9. 1

And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

- Le huitième jour, Moïse appela Aaron et ses fils, et les anciens d'Israël. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐγενήθη τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ τη̨̃ ὀγδόη̨ ἐκάλεσεν Μωυση̃ς Ααρων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτου̃ καὶ τὴν γερουσίαν Ισραηλ (Ⅲ)

- Facto autem octavo die, vocavit Moyses Aaron, et filios ejus, ac majores natu Israël, dixitque ad Aaron : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 1 ׃9 ויהי ביום השמיני קרא משה לאהרן ולבניו ולזקני ישראל ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 2

And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.

- Il dit à Aaron: Prends un jeune veau pour le sacrifice d'expiation, et un bélier pour l'holocauste, l'un et l'autre sans défaut, et sacrifie-les devant l'Éternel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰ̃πεν Μωυση̃ς πρὸς Ααρων λαβὲ σεαυτω̨̃ μοσχάριον ἐκ βοω̃ν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ κριὸν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα ἄμωμα καὶ προσένεγκε αὐτὰ ἔναντι κυρίου (Ⅲ)

- Tolle de armento vitulum pro peccato, et arietem in holocaustum, utrumque immaculatum, et offer illos coram Domino. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 2 ׃9 ויאמר אל אהרן קח לך עגל בן בקר לחטאת ואיל לעלה תמימם והקרב לפני יהוה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 3

And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

- Tu parleras aux enfants d'Israël, et tu diras: Prenez un bouc, pour le sacrifice d'expiation, un veau et un agneau, âgés d'un an et sans défaut, pour l'holocauste; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τη̨̃ γερουσία̨ Ισραηλ λάλησον λέγων λάβετε χίμαρον ἐξ αἰγω̃ν ἕνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ μοσχάριον καὶ ἀμνὸν ἐνιαύσιον εἰς ὁλοκάρπωσιν ἄμωμα (Ⅲ)

- Et ad filios Israël loqueris : Tollite hircum pro peccato, et vitulum, atque agnum, anniculos, et sine macula in holocaustum, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 3 ׃9 ואל בני ישראל תדבר לאמר קחו שעיר עזים לחטאת ועגל וכבש בני שנה תמימם לעלה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 4

Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.

- un boeuf et un bélier, pour le sacrifice d'actions de grâces, afin de les sacrifier devant l'Éternel; et une offrande pétrie à l'huile. Car aujourd'hui l'Éternel vous apparaîtra. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ μόσχον καὶ κριὸν εἰς θυσίαν σωτηρίου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ σεμίδαλιν πεφυραμένην ἐν ἐλαίω̨ ὅτι σήμερον κύριος ὀφθήσεται ἐν ὑμι̃ν (Ⅲ)

- bovem et arietem pro pacificis : et immolate eos coram Domino, in sacrificio singulorum similam conspersam oleo offerentes : hodie enim Dominus apparebit vobis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 4 ׃9 ושור ואיל לשלמים לזבח לפני יהוה ומנחה בלולה בשמן כי היום יהוה נראה אליכם ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 5

And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.

- Ils amenèrent devant la tente d'assignation ce que Moïse avait ordonné; et toute l'assemblée s'approcha, et se tint devant l'Éternel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔλαβον καθὸ ἐνετείλατο Μωυση̃ς ἀπέναντι τη̃ς σκηνη̃ς του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ προση̃λθεν πα̃σα συναγωγὴ καὶ ἔστησαν ἔναντι κυρίου (Ⅲ)

- Tulerunt ergo cuncta quæ jusserat Moyses ad ostium tabernaculi : ubi cum omnis multitudo astaret, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 5 ׃9 ויקחו את אשר צוה משה אל פני אהל מועד ויקרבו כל העדה ויעמדו לפני יהוה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 6

And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.

- Moïse dit: Vous ferez ce que l'Éternel a ordonné; et la gloire de l'Éternel vous apparaîtra. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰ̃πεν Μωυση̃ς του̃το τὸ ῥη̃μα ὃ εἰ̃πεν κύριος ποιήσατε καὶ ὀφθήσεται ἐν ὑμι̃ν δόξα κυρίου (Ⅲ)

- ait Moyses : Iste est sermo, quem præcepit Dominus : facite, et apparebit vobis gloria ejus. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 6 ׃9 ויאמר משה זה הדבר אשר צוה יהוה תעשו וירא אליכם כבוד יהוה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 7

And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.

- Moïse dit à Aaron: Approche-toi de l'autel; offre ton sacrifice d'expiation et ton holocauste, et fais l'expiation pour toi et pour le peuple; offre aussi le sacrifice du peuple, et fais l'expiation pour lui, comme l'Éternel l'a ordonné. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰ̃πεν Μωυση̃ς τω̨̃ Ααρων πρόσελθε πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ποίησον τὸ περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας σου καὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμά σου καὶ ἐξίλασαι περὶ σεαυτου̃ καὶ του̃ οἴκου σου καὶ ποίησον τὰ δω̃ρα του̃ λαου̃ καὶ ἐξίλασαι περὶ αὐτω̃ν καθάπερ ἐνετείλατο κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Et dixit ad Aaron : Accede ad altare, et immola pro peccato tuo : offer holocaustum, et deprecare pro te et pro populo : cumque mactaveris hostiam populi, ora pro eo, sicut præcepit Dominus.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 7 ׃9 ויאמר משה אל אהרן קרב אל המזבח ועשה את חטאתך ואת עלתך וכפר בעדך ובעד העם ועשה את קרבן העם וכפר בעדם כאשר צוה יהוה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 8

Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

- Aaron s'approcha de l'autel, et il égorgea le veau pour son sacrifice d'expiation. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προση̃λθεν Ααρων πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸ μοσχάριον τὸ περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας (Ⅲ)

- Statimque Aaron accedens ad altare, immolavit vitulum pro peccato suo : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 8 ׃9 ויקרב אהרן אל המזבח וישחט את עגל החטאת אשר לו ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 9

And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:

- Les fils d'Aaron lui présentèrent le sang; il trempa son doigt dans le sang, en mit sur les cornes de l'autel, et répandit le sang au pied de l'autel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων τὸ αἱ̃μα πρὸς αὐτόν καὶ ἔβαψεν τὸν δάκτυλον εἰς τὸ αἱ̃μα καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα του̃ θυσιαστηρίου καὶ τὸ αἱ̃μα ἐξέχεεν ἐπὶ τὴν βάσιν του̃ θυσιαστηρίου (Ⅲ)

- cujus sanguinem obtulerunt ei filii sui : in quo tingens digitum, tetigit cornua altaris, et fudit residuum ad basim ejus. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 9 ׃9 ויקרבו בני אהרן את הדם אליו ויטבל אצבעו בדם ויתן על קרנות המזבח ואת הדם יצק אל יסוד המזבח ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 10

But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.

- Il brûla sur l'autel la graisse, les rognons, et le grand lobe du foie de la victime expiatoire, comme l'Éternel l'avait ordonné à Moïse. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸ στέαρ καὶ τοὺς νεφροὺς καὶ τὸν λοβὸν του̃ ἥπατος του̃ περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας ἀνήνεγκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ὃν τρόπον ἐνετείλατο κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Adipemque, et renunculos, ac reticulum jecoris, quæ sunt pro peccato, adolevit super altare, sicut præceperat Dominus Moysi : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 10 ׃9 ואת החלב ואת הכלית ואת היתרת מן הכבד מן החטאת הקטיר המזבחה כאשר צוה יהוה את משה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 11

And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.

- Mais il brûla au feu hors du camp la chair et la peau. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὰ κρέα καὶ τὴν βύρσαν κατέκαυσεν αὐτὰ πυρὶ ἔξω τη̃ς παρεμβολη̃ς (Ⅲ)

- carnes vero et pellem ejus extra castra combussit igni. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 11 ׃9 ואת הבשר ואת העור שרף באש מחוץ למחנה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 12

And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

- Il égorgea l'holocauste. Les fils d'Aaron lui présentèrent le sang, et il le répandit sur l'autel tout autour. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων τὸ αἱ̃μα πρὸς αὐτόν καὶ προσέχεεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλω̨ (Ⅲ)

- Immolavit et holocausti victimam : obtuleruntque ei filii sui sanguinem ejus, quem fudit per altaris circuitum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 12 ׃9 וישחט את העלה וימצאו בני אהרן אליו את הדם ויזרקהו על המזבח סביב ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 13

And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.

- Ils lui présentèrent l'holocauste coupé par morceaux, avec la tête, et il les brûla sur l'autel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα προσήνεγκαν αὐτω̨̃ κατὰ μέλη αὐτὰ καὶ τὴν κεφαλήν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον (Ⅲ)

- Ipsam etiam hostiam in frusta concisam, cum capite et membris singulis obtulerunt ; quæ omnia super altare cremavit igni, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 13 ׃9 ואת העלה המציאו אליו לנתחיה ואת הראש ויקטר על המזבח ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 14

And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.

- Il lava les entrailles et les jambes, et il les brûla sur l'autel, par dessus l'holocauste. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔπλυνεν τὴν κοιλίαν καὶ τοὺς πόδας ὕδατι καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον (Ⅲ)

- lotis aqua prius intestinis et pedibus.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 14 ׃9 וירחץ את הקרב ואת הכרעים ויקטר על העלה המזבחה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 15

And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.

- Ensuite, il offrit le sacrifice du peuple. Il prit le bouc pour le sacrifice expiatoire du peuple, il l'égorgea, et l'offrit en expiation, comme la première victime. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσήνεγκαν τὸ δω̃ρον του̃ λαου̃ καὶ ἔλαβεν τὸν χίμαρον τὸν περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας του̃ λαου̃ καὶ ἔσφαξεν αὐτὸ καθὰ καὶ τὸ πρω̃τον (Ⅲ)

- Et pro peccato populi offerens, mactavit hircum : expiatoque altari, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 15 ׃9 ויקרב את קרבן העם ויקח את שעיר החטאת אשר לעם וישחטהו ויחטאהו כראשון ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 16

And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.

- Il offrit l'holocauste, et le sacrifia, d'après les règles établies. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσήνεγκεν τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ ἐποίησεν αὐτό ὡς καθήκει (Ⅲ)

- fecit holocaustum, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 16 ׃9 ויקרב את העלה ויעשה כמשפט ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 17

And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.

- Il présenta l'offrande, en prit une poignée, et la brûla sur l'autel, outre l'holocauste du matin. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσήνεγκεν τὴν θυσίαν καὶ ἔπλησεν τὰς χει̃ρας ἀπ' αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἐπέθηκεν ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον χωρὶς του̃ ὁλοκαυτώματος του̃ πρωινου̃ (Ⅲ)

- addens in sacrificio libamenta, quæ pariter offeruntur, et adolens ea super altare, absque cæremoniis holocausti matutini. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 17 ׃9 ויקרב את המנחה וימלא כפו ממנה ויקטר על המזבח מלבד עלת הבקר ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 18

He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,

- Il égorgea le boeuf et le bélier, en sacrifice d'actions de grâces pour le peuple. Les fils d'Aaron lui présentèrent le sang, et il le répandit sur l'autel tout autour. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔσφαξεν τὸν μόσχον καὶ τὸν κριὸν τη̃ς θυσίας του̃ σωτηρίου τη̃ς του̃ λαου̃ καὶ προσήνεγκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων τὸ αἱ̃μα πρὸς αὐτόν καὶ προσέχεεν πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλω̨ (Ⅲ)

- Immolavit et bovem atque arietem, hostias pacificas populi : obtuleruntque ei filii sui sanguinem, quem fudit super altare in circuitum. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 18 ׃9 וישחט את השור ואת האיל זבח השלמים אשר לעם וימצאו בני אהרן את הדם אליו ויזרקהו על המזבח סביב ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 19

And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth the inwards, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver:

- Ils lui présentèrent la graisse du boeuf et du bélier, la queue, la graisse qui couvre les entrailles, les rognons, et le grand lobe du foie; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἀπὸ του̃ μόσχου καὶ του̃ κριου̃ τὴν ὀσφὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον ἐπὶ τη̃ς κοιλίας καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ' αὐτω̃ν καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ του̃ ἥπατος (Ⅲ)

- Adipem autem bovis, et caudam arietis, renunculosque cum adipibus suis, et reticulum jecoris, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 19 ׃9 ואת החלבים מן השור ומן האיל האליה והמכסה והכלית ויתרת הכבד ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 20

And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:

- ils mirent les graisses sur les poitrines, et il brûla les graisses sur l'autel. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὰ στέατα ἐπὶ τὰ στηθύνια καὶ ἀνήνεγκαν τὰ στέατα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον (Ⅲ)

- posuerunt super pectora : cumque cremati essent adipes super altare, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 20 ׃9 וישימו את החלבים על החזות ויקטר החלבים המזבחה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 21

And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.

- Aaron agita de côté et d'autre devant l'Éternel les poitrines et l'épaule droite, comme Moïse l'avait ordonné. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ τὸ στηθύνιον καὶ τὸν βραχίονα τὸν δεξιὸν ἀφει̃λεν Ααρων ἀφαίρεμα ἔναντι κυρίου ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τω̨̃ Μωυση̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- pectora eorum, et armos dextros separavit Aaron, elevans coram Domino, sicut præceperat Moyses.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 21 ׃9 ואת החזות ואת שוק הימין הניף אהרן תנופה לפני יהוה כאשר צוה משה ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 22

And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.

- Aaron leva ses mains vers le peuple, et il le bénit. Puis il descendit, après avoir offert le sacrifice d'expiation, l'holocauste et le sacrifice d'actions de grâces. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξάρας Ααρων τὰς χει̃ρας ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν εὐλόγησεν αὐτούς καὶ κατέβη ποιήσας τὸ περὶ τη̃ς ἁμαρτίας καὶ τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα καὶ τὰ του̃ σωτηρίου (Ⅲ)

- Et extendens manus ad populum, benedixit ei. Sicque completis hostiis pro peccato, et holocaustis, et pacificis, descendit. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 22 ׃9 וישא אהרן את *ידו **ידיו אל העם ויברכם וירד מעשת החטאת והעלה והשלמים ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 23

And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.

- Moïse et Aaron entrèrent dans la tente d'assignation. Lorsqu'ils en sortirent, ils bénirent le peuple. Et la gloire de l'Éternel apparut à tout le peuple. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰση̃λθεν Μωυση̃ς καὶ Ααρων εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν του̃ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἐξελθόντες εὐλόγησαν πάντα τὸν λαόν καὶ ὤφθη ἡ δόξα κυρίου παντὶ τω̨̃ λαω̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- Ingressi autem Moyses et Aaron in tabernaculum testimonii, et deinceps egressi, benedixerunt populo. Apparuitque gloria Domini omni multitudini : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 23 ׃9 ויבא משה ואהרן אל אהל מועד ויצאו ויברכו את העם וירא כבוד יהוה אל כל העם ‬ (Ⅴ)

9. 24

And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

- Le feu sortit de devant l'Éternel, et consuma sur l'autel l'holocauste et les graisses. Tout le peuple le vit; et ils poussèrent des cris de joie, et se jetèrent sur leur face. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξη̃λθεν πυ̃ρ παρὰ κυρίου καὶ κατέφαγεν τὰ ἐπὶ του̃ θυσιαστηρίου τά τε ὁλοκαυτώματα καὶ τὰ στέατα καὶ εἰ̃δεν πα̃ς ὁ λαὸς καὶ ἐξέστη καὶ ἔπεσαν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον (Ⅲ)

- et ecce egressus ignis a Domino, devoravit holocaustum, et adipes qui erant super altare. Quod cum vidissent turbæ, laudaverunt Dominum, ruentes in facies suas. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 24 ׃9 ותצא אש מלפני יהוה ותאכל על המזבח את העלה ואת החלבים וירא כל העם וירנו ויפלו על פניהם ‬ (Ⅴ)
