16. 1

And the LORD spake unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before the LORD, and died;

- L'Éternel parla à Moïse, après la mort des deux fils d'Aaron, qui moururent en se présentant devant l'Éternel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν μετὰ τὸ τελευτη̃σαι τοὺς δύο υἱοὺς Ααρων ἐν τω̨̃ προσάγειν αὐτοὺς πυ̃ρ ἀλλότριον ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐτελεύτησαν (Ⅲ)

- Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen post mortem duorum filiorum Aaron, quando offerentes ignem alienum interfecti sunt : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 1 ׃16 וידבר יהוה אל משה אחרי מות שני בני אהרן בקרבתם לפני יהוה וימתו ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 2

And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.

- L'Éternel dit à Moïse: Parle à ton frère Aaron, afin qu'il n'entre pas en tout temps dans le sanctuaire, au dedans du voile, devant le propitiatoire qui est sur l'arche, de peur qu'il ne meure; car j'apparaîtrai dans la nuée sur le propitiatoire. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰ̃πεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυση̃ν λάλησον πρὸς Ααρων τὸν ἀδελφόν σου καὶ μὴ εἰσπορευέσθω πα̃σαν ὥραν εἰς τὸ ἅγιον ἐσώτερον του̃ καταπετάσματος εἰς πρόσωπον του̃ ἱλαστηρίου ὅ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τη̃ς κιβωτου̃ του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανει̃ται ἐν γὰρ νεφέλη̨ ὀφθήσομαι ἐπὶ του̃ ἱλαστηρίου (Ⅲ)

- et præcepit ei, dicens : Loquere ad Aaron fratrem tuum, ne omni tempore ingrediatur sanctuarium, quod est intra velum coram propitiatorio quo tegitur arca, ut non moriatur (quia in nube apparebo super oraculum), (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 2 ׃16 ויאמר יהוה אל משה דבר אל אהרן אחיך ואל יבא בכל עת אל הקדש מבית לפרכת אל פני הכפרת אשר על הארן ולא ימות כי בענן אראה על הכפרת ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 3

Thus shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.

- Voici de quelle manière Aaron entrera dans le sanctuaire. Il prendra un jeune taureau pour le sacrifice d'expiation et un bélier pour l'holocauste. (Ⅱ)

- οὕτως εἰσελεύσεται Ααρων εἰς τὸ ἅγιον ἐν μόσχω̨ ἐκ βοω̃ν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ κριὸν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα (Ⅲ)

- nisi hæc ante fecerit : vitulum pro peccato offeret, et arietem in holocaustum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 3 ׃16 בזאת יבא אהרן אל הקדש בפר בן בקר לחטאת ואיל לעלה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 4

He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linen girdle, and with the linen mitre shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and so put them on.

- Il se revêtira de la tunique sacrée de lin, et portera sur son corps des caleçons de lin; il se ceindra d'une ceinture de lin, et il se couvrira la tête d'une tiare de lin: ce sont les vêtements sacrés, dont il se revêtira après avoir lavé son corps dans l'eau. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ χιτω̃να λινου̃ν ἡγιασμένον ἐνδύσεται καὶ περισκελὲς λινου̃ν ἔσται ἐπὶ του̃ χρωτὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ζώνη̨ λινη̨̃ ζώσεται καὶ κίδαριν λινη̃ν περιθήσεται ἱμάτια ἅγιά ἐστιν καὶ λούσεται ὕδατι πα̃ν τὸ σω̃μα αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐνδύσεται αὐτά (Ⅲ)

- Tunica linea vestietur, feminalibus lineis verenda celabit : accingetur zona linea, cidarim lineam imponet capiti : hæc enim vestimenta sunt sancta : quibus cunctis, cum lotus fuerit, induetur. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 4 ׃16 כתנת בד קדש ילבש ומכנסי בד יהיו על בשרו ובאבנט בד יחגר ובמצנפת בד יצנף בגדי קדש הם ורחץ במים את בשרו ולבשם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 5

And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.

- Il recevra de l'assemblée des enfants d'Israël deux boucs pour le sacrifice d'expiation et un bélier pour l'holocauste. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ παρὰ τη̃ς συναγωγη̃ς τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ λήμψεται δύο χιμάρους ἐξ αἰγω̃ν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ κριὸν ἕνα εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα (Ⅲ)

- Suscipietque ab universa multitudine filiorum Israël duos hircos pro peccato, et unum arietem in holocaustum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 5 ׃16 ומאת עדת בני ישראל יקח שני שעירי עזים לחטאת ואיל אחד לעלה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 6

And Aaron shall offer his bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make an atonement for himself, and for his house.

- Aaron offrira son taureau expiatoire, et il fera l'expiation pour lui et pour sa maison. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσάξει Ααρων τὸν μόσχον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ του̃ οἴκου αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)

- Cumque obtulerit vitulum, et oraverit pro se et pro domo sua, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 6 ׃16 והקריב אהרן את פר החטאת אשר לו וכפר בעדו ובעד ביתו ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 7

And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

- Il prendra les deux boucs, et il les placera devant l'Éternel, à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ λήμψεται τοὺς δύο χιμάρους καὶ στήσει αὐτοὺς ἔναντι κυρίου παρὰ τὴν θύραν τη̃ς σκηνη̃ς του̃ μαρτυρίου (Ⅲ)

- duos hircos stare faciet coram Domino in ostio tabernaculi testimonii : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 7 ׃16 ולקח את שני השעירם והעמיד אתם לפני יהוה פתח אהל מועד ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 8

And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.

- Aaron jettera le sort sur les deux boucs, un sort pour l'Éternel et un sort pour Azazel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐπιθήσει Ααρων ἐπὶ τοὺς δύο χιμάρους κλη̃ρον ἕνα τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ καὶ κλη̃ρον ἕνα τω̨̃ ἀποπομπαίω̨ (Ⅲ)

- mittensque super utrumque sortem, unam Domino, alteram capro emissario : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 8 ׃16 ונתן אהרן על שני השעירם גורלות גורל אחד ליהוה וגורל אחד לעזאזל ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 9

And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD's lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering.

- Aaron fera approcher le bouc sur lequel est tombé le sort pour l'Éternel, et il l'offrira en sacrifice d'expiation. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσάξει Ααρων τὸν χίμαρον ἐφ' ὃν ἐπη̃λθεν ἐπ' αὐτὸν ὁ κλη̃ρος τω̨̃ κυρίω̨ καὶ προσοίσει περὶ ἁμαρτίας (Ⅲ)

- cujus exierit sors Domino, offeret illum pro peccato : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 9 ׃16 והקריב אהרן את השעיר אשר עלה עליו הגורל ליהוה ועשהו חטאת ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 10

But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.

- Et le bouc sur lequel est tombé le sort pour Azazel sera placé vivant devant l'Éternel, afin qu'il serve à faire l'expiation et qu'il soit lâché dans le désert pour Azazel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸν χίμαρον ἐφ' ὃν ἐπη̃λθεν ἐπ' αὐτὸν ὁ κλη̃ρος του̃ ἀποπομπαίου στήσει αὐτὸν ζω̃ντα ἔναντι κυρίου του̃ ἐξιλάσασθαι ἐπ' αὐτου̃ ὥστε ἀποστει̃λαι αὐτὸν εἰς τὴν ἀποπομπήν ἀφήσει αὐτὸν εἰς τὴν ἔρημον (Ⅲ)

- cujus autem in caprum emissarium, statuet eum vivum coram Domino, ut fundat preces super eo, et emittat eum in solitudinem.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 10 ׃16 והשעיר אשר עלה עליו הגורל לעזאזל יעמד חי לפני יהוה לכפר עליו לשלח אתו לעזאזל המדברה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 11

And Aaron shall bring the bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make an atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin offering which is for himself:

- Aaron offrira son taureau expiatoire, et il fera l'expiation pour lui et pour sa maison. Il égorgera son taureau expiatoire. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσάξει Ααρων τὸν μόσχον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας τὸν αὐτου̃ καὶ του̃ οἴκου αὐτου̃ μόνον καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ του̃ οἴκου αὐτου̃ καὶ σφάξει τὸν μόσχον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας τὸν αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)

- His rite celebratis, offeret vitulum, et rogans pro se, et pro domo sua, immolabit eum : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 11 ׃16 והקריב אהרן את פר החטאת אשר לו וכפר בעדו ובעד ביתו ושחט את פר החטאת אשר לו ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 12

And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the vail:

- Il prendra un brasier plein de charbons ardents ôtés de dessus l'autel devant l'Éternel, et de deux poignées de parfum odoriférants en poudre; il portera ces choses au delà du voile; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ λήμψεται τὸ πυρει̃ον πλη̃ρες ἀνθράκων πυρὸς ἀπὸ του̃ θυσιαστηρίου του̃ ἀπέναντι κυρίου καὶ πλήσει τὰς χει̃ρας θυμιάματος συνθέσεως λεπτη̃ς καὶ εἰσοίσει ἐσώτερον του̃ καταπετάσματος (Ⅲ)

- assumptoque thuribulo, quod de prunis altaris impleverit, et hauriens manu compositum thymiama in incensum, ultra velum intrabit in sancta : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 12 ׃16 ולקח מלא המחתה גחלי אש מעל המזבח מלפני יהוה ומלא חפניו קטרת סמים דקה והביא מבית לפרכת ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 13

And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not:

- il mettra le parfum sur le feu devant l'Éternel, afin que la nuée du parfum couvre le propitiatoire qui est sur le témoignage, et il ne mourra point. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὸ θυμίαμα ἐπὶ τὸ πυ̃ρ ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ καλύψει ἡ ἀτμὶς του̃ θυμιάματος τὸ ἱλαστήριον τὸ ἐπὶ τω̃ν μαρτυρίων καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανει̃ται (Ⅲ)

- ut, positis super ignem aromatibus, nebula eorum et vapor operiat oraculum quod est supra testimonium, et non moriatur. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 13 ׃16 ונתן את הקטרת על האש לפני יהוה וכסה ענן הקטרת את הכפרת אשר על העדות ולא ימות ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 14

And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.

- Il prendra du sang du taureau, et il fera l'aspersion avec son doigt sur le devant du propitiatoire vers l'orient; il fera avec son doigt sept fois l'aspersion du sang devant le propitiatoire. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ λήμψεται ἀπὸ του̃ αἵματος του̃ μόσχου καὶ ῥανει̃ τω̨̃ δακτύλω̨ ἐπὶ τὸ ἱλαστήριον κατὰ ἀνατολάς κατὰ πρόσωπον του̃ ἱλαστηρίου ῥανει̃ ἑπτάκις ἀπὸ του̃ αἵματος τω̨̃ δακτύλω̨ (Ⅲ)

- Tollet quoque de sanguine vituli, et asperget digito septies contra propitiatorium ad orientem.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 14 ׃16 ולקח מדם הפר והזה באצבעו על פני הכפרת קדמה ולפני הכפרת יזה שבע פעמים מן הדם באצבעו ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 15

Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:

- Il égorgera le bouc expiatoire pour le peuple, et il en portera le sang au delà du voile. Il fera avec ce sang comme il a fait avec le sang du taureau, il en fera l'aspersion sur le propitiatoire et devant le propitiatoire. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ σφάξει τὸν χίμαρον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας τὸν περὶ του̃ λαου̃ ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ εἰσοίσει ἀπὸ του̃ αἵματος αὐτου̃ ἐσώτερον του̃ καταπετάσματος καὶ ποιήσει τὸ αἱ̃μα αὐτου̃ ὃν τρόπον ἐποίησεν τὸ αἱ̃μα του̃ μόσχου καὶ ῥανει̃ τὸ αἱ̃μα αὐτου̃ ἐπὶ τὸ ἱλαστήριον κατὰ πρόσωπον του̃ ἱλαστηρίου (Ⅲ)

- Cumque mactaverit hircum pro peccato populi, inferet sanguinem ejus intra velum, sicut præceptum est de sanguine vituli, ut aspergat e regione oraculi, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 15 ׃16 ושחט את שעיר החטאת אשר לעם והביא את דמו אל מבית לפרכת ועשה את דמו כאשר עשה לדם הפר והזה אתו על הכפרת ולפני הכפרת ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 16

And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness.

- C'est ainsi qu'il fera l'expiation pour le sanctuaire à cause des impuretés des enfants d'Israël et de toutes les transgressions par lesquelles ils ont péché. Il fera de même pour la tente d'assignation, qui est avec eux au milieu de leurs impuretés. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξιλάσεται τὸ ἅγιον ἀπὸ τω̃ν ἀκαθαρσιω̃ν τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ καὶ ἀπὸ τω̃ν ἀδικημάτων αὐτω̃ν περὶ πασω̃ν τω̃ν ἁμαρτιω̃ν αὐτω̃ν καὶ οὕτω ποιήσει τη̨̃ σκηνη̨̃ του̃ μαρτυρίου τη̨̃ ἐκτισμένη̨ ἐν αὐτοι̃ς ἐν μέσω̨ τη̃ς ἀκαθαρσίας αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ)

- et expiet sanctuarium ab immunditiis filiorum Israël, et a prævaricationibus eorum, cunctisque peccatis. Juxta hunc ritum faciet tabernaculo testimonii, quod fixum est inter eos, in medio sordium habitationis eorum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 16 ׃16 וכפר על הקדש מטמאת בני ישראל ומפשעיהם לכל חטאתם וכן יעשה לאהל מועד השכן אתם בתוך טמאתם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 17

And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.

- Il n'y aura personne dans la tente d'assignation lorsqu'il entrera pour faire l'expiation dans le sanctuaire, jusqu'à ce qu'il en sorte. Il fera l'expiation pour lui et pour sa maison, et pour toute l'assemblée d'Israël. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ πα̃ς ἄνθρωπος οὐκ ἔσται ἐν τη̨̃ σκηνη̨̃ του̃ μαρτυρίου εἰσπορευομένου αὐτου̃ ἐξιλάσασθαι ἐν τω̨̃ ἁγίω̨ ἕως ἂν ἐξέλθη̨ καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ του̃ οἴκου αὐτου̃ καὶ περὶ πάσης συναγωγη̃ς υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ (Ⅲ)

- Nullus hominum sit in tabernaculo, quando pontifex sanctuarium ingreditur, ut roget pro se, et pro domo sua, et pro universo cœtu Israël, donec egrediatur. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 17 ׃16 וכל אדם לא יהיה באהל מועד בבאו לכפר בקדש עד צאתו וכפר בעדו ובעד ביתו ובעד כל קהל ישראל ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 18

And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about.

- En sortant, il ira vers l'autel qui est devant l'Éternel, et il fera l'expiation pour l'autel; il prendra du sang du taureau et du bouc, et il en mettra sur les cornes de l'autel tout autour. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξελεύσεται ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ ὂν ἀπέναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσεται ἐπ' αὐτου̃ καὶ λήμψεται ἀπὸ του̃ αἵματος του̃ μόσχου καὶ ἀπὸ του̃ αἵματος του̃ χιμάρου καὶ ἐπιθήσει ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα του̃ θυσιαστηρίου κύκλω̨ (Ⅲ)

- Cum autem exierit ad altare quod coram Domino est, oret pro se, et sumptum sanguinem vituli atque hirci fundat super cornua ejus per gyrum : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 18 ׃16 ויצא אל המזבח אשר לפני יהוה וכפר עליו ולקח מדם הפר ומדם השעיר ונתן על קרנות המזבח סביב ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 19

And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.

- Il fera avec son doigt sept fois l'aspersion du sang sur l'autel; il le purifiera et le sanctifiera, à cause des impuretés des enfants d'Israël. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ῥανει̃ ἐπ' αὐτου̃ ἀπὸ του̃ αἵματος τω̨̃ δακτύλω̨ ἑπτάκις καὶ καθαριει̃ αὐτὸ καὶ ἁγιάσει αὐτὸ ἀπὸ τω̃ν ἀκαθαρσιω̃ν τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ (Ⅲ)

- aspergensque digito septies, expiet, et sanctificet illud ab immunditiis filiorum Israël.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 19 ׃16 והזה עליו מן הדם באצבעו שבע פעמים וטהרו וקדשו מטמאת בני ישראל ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 20

And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat:

- Lorsqu'il aura achevé de faire l'expiation pour le sanctuaire, pour la tente d'assignation et pour l'autel, il fera approcher le bouc vivant. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ συντελέσει ἐξιλασκόμενος τὸ ἅγιον καὶ τὴν σκηνὴν του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ περὶ τω̃ν ἱερέων καθαριει̃ καὶ προσάξει τὸν χίμαρον τὸν ζω̃ντα (Ⅲ)

- Postquam emundaverit sanctuarium, et tabernaculum, et altare, tunc offerat hircum viventem : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 20 ׃16 וכלה מכפר את הקדש ואת אהל מועד ואת המזבח והקריב את השעיר החי ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 21

And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:

- Aaron posera ses deux mains sur la tête du bouc vivant, et il confessera sur lui toutes les iniquités des enfants d'Israël et toutes les transgressions par lesquelles ils ont péché; il les mettra sur la tête du bouc, puis il le chassera dans le désert, à l'aide d'un homme qui aura cette charge. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐπιθήσει Ααρων τὰς χει̃ρας αὐτου̃ ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν του̃ χιμάρου του̃ ζω̃ντος καὶ ἐξαγορεύσει ἐπ' αὐτου̃ πάσας τὰς ἀνομίας τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ καὶ πάσας τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτω̃ν καὶ πάσας τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐπιθήσει αὐτὰς ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν του̃ χιμάρου του̃ ζω̃ντος καὶ ἐξαποστελει̃ ἐν χειρὶ ἀνθρώπου ἑτοίμου εἰς τὴν ἔρημον (Ⅲ)

- et posita utraque manu super caput ejus, confiteatur omnes iniquitates filiorum Israël, et universa delicta atque peccata eorum : quæ imprecans capiti ejus, emittet illum per hominem paratum, in desertum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 21 ׃16 וסמך אהרן את שתי *ידו **ידיו על ראש השעיר החי והתודה עליו את כל עונת בני ישראל ואת כל פשעיהם לכל חטאתם ונתן אתם על ראש השעיר ושלח ביד איש עתי המדברה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 22

And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.

- Le bouc emportera sur lui toutes leurs iniquités dans une terre désolée; il sera chassé dans le désert. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ λήμψεται ὁ χίμαρος ἐφ' ἑαυτω̨̃ τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτω̃ν εἰς γη̃ν ἄβατον καὶ ἐξαποστελει̃ τὸν χίμαρον εἰς τὴν ἔρημον (Ⅲ)

- Cumque portaverit hircus omnes iniquitates eorum in terram solitariam, et dimissus fuerit in deserto, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 22 ׃16 ונשא השעיר עליו את כל עונתם אל ארץ גזרה ושלח את השעיר במדבר ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 23

And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there:

- Aaron entrera dans la tente d'assignation; il quittera les vêtements de lin qu'il avait mis en entrant dans le sanctuaire, et il les déposera là. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰσελεύσεται Ααρων εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἐκδύσεται τὴν στολὴν τὴν λινη̃ν ἣν ἐνεδεδύκει εἰσπορευομένου αὐτου̃ εἰς τὸ ἅγιον καὶ ἀποθήσει αὐτὴν ἐκει̃ (Ⅲ)

- revertetur Aaron in tabernaculum testimonii, et depositis vestibus, quibus prius indutus erat, cum intraret sanctuarium, relictisque ibi, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 23 ׃16 ובא אהרן אל אהל מועד ופשט את בגדי הבד אשר לבש בבאו אל הקדש והניחם שם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 24

And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and for the people.

- Il lavera son corps avec de l'eau dans un lieu saint, et reprendra ses vêtements. Puis il sortira, offrira son holocauste et l'holocauste du peuple, et fera l'expiation pour lui et pour le peuple. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ λούσεται τὸ σω̃μα αὐτου̃ ὕδατι ἐν τόπω̨ ἁγίω̨ καὶ ἐνδύσεται τὴν στολὴν αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐξελθὼν ποιήσει τὸ ὁλοκάρπωμα αὐτου̃ καὶ τὸ ὁλοκάρπωμα του̃ λαου̃ καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ περὶ του̃ οἴκου αὐτου̃ καὶ περὶ του̃ λαου̃ ὡς περὶ τω̃ν ἱερέων (Ⅲ)

- lavabit carnem suam in loco sancto, indueturque vestibus suis. Et postquam egressus obtulerit holocaustum suum, ac plebis, rogabit tam pro se quam pro populo : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 24 ׃16 ורחץ את בשרו במים במקום קדוש ולבש את בגדיו ויצא ועשה את עלתו ואת עלת העם וכפר בעדו ובעד העם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 25

And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn upon the altar.

- Il brûlera sur l'autel la graisse de la victime expiatoire. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ περὶ τω̃ν ἁμαρτιω̃ν ἀνοίσει ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον (Ⅲ)

- et adipem, qui oblatus est pro peccatis, adolebit super altare. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 25 ׃16 ואת חלב החטאת יקטיר המזבחה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 26

And he that let go the goat for the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the camp.

- Celui qui aura chassé le bouc pour Azazel lavera ses vêtements, et lavera son corps dans l'eau; après cela, il rentrera dans le camp. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ὁ ἐξαποστέλλων τὸν χίμαρον τὸν διεσταλμένον εἰς ἄφεσιν πλυνει̃ τὰ ἱμάτια καὶ λούσεται τὸ σω̃μα αὐτου̃ ὕδατι καὶ μετὰ ταυ̃τα εἰσελεύσεται εἰς τὴν παρεμβολήν (Ⅲ)

- Ille vero, qui dimiserit caprum emissarium, lavabit vestimenta sua, et corpus aqua, et sic ingredietur in castra. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 26 ׃16 והמשלח את השעיר לעזאזל יכבס בגדיו ורחץ את בשרו במים ואחרי כן יבוא אל המחנה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 27

And the bullock for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.

- On emportera hors du camp le taureau expiatoire et le bouc expiatoire dont on a porté le sang dans le sanctuaire pour faire l'expiation, et l'on brûlera au feu leurs peaux, leur chair et leurs excréments. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸν μόσχον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας καὶ τὸν χίμαρον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας ὡ̃ν τὸ αἱ̃μα εἰσηνέχθη ἐξιλάσασθαι ἐν τω̨̃ ἁγίω̨ ἐξοίσουσιν αὐτὰ ἔξω τη̃ς παρεμβολη̃ς καὶ κατακαύσουσιν αὐτὰ ἐν πυρί καὶ τὰ δέρματα αὐτω̃ν καὶ τὰ κρέα αὐτω̃ν καὶ τὴν κόπρον αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ)

- Vitulum autem, et hircum, qui pro peccato fuerant immolati, et quorum sanguis illatus est in sanctuarium, ut expiatio compleretur, asportabunt foras castra, et comburent igni tam pelles quam carnes eorum, ac fimum : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 27 ׃16 ואת פר החטאת ואת שעיר החטאת אשר הובא את דמם לכפר בקדש יוציא אל מחוץ למחנה ושרפו באש את ערתם ואת בשרם ואת פרשם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 28

And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.

- Celui qui les brûlera lavera ses vêtements, et lavera son corps dans l'eau; après cela, il rentrera dans le camp. (Ⅱ)

- ὁ δὲ κατακαίων αὐτὰ πλυνει̃ τὰ ἱμάτια καὶ λούσεται τὸ σω̃μα αὐτου̃ ὕδατι καὶ μετὰ ταυ̃τα εἰσελεύσεται εἰς τὴν παρεμβολήν (Ⅲ)

- et quicumque combusserit ea, lavabit vestimenta sua et carnem aqua, et sic ingredietur in castra.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 28 ׃16 והשרף אתם יכבס בגדיו ורחץ את בשרו במים ואחרי כן יבוא אל המחנה ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 29

And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:

- C'est ici pour vous une loi perpétuelle: au septième mois, le dixième jour du mois, vous humilierez vos âmes, vous ne ferez aucun ouvrage, ni l'indigène, ni l'étranger qui séjourne au milieu de vous. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔσται του̃το ὑμι̃ν νόμιμον αἰώνιον ἐν τω̨̃ μηνὶ τω̨̃ ἑβδόμω̨ δεκάτη̨ του̃ μηνὸς ταπεινώσατε τὰς ψυχὰς ὑμω̃ν καὶ πα̃ν ἔργον οὐ ποιήσετε ὁ αὐτόχθων καὶ ὁ προσήλυτος ὁ προσκείμενος ἐν ὑμι̃ν (Ⅲ)

- Eritque vobis hoc legitimum sempiternum : mense septimo, decima die mensis, affligetis animas vestras, nullumque opus facietis, sive indigena, sive advena qui peregrinatur inter vos. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 29 ׃16 והיתה לכם לחקת עולם בחדש השביעי בעשור לחדש תענו את נפשתיכם וכל מלאכה לא תעשו האזרח והגר הגר בתוככם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 30

For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.

- Car en ce jour on fera l'expiation pour vous, afin de vous purifier: vous serez purifiés de tous vos péchés devant l'Éternel. (Ⅱ)

- ἐν γὰρ τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ταύτη̨ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ ὑμω̃ν καθαρίσαι ὑμα̃ς ἀπὸ πασω̃ν τω̃ν ἁμαρτιω̃ν ὑμω̃ν ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ καθαρισθήσεσθε (Ⅲ)

- In hac die expiatio erit vestri, atque mundatio ab omnibus peccatis vestris : coram Domino mundabimini. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 30 ׃16 כי ביום הזה יכפר עליכם לטהר אתכם מכל חטאתיכם לפני יהוה תטהרו ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 31

It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.

- Ce sera pour vous un sabbat, un jour de repos, et vous humilierez vos âmes. C'est une loi perpétuelle. (Ⅱ)

- σάββατα σαββάτων ἀνάπαυσις αὕτη ἔσται ὑμι̃ν καὶ ταπεινώσετε τὰς ψυχὰς ὑμω̃ν νόμιμον αἰώνιον (Ⅲ)

- Sabbatum enim requietionis est, et affligetis animas vestras religione perpetua. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 31 ׃16 שבת שבתון היא לכם ועניתם את נפשתיכם חקת עולם ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 32

And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest's office in his father's stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments:

- L'expiation sera faite par le sacrificateur qui a reçu l'onction et qui a été consacré pour succéder à son père dans le sacerdoce; il se revêtira des vêtements de lin, des vêtements sacrés. (Ⅱ)

- ἐξιλάσεται ὁ ἱερεύς ὃν ἂν χρίσωσιν αὐτὸν καὶ ὃν ἂν τελειώσουσιν τὰς χει̃ρας αὐτου̃ ἱερατεύειν μετὰ τὸν πατέρα αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐνδύσεται τὴν στολὴν τὴν λινη̃ν στολὴν ἁγίαν (Ⅲ)

- Expiabit autem sacerdos, qui unctus fuerit, et cujus manus initiatæ sunt ut sacerdotio fungatur pro patre suo : indueturque stola linea et vestibus sanctis, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 32 ׃16 וכפר הכהן אשר ימשח אתו ואשר ימלא את ידו לכהן תחת אביו ולבש את בגדי הבד בגדי הקדש ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 33

And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation.

- Il fera l'expiation pour le sanctuaire de sainteté, il fera l'expiation pour la tente d'assignation et pour l'autel, et il fera l'expiation pour les sacrificateurs et pour tout le peuple de l'assemblée. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξιλάσεται τὸ ἅγιον του̃ ἁγίου καὶ τὴν σκηνὴν του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἐξιλάσεται καὶ περὶ τω̃ν ἱερέων καὶ περὶ πάσης συναγωγη̃ς ἐξιλάσεται (Ⅲ)

- et expiabit sanctuarium et tabernaculum testimonii atque altare, sacerdotes quoque et universum populum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 33 ׃16 וכפר את מקדש הקדש ואת אהל מועד ואת המזבח יכפר ועל הכהנים ועל כל עם הקהל יכפר ‬ (Ⅴ)

16. 34

And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.

- Ce sera pour vous une loi perpétuelle: il se fera une fois chaque année l'expiation pour les enfants d'Israël, à cause de leurs péchés. On fit ce que l'Éternel avait ordonné à Moïse. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔσται του̃το ὑμι̃ν νόμιμον αἰώνιον ἐξιλάσκεσθαι περὶ τω̃ν υἱω̃ν Ισραηλ ἀπὸ πασω̃ν τω̃ν ἁμαρτιω̃ν αὐτω̃ν ἅπαξ του̃ ἐνιαυτου̃ ποιηθήσεται καθάπερ συνέταξεν κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Eritque vobis hoc legitimum sempiternum, ut oretis pro filiis Israël, et pro cunctis peccatis eorum semel in anno. Fecit igitur sicut præceperat Dominus Moysi. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 34 ׃16 והיתה זאת לכם לחקת עולם לכפר על בני ישראל מכל חטאתם אחת בשנה ויעש כאשר צוה יהוה את משה פ‬ (Ⅴ)
