1 ׃29 ויאמר דויד המלך לכל הקהל שלמה בני אחד בחר בו אלהים נער ורך והמלאכה גדולה כי לא לאדם הבירה כי ליהוה אלהים
- Le roi David dit à toute l'assemblée: Mon fils Salomon, le seul que Dieu ait choisi, est jeune et d'un âge faible, et l'ouvrage est considérable, car ce palais n'est pas pour un homme, mais il est pour l'Éternel Dieu. (Ⅱ) - Furthermore David the king said unto all the congregation, Solomon my son, whom alone God hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν Δαυιδ ὁ βασιλεὺς πάση̨ τη̨̃ ἐκκλησία̨ Σαλωμων ὁ υἱός μου εἱ̃ς ὃν ἡ̨ρέτικεν ἐν αὐτω̨̃ κύριος νέος καὶ ἁπαλός καὶ τὸ ἔργον μέγα ὅτι οὐκ ἀνθρώπω̨ ἡ οἰκοδομή ἀλλ' ἢ κυρίω̨ θεω̨̃ (Ⅳ) - Locutusque est David rex ad omnem ecclesiam : Salomonem filium meum unum elegit Deus, adhuc puerum et tenellum : opus namque grande est, neque enim homini præparatur habitatio, sed Deo. (Ⅴ)

2 ׃29 וככל כחי הכינותי לבית אלהי הזהב לזהב והכסף לכסף והנחשת לנחשת הברזל לברזל והעצים לעצים אבני שהם ומלואים אבני פוך ורקמה וכל אבן יקרה ואבני שיש לרב
- J'ai mis toutes mes forces à préparer pour la maison de mon Dieu de l'or pour ce qui doit être d'or, de l'argent pour ce qui doit être d'argent, de l'airain pour ce qui doit être d'airain, du fer pour ce qui doit être de fer, et du bois pour ce qui doit être de bois, des pierres d'onyx et des pierres à enchâsser, des pierres brillantes et de diverses couleurs, toutes sortes de pierres précieuses, et du marbre blanc en quantité. (Ⅱ) - Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God the gold for things to be made of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and the brass for things of brass, the iron for things of iron, and wood for things of wood; onyx stones, and stones to be set, glistering stones, and of divers colors, and all manner of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance. (Ⅲ) - κατὰ πα̃σαν τὴν δύναμιν ἡτοίμακα εἰς οἰ̃κον θεου̃ μου χρυσίον ἀργύριον χαλκόν σίδηρον ξύλα λίθους σοομ καὶ πληρώσεως καὶ λίθους πολυτελει̃ς καὶ ποικίλους καὶ πάντα λίθον τίμιον καὶ πάριον πολύν (Ⅳ) - Ego autem totis viribus meis præparavi impensas domus Dei mei. Aurum ad vasa aurea, et argentum in argentea, æs in ænea, ferrum in ferrea, ligna ad lignea : et lapides onychinos, et quasi stibinos, et diversorum colorum, omnemque pretiosum lapidem, et marmor Parium abundantissime : (Ⅴ)

3 ׃29 ועוד ברצותי בבית אלהי יש לי סגלה זהב וכסף נתתי לבית אלהי למעלה מכל הכינותי לבית הקדש
- De plus, dans mon attachement pour la maison de mon Dieu, je donne à la maison de mon Dieu l'or et l'argent que je possède en propre, outre tout ce que j'ai préparé pour la maison du sanctuaire: (Ⅱ) - Moreover, because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have of mine own proper good, of gold and silver, which I have given to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔτι ἐν τω̨̃ εὐδοκη̃σαί με ἐν οἴκω̨ θεου̃ μου ἔστιν μοι ὃ περιπεποίημαι χρυσίον καὶ ἀργύριον καὶ ἰδοὺ δέδωκα εἰς οἰ̃κον θεου̃ μου εἰς ὕψος ἐκτὸς ὡ̃ν ἡτοίμακα εἰς τὸν οἰ̃κον τω̃ν ἁγίων (Ⅳ) - et super hæc quæ obtuli in domum Dei mei de peculio meo aurum et argentum, do in templum Dei mei, exceptis his quæ præparavi in ædem sanctam. (Ⅴ)

4 ׃29 שלשת אלפים ככרי זהב מזהב אופיר ושבעת אלפים ככר כסף מזקק לטוח קירות הבתים
- trois mille talents d'or, d'or d'Ophir, et sept mille talents d'argent épuré, pour en revêtir les parois des bâtiments, (Ⅱ) - Even three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, to overlay the walls of the houses withal: (Ⅲ) - τρισχίλια τάλαντα χρυσίου του̃ ἐκ Σουφιρ καὶ ἑπτακισχίλια τάλαντα ἀργυρίου δοκίμου ἐξαλειφθη̃ναι ἐν αὐτοι̃ς τοὺς τοίχους του̃ ἱερου̃ (Ⅳ) - Tria millia talenta auri de auro Ophir, et septem millia talentorum argenti probatissimi ad deaurandos parietes templi. (Ⅴ)

5 ׃29 לזהב לזהב ולכסף לכסף ולכל מלאכה ביד חרשים ומי מתנדב למלאות ידו היום ליהוה
- l'or pour ce qui doit être d'or, et l'argent pour ce qui doit être d'argent, et pour tous les travaux qu'exécuteront les ouvriers. Qui veut encore présenter volontairement aujourd'hui ses offrandes à l'Éternel? (Ⅱ) - The gold for things of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and for all manner of work to be made by the hands of artificers. And who then is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the LORD? (Ⅲ) - διὰ χειρὸς τεχνιτω̃ν καὶ τίς ὁ προθυμούμενος πληρω̃σαι τὰς χει̃ρας αὐτου̃ σήμερον κυρίω̨ (Ⅳ) - Et ubicumque opus est aurum de auro, et ubicumque opus est argentum de argento, opera fiant per manus artificum : et si quis sponte offert, impleat manum suam hodie, et offerat quod voluerit Domino. (Ⅴ)

6 ׃29 ויתנדבו שרי האבות ושרי שבטי ישראל ושרי האלפים והמאות ולשרי מלאכת המלך
- Les chefs des maisons paternelles, les chefs des tribus d'Israël, les chefs de milliers et de centaines, et les intendants du roi firent volontairement des offrandes. (Ⅱ) - Then the chief of the fathers and princes of the tribes of Israel and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers of the king's work, offered willingly, (Ⅲ) - καὶ προεθυμήθησαν ἄρχοντες τω̃ν πατριω̃ν καὶ οἱ ἄρχοντες τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ καὶ οἱ χιλίαρχοι καὶ οἱ ἑκατόνταρχοι καὶ οἱ προστάται τω̃ν ἔργων καὶ οἱ οἰκονόμοι του̃ βασιλέως (Ⅳ) - Polliciti sunt itaque principes familiarum, et proceres tribuum Israël, tribuni quoque, et centuriones, et principes possessionum regis. (Ⅴ)

7 ׃29 ויתנו לעבודת בית האלהים זהב ככרים חמשת אלפים ואדרכנים רבו וכסף ככרים עשרת אלפים ונחשת רבו ושמונת אלפים ככרים וברזל מאה אלף ככרים
- Ils donnèrent pour le service de la maison de Dieu cinq mille talents d'or, dix mille dariques, dix mille talents d'argent, dix-huit mille talents d'airain, et cent mille talents de fer. (Ⅱ) - And gave for the service of the house of God of gold five thousand talents and ten thousand drams, and of silver ten thousand talents, and of brass eighteen thousand talents, and one hundred thousand talents of iron. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔδωκαν εἰς τὰ ἔργα οἴκου κυρίου χρυσίου τάλαντα πεντακισχίλια καὶ χρυσου̃ς μυρίους καὶ ἀργυρίου ταλάντων δέκα χιλιάδας καὶ χαλκου̃ τάλαντα μύρια ὀκτακισχίλια καὶ σιδήρου ταλάντων χιλιάδας ἑκατόν (Ⅳ) - Dederuntque in opera domus Dei auri talenta quinque millia, et solidos decem millia : argenti talenta decem millia, et æris talenta decem et octo millia : ferri quoque centum millia talentorum. (Ⅴ)

8 ׃29 והנמצא אתו אבנים נתנו לאוצר בית יהוה על יד יחיאל הגרשני
- Ceux qui possédaient des pierres les livrèrent pour le trésor de la maison de l'Éternel entre les mains de Jehiel, le Guerschonite. (Ⅱ) - And they with whom precious stones were found gave them to the treasure of the house of the LORD, by the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite. (Ⅲ) - καὶ οἱ̃ς εὑρέθη παρ' αὐτοι̃ς λίθος ἔδωκαν εἰς τὰς ἀποθήκας οἴκου κυρίου διὰ χειρὸς Ιιηλ του̃ Γηρσωνι (Ⅳ) - Et apud quemcumque inventi sunt lapides, dederunt in thesauros domus Domini per manum Jahiel Gersonitis.\ (Ⅴ)

9 ׃29 וישמחו העם על התנדבם כי בלב שלם התנדבו ליהוה וגם דויד המלך שמח שמחה גדולה פ
- Le peuple se réjouit de leurs offrandes volontaires, car c'était avec un coeur bien disposé qu'ils les faisaient à l'Éternel; et le roi David en eut aussi une grande joie. (Ⅱ) - Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εὐφράνθη ὁ λαὸς ὑπὲρ του̃ προθυμηθη̃ναι ὅτι ἐν καρδία̨ πλήρει προεθυμήθησαν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ καὶ Δαυιδ ὁ βασιλεὺς εὐφράνθη μεγάλως (Ⅳ) - Lætatusque est populus cum vota sponte promitterent, quia corde toto offerebant ea Domino : sed et David rex lætatus est gaudio magno. (Ⅴ)

10 ׃29 ויברך דויד את יהוה לעיני כל הקהל ויאמר דויד ברוך אתה יהוה אלהי ישראל אבינו מעולם ועד עולם
- David bénit l'Éternel en présence de toute l'assemblée. Il dit: Béni sois-tu, d'éternité en éternité, Éternel, Dieu de notre père Israël. (Ⅱ) - Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εὐλόγησεν ὁ βασιλεὺς Δαυιδ τὸν κύριον ἐνώπιον τη̃ς ἐκκλησίας λέγων εὐλογητὸς εἰ̃ κύριε ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ ὁ πατὴρ ἡμω̃ν ἀπὸ του̃ αἰω̃νος καὶ ἕως του̃ αἰω̃νος (Ⅳ) - Et benedixit Domino coram universa multitudine, et ait : Benedictus es, Domine Deus Israël patris nostri, ab æterno in æternum. (Ⅴ)

11 ׃29 לך יהוה הגדלה והגבורה והתפארת והנצח וההוד כי כל בשמים ובארץ לך יהוה הממלכה והמתנשא לכל לראש
- A toi, Éternel, la grandeur, la force et la magnificence, l'éternité et la gloire, car tout ce qui est au ciel et sur la terre t'appartient; à toi, Éternel, le règne, car tu t'élèves souverainement au-dessus de tout! (Ⅱ) - Thine, O LORD is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. (Ⅲ) - σοί κύριε ἡ μεγαλωσύνη καὶ ἡ δύναμις καὶ τὸ καύχημα καὶ ἡ νίκη καὶ ἡ ἰσχύς ὅτι σὺ πάντων τω̃ν ἐν τω̨̃ οὐρανω̨̃ καὶ ἐπὶ τη̃ς γη̃ς δεσπόζεις ἀπὸ προσώπου σου ταράσσεται πα̃ς βασιλεὺς καὶ ἔθνος (Ⅳ) - Tua est, Domine, magnificentia, et potentia, et gloria, atque victoria : et tibi laus : cuncta enim quæ in cælo sunt et in terra, tua sunt : tuum, Domine, regnum, et tu es super omnes principes. (Ⅴ)

12 ׃29 והעשר והכבוד מלפניך ואתה מושל בכל ובידך כח וגבורה ובידך לגדל ולחזק לכל
- C'est de toi que viennent la richesse et la gloire, c'est toi qui domines sur tout, c'est dans ta main que sont la force et la puissance, et c'est ta main qui a le pouvoir d'agrandir et d'affermir toutes choses. (Ⅱ) - Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. (Ⅲ) - παρὰ σου̃ ὁ πλου̃τος καὶ ἡ δόξα σὺ πάντων ἄρχεις κύριε ὁ ἄρχων πάσης ἀρχη̃ς καὶ ἐν χειρί σου ἰσχὺς καὶ δυναστεία καὶ ἐν χειρί σου παντοκράτωρ μεγαλυ̃ναι καὶ κατισχυ̃σαι τὰ πάντα (Ⅳ) - Tuæ divitiæ, et tua est gloria : tu dominaris omnium. In manu tua virtus et potentia : in manu tua magnitudo, et imperium omnium. (Ⅴ)

13 ׃29 ועתה אלהינו מודים אנחנו לך ומהללים לשם תפארתך
- Maintenant, ô notre Dieu, nous te louons, et nous célébrons ton nom glorieux. (Ⅱ) - Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name. (Ⅲ) - καὶ νυ̃ν κύριε ἐξομολογούμεθά σοι καὶ αἰνου̃μεν τὸ ὄνομα τη̃ς καυχήσεώς σου (Ⅳ) - Nunc igitur Deus noster, confitemur tibi, et laudamus nomen tuum inclytum. (Ⅴ)

14 ׃29 וכי מי אני ומי עמי כי נעצר כח להתנדב כזאת כי ממך הכל ומידך נתנו לך
- Car qui suis-je et qui est mon peuple, pour que nous puissions te faire volontairement ces offrandes? Tout vient de toi, et nous recevons de ta main ce que nous t'offrons. (Ⅱ) - But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee. (Ⅲ) - καὶ τίς εἰμι ἐγὼ καὶ τίς ὁ λαός μου ὅτι ἰσχύσαμεν προθυμηθη̃ναί σοι κατὰ ταυ̃τα ὅτι σὰ τὰ πάντα καὶ ἐκ τω̃ν σω̃ν δεδώκαμέν σοι (Ⅳ) - Quis ego, et quis populus meus, ut possimus hæc tibi universa promittere ? Tua sunt omnia : et quæ de manu tua accepimus, dedimus tibi. (Ⅴ)

15 ׃29 כי גרים אנחנו לפניך ותושבים ככל אבתינו כצל ימינו על הארץ ואין מקוה
- Nous sommes devant toi des étrangers et des habitants, comme tous nos pères; nos jours sur la terre sont comme l'ombre, et il n'y a point d'espérance. (Ⅱ) - For we are strangers before thee, and sojourners, as were all our fathers: our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is none abiding. (Ⅲ) - ὅτι πάροικοί ἐσμεν ἐναντίον σου καὶ παροικου̃ντες ὡς πάντες οἱ πατέρες ἡμω̃ν ὡς σκιὰ αἱ ἡμέραι ἡμω̃ν ἐπὶ γη̃ς καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν ὑπομονή (Ⅳ) - Peregrini enim sumus coram te, et advenæ, sicut omnes patres nostri. Dies nostri quasi umbra super terram, et nulla est mora. (Ⅴ)

16 ׃29 יהוה אלהינו כל ההמון הזה אשר הכיננו לבנות לך בית לשם קדשך מידך *היא **הוא ולך הכל
- Éternel, notre Dieu, c'est de ta main que viennent toutes ces richesses que nous avons préparées pour te bâtir une maison, à toi, à ton saint nom, et c'est à toi que tout appartient. (Ⅱ) - O LORD our God, all this store that we have prepared to build thee an house for thine holy name cometh of thine hand, and is all thine own. (Ⅲ) - κύριε ὁ θεὸς ἡμω̃ν πα̃ν τὸ πλη̃θος του̃το ὃ ἡτοίμακα οἰκοδομηθη̃ναι οἰ̃κον τω̨̃ ὀνόματι τω̨̃ ἁγίω̨ σου ἐκ χειρός σού ἐστιν καὶ σοὶ τὰ πάντα (Ⅳ) - Domine Deus noster, omnis hæc copia quam paravimus ut ædificaretur domus nomini sancto tuo, de manu tua est, et tua sunt omnia. (Ⅴ)

17 ׃29 וידעתי אלהי כי אתה בחן לבב ומישרים תרצה אני בישר לבבי התנדבתי כל אלה ועתה עמך הנמצאו פה ראיתי בשמחה להתנדב לך
- Je sais, ô mon Dieu, que tu sondes le coeur, et que tu aimes la droiture; aussi je t'ai fait toutes ces offrandes volontaires dans la droiture de mon coeur, et j'ai vu maintenant avec joie ton peuple qui se trouve ici t'offrir volontairement ses dons. (Ⅱ) - I know also, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of mine heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy thy people, which are present here, to offer willingly unto thee. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔγνων κύριε ὅτι σὺ εἰ̃ ὁ ἐτάζων καρδίας καὶ δικαιοσύνην ἀγαπα̨̃ς ἐν ἁπλότητι καρδίας προεθυμήθην πάντα ταυ̃τα καὶ νυ̃ν τὸν λαόν σου τὸν εὑρεθέντα ὡ̃δε εἰ̃δον ἐν εὐφροσύνη̨ προθυμηθέντα σοι (Ⅳ) - Scio, Deus meus, quod probes corda, et simplicitatem diligas, unde et ego in simplicitate cordis mei lætus obtuli universa hæc : et populum tuum qui hic repertus est, vidi cum ingenti gaudio tibi offerre donaria. (Ⅴ)

18 ׃29 יהוה אלהי אברהם יצחק וישראל אבתינו שמרה זאת לעולם ליצר מחשבות לבב עמך והכן לבבם אליך
- Éternel, Dieu d'Abraham, d'Isaac et d'Israël, nos pères, maintiens à toujours dans le coeur de ton peuple ces dispositions et ces pensées, et affermis son coeur en toi. (Ⅱ) - O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this for ever in the imagination of the thoughts of the heart of thy people, and prepare their heart unto thee: (Ⅲ) - κύριε ὁ θεὸς Αβρααμ καὶ Ισαακ καὶ Ισραηλ τω̃ν πατέρων ἡμω̃ν φύλαξον ταυ̃τα ἐν διανοία̨ καρδίας λαου̃ σου εἰς τὸν αἰω̃να καὶ κατεύθυνον τὰς καρδίας αὐτω̃ν πρὸς σέ (Ⅳ) - Domine Deus Abraham, et Isaac, et Israël patrum nostrorum, custodi in æternum hanc voluntatem cordis eorum, et semper in venerationem tui mens ista permaneat. (Ⅴ)

19 ׃29 ולשלמה בני תן לבב שלם לשמור מצותיך עדותיך וחקיך ולעשות הכל ולבנות הבירה אשר הכינותי פ
- Donne à mon fils Salomon un coeur dévoué à l'observation de tes commandements, de tes préceptes et de tes lois, afin qu'il mette en pratique toutes ces choses, et qu'il bâtisse le palais pour lequel j'ai fait des préparatifs. (Ⅱ) - And give unto Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep thy commandments, thy testimonies, and thy statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for the which I have made provision. (Ⅲ) - καὶ Σαλωμων τω̨̃ υἱω̨̃ μου δὸς καρδίαν ἀγαθὴν ποιει̃ν τὰς ἐντολάς σου καὶ τὰ μαρτύριά σου καὶ τὰ προστάγματά σου καὶ του̃ ἐπὶ τέλος ἀγαγει̃ν τὴν κατασκευὴν του̃ οἴκου σου (Ⅳ) - Salomoni quoque filio meo da cor perfectum, ut custodiat mandata tua, testimonia tua, et cæremonias tuas, et faciat universa : et ædificet ædem, cujus impensas paravi. (Ⅴ)

20 ׃29 ויאמר דויד לכל הקהל ברכו נא את יהוה אלהיכם ויברכו כל הקהל ליהוה אלהי אבתיהם ויקדו וישתחוו ליהוה ולמלך
- David dit à toute l'assemblée: Bénissez l'Éternel, votre Dieu! Et toute l'assemblée bénit l'Éternel, le Dieu de leurs pères. Ils s'inclinèrent et se prosternèrent devant l'Éternel et devant le roi. (Ⅱ) - And David said to all the congregation, Now bless the LORD your God. And all the congregation blessed the LORD God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped the LORD, and the king. (Ⅲ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν Δαυιδ πάση̨ τη̨̃ ἐκκλησία̨ εὐλογήσατε κύριον τὸν θεὸν ὑμω̃ν καὶ εὐλόγησεν πα̃σα ἡ ἐκκλησία κύριον τὸν θεὸν τω̃ν πατέρων αὐτω̃ν καὶ κάμψαντες τὰ γόνατα προσεκύνησαν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ καὶ τω̨̃ βασιλει̃ (Ⅳ) - Præcepit autem David universæ ecclesiæ : Benedicite Domino Deo nostro. Et benedixit omnis ecclesia Domino Deo patrum suorum : et inclinaverunt se, et adoraverunt Deum, et deinde regem. (Ⅴ)

21 ׃29 ויזבחו ליהוה זבחים ויעלו עלות ליהוה למחרת היום ההוא פרים אלף אילים אלף כבשים אלף ונסכיהם וזבחים לרב לכל ישראל
- Le lendemain de ce jour, ils offrirent en sacrifice et en holocauste à l'Éternel mille taureaux, mille béliers et mille agneaux, avec les libations ordinaires, et d'autres sacrifices en grand nombre pour tout Israël. (Ⅱ) - And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings unto the LORD, on the morrow after that day, even a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel: (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔθυσεν Δαυιδ τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ θυσίας καὶ ἀνήνεγκεν ὁλοκαυτώματα τω̨̃ θεω̨̃ τη̨̃ ἐπαύριον τη̃ς πρώτης ἡμέρας μόσχους χιλίους κριοὺς χιλίους ἄρνας χιλίους καὶ τὰς σπονδὰς αὐτω̃ν καὶ θυσίας εἰς πλη̃θος παντὶ τω̨̃ Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - Immolaveruntque victimas Domino : et obtulerunt holocausta die sequenti, tauros mille, arietes mille, agnos mille cum libaminibus suis, et universo ritu abundantissime in omnem Israël. (Ⅴ)

22 ׃29 ויאכלו וישתו לפני יהוה ביום ההוא בשמחה גדולה וימליכו שנית לשלמה בן דויד וימשחו ליהוה לנגיד ולצדוק לכהן
- Ils mangèrent et burent ce jour-là devant l'Éternel avec une grande joie, ils proclamèrent roi pour la seconde fois Salomon, fils de David, ils l'oignirent devant l'Éternel comme chef, et ils oignirent Tsadok comme sacrificateur. (Ⅱ) - And did eat and drink before the LORD on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto the LORD to be the chief governor, and Zadok to be priest. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἔφαγον καὶ ἔπιον ἐναντίον κυρίου ἐν ἐκείνη̨ τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ μετὰ χαρα̃ς καὶ ἐβασίλευσαν ἐκ δευτέρου τὸν Σαλωμων υἱὸν Δαυιδ καὶ ἔχρισαν αὐτὸν τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ εἰς βασιλέα καὶ Σαδωκ εἰς ἱερωσύνην (Ⅳ) - Et comederunt, et biberunt coram Domino in die illo cum grandi lætitia. Et unxerunt secundo Salomonem filium David. Unxerunt autem eum Domino in principem, et Sadoc in pontificem. (Ⅴ)

23 ׃29 וישב שלמה על כסא יהוה למלך תחת דויד אביו ויצלח וישמעו אליו כל ישראל
- Salomon s'assit sur le trône de l'Éternel, comme roi à la place de David, son père. Il prospéra, et tout Israël lui obéit. (Ⅱ) - Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐκάθισεν Σαλωμων ἐπὶ θρόνου Δαυιδ του̃ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ εὐδοκήθη καὶ ἐπήκουσαν αὐτου̃ πα̃ς Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - Seditque Salomon super solium Domini in regem pro David patre suo, et cunctis placuit : et paruit illi omnis Israël. (Ⅴ)

24 ׃29 וכל השרים והגברים וגם כל בני המלך דויד נתנו יד תחת שלמה המלך
- Tous les chefs et les héros, et même tous les fils du roi David se soumirent au roi Salomon. (Ⅱ) - And all the princes, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king. (Ⅲ) - οἱ ἄρχοντες καὶ οἱ δυνάσται καὶ πάντες υἱοὶ του̃ βασιλέως Δαυιδ πατρὸς αὐτου̃ ὑπετάγησαν αὐτω̨̃ (Ⅳ) - Sed et universi principes, et potentes, et cuncti filii regis David dederunt manum, et subjecti fuerunt Salomoni regi. (Ⅴ)

25 ׃29 ויגדל יהוה את שלמה למעלה לעיני כל ישראל ויתן עליו הוד מלכות אשר לא היה על כל מלך לפניו על ישראל פ
- L'Éternel éleva au plus haut degré Salomon sous les yeux de tout Israël, et il rendit son règne plus éclatant que ne fut celui d'aucun roi d'Israël avant lui. (Ⅱ) - And the LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐμεγάλυνεν κύριος τὸν Σαλωμων ἐπάνωθεν ἐναντίον παντὸς Ισραηλ καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτω̨̃ δόξαν βασιλέως ὃ οὐκ ἐγένετο ἐπὶ παντὸς βασιλέως ἔμπροσθεν αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - Magnificavit ergo Dominus Salomonem super omnem Israël : et dedit illi gloriam regni, qualem nullus habuit ante eum rex Israël. (Ⅴ)

26 ׃29 ודויד בן ישי מלך על כל ישראל
- David, fils d'Isaï, régna sur tout Israël. (Ⅱ) - Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel. (Ⅲ) - καὶ Δαυιδ υἱὸς Ιεσσαι ἐβασίλευσεν ἐπὶ Ισραηλ (Ⅳ) - Igitur David filius Isai regnavit super universum Israël. (Ⅴ)

27 ׃29 והימים אשר מלך על ישראל ארבעים שנה בחברון מלך שבע שנים ובירושלם מלך שלשים ושלוש
- Le temps qu'il régna sur Israël fut de quarante ans: à Hébron il régna sept ans, et à Jérusalem il régna trente-trois ans. (Ⅱ) - And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem. (Ⅲ) - ἔτη τεσσαράκοντα ἐν Χεβρων ἔτη ἑπτὰ καὶ ἐν Ιερουσαλημ ἔτη τριάκοντα τρία (Ⅳ) - Et dies quibus regnavit super Israël, fuerunt quadraginta anni : in Hebron regnavit septem annis, et in Jerusalem annis triginta tribus. (Ⅴ)

28 ׃29 וימת בשיבה טובה שבע ימים עשר וכבוד וימלך שלמה בנו תחתיו
- Il mourut dans une heureuse vieillesse, rassasié de jours, de richesse et de gloire. Et Salomon, son fils, régna à sa place. (Ⅱ) - And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead. (Ⅲ) - καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν ἐν γήρει καλω̨̃ πλήρης ἡμερω̃ν πλούτω̨ καὶ δόξη̨ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν Σαλωμων υἱὸς αὐτου̃ ἀντ' αὐτου̃ (Ⅳ) - Et mortuus est in senectute bona, plenus dierum, et divitiis, et gloria : et regnavit Salomon filius ejus pro eo.\ (Ⅴ)

29 ׃29 ודברי דויד המלך הראשנים והאחרנים הנם כתובים על דברי שמואל הראה ועל דברי נתן הנביא ועל דברי גד החזה
- Les actions du roi David, les premières et les dernières, sont écrites dans le livre de Samuel le voyant, dans le livre de Nathan, le prophète, et dans le livre de Gad, le prophète, (Ⅱ) - Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of Samuel the seer, and in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the book of Gad the seer, (Ⅲ) - οἱ δὲ λοιποὶ λόγοι του̃ βασιλέως Δαυιδ οἱ πρότεροι καὶ οἱ ὕστεροι γεγραμμένοι εἰσὶν ἐν λόγοις Σαμουηλ του̃ βλέποντος καὶ ἐπὶ λόγων Ναθαν του̃ προφήτου καὶ ἐπὶ λόγων Γαδ του̃ βλέποντος (Ⅳ) - Gesta autem David regis priora et novissima scripta sunt in libro Samuelis videntis, et in libro Nathan prophetæ, atque in volumine Gad videntis : (Ⅴ)

30 ׃29 עם כל מלכותו וגבורתו והעתים אשר עברו עליו ועל ישראל ועל כל ממלכות הארצות פ
- avec tout son règne et tous ses exploits, et ce qui s'est passé de son temps, soit en Israël, soit dans tous les royaumes des autres pays. (Ⅱ) - With all his reign and his might, and the times that went over him, and over Israel, and over all the kingdoms of the countries. (Ⅲ) - περὶ πάσης τη̃ς βασιλείας αὐτου̃ καὶ τη̃ς δυναστείας αὐτου̃ καὶ οἱ καιροί οἳ ἐγένοντο ἐπ' αὐτω̨̃ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ καὶ ἐπὶ πάσας βασιλείας τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅳ) - universique regni ejus, et fortitudinis, et temporum quæ transierunt sub eo, sive in Israël, sive in cunctis regnis terrarum. (Ⅴ)
