19. 1

And Saul spake to Jonathan his son, and to all his servants, that they should kill David.

- Saül parla à Jonathan, son fils, et à tous ses serviteurs, de faire mourir David. Mais Jonathan, fils de Saül, qui avait une grande affection pour David, (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐλάλησεν Σαουλ πρὸς Ιωναθαν τὸν υἱὸν αὐτου̃ καὶ πρὸς πάντας τοὺς παι̃δας αὐτου̃ θανατω̃σαι τὸν Δαυιδ καὶ Ιωναθαν υἱὸς Σαουλ ἡ̨ρει̃το τὸν Δαυιδ σφόδρα (Ⅲ)

- Locutus est autem Saul ad Jonathan filium suum, et ad omnes servos suos, ut occiderent David. Porro Jonathas filius Saul diligebat David valde : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 1 ׃19 וידבר שאול אל יונתן בנו ואל כל עבדיו להמית את דוד ויהונתן בן שאול חפץ בדוד מאד ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 2

But Jonathan Saul's son delighted much in David: and Jonathan told David, saying, Saul my father seeketh to kill thee: now therefore, I pray thee, take heed to thyself until the morning, and abide in a secret place, and hide thyself:

- l'en informa et lui dit: Saül, mon père, cherche à te faire mourir. Sois donc sur tes gardes demain matin, reste dans un lieu retiré, et cache-toi. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπήγγειλεν Ιωναθαν τω̨̃ Δαυιδ λέγων Σαουλ ζητει̃ θανατω̃σαί σε φύλαξαι οὐ̃ν αὔριον πρωὶ καὶ κρύβηθι καὶ κάθισον κρυβη̨̃ (Ⅲ)

- et indicavit Jonathas David, dicens : Quærit Saul pater meus occidere te : quapropter observa te, quæso, mane : et manebis clam, et absconderis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 2 ׃19 ויגד יהונתן לדוד לאמר מבקש שאול אבי להמיתך ועתה השמר נא בבקר וישבת בסתר ונחבאת ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 3

And I will go out and stand beside my father in the field where thou art, and I will commune with my father of thee; and what I see, that I will tell thee.

- Je sortirai et je me tiendrai à côté de mon père dans le champ où tu seras; je parlerai de toi à mon père, je verrai ce qu'il dira, et je te le rapporterai. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐγὼ ἐξελεύσομαι καὶ στήσομαι ἐχόμενος του̃ πατρός μου ἐν ἀγρω̨̃ οὑ̃ ἐὰν ἠ̨̃ς ἐκει̃ καὶ ἐγὼ λαλήσω περὶ σου̃ πρὸς τὸν πατέρα μου καὶ ὄψομαι ὅ τι ἐὰν ἠ̨̃ καὶ ἀπαγγελω̃ σοι (Ⅲ)

- Ego autem egrediens stabo juxta patrem meum in agro, ubicumque fueris : et ego loquar de te ad patrem meum, et quodcumque videro, nuntiabo tibi. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 3 ׃19 ואני אצא ועמדתי ליד אבי בשדה אשר אתה שם ואני אדבר בך אל אבי וראיתי מה והגדתי לך ס‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 4

And Jonathan spake good of David unto Saul his father, and said unto him, Let not the king sin against his servant, against David; because he hath not sinned against thee, and because his works have been to thee-ward very good:

- Jonathan parla favorablement de David à Saül, son père: Que le roi, dit-il, ne commette pas un péché à l'égard de son serviteur David, car il n'en a point commis envers toi. Au contraire, il a agi pour ton bien; (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐλάλησεν Ιωναθαν περὶ Δαυιδ ἀγαθὰ πρὸς Σαουλ τὸν πατέρα αὐτου̃ καὶ εἰ̃πεν πρὸς αὐτόν μὴ ἁμαρτησάτω ὁ βασιλεὺς εἰς τὸν δου̃λόν σου Δαυιδ ὅτι οὐχ ἡμάρτηκεν εἰς σέ καὶ τὰ ποιήματα αὐτου̃ ἀγαθὰ σφόδρα (Ⅲ)

- Locutus est ergo Jonathas de David bona ad Saul patrem suum : dixitque ad eum : Ne pecces rex in servum tuum David, quia non peccavit tibi, et opera ejus bona sunt tibi valde. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 4 ׃19 וידבר יהונתן בדוד טוב אל שאול אביו ויאמר אליו אל יחטא המלך בעבדו בדוד כי לוא חטא לך וכי מעשיו טוב לך מאד ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 5

For he did put his life in his hand, and slew the Philistine, and the LORD wrought a great salvation for all Israel: thou sawest it, and didst rejoice: wherefore then wilt thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without a cause?

- il a exposé sa vie, il a tué le Philistin, et l'Éternel a opéré une grande délivrance pour tout Israël. Tu l'as vu, et tu t'en es réjoui. Pourquoi pécherais-tu contre le sang innocent, et ferais-tu sans raison mourir David? (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔθετο τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτου̃ ἐν τη̨̃ χειρὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐπάταξεν τὸν ἀλλόφυλον καὶ ἐποίησεν κύριος σωτηρίαν μεγάλην καὶ πα̃ς Ισραηλ εἰ̃δον καὶ ἐχάρησαν καὶ ἵνα τί ἁμαρτάνεις εἰς αἱ̃μα ἀθω̨̃ον θανατω̃σαι τὸν Δαυιδ δωρεάν (Ⅲ)

- Et posuit animam suam in manu sua, et percussit Philisthæum, et fecit Dominus salutem magnam universo Israëli : vidisti, et lætatus es. Quare ergo peccas in sanguine innoxio, interficiens David, qui est absque culpa ? (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 5 ׃19 וישם את נפשו בכפו ויך את הפלשתי ויעש יהוה תשועה גדולה לכל ישראל ראית ותשמח ולמה תחטא בדם נקי להמית את דוד חנם ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 6

And Saul hearkened unto the voice of Jonathan: and Saul sware, As the LORD liveth, he shall not be slain.

- Saül écouta la voix de Jonathan, et il jura, disant: L'Éternel est vivant! David ne mourra pas. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἤκουσεν Σαουλ τη̃ς φωνη̃ς Ιωναθαν καὶ ὤμοσεν Σαουλ λέγων ζη̨̃ κύριος εἰ ἀποθανει̃ται (Ⅲ)

- Quod cum audisset Saul, placatus voce Jonathæ, juravit : Vivit Dominus, quia non occidetur. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 6 ׃19 וישמע שאול בקול יהונתן וישבע שאול חי יהוה אם יומת ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 7

And Jonathan called David, and Jonathan showed him all those things. And Jonathan brought David to Saul, and he was in his presence, as in times past.

- Jonathan appela David, et lui rapporta toutes ces paroles; puis il l'amena auprès de Saül, en présence de qui David fut comme auparavant. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐκάλεσεν Ιωναθαν τὸν Δαυιδ καὶ ἀπήγγειλεν αὐτω̨̃ πάντα τὰ ῥήματα ταυ̃τα καὶ εἰσήγαγεν Ιωναθαν τὸν Δαυιδ πρὸς Σαουλ καὶ ἠ̃ν ἐνώπιον αὐτου̃ ὡσεὶ ἐχθὲς καὶ τρίτην ἡμέραν (Ⅲ)

- Vocavit itaque Jonathas David, et indicavit ei omnia verba hæc : et introduxit Jonathas David ad Saul, et fuit ante eum sicut fuerat heri et nudiustertius. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 7 ׃19 ויקרא יהונתן לדוד ויגד לו יהונתן את כל הדברים האלה ויבא יהונתן את דוד אל שאול ויהי לפניו כאתמול שלשום ס‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 8

And there was war again: and David went out, and fought with the Philistines, and slew them with a great slaughter; and they fled from him.

- La guerre continuait. David marcha contre les Philistins, et se battit avec eux; il leur fit éprouver une grande défaite, et ils s'enfuirent devant lui. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ προσέθετο ὁ πόλεμος γενέσθαι πρὸς Σαουλ καὶ κατίσχυσεν Δαυιδ καὶ ἐπολέμησεν τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους καὶ ἐπάταξεν ἐν αὐτοι̃ς πληγὴν μεγάλην σφόδρα καὶ ἔφυγον ἐκ προσώπου αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)

- Motum est autem rursum bellum : et egressus David, pugnavit adversum Philisthiim : percussitque eos plaga magna, et fugerunt a facie ejus. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 8 ׃19 ותוסף המלחמה להיות ויצא דוד וילחם בפלשתים ויך בהם מכה גדולה וינסו מפניו ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 9

And the evil spirit from the LORD was upon Saul, as he sat in his house with his javelin in his hand: and David played with his hand.

- Alors le mauvais esprit de l'Éternel fut sur Saül, qui était assis dans sa maison, sa lance à la main. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐγένετο πνευ̃μα θεου̃ πονηρὸν ἐπὶ Σαουλ καὶ αὐτὸς ἐν οἴκω̨ καθεύδων καὶ δόρυ ἐν τη̨̃ χειρὶ αὐτου̃ καὶ Δαυιδ ἔψαλλεν ἐν ται̃ς χερσὶν αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)

- Et factus est spiritus Domini malus in Saul : sedebat autem in domo sua, et tenebat lanceam : porro David psallebat manu sua. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 9 ׃19 ותהי רוח יהוה רעה אל שאול והוא בביתו יושב וחניתו בידו ודוד מנגן ביד ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 10

And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin: but he slipped away out of Saul's presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night.

- David jouait, et Saül voulut le frapper avec sa lance contre la paroi. Mais David se détourna de lui, et Saül frappa de sa lance la paroi. David prit la fuite et s'échappa pendant la nuit. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐζήτει Σαουλ πατάξαι τὸ δόρυ εἰς Δαυιδ καὶ ἀπέστη Δαυιδ ἐκ προσώπου Σαουλ καὶ ἐπάταξεν τὸ δόρυ εἰς τὸν τοι̃χον καὶ Δαυιδ ἀνεχώρησεν καὶ διεσώθη (Ⅲ)

- Nisusque est Saul configere David lancea in pariete, et declinavit David a facie Saul : lancea autem casso vulnere perlata est in parietem, et David fugit, et salvatus est nocte illa.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 10 ׃19 ויבקש שאול להכות בחנית בדוד ובקיר ויפטר מפני שאול ויך את החנית בקיר ודוד נס וימלט בלילה הוא פ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 11

Saul also sent messengers unto David's house, to watch him, and to slay him in the morning: and Michal David's wife told him, saying, If thou save not thy life to night, to morrow thou shalt be slain.

- Saül envoya des gens vers la maison de David, pour le garder et le faire mourir au matin. Mais Mical, femme de David, l'en informa et lui dit: Si tu ne te sauves pas cette nuit, demain tu es mort. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐγενήθη ἐν τη̨̃ νυκτὶ ἐκείνη̨ καὶ ἀπέστειλεν Σαουλ ἀγγέλους εἰς οἰ̃κον Δαυιδ φυλάξαι αὐτὸν του̃ θανατω̃σαι αὐτὸν πρωί καὶ ἀπήγγειλεν τω̨̃ Δαυιδ Μελχολ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτου̃ λέγουσα ἐὰν μὴ σὺ σώση̨ς τὴν ψυχὴν σαυτου̃ τὴν νύκτα ταύτην αὔριον θανατωθήση̨ (Ⅲ)

- Misit ergo Saul satellites suos in domum David, ut custodirent eum, et interficeretur mane. Quod cum annuntiasset David Michol uxor sua, dicens : Nisi salvaveris te nocte hac, cras morieris : (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 11 ׃19 וישלח שאול מלאכים אל בית דוד לשמרו ולהמיתו בבקר ותגד לדוד מיכל אשתו לאמר אם אינך ממלט את נפשך הלילה מחר אתה מומת ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 12

So Michal let David down through a window: and he went, and fled, and escaped.

- Elle le fit descendre par la fenêtre, et David s'en alla et s'enfuit. C'est ainsi qu'il échappa. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ κατάγει ἡ Μελχολ τὸν Δαυιδ διὰ τη̃ς θυρίδος καὶ ἀπη̃λθεν καὶ ἔφυγεν καὶ σώ̨ζεται (Ⅲ)

- deposuit eum per fenestram. Porro ille abiit et aufugit, atque salvatus est. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 12 ׃19 ותרד מיכל את דוד בעד החלון וילך ויברח וימלט ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 13

And Michal took an image, and laid it in the bed, and put a pillow of goats' hair for his bolster, and covered it with a cloth.

- Ensuite Mical prit le théraphim, qu'elle plaça dans le lit; elle mit une peau de chèvre à son chevet, et elle l'enveloppa d'une couverture. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔλαβεν ἡ Μελχολ τὰ κενοτάφια καὶ ἔθετο ἐπὶ τὴν κλίνην καὶ ἡ̃παρ τω̃ν αἰγω̃ν ἔθετο πρὸς κεφαλη̃ς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐκάλυψεν αὐτὰ ἱματίω̨ (Ⅲ)

- Tulit autem Michol statuam, et posuit eam super lectum, et pellem pilosam caprarum posuit ad caput ejus, et operuit eam vestimentis. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 13 ׃19 ותקח מיכל את התרפים ותשם אל המטה ואת כביר העזים שמה מראשתיו ותכס בבגד ס‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 14

And when Saul sent messengers to take David, she said, He is sick.

- Lorsque Saül envoya des gens pour prendre David, elle dit: Il est malade. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπέστειλεν Σαουλ ἀγγέλους λαβει̃ν τὸν Δαυιδ καὶ λέγουσιν ἐνοχλει̃σθαι αὐτόν (Ⅲ)

- Misit autem Saul apparitores, qui raperent David : et responsum est quod ægrotaret. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 14 ׃19 וישלח שאול מלאכים לקחת את דוד ותאמר חלה הוא פ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 15

And Saul sent the messengers again to see David, saying, Bring him up to me in the bed, that I may slay him.

- Saül les renvoya pour qu'ils le vissent, et il dit: Apportez-le-moi dans son lit, afin que je le fasse mourir. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀποστέλλει ἐπὶ τὸν Δαυιδ λέγων ἀγάγετε αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τη̃ς κλίνης πρός με του̃ θανατω̃σαι αὐτόν (Ⅲ)

- Rursumque misit Saul nuntios ut viderent David, dicens : Afferte eum ad me in lecto, ut occidatur. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 15 ׃19 וישלח שאול את המלאכים לראות את דוד לאמר העלו אתו במטה אלי להמתו ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 16

And when the messengers were come in, behold, there was an image in the bed, with a pillow of goats' hair for his bolster.

- Ces gens revinrent, et voici, le théraphim était dans le lit, et une peau de chèvre à son chevet. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἔρχονται οἱ ἄγγελοι καὶ ἰδοὺ τὰ κενοτάφια ἐπὶ τη̃ς κλίνης καὶ ἡ̃παρ τω̃ν αἰγω̃ν πρὸς κεφαλη̃ς αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ)

- Cumque venissent nuntii, inventum est simulacrum super lectum, et pellis caprarum ad caput ejus. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 16 ׃19 ויבאו המלאכים והנה התרפים אל המטה וכביר העזים מראשתיו ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 17

And Saul said unto Michal, Why hast thou deceived me so, and sent away mine enemy, that he is escaped? And Michal answered Saul, He said unto me, Let me go; why should I kill thee?

- Saül dit à Mical: Pourquoi m'as-tu trompé de la sorte, et as-tu laissé partir mon ennemi qui s'est échappé? Mical répondit à Saül: Il m'a dit: Laisse moi aller, ou je te tue! (Ⅱ)

- καὶ εἰ̃πεν Σαουλ τη̨̃ Μελχολ ἵνα τί οὕτως παρελογίσω με καὶ ἐξαπέστειλας τὸν ἐχθρόν μου καὶ διεσώθη καὶ εἰ̃πεν Μελχολ τω̨̃ Σαουλ αὐτὸς εἰ̃πεν ἐξαπόστειλόν με εἰ δὲ μή θανατώσω σε (Ⅲ)

- Dixitque Saul ad Michol : Quare sic illusisti mihi, et dimisisti inimicum meum ut fugeret ? Et respondit Michol ad Saul : Quia ipse locutus est mihi : Dimitte me, alioquin interficiam te.\ (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 17 ׃19 ויאמר שאול אל מיכל למה ככה רמיתני ותשלחי את איבי וימלט ותאמר מיכל אל שאול הוא אמר אלי שלחני למה אמיתך ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 18

So David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth.

- C'est ainsi que David prit la fuite et qu'il échappa. Il se rendit auprès de Samuel à Rama, et lui raconta tout ce que Saül lui avait fait. Puis il alla avec Samuel demeurer à Najoth. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ Δαυιδ ἔφυγεν καὶ διεσώθη καὶ παραγίνεται πρὸς Σαμουηλ εἰς Αρμαθαιμ καὶ ἀπαγγέλλει αὐτω̨̃ πάντα ὅσα ἐποίησεν αὐτω̨̃ Σαουλ καὶ ἐπορεύθη Δαυιδ καὶ Σαμουηλ καὶ ἐκάθισαν ἐν Ναυαθ ἐν Ραμα (Ⅲ)

- David autem fugiens salvatus est, et venit ad Samuel in Ramatha, et nuntiavit ei omnia quæ fecerat sibi Saul : et abierunt ipse et Samuel, et morati sunt in Najoth. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 18 ׃19 ודוד ברח וימלט ויבא אל שמואל הרמתה ויגד לו את כל אשר עשה לו שאול וילך הוא ושמואל וישבו *בנוית **בניות ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 19

And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.

- On le rapporta à Saül, en disant: Voici, David est à Najoth, près de Rama. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπηγγέλη τω̨̃ Σαουλ λέγοντες ἰδοὺ Δαυιδ ἐν Ναυαθ ἐν Ραμα (Ⅲ)

- Nuntiatum est autem Sauli a dicentibus : Ecce David in Najoth in Ramatha. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 19 ׃19 ויגד לשאול לאמר הנה דוד *בנוית **בניות ברמה ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 20

And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

- Saül envoya des gens pour prendre David. Ils virent une assemblée de prophètes qui prophétisaient, ayant Samuel à leur tête. L'esprit de Dieu saisit les envoyés de Saül, et ils se mirent aussi à prophétiser eux-mêmes. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπέστειλεν Σαουλ ἀγγέλους λαβει̃ν τὸν Δαυιδ καὶ εἰ̃δαν τὴν ἐκκλησίαν τω̃ν προφητω̃ν καὶ Σαμουηλ εἱστήκει καθεστηκὼς ἐπ' αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἐγενήθη ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀγγέλους του̃ Σαουλ πνευ̃μα θεου̃ καὶ προφητεύουσιν (Ⅲ)

- Misit ergo Saul lictores, ut raperent David : qui cum vidissent cuneum prophetarum vaticinantium, et Samuelem stantem super eos, factus est etiam spiritus Domini in illis, et prophetare cœperunt etiam ipsi. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 20 ׃19 וישלח שאול מלאכים לקחת את דוד וירא את להקת הנביאים נבאים ושמואל עמד נצב עליהם ותהי על מלאכי שאול רוח אלהים ויתנבאו גם המה ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 21

And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.

- On en fit rapport à Saül, qui envoya d'autres gens, et eux aussi prophétisèrent. Il en envoya encore pour la troisième fois, et ils prophétisèrent également. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἀπηγγέλη τω̨̃ Σαουλ καὶ ἀπέστειλεν ἀγγέλους ἑτέρους καὶ ἐπροφήτευσαν καὶ αὐτοί καὶ προσέθετο Σαουλ ἀποστει̃λαι ἀγγέλους τρίτους καὶ ἐπροφήτευσαν καὶ αὐτοί (Ⅲ)

- Quod cum nuntiatum esset Sauli, misit et alios nuntios : prophetaverunt autem et illi. Et rursum misit Saul tertios nuntios : qui et ipsi prophetaverunt. Et iratus iracundia Saul, (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 21 ׃19 ויגדו לשאול וישלח מלאכים אחרים ויתנבאו גם המה ויסף שאול וישלח מלאכים שלשים ויתנבאו גם המה ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 22

Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.

- Alors Saül alla lui-même à Rama. Arrivé à la grande citerne qui est à Sécou, il demanda: Où sont Samuel et David? On lui répondit: Ils sont à Najoth, près de Rama. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐθυμώθη ὀργη̨̃ Σαουλ καὶ ἐπορεύθη καὶ αὐτὸς εἰς Αρμαθαιμ καὶ ἔρχεται ἕως του̃ φρέατος του̃ ἅλω του̃ ἐν τω̨̃ Σεφι καὶ ἠρώτησεν καὶ εἰ̃πεν που̃ Σαμουηλ καὶ Δαυιδ καὶ εἰ̃παν ἰδοὺ ἐν Ναυαθ ἐν Ραμα (Ⅲ)

- abiit etiam ipse in Ramatha, et venit usque ad cisternam magnam quæ est in Socho, et interrogavit, et dixit : In quo loco sunt Samuel et David ? Dictumque est ei : Ecce in Najoth sunt in Ramatha. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 22 ׃19 וילך גם הוא הרמתה ויבא עד בור הגדול אשר בשכו וישאל ויאמר איפה שמואל ודוד ויאמר הנה *בנוית **בניות ברמה ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 23

And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.

- Et il se dirigea vers Najoth, près de Rama. L'esprit de Dieu fut aussi sur lui; et Saül continua son chemin en prophétisant, jusqu'à son arrivée à Najoth, près de Rama. (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐπορεύθη ἐκει̃θεν εἰς Ναυαθ ἐν Ραμα καὶ ἐγενήθη καὶ ἐπ' αὐτω̨̃ πνευ̃μα θεου̃ καὶ ἐπορεύετο προφητεύων ἕως του̃ ἐλθει̃ν αὐτὸν εἰς Ναυαθ ἐν Ραμα (Ⅲ)

- Et abiit in Najoth in Ramatha, et factus est etiam super eum spiritus Domini, et ambulabat ingrediens, et prophetabat usque dum veniret in Najoth in Ramatha. (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 23 ׃19 וילך שם אל *נוית **ניות ברמה ותהי עליו גם הוא רוח אלהים וילך הלוך ויתנבא עד באו *בנוית **בניות ברמה ‬ (Ⅴ)

19. 24

And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

- Il ôta ses vêtements, et il prophétisa aussi devant Samuel; et il se jeta nu par terre tout ce jour-là et toute la nuit. C'est pourquoi l'on dit: Saül est-il aussi parmi les prophètes? (Ⅱ)

- καὶ ἐξεδύσατο τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτου̃ καὶ ἐπροφήτευσεν ἐνώπιον αὐτω̃ν καὶ ἔπεσεν γυμνὸς ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν ἐκείνην καὶ ὅλην τὴν νύκτα διὰ του̃το ἔλεγον εἰ καὶ Σαουλ ἐν προφήταις (Ⅲ)

- Et expoliavit etiam ipse se vestimentis suis, et prophetavit cum ceteris coram Samuele, et cecidit nudus tota die illa et nocte. Unde et exivit proverbium : Num et Saul inter prophetas ? (Ⅳ)

- ‫ 24 ׃19 ויפשט גם הוא בגדיו ויתנבא גם הוא לפני שמואל ויפל ערם כל היום ההוא וכל הלילה על כן יאמרו הגם שאול בנביאם פ‬ (Ⅴ)
