (Ⅲ)

- confitebuntur peccatum suum, et reddent ipsum caput, quintamque partem desuper, ei in quem peccaverint. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 7 ׃5 והתודו את חטאתם אשר עשו והשיב את אשמו בראשו וחמישתו יסף עליו ונתן לאשר אשם לו ‬ (Ⅴ)

ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἠ̨̃ τω̨̃ ἀνθρώπω̨ ὁ ἀγχιστεύων ὥστε ἀποδου̃ναι αὐτω̨̃ τὸ πλημμέλημα πρὸς αὐτόν τὸ πλημμέλημα τὸ ἀποδιδόμενον κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ ἱερει̃ ἔσται πλὴν του̃ κριου̃ του̃ ἱλασμου̃ δι' οὑ̃ ἐξιλάσεται ἐν αὐτω̨̃ περὶ αὐτου̃

- S'il n'y a personne qui ait droit à la restitution de l'objet mal acquis, cet objet revient à l'Éternel, au sacrificateur, outre le bélier expiatoire avec lequel on fera l'expiation pour le coupable. (Ⅱ)

- But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the LORD, even to the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him. (Ⅲ)

- Sin autem non fuerit qui recipiat, dabunt Domino, et erit sacerdotis, excepto ariete, qui offertur pro expiatione, ut sit placabilis hostia. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 8 ׃5 ואם אין לאיש גאל להשיב האשם אליו האשם המושב ליהוה לכהן מלבד איל הכפרים אשר יכפר בו עליו ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ πα̃σα ἀπαρχὴ κατὰ πάντα τὰ ἁγιαζόμενα ἐν υἱοι̃ς Ισραηλ ὅσα ἂν προσφέρωσιν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ τω̨̃ ἱερει̃ αὐτω̨̃ ἔσται

- Toute offrande de choses consacrées par les enfants d'Israël appartiendra au sacrificateur à qui elles seront présentées. (Ⅱ)

- And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his. (Ⅲ)

- Omnes quoque primitiæ, quas offerunt filii Israël, ad sacerdotem pertinent : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 9 ׃5 וכל תרומה לכל קדשי בני ישראל אשר יקריבו לכהן לו יהיה ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 10

καὶ ἑκάστου τὰ ἡγιασμένα αὐτου̃ ἔσται ἀνὴρ ὃς ἐὰν δω̨̃ τω̨̃ ἱερει̃ αὐτω̨̃ ἔσται

- Les choses qu'on aura consacrées lui appartiendront, ce qu'on lui aura remis lui appartiendra. (Ⅱ)

- And every man's hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his. (Ⅲ)

- et quidquid in sanctuarium offertur a singulis, et traditur manibus sacerdotis, ipsius erit.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 10 ׃5 ואיש את קדשיו לו יהיו איש אשר יתן לכהן לו יהיה פ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν λέγων

- L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit: (Ⅱ)

- And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, (Ⅲ)

- Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 11 ׃5 וידבר יהוה אל משה לאמר ‬ (Ⅴ)

λάλησον τοι̃ς υἱοι̃ς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρει̃ς πρὸς αὐτούς ἀνδρὸς ἀνδρὸς ἐὰν παραβη̨̃ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτου̃ καὶ παρίδη̨ αὐτὸν ὑπεριδου̃σα

- Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et tu leur diras: Si une femme se détourne de son mari, et lui devient infidèle; (Ⅱ)

- Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man's wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him, (Ⅲ)

- Loquere ad filios Israël, et dices ad eos : Vir cujus uxor erraverit, maritumque contemnens (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 12 ׃5 דבר אל בני ישראל ואמרת אלהם איש איש כי תשטה אשתו ומעלה בו מעל ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ κοιμηθη̨̃ τις μετ' αὐτη̃ς κοίτην σπέρματος καὶ λάθη̨ ἐξ ὀφθαλμω̃ν του̃ ἀνδρὸς αὐτη̃ς καὶ κρύψη̨ αὐτὴ δὲ ἠ̨̃ μεμιαμμένη καὶ μάρτυς μὴ ἠ̃ν μετ' αὐτη̃ς καὶ αὐτὴ μὴ ἠ̨̃ συνειλημμένη

- si un autre a commerce avec elle, et que la chose soit cachée aux yeux de son mari; si elle s'est souillée en secret, sans qu'il y ait de témoin contre elle, et sans qu'elle ait été prise sur le fait; - (Ⅱ)

- And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner; (Ⅲ)

- dormierit cum altero viro, et hoc maritus deprehendere non quiverit, sed latet adulterium, et testibus argui non potest, quia non est inventa in stupro : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 13 ׃5 ושכב איש אתה שכבת זרע ונעלם מעיני אישה ונסתרה והיא נטמאה ועד אין בה והוא לא נתפשה ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ ἐπέλθη̨ αὐτω̨̃ πνευ̃μα ζηλώσεως καὶ ζηλώση̨ τὴν γυναι̃κα αὐτου̃ αὐτὴ δὲ μεμίανται ἢ ἐπέλθη̨ αὐτω̨̃ πνευ̃μα ζηλώσεως καὶ ζηλώση̨ τὴν γυναι̃κα αὐτου̃ αὐτὴ δὲ μὴ ἠ̨̃ μεμιαμμένη

- et si le mari est saisi d'un esprit de jalousie et a des soupçons sur sa femme, qui s'est souillée, ou bien s'il est saisi d'un esprit de jalousie et a des soupçons sur sa femme, qui ne s'est point souillée; - (Ⅱ)

- And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled: (Ⅲ)

- si spiritus zelotypiæ concitaverit virum contra uxorem suam, quæ vel polluta est, vel falsa suspicione appetitur : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 14 ׃5 ועבר עליו רוח קנאה וקנא את אשתו והוא נטמאה או עבר עליו רוח קנאה וקנא את אשתו והיא לא נטמאה ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ ἄξει ὁ ἄνθρωπος τὴν γυναι̃κα αὐτου̃ πρὸς τὸν ἱερέα καὶ προσοίσει τὸ δω̃ρον περὶ αὐτη̃ς τὸ δέκατον του̃ οιφι ἄλευρον κρίθινον οὐκ ἐπιχεει̃ ἐπ' αὐτὸ ἔλαιον οὐδὲ ἐπιθήσει ἐπ' αὐτὸ λίβανον ἔστιν γὰρ θυσία ζηλοτυπίας θυσία μνημοσύνου ἀναμιμνήσκουσα ἁμαρτίαν

- cet homme amènera sa femme au sacrificateur, et apportera en offrande pour elle un dixième d'épha de farine d'orge; il n'y répandra point d'huile, et n'y mettra point d'encens, car c'est une offrande de jalousie, une offrande de souvenir, qui rappelle une iniquité. (Ⅱ)

- Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance. (Ⅲ)

- adducet eam ad sacerdotem, et offeret oblationem pro illa, decimam partem sati farinæ hordeaceæ : non fundet super eam oleum, nec imponet thus : quia sacrificium zelotypiæ est, et oblatio investigans adulterium. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 15 ׃5 והביא האיש את אשתו אל הכהן והביא את קרבנה עליה עשירת האיפה קמח שערים לא יצק עליו שמן ולא יתן עליו לבנה כי מנחת קנאת הוא מנחת זכרון מזכרת עון ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ προσάξει αὐτὴν ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ στήσει αὐτὴν ἔναντι κυρίου

- Le sacrificateur la fera approcher, et la fera tenir debout devant l'Éternel. (Ⅱ)

- And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD: (Ⅲ)

- Offeret igitur eam sacerdos, et statuet coram Domino, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 16 ׃5 והקריב אתה הכהן והעמדה לפני יהוה ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 17

καὶ λήμψεται ὁ ἱερεὺς ὕδωρ καθαρὸν ζω̃ν ἐν ἀγγείω̨ ὀστρακίνω̨ καὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς τη̃ς οὔσης ἐπὶ του̃ ἐδάφους τη̃ς σκηνη̃ς του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ λαβὼν ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐμβαλει̃ εἰς τὸ ὕδωρ

- Le sacrificateur prendra de l'eau sainte dans un vase de terre; il prendra de la poussière sur le sol du tabernacle, et la mettra dans l'eau. (Ⅱ)

- And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water: (Ⅲ)

- assumetque aquam sanctam in vase fictili, et pauxillum terræ de pavimento tabernaculi mittet in eam. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 17 ׃5 ולקח הכהן מים קדשים בכלי חרש ומן העפר אשר יהיה בקרקע המשכן יקח הכהן ונתן אל המים ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ στήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὴν γυναι̃κα ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἀποκαλύψει τὴν κεφαλὴν τη̃ς γυναικὸς καὶ δώσει ἐπὶ τὰς χει̃ρας αὐτη̃ς τὴν θυσίαν του̃ μνημοσύνου τὴν θυσίαν τη̃ς ζηλοτυπίας ἐν δὲ τη̨̃ χειρὶ του̃ ἱερέως ἔσται τὸ ὕδωρ του̃ ἐλεγμου̃ του̃ ἐπικαταρωμένου τούτου

- Le sacrificateur fera tenir la femme debout devant l'Éternel; il découvrira la tête de la femme, et lui posera sur les mains l'offrande de souvenir, l'offrande de jalousie; le sacrificateur aura dans sa main les eaux amères qui apportent la malédiction. (Ⅱ)

- And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse: (Ⅲ)

- Cumque steterit mulier in conspectu Domini, discooperiet caput ejus, et ponet super manus illius sacrificium recordationis, et oblationem zelotypiæ : ipse autem tenebit aquas amarissimas, in quibus cum execratione maledicta congessit. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 18 ׃5 והעמיד הכהן את האשה לפני יהוה ופרע את ראש האשה ונתן על כפיה את מנחת הזכרון מנחת קנאת הוא וביד הכהן יהיו מי המרים המאררים ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 19

καὶ ὁρκιει̃ αὐτὴν ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ ἐρει̃ τη̨̃ γυναικί εἰ μὴ κεκοίμηταί τις μετὰ σου̃ εἰ μὴ παραβέβηκας μιανθη̃ναι ὑπὸ τὸν ἄνδρα τὸν σεαυτη̃ς ἀθώ̨α ἴσθι ἀπὸ του̃ ὕδατος του̃ ἐλεγμου̃ του̃ ἐπικαταρωμένου τούτου

- Le sacrificateur fera jurer la femme, et lui dira: Si aucun homme n'a couché avec toi, et si, étant sous la puissance de ton mari, tu ne t'en es point détournée pour te souiller, ces eaux amères qui apportent la malédiction ne te seront point funestes. (Ⅱ)

- And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse: (Ⅲ)

- Adjurabitque eam, et dicet : Si non dormivit vir alienus tecum, et si non polluta es deserto mariti thoro, non te nocebunt aquæ istæ amarissimæ, in quas maledicta congessi. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 19 ׃5 והשביע אתה הכהן ואמר אל האשה אם לא שכב איש אתך ואם לא שטית טמאה תחת אישך הנקי ממי המרים המאררים האלה ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 20

εἰ δὲ σὺ παραβέβηκας ὑπ' ἀνδρὸς οὐ̃σα ἢ μεμίανσαι καὶ ἔδωκέν τις τὴν κοίτην αὐτου̃ ἐν σοὶ πλὴν του̃ ἀνδρός σου

- Mais si, étant sous la puissance de ton mari, tu t'en es détournée et que tu te sois souillée, et si un autre homme que ton mari a couché avec toi, - (Ⅱ)

- But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband: (Ⅲ)

- Sin autem declinasti a viro tuo, atque polluta es, et concubuisti cum altero viro : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 20 ׃5 ואת כי שטית תחת אישך וכי נטמאת ויתן איש בך את שכבתו מבלעדי אישך ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 21

καὶ ὁρκιει̃ ὁ ἱερεὺς τὴν γυναι̃κα ἐν τοι̃ς ὅρκοις τη̃ς ἀρα̃ς ταύτης καὶ ἐρει̃ ὁ ἱερεὺς τη̨̃ γυναικί δώ̨η κύριός σε ἐν ἀρα̨̃ καὶ ἐνόρκιον ἐν μέσω̨ του̃ λαου̃ σου ἐν τω̨̃ δου̃ναι κύριον τὸν μηρόν σου διαπεπτωκότα καὶ τὴν κοιλίαν σου πεπρησμένην

- et le sacrificateur fera jurer la femme avec un serment d'imprécation, et lui dira: -Que l'Éternel te livre à la malédiction et à l'exécration au milieu de ton peuple, en faisant dessécher ta cuisse et enfler ton ventre, (Ⅱ)

- Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell; (Ⅲ)

- his maledictionibus subjacebis : det te Dominus in maledictionem, exemplumque cunctorum in populo suo : putrescere faciat femur tuum, et tumens uterus tuus disrumpatur. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 21 ׃5 והשביע הכהן את האשה בשבעת האלה ואמר הכהן לאשה יתן יהוה אותך לאלה ולשבעה בתוך עמך בתת יהוה את ירכך נפלת ואת בטנך צבה ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 22

καὶ εἰσελεύσεται τὸ ὕδωρ τὸ ἐπικαταρώμενον του̃το εἰς τὴν κοιλίαν σου πρη̃σαι γαστέρα καὶ διαπεσει̃ν μηρόν σου καὶ ἐρει̃ ἡ γυνή γένοιτο γένοιτο

- et que ces eaux qui apportent la malédiction entrent dans tes entrailles pour te faire enfler le ventre et dessécher la cuisse! Et la femme dira: Amen! Amen! (Ⅱ)

- And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen. (Ⅲ)

- Ingrediantur aquæ maledictæ in ventrem tuum, et utero tumescente putrescat femur. Et respondebit mulier : Amen, amen. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 22 ׃5 ובאו המים המאררים האלה במעיך לצבות בטן ולנפל ירך ואמרה האשה אמן אמן ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ γράψει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὰς ἀρὰς ταύτας εἰς βιβλίον καὶ ἐξαλείψει εἰς τὸ ὕδωρ του̃ ἐλεγμου̃ του̃ ἐπικαταρωμένου

- Le sacrificateur écrira ces imprécations dans un livre, puis les effacera avec les eaux amères. (Ⅱ)

- And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water: (Ⅲ)

- Scribetque sacerdos in libello ista maledicta, et delebit ea aquis amarissimis, in quas maledicta congessit, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 23 ׃5 וכתב את האלת האלה הכהן בספר ומחה אל מי המרים ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 24

καὶ ποτιει̃ τὴν γυναι̃κα τὸ ὕδωρ του̃ ἐλεγμου̃ του̃ ἐπικαταρωμένου καὶ εἰσελεύσεται εἰς αὐτὴν τὸ ὕδωρ τὸ ἐπικαταρώμενον του̃ ἐλεγμου̃

- Et il fera boire à la femme les eaux amères qui apportent la malédiction, et les eaux qui apportent la malédiction entreront en elle pour produire l'amertume. (Ⅱ)

- And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter. (Ⅲ)

- et dabit ei bibere. Quas cum exhauserit, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 24 ׃5 והשקה את האשה את מי המרים המאררים ובאו בה המים המאררים למרים ‬ (Ⅴ)

καὶ λήμψεται ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐκ χειρὸς τη̃ς γυναικὸς τὴν θυσίαν τη̃ς ζηλοτυπίας καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν θυσίαν ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ προσοίσει αὐτὴν πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον

- Le sacrificateur prendra des mains de la femme l'offrande de jalousie, il agitera l'offrande de côté et d'autre devant l'Éternel, et il l'offrira sur l'autel; (Ⅱ)

- Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar: (Ⅲ)

- tollet sacerdos de manu ejus sacrificium zelotypiæ, et elevabit illud coram Domino, imponetque illud super altare, ita dumtaxat ut prius : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 25 ׃5 ולקח הכהן מיד האשה את מנחת הקנאת והניף את המנחה לפני יהוה והקריב אתה אל המזבח ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 26

καὶ δράξεται ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τη̃ς θυσίας τὸ μνημόσυνον αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἀνοίσει αὐτὸ ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ μετὰ ταυ̃τα ποτιει̃ τὴν γυναι̃κα τὸ ὕδωρ

- le sacrificateur prendra une poignée de cette offrande comme souvenir, et il la brûlera sur l'autel. C'est après cela qu'il fera boire les eaux à la femme. (Ⅱ)

- And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water. (Ⅲ)

- pugillum sacrificii tollat de eo, quod offertur, et incendat super altare : et sic potum det mulieri aquas amarissimas. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 26 ׃5 וקמץ הכהן מן המנחה את אזכרתה והקטיר המזבחה ואחר ישקה את האשה את המים ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 27

καὶ ἔσται ἐὰν ἠ̨̃ μεμιαμμένη καὶ λήθη̨ λάθη̨ τὸν ἄνδρα αὐτη̃ς καὶ εἰσελεύσεται εἰς αὐτὴν τὸ ὕδωρ του̃ ἐλεγμου̃ τὸ ἐπικαταρώμενον καὶ πρησθήσεται τὴν κοιλίαν καὶ διαπεσει̃ται ὁ μηρὸς αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἔσται ἡ γυνὴ εἰς ἀρὰν ἐν τω̨̃ λαω̨̃ αὐτη̃ς

- Quand il aura fait boire les eaux, il arrivera, si elle s'est souillée et a été infidèle à son mari, que les eaux qui apportent la malédiction entreront en elle pour produire l'amertume; son ventre s'enflera, sa cuisse se desséchera, et cette femme sera en malédiction au milieu de son peuple. (Ⅱ)

- And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people. (Ⅲ)

- Quas cum biberit, si polluta est, et contempto viro adulterii rea, pertransibunt eam aquæ maledictionis, et inflato ventre, computrescet femur : eritque mulier in maledictionem, et in exemplum omni populo. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 27 ׃5 והשקה את המים והיתה אם נטמאה ותמעל מעל באישה ובאו בה המים המאררים למרים וצבתה בטנה ונפלה ירכה והיתה האשה לאלה בקרב עמה ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 28

ἐὰν δὲ μὴ μιανθη̨̃ ἡ γυνὴ καὶ καθαρὰ ἠ̨̃ καὶ ἀθώ̨α ἔσται καὶ ἐκσπερματιει̃ σπέρμα

- Mais si la femme ne s'est point souillée et qu'elle soit pure, elle sera reconnue innocente et aura des enfants. (Ⅱ)

- And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed. (Ⅲ)

- Quod si polluta non fuerit, erit innoxia, et faciet liberos. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 28 ׃5 ואם לא נטמאה האשה וטהרה הוא ונקתה ונזרעה זרע ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 29

οὑ̃τος ὁ νόμος τη̃ς ζηλοτυπίας ὡ̨̃ ἐὰν παραβη̨̃ ἡ γυνὴ ὑπ' ἀνδρὸς οὐ̃σα καὶ μιανθη̨̃

- Telle est la loi sur la jalousie, pour le cas où une femme sous la puissance de son mari se détourne et se souille, (Ⅱ)

- This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled; (Ⅲ)

- Ista est lex zelotypiæ. Si declinaverit mulier a viro suo, et si polluta fuerit, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 29 ׃5 זאת תורת הקנאת אשר תשטה אשה תחת אישה ונטמאה ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 30

ἢ ἄνθρωπος ὡ̨̃ ἐὰν ἐπέλθη̨ ἐπ' αὐτὸν πνευ̃μα ζηλώσεως καὶ ζηλώση̨ τὴν γυναι̃κα αὐτου̃ καὶ στήσει τὴν γυναι̃κα αὐτου̃ ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ποιήσει αὐτη̨̃ ὁ ἱερεὺς πάντα τὸν νόμον του̃τον

- et pour le cas où un mari saisi d'un esprit de jalousie a des soupçons sur sa femme: le sacrificateur la fera tenir debout devant l'Éternel, et lui appliquera cette loi dans son entier. (Ⅱ)

- Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law. (Ⅲ)

- maritusque zelotypiæ spiritu concitatus adduxerit eam in conspectu Domini, et fecerit ei sacerdos juxta omnia quæ scripta sunt : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 30 ׃5 או איש אשר תעבר עליו רוח קנאה וקנא את אשתו והעמיד את האשה לפני יהוה ועשה לה הכהן את כל התורה הזאת ‬ (Ⅴ)

5. 31

καὶ ἀθω̨̃ος ἔσται ὁ ἄνθρωπος ἀπὸ ἁμαρτίας καὶ ἡ γυνὴ ἐκείνη λήμψεται τὴν ἁμαρτίαν αὐτη̃ς

- Le mari sera exempt de faute, mais la femme portera la peine de son iniquité. (Ⅱ)

- Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity. (Ⅲ)

- maritus absque culpa erit, et illa recipiet iniquitatem suam. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 31 ׃5 ונקה האיש מעון והאשה ההוא תשא את עונה פ‬ (Ⅴ)
