The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
- Oracle, parole de l'Éternel sur Israël. Ainsi parle l'Éternel, qui a étendu les cieux et fondé la terre, Et qui a formé l'esprit de l'homme au dedans de lui: (Ⅱ) - λη̃μμα λόγου κυρίου ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ λέγει κύριος ἐκτείνων οὐρανὸν καὶ θεμελιω̃ν γη̃ν καὶ πλάσσων πνευ̃μα ἀνθρώπου ἐν αὐτω̨̃ (Ⅲ) - Onus verbi Domini super Israël. Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
- Voici, je ferai de Jérusalem une coupe d'étourdissement Pour tous les peuples d'alentour, Et aussi pour Juda dans le siège de Jérusalem. (Ⅱ) - ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ τίθημι τὴν Ιερουσαλημ ὡς πρόθυρα σαλευόμενα πα̃σι τοι̃ς λαοι̃ς κύκλω̨ καὶ ἐν τη̨̃ Ιουδαία̨ ἔσται περιοχὴ ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ (Ⅲ) - Ecce ego ponam Jerusalem superliminare crapulæ/ omnibus populis in circuitu :/ sed et Juda erit in obsidione contra Jerusalem./ (Ⅳ) - 2 ׃12 הנה אנכי שם את ירושלם סף רעל לכל העמים סביב וגם על יהודה יהיה במצור על ירושלם (Ⅴ)

And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
- En ce jour-là, je ferai de Jérusalem une pierre pesante pour tous les peuples; Tous ceux qui la soulèveront seront meurtris; Et toutes les nations de la terre s'assembleront contre elle. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔσται ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ θήσομαι τὴν Ιερουσαλημ λίθον καταπατούμενον πα̃σιν τοι̃ς ἔθνεσιν πα̃ς ὁ καταπατω̃ν αὐτὴν ἐμπαίζων ἐμπαίξεται καὶ ἐπισυναχθήσονται ἐπ' αὐτὴν πάντα τὰ ἔθνη τη̃ς γη̃ς (Ⅲ) - Et erit : in die illa ponam Jerusalem lapidem oneris cunctis populis :/ omnes qui levabunt eam concisione lacerabuntur,/ et colligentur adversus eam omnia regna terræ./ (Ⅳ) - 3 ׃12 והיה ביום ההוא אשים את ירושלם אבן מעמסה לכל העמים כל עמסיה שרוט ישרטו ונאספו עליה כל גויי הארץ (Ⅴ)

In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
- En ce jour-là, dit l'Éternel, Je frapperai d'étourdissement tous les chevaux, Et de délire ceux qui les monteront; Mais j'aurai les yeux ouverts sur la maison de Juda, Quand je frapperai d'aveuglement tous les chevaux des peuples. (Ⅱ) - ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ πατάξω πάντα ἵππον ἐν ἐκστάσει καὶ τὸν ἀναβάτην αὐτου̃ ἐν παραφρονήσει ἐπὶ δὲ τὸν οἰ̃κον Ιουδα διανοίξω τοὺς ὀφθαλμούς μου καὶ πάντας τοὺς ἵππους τω̃ν λαω̃ν πατάξω ἐν ἀποτυφλώσει (Ⅲ) - In die illa, dicit Dominus,/ percutiam omnem equum in stuporem,/ et ascensorem ejus in amentiam :/ et super domum Juda aperiam oculos meos,/ et omnem equum populorum percutiam cæcitate./ (Ⅳ) - 4 ׃12 ביום ההוא נאם יהוה אכה כל סוס בתמהון ורכבו בשגעון ועל בית יהודה אפקח את עיני וכל סוס העמים אכה בעורון (Ⅴ)

And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God.
- Les chefs de Juda diront en leur coeur: Les habitants de Jérusalem sont notre force, Par l'Éternel des armées, leur Dieu. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐρου̃σιν οἱ χιλίαρχοι Ιουδα ἐν ται̃ς καρδίαις αὐτω̃ν εὑρήσομεν ἑαυτοι̃ς τοὺς κατοικου̃ντας Ιερουσαλημ ἐν κυρίω̨ παντοκράτορι θεω̨̃ αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - Et dicent duces Juda in corde suo :/ Confortentur mihi habitatores Jerusalem/ in Domino exercituum, Deo eorum !/ (Ⅳ) - 5 ׃12 ואמרו אלפי יהודה בלבם אמצה לי ישבי ירושלם ביהוה צבאות אלהיהם (Ⅴ)

In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
- En ce jour-là, je ferai des chefs de Juda Comme un foyer ardent parmi du bois, Comme une torche enflammée parmi des gerbes; Ils dévoreront à droite et à gauche tous les peuples d'alentour, Et Jérusalem restera à sa place, à Jérusalem. (Ⅱ) - ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ θήσομαι τοὺς χιλιάρχους Ιουδα ὡς δαλὸν πυρὸς ἐν ξύλοις καὶ ὡς λαμπάδα πυρὸς ἐν καλάμη̨ καὶ καταφάγονται ἐκ δεξιω̃ν καὶ ἐξ εὐωνύμων πάντας τοὺς λαοὺς κυκλόθεν καὶ κατοικήσει Ιερουσαλημ ἔτι καθ' ἑαυτήν (Ⅲ) - In die illa ponam duces Juda/ sicut caminum ignis in lignis,/ et sicut facem ignis in fœno :/ et devorabunt ad dexteram et ad sinistram omnes populos in circuitu,/ et habitabitur Jerusalem rursus in loco suo in Jerusalem./ (Ⅳ) - 6 ׃12 ביום ההוא אשים את אלפי יהודה ככיור אש בעצים וכלפיד אש בעמיר ואכלו על ימין ועל שמאול את כל העמים סביב וישבה ירושלם עוד תחתיה בירושלם פ (Ⅴ)

The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
- L'Éternel sauvera d'abord les tentes de Juda, Afin que la gloire de la maison de David, La gloire des habitants de Jérusalem ne s'élève pas au-dessus de Juda. (Ⅱ) - καὶ σώσει κύριος τὰ σκηνώματα Ιουδα καθὼς ἀπ' ἀρχη̃ς ὅπως μὴ μεγαλύνηται καύχημα οἴκου Δαυιδ καὶ ἔπαρσις τω̃ν κατοικούντων Ιερουσαλημ ἐπὶ τὸν Ιουδαν (Ⅲ) - Et salvabit Dominus tabernacula Juda, sicut in principio,/ ut non magnifice glorietur domus David,/ et gloria habitantium Jerusalem contra Judam./ (Ⅳ) - 7 ׃12 והושיע יהוה את אהלי יהודה בראשנה למען לא תגדל תפארת בית דויד ותפארת ישב ירושלם על יהודה (Ⅴ)

In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.
- En ce jour-là, l'Éternel protégera les habitants de Jérusalem, Et le faible parmi eux sera dans ce jour comme David; La maison de David sera comme Dieu, Comme l'ange de l'Éternel devant eux. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔσται ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ ὑπερασπιει̃ κύριος ὑπὲρ τω̃ν κατοικούντων Ιερουσαλημ καὶ ἔσται ὁ ἀσθενω̃ν ἐν αὐτοι̃ς ἐν ἐκείνη̨ τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ὡς οἰ̃κος Δαυιδ ὁ δὲ οἰ̃κος Δαυιδ ὡς οἰ̃κος θεου̃ ὡς ἄγγελος κυρίου ἐνώπιον αὐτω̃ν (Ⅲ) - In die illa proteget Dominus habitatores Jerusalem :/ et erit qui offenderit ex eis in die illa quasi David,/ et domus David quasi Dei,/ sicut angelus Domini in conspectu eorum.]\ (Ⅳ) - 8 ׃12 ביום ההוא יגן יהוה בעד יושב ירושלם והיה הנכשל בהם ביום ההוא כדויד ובית דויד כאלהים כמלאך יהוה לפניהם (Ⅴ)

And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
- En ce jour-là, Je m'efforcerai de détruire toutes les nations Qui viendront contre Jérusalem. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔσται ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ ζητήσω του̃ ἐξα̃ραι πάντα τὰ ἔθνη τὰ ἐπερχόμενα ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ (Ⅲ) - Et erit in die illa :/ quæram conterere omnes gentes quæ veniunt contra Jerusalem./ (Ⅳ) - 9 ׃12 והיה ביום ההוא אבקש להשמיד את כל הגוים הבאים על ירושלם (Ⅴ)

And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
- Alors je répandrai sur la maison de David et sur les habitants de Jérusalem Un esprit de grâce et de supplication, Et ils tourneront les regards vers moi, celui qu'ils ont percé. Ils pleureront sur lui comme on pleure sur un fils unique, Ils pleureront amèrement sur lui comme on pleure sur un premier-né. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐκχεω̃ ἐπὶ τὸν οἰ̃κον Δαυιδ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς κατοικου̃ντας Ιερουσαλημ πνευ̃μα χάριτος καὶ οἰκτιρμου̃ καὶ ἐπιβλέψονται πρός με ἀνθ' ὡ̃ν κατωρχήσαντο καὶ κόψονται ἐπ' αὐτὸν κοπετὸν ὡς ἐπ' ἀγαπητὸν καὶ ὀδυνηθήσονται ὀδύνην ὡς ἐπὶ πρωτοτόκω̨ (Ⅲ) - Et effundam super domum David/ et super habitatores Jerusalem/ spiritum gratiæ et precum :/ et aspicient ad me quem confixerunt,/ et plangent eum planctu quasi super unigenitum,/ et dolebunt super eum,/ ut doleri solet in morte primogeniti./ (Ⅳ) - 10 ׃12 ושפכתי על בית דויד ועל יושב ירושלם רוח חן ותחנונים והביטו אלי את אשר דקרו וספדו עליו כמספד על היחיד והמר עליו כהמר על הבכור (Ⅴ)

In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.
- En ce jour-là, le deuil sera grand à Jérusalem, Comme le deuil d'Hadadrimmon dans la vallée de Meguiddon. (Ⅱ) - ἐν τη̨̃ ἡμέρα̨ ἐκείνη̨ μεγαλυνθήσεται ὁ κοπετὸς ἐν Ιερουσαλημ ὡς κοπετὸς ῥοω̃νος ἐν πεδίω̨ ἐκκοπτομένου (Ⅲ) - In die illa, magnus erit planctus in Jerusalem,/ sicut planctus Adadremmon in campo Mageddon./ (Ⅳ) - 11 ׃12 ביום ההוא יגדל המספד בירושלם כמספד הדד רמון בבקעת מגדון (Ⅴ)

And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
- Le pays sera dans le deuil, chaque famille séparément: La famille de la maison de David séparément, et les femmes à part; La famille de la maison de Nathan séparément, et les femmes à part; (Ⅱ) - καὶ κόψεται ἡ γη̃ κατὰ φυλὰς φυλάς φυλὴ καθ' ἑαυτὴν καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες αὐτω̃ν καθ' ἑαυτάς φυλὴ οἰ̃κου Δαυιδ καθ' ἑαυτὴν καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες αὐτω̃ν καθ' ἑαυτάς φυλὴ οἴκου Ναθαν καθ' ἑαυτὴν καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες αὐτω̃ν καθ' ἑαυτάς (Ⅲ) - Et planget terra : familiæ et familiæ seorsum :/ familiæ domus David seorsum, et mulieres eorum seorsum :/ (Ⅳ) - 12 ׃12 וספדה הארץ משפחות משפחות לבד משפחת בית דויד לבד ונשיהם לבד משפחת בית נתן לבד ונשיהם לבד (Ⅴ)

The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;
- La famille de la maison de Lévi séparément, et les femmes à part; La famille de Schimeï séparément, et les femmes à part; (Ⅱ) - φυλὴ οἴκου Λευι καθ' ἑαυτὴν καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες αὐτω̃ν καθ' ἑαυτάς φυλὴ του̃ Συμεων καθ' ἑαυτὴν καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες αὐτω̃ν καθ' ἑαυτάς (Ⅲ) - familiæ domus Nathan seorsum, et mulieres eorum seorsum :/ familiæ domus Levi seorsum, et mulieres eorum seorsum :/ familiæ Semei seorsum, et mulieres eorum seorsum :/ (Ⅳ) - 13 ׃12 משפחת בית לוי לבד ונשיהם לבד משפחת השמעי לבד ונשיהם לבד (Ⅴ)

(Ⅱ) - πα̃σαι αἱ φυλαὶ αἱ ὑπολελειμμέναι φυλὴ καθ' ἑαυτὴν καὶ αἱ γυναι̃κες αὐτω̃ν καθ' ἑαυτάς (Ⅲ) - omnes familiæ reliquæ,/ familiæ et familiæ seorsum, et mulieres eorum seorsum.] (Ⅳ) - 14 ׃12 כל המשפחות הנשארות משפחת משפחת לבד ונשיהם לבד ס (Ⅴ)
