Behold, Rebekah is before thee, take her, and go, and let her be thy master's son's wife, as the LORD hath spoken.
- Voici Rebecca devant toi; prends et va, et qu'elle soit la femme du fils de ton seigneur, comme l'Éternel l'a dit. (Ⅱ) - ἰδοὺ Ρεβεκκα ἐνώπιόν σου λαβὼν ἀπότρεχε καὶ ἔστω γυνὴ τω̨̃ υἱω̨̃ του̃ κυρίου σου καθὰ ἐλάλησεν κύριος (Ⅲ) - En Rebecca coram te est, tolle eam, et proficiscere, et sit uxor filii domini tui, sicut locutus est Dominus. (Ⅳ) - 51 ׃24 הנה רבקה לפניך קח ולך ותהי אשה לבן אדניך כאשר דבר יהוה (Ⅴ)

And it came to pass, that, when Abraham's servant heard their words, he worshipped the LORD, bowing himself to the earth.
- Lorsque le serviteur d'Abraham eut entendu leurs paroles, il se prosterna en terre devant l'Éternel. (Ⅱ) - ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν τω̨̃ ἀκου̃σαι τὸν παι̃δα τὸν Αβρααμ τω̃ν ῥημάτων τούτων προσεκύνησεν ἐπὶ τὴν γη̃ν κυρίω̨ (Ⅲ) - Quod cum audisset puer Abraham, procidens adoravit in terram Dominum. (Ⅳ) - 52 ׃24 ויהי כאשר שמע עבד אברהם את דבריהם וישתחו ארצה ליהוה (Ⅴ)

And the servant brought forth jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment, and gave them to Rebekah: he gave also to her brother and to her mother precious things.
- Et le serviteur sortit des objets d'argent, des objets d'or, et des vêtements, qu'il donna à Rebecca; il fit aussi de riches présents à son frère et à sa mère. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐξενέγκας ὁ παι̃ς σκεύη ἀργυρα̃ καὶ χρυσα̃ καὶ ἱματισμὸν ἔδωκεν Ρεβεκκα καὶ δω̃ρα ἔδωκεν τω̨̃ ἀδελφω̨̃ αὐτη̃ς καὶ τη̨̃ μητρὶ αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ) - Prolatisque vasis argenteis, et aureis, ac vestibus, dedit ea Rebeccæ pro munere : fratribus quoque ejus et matri dona obtulit. (Ⅳ) - 53 ׃24 ויוצא העבד כלי כסף וכלי זהב ובגדים ויתן לרבקה ומגדנת נתן לאחיה ולאמה (Ⅴ)

And they did eat and drink, he and the men that were with him, and tarried all night; and they rose up in the morning, and he said, Send me away unto my master.
- Après quoi, ils mangèrent et burent, lui et les gens qui étaient avec lui, et ils passèrent la nuit. Le matin, quand ils furent levés, le serviteur dit: Laissez-moi retournez vers mon seigneur. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἔφαγον καὶ ἔπιον αὐτὸς καὶ οἱ ἄνδρες οἱ μετ' αὐτου̃ ὄντες καὶ ἐκοιμήθησαν καὶ ἀναστὰς πρωὶ εἰ̃πεν ἐκπέμψατέ με ἵνα ἀπέλθω πρὸς τὸν κύριόν μου (Ⅲ) - Inito convivio, vescentes pariter et bibentes manserunt ibi. Surgens autem mane, locutus est puer : Dimitte me, ut vadam ad dominum meum. (Ⅳ) - 54 ׃24 ויאכלו וישתו הוא והאנשים אשר עמו וילינו ויקומו בבקר ויאמר שלחני לאדני (Ⅴ)

And her brother and her mother said, Let the damsel abide with us a few days, at the least ten; after that she shall go.
- Le frère et la mère dirent: Que la jeune fille reste avec nous quelque temps encore, une dizaine de jours; ensuite, tu partiras. (Ⅱ) - εἰ̃παν δὲ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτη̃ς καὶ ἡ μήτηρ μεινάτω ἡ παρθένος μεθ' ἡμω̃ν ἡμέρας ὡσεὶ δέκα καὶ μετὰ ταυ̃τα ἀπελεύσεται (Ⅲ) - Responderuntque fratres ejus et mater : Maneat puella saltem decem dies apud nos, et postea proficiscetur. (Ⅳ) - 55 ׃24 ויאמר אחיה ואמה תשב הנער אתנו ימים או עשור אחר תלך (Ⅴ)

And he said unto them, Hinder me not, seeing the LORD hath prospered my way; send me away that I may go to my master.
- Il leur répondit: Ne me retardez pas, puisque l'Éternel a fait réussir mon voyage; laissez-moi partir, et que j'aille vers mon seigneur. (Ⅱ) - ὁ δὲ εἰ̃πεν πρὸς αὐτούς μὴ κατέχετέ με καὶ κύριος εὐόδωσεν τὴν ὁδόν μου ἐκπέμψατέ με ἵνα ἀπέλθω πρὸς τὸν κύριόν μου (Ⅲ) - Nolite, ait, me retinere, quia Dominus direxit viam meam : dimittite me ut pergam ad dominum meum. (Ⅳ) - 56 ׃24 ויאמר אלהם אל תאחרו אתי ויהוה הצליח דרכי שלחוני ואלכה לאדני (Ⅴ)

And they said, We will call the damsel, and inquire at her mouth.
- Alors ils répondirent: Appelons la jeune fille et consultons-la. (Ⅱ) - οἱ δὲ εἰ̃παν καλέσωμεν τὴν παι̃δα καὶ ἐρωτήσωμεν τὸ στόμα αὐτη̃ς (Ⅲ) - Et dixerunt : Vocemus puellam, et quæramus ipsius voluntatem. (Ⅳ) - 57 ׃24 ויאמרו נקרא לנער ונשאלה את פיה (Ⅴ)

And they called Rebekah, and said unto her, Wilt thou go with this man? And she said, I will go.
- Ils appelèrent donc Rebecca, et lui dirent: Veux-tu aller avec cet homme? Elle répondit: J'irai. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐκάλεσαν Ρεβεκκαν καὶ εἰ̃παν αὐτη̨̃ πορεύση̨ μετὰ του̃ ἀνθρώπου τούτου ἡ δὲ εἰ̃πεν πορεύσομαι (Ⅲ) - Cumque vocata venisset, sciscitati sunt : Vis ire cum homine isto ? Quæ ait : Vadam. (Ⅳ) - 58 ׃24 ויקראו לרבקה ויאמרו אליה התלכי עם האיש הזה ותאמר אלך (Ⅴ)

And they sent away Rebekah their sister, and her nurse, and Abraham's servant, and his men.
- Et ils laissèrent partir Rebecca, leur soeur, et sa nourrice, avec le serviteur d'Abraham et ses gens. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐξέπεμψαν Ρεβεκκαν τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτω̃ν καὶ τὰ ὑπάρχοντα αὐτη̃ς καὶ τὸν παι̃δα τὸν Αβρααμ καὶ τοὺς μετ' αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - Dimiserunt ergo eam, et nutricem illius, servumque Abraham, et comites ejus, (Ⅳ) - 59 ׃24 וישלחו את רבקה אחתם ואת מנקתה ואת עבד אברהם ואת אנשיו (Ⅴ)

And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.
- Ils bénirent Rebecca, et lui dirent: O notre soeur, puisse-tu devenir des milliers de myriades, et que ta postérité possède la porte de ses ennemis! (Ⅱ) - καὶ εὐλόγησαν Ρεβεκκαν τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτω̃ν καὶ εἰ̃παν αὐτη̨̃ ἀδελφὴ ἡμω̃ν εἰ̃ γίνου εἰς χιλιάδας μυριάδων καὶ κληρονομησάτω τὸ σπέρμα σου τὰς πόλεις τω̃ν ὑπεναντίων (Ⅲ) - imprecantes prospera sorori suæ, atque dicentes : Soror nostra es, crescas in mille millia, et possideat semen tuum portas inimicorum suorum. (Ⅳ) - 60 ׃24 ויברכו את רבקה ויאמרו לה אחתנו את היי לאלפי רבבה ויירש זרעך את שער שנאיו (Ⅴ)

And Rebekah arose, and her damsels, and they rode upon the camels, and followed the man: and the servant took Rebekah, and went his way.
- Rebecca se leva, avec ses servantes; elles montèrent sur les chameaux, et suivirent l'homme. Et le serviteur emmena Rebecca, et partit. (Ⅱ) - ἀναστα̃σα δὲ Ρεβεκκα καὶ αἱ ἅβραι αὐτη̃ς ἐπέβησαν ἐπὶ τὰς καμήλους καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν μετὰ του̃ ἀνθρώπου καὶ ἀναλαβὼν ὁ παι̃ς τὴν Ρεβεκκαν ἀπη̃λθεν (Ⅲ) - Igitur Rebecca et puellæ illius, ascensis camelis, secutæ sunt virum : qui festinus revertebatur ad dominum suum. (Ⅳ) - 61 ׃24 ותקם רבקה ונערתיה ותרכבנה על הגמלים ותלכנה אחרי האיש ויקח העבד את רבקה וילך (Ⅴ)

And Isaac came from the way of the well Lahairoi; for he dwelt in the south country.
- Cependant Isaac était revenu du puits de Lachaï roï, et il habitait dans le pays du midi. (Ⅱ) - Ισαακ δὲ ἐπορεύετο διὰ τη̃ς ἐρήμου κατὰ τὸ φρέαρ τη̃ς ὁράσεως αὐτὸς δὲ κατώ̨κει ἐν τη̨̃ γη̨̃ τη̨̃ πρὸς λίβα (Ⅲ) - Eo autem tempore deambulabat Isaac per viam quæ ducit ad puteum, cujus nomen est Viventis et videntis : habitabat enim in terra australi : (Ⅳ) - 62 ׃24 ויצחק בא מבוא באר לחי ראי והוא יושב בארץ הנגב (Ⅴ)

And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, the camels were coming.
- Un soir qu'Isaac était sorti pour méditer dans les champs, il leva les yeux, et regarda; et voici, des chameaux arrivaient. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἐξη̃λθεν Ισαακ ἀδολεσχη̃σαι εἰς τὸ πεδίον τὸ πρὸς δείλης καὶ ἀναβλέψας τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς εἰ̃δεν καμήλους ἐρχομένας (Ⅲ) - et egressus fuerat ad meditandum in agro, inclinata jam die : cumque elevasset oculos, vidit camelos venientes procul. (Ⅳ) - 63 ׃24 ויצא יצחק לשוח בשדה לפנות ערב וישא עיניו וירא והנה גמלים באים (Ⅴ)

And Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and when she saw Isaac, she lighted off the camel.
- Rebecca leva aussi les yeux, vit Isaac, et descendit de son chameau. (Ⅱ) - καὶ ἀναβλέψασα Ρεβεκκα τοι̃ς ὀφθαλμοι̃ς εἰ̃δεν τὸν Ισαακ καὶ κατεπήδησεν ἀπὸ τη̃ς καμήλου (Ⅲ) - Rebecca quoque, conspecto Isaac, descendit de camelo, (Ⅳ) - 64 ׃24 ותשא רבקה את עיניה ותרא את יצחק ותפל מעל הגמל (Ⅴ)

For she had said unto the servant, What man is this that walketh in the field to meet us? And the servant had said, It is my master: therefore she took a vail, and covered herself.
- Elle dit au serviteur: Qui est cet homme, qui vient dans les champs à notre rencontre? Et le serviteur répondit: C'est mon seigneur. Alors elle prit son voile, et se couvrit. (Ⅱ) - καὶ εἰ̃πεν τω̨̃ παιδί τίς ἐστιν ὁ ἄνθρωπος ἐκει̃νος ὁ πορευόμενος ἐν τω̨̃ πεδίω̨ εἰς συνάντησιν ἡμι̃ν εἰ̃πεν δὲ ὁ παι̃ς οὑ̃τός ἐστιν ὁ κύριός μου ἡ δὲ λαβου̃σα τὸ θέριστρον περιεβάλετο (Ⅲ) - et ait ad puerum : Quis est ille homo qui venit per agrum in occursum nobis ? Dixitque ei : Ipse est dominus meus. At illa tollens cito pallium, operuit se. (Ⅳ) - 65 ׃24 ותאמר אל העבד מי האיש הלזה ההלך בשדה לקראתנו ויאמר העבד הוא אדני ותקח הצעיף ותתכס (Ⅴ)

And the servant told Isaac all things that he had done.
- Le serviteur raconta à Isaac toutes les choses qu'il avait faites. (Ⅱ) - καὶ διηγήσατο ὁ παι̃ς τω̨̃ Ισαακ πάντα τὰ ῥήματα ἃ ἐποίησεν (Ⅲ) - Servus autem cuncta, quæ gesserat, narravit Isaac. (Ⅳ) - 66 ׃24 ויספר העבד ליצחק את כל הדברים אשר עשה (Ⅴ)

And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent, and took Rebekah, and she became his wife; and he loved her: and Isaac was comforted after his mother's death.
- Isaac conduisit Rebecca dans la tente de Sara, sa mère; il prit Rebecca, qui devint sa femme, et il l'aima. Ainsi fut consolé Isaac, après avoir perdu sa mère. (Ⅱ) - εἰση̃λθεν δὲ Ισαακ εἰς τὸν οἰ̃κον τη̃ς μητρὸς αὐτου̃ καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν Ρεβεκκαν καὶ ἐγένετο αὐτου̃ γυνή καὶ ἠγάπησεν αὐτήν καὶ παρεκλήθη Ισαακ περὶ Σαρρας τη̃ς μητρὸς αὐτου̃ (Ⅲ) - Qui introduxit eam in tabernaculum Saræ matris suæ, et accepit eam uxorem : et in tantum dilexit eam, ut dolorem, qui ex morte matris ejus acciderat, temperaret. (Ⅳ) - 67 ׃24 ויבאה יצחק האהלה שרה אמו ויקח את רבקה ותהי לו לאשה ויאהבה וינחם יצחק אחרי אמו פ (Ⅴ)
